As we continue to pray for the President and his entourage…we speak out complete coverage and protection until they depart Saudi Arabia and arrive in Israel on Monday. We pray that he has time to rest and recover his strength and to prepare to face to any “religious” spirits that seek control over Jerusalem. At the same time, let us give thanks to God for the powerful message addressed to the Arab Islamic American Summit Sunday!

Strategic Focus for Monday
Godly UNITY between the United States and Israel – Part 3
But to his son I will give one tribe, that My servant David may have a lamp always before Me in Jerusalem,
the city where I have chosen for Myself to put My name.
This is Part 3 of our focus on President Trump’s trip to Israel. He has widely declared his intention to move the US Embassy to Jerusalem. The US Congress mandated this move years ago, but allowed each President to sign a waiver postponing the move if it was deemed politically volatile. Every President has postponed the move because of Arab threats of violence. The Arabs have not seemed to be interested in peace, but only in the removal of Israel from the Middle East.
At the beginning of his tenure, President Trump favored both the moving the Embassy and allowing Jewish housing construction in Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria (Israel’s heartland). Recently there has been talk of a “peace deal” in which the US would accede to Arab demands, ultimately leading to the destruction of Israel.
Former President Harry Truman recognized the new State of Israel 11 minutes after it declared independence and was at first in favor of Israeli statehood. He waivered after receiving poor counsel from his Secretary of State and his Defense Department, but two men talked him into supporting Israel: 1) a former business colleague, and 2) Chaim Weizmann, who became Israel’s first President. Truman later stated, “I am Cyrus” because he helped bring the Jews back to their homeland. There have been several prophecies stating that President Trump is also a Cyrus…(Isaiah 44:28-45:4a)

Today’s schedule:
· Meeting with Israeli President Reuven Rivlin / laying wreath at the Yad Vashem Holocaust Memorial / visit to the Israel Museum in the Givat Ram neighborhood of Jerusalem.
· Meeting between President Trump and Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu in the afternoon.
· Private dinner Monday evening with the President and First Lady Melania Trump as guests of the Prime Minister and his wife Sara
Let us pray:
· for the continued stewardship by Israel of a “Jerusalem Undivided!” Jerusalem is an “international city” which is holy to three religions, and the Israelis have been good “stewards”, never usurping the sovereignty of Islam or Christianity over their holy sites.
· that the land belongs to the Lord, and He has given it to whom He wills…His people, ISRAEL!
· that we will not be intimidated /cowed by those who utter threats / speak evil against Israel and the USA
· that any “evil or unwise counsel” that President Trump might be receiving will be thwarted, disregarded and that those “counselors” will be removed!
· that those who will offer him the full counsel of God arise, speak and be heard…so Israel is blessed!
Jordan, the Palestinian Authority (PA) and Egypt have reiterated their commitment to the “two-state solution” as the only solution to the Israel-PA conflict. In the US, “unwise counsel” seems to be centered in the State Department, which has never favored Israel, and in the National Security Council, which includes “holdovers” from past administrations in favor of the “two state solution”.
· Pray that those not serving God’s interests for the US and Israel will be ferreted out and removed.
In a recent interview, Rex Tillerson, the US Secretary of State, seemed to uphold the delay of a move of the Embassy, to which PM Netanyahu responded that the moving of the Embassy, rather than causing an escalation of tensions, would “right an historic wrong.”
· Pray that Israeli PM Netanyahu, along with US Ambassador to Israel Friedman, can “assist” President Trump in his decision to finally confirm Israel’s capital as Jerusalem and affirm Israel’s right to build in Judea / Samaria.
