We begin our hour by praising and giving thanks to God!
“ For God, Who said, ‘Let light shine out of darkness,’
has shone in our hearts
to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.”
2 Corinthians 4:6

Lord, the light of Your love is shining, in the midst of the darkness, shining.
Jesus, Light of the world, shine upon us, set us free by the truth You now bring us.

Shine, Jesus, shine, fill this land with the Father’s glory.
Blaze, Spirit, blaze, set our hearts on fire.
Flow, river, flow, flood the nations with grace and mercy.

For us to receive and put on the Ephesians 6 “full armor of God” as we begin each hour,
that we might be protected as we continue to “stand in the gap” for our beloved country!
Pray.
The key assignment for the 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call is to intercede hourly
for the safety and security of our President, Donald John Trump,
and to pray for that which pertains to our nation!
We pray for his protection and ask that he be led by the Holy Spirit
so that he will discern truth and act for the good of the nation.
We bless our First Lady, Melania, their marriage and family, and cover them all with the Blood of Jesus.
Pray.
For those leaders God has anointed and appointed, to be elected and work together,
cleaning up corruption and restoring election integrity,
so righteousness will prevail in every race in 2026.
Bring the SCOTUS Justices into alignment with God’s purposes in making their decisions!
Protect all the members of the Trump Administration,
especially the Cabinet, military, law enforcement agencies, such as ICE, FBI, and CBP.
Pray.
For God’s blessing and intervention in the lives of Joe Hoft, Tina Peters,
and WH Chief of Staff Susie Wiles,
as they each need miraculous resolutions to the issues threatening and attacking them!
Pray.
We will now spend the next 10 minutes praying for President Trump,
focusing our prayers against any assassination attempts, demonic attacks against him and
healing of those impacted by TRUMP DERANGEMENT SYNDROME.
Let him remain in good health, so he can serve his entire 4-year term as our 47th US President!

AND THE RESTORATION OF OUR FOUNDING PRINCIPLES – PART 479

and those who turn many to righteousness, like the stars forever and ever.”

As we pray for the safety and security of the nation during these 21 days of preparation for our country’s May 17th Day of Rededication to God, we are including inspirational prayers and proclamations from throughout our American history. As we look back at what was prayed and proclaimed previously, we will also look forward to seeing the fulfillment of those prayers in our lifetime…as we enter the Golden Age of America!
Today, we will read about and pray into Billy Graham’s Prayer At The 1969 Presidential Inauguration.
When Billy Graham stepped to the podium to deliver the invocation at Richard Nixon’s 1969 inauguration, he did so as a fixture of American public life, whose spiritual counsel was sought by presidents of both parties. Beginning with his attendance at President Eisenhower’s inauguration in 1953, Reverend Graham’s continued participation in the inauguration ceremony confirmed a tradition in which divine aid is humbly invoked on behalf of the republic and its new stewards. This particular prayer, uttered at the height of cultural upheaval in the late 1960s, functioned as something of a petition and a prophetic warning. In a time when many Americans feared the foundation may be cracking, Graham hearkened back to the bedrock of repentance, righteousness, and redemption.
“Our Father and our God, Thou hast said, ‘Blessed is that nation whose God is the Lord.’
We recognize on this historic occasion that we are ‘a nation under God.’
We thank Thee for this torch of faith handed to us by our forefathers.
May we never let it be extinguished.
Thou alone hast given us our prosperity, our freedom and our power.
This faith in God is our heritage and our foundation!

…Thou hast warned us in the Scriptures,
‘If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?’
As George Washington reminded us in his farewell address,
morality and faith are the pillars of our society.
…Too long we have neglected Thy word and ignored Thy laws.
Too long we have tried to solve our problems without reference to Thee.
Too long we have tried to live by bread alone.
Pray.
…And now with the wages of our sins staring us in the face, we remember Thy words,
‘If my people who are called by my Name shall humble themselves and pray and seek my face
and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven
and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.’
Help us this day to turn from our sins and to turn by simple faith to the One who said, ‘Ye must be born again.’
So we pray, O God, as we enter a new era, that we as a nation may experience a moral and spiritual restoration. We pray this humbly in the Name of the Prince of Peace,
Who shed his blood on the Cross that men might have eternal life.
Amen.”

Each day, as we intercede for the May 17th event, pray over each aspect of the gathering, in particular, for the protection of all attending and participating; the space in which it will take place in DC; and for safety and security all across our nation. Ask for God’s intervention to stop any plans of the enemy to interfere with or disrupt this Rededication. Take time now to pray into the overall Rededication as the Spirit leads!

Other matters to be covered in prayer today:
President Trump / China Trip: As the Summit with China’s President Xi concludes, President Trump will be flying back to the USA for the Rededication of our nation to the Lord on Sunday, May 17th.
Pray that he is rested and invigorated by the positive results of their Summit, and ready to lead the nation
as we Rededicate ourselves and our beloved country to God Almighty! Pray.
We pray:
That the people of the United States of America, and our leaders, will always remember to seek Divine Aid on behalf of ourselves and our nation, both in times of peace and in times of trouble. Pray.
That as we gather together on Sunday, May 17th, we, as did Billy Graham, will “hearkened back to the bedrock of repentance, righteousness, and redemption” that is foundational to our nation’s very existence. Pray.
That the people of our nation will stand alongside President Trump, and remain engaged in this BATTLE TO SAVE AMERICA until VICTORY is won! Pray.
Protect, strengthen, and cover our 24/7 family in the Blood of Jesus. Bring in mature Christian men and women, and call the younger generation to this assignment with us, as we pray for our President and our beloved nation! Prepare us for our NEXT STEPS in this Battle to Save America! Pray.
