In every situation and decision, let our President be led by the Holy Spirit, so that he learns the truth and acts accordingly, for the good of the nation.

That as the REDEMPTION of the AMERICAN REPUBLIC takes place, those leaders that God anoints and appoints will take their places in the governments of each state and in our nation’s Capitol!

THE BATTLE TO SAVE AMERICA! – Part 34
Standing in the GAP – Part 2
“Our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace,

nor will we worship the gold image which you have set up.”

Today, we are continuing to pray through the interview that conservative podcaster Joe Oltmann did with patriot Professor David Clements. After rejoicing over the decision by New Mexico’s three Otero County Commissioners to vote to oust the Dominion Machines, they began to discuss The Doctrine of the Lesser Magistrates. Let us read, learn and pray into what was said, for our nation and people! Pray.
Joe: We have one part of the Junta block. Now we have others… and I’m not going to push GA because I know you are working on other counties as well. But I’ve been talking about this book. The Doctrine of the Lesser Magistrates. Have you read that book?
David: I read it last summer.
Joe: So, this book has changed my life because it defined the things necessary so that the people can get involved and become actionable for them. How many times have people walked up to you and asked what we can do? There is nothing we can do. We have to wait and hope for a non-corrupt magistrate, like a judge, to do the right thing. But that’s not going to work because all the cases that were brought forward from 3rd November were not dismissed or adjudicated based on merit. They were done based on procedural elements or standing. Pray.
So, there are 7,400 elected officials across the country in all 50 states. We have 38,000 judges. So we are ruled over by less than 50,000 people. 350 Million people are ruled over by 50,000 people. Then you have the Bureaucrats that work for those 50,000 people. Then, downstream you have the police and others that are controlled by those 50,000 people. David, do you have confidence that those 50,000 people are following natural law or God’s law?
David: Well, obviously not. And that’s what’s been so frustrating over the last years. The utility of having an attorney is to provide legal advice. What separates me from non-attorneys is that you look at cases that have precedent and so you can make a wise prediction based on what’s happened in the past and advise your client. There is nothing special about it. But since we have entered into a period of lawlessness where no one even follows the black letter law, the institutions are absolutely broken. Pray.
For me, there was no sharper example than Congress on January 6th of 2021. I had this internal conflict of teaching law to students, and I’m seeing rampant lawlessness. From every prediction that I would normally have a 100% accuracy rate on, I went to “I don’t know,” “I can’t tell you”… because nobody is following the law. Pray.
And not only that, we’re seeing an evolution where there is a quick rapid-fire attempt to change the law to codify corruption. That’s your election bills. That’s H.B. 1. It’s your institutional equity administrative apparatus in the universities. Everyone is basically weaponizing and targeting Christians as being domestic terrorists. So in light of that, we have to revisit something that is so fundamental to the DNA of our country which is our founding Fathers. When you are talking about the Doctrine of The Lesser Magistrates what you are doing is tapping into writings that affected Thomas Jefferson and James Madison. Saying, wait a minute. If you compare what is happening now to that, they were subjects of Britain. And at some point they are saying, we don’t recognize you, the most powerful empire in the world because our dignity, our sovereignty, our rights don’t come from you. They come from God Almighty. Pray.
So, when we talk about “We The People,” one of my frustrations is that when I go to Tea Party meetings, we pull out the Constitution and we don’t think what “We The People,” means in those phrases of government by the people, of the people, for the people. That means the power starts and stops with us. We, of our own accord, for purposes of securing liberty, will consent to have certain representatives at a local level be our voice. And the moment they break our trust you can hold them accountable. Pray.
But what you have seen is grand erosion over 200 plus years of incremental tyranny. Here we are in 2022, where if I ask a crowd: “Can you count on two hands the elected representative that you are proud of?” it doesn’t matter what room I’m in… I could be in an establishment RINO event… and no one can say” I can identify 10 people that I believe are representative of my beliefs.” Pray.
So this is about getting back to foundational understanding of sovereignty and what it means. When you have a lawless, tyrannical government, we have to inject our influence where we can. There are legitimate places where we can start. We should talk to our County Sheriffs and Commissioners…even then, they answer to us foundationally. Pray.
Joe: Herein lies the problem, they are not answering to us, They are ruling over us. They are enslaving us because they take our money…52 cents on every dollar…and send it to foreign interests.
And our Sheriffs don’t have the authority to do these things at all. And they are telling us “I’m going to fight for you,” but it’s political theater.
They take it to the higher court magistrates and say; Nope, you are not allowed to do that because here’s the law.”
But that law is man’s law replacing God’s law, natural law. It took away our God-given rights. The government was always to be the intermediary…one that says: “We’re going to make sure that God’s law, the law of the land stands and protects and be the arbiter of that,” not to rule over and enslave us. Pray.
So I was reading this book. A friend sent it to me on Saturday morning and I couldn’t get it out of my head. How many times David have you heard me say: “Get in the gap?”
David: All the time.
Joe: I say “Get in the gap,” and I’ve been attacked viciously by RINOS. There was another article that came out today about me. RINOS, they lie about me at every turn. “Joe called for violence.” I have never called for violence. I said, if you are convicted of treason, you should hang because that is what the penalty is for treason. It’s not a victimless crime. But I have never called anyone to the streets and said let’s kill people. That never happened. They make this stuff up. Pray.
And so as we walked through this process with this book, I couldn’t get it out of my head. On my way home from a speaking event in Houston, I “heard an audible” in Chapter 2, which said “You are going to see one sentence in there and that’s going to drive you.” I thought about you right away as soon as I saw it. But I want to read this to you because I think we have a plan. I think we have a plan. We don’t have to wait till 2024. We don’t have to wait for the slow rise of the baked bread. We can take our country back and reinstall God and have restoration this year before this election. And you are probably like what? David, I have a plan. Pray.
David: I have this Otero thing. Joe, I’ve gotta handle this.
Joe: But I’ve got a plan. I’ve got a plan. It’s a great plan.
David: I think I said “Amen, brother. Amen.”
Joe: You did. Let me read this in Chapter 1: How does the rule of law relate to the lesser magistrates, as in America? (By the way, this was written in 2013, nine years ago, by Matthew Trewhella. And it’s prophetic. The book is unbelievable.) It says: As America and the West crumbles because it has spurned the law of God as the rule of law, we will be presented with an opportunity where Godly lesser magistrates will need to “stand in the gap.” They will need to interpose… for the sake of the rule of law, for the sake of the people they represent and defy bad law. Pray.
Present-day magistrates need to know of “lesser magistrate doctrine” so the conscience prods them more vigorously on their duty and responsibility in the sight of God. They will then be prepared to act in the defense of the people they represent. Pray.
The people also need to understand the “lesser magistrate doctrine” so when the lesser magistrate, stands, they will rally around them and not let them hang there blowing in the wind. When the lesser magistrates act, they will be accused of anarchy and chaos because Americans have heard the montra their entire lives that we are a nation of laws…we must respect the rule of law. Many may tend to believe the accusation, but what if an unjust or tyrannical law has been made. Are we to respect it just because the state declares it the law of the land? Are we too passive to stand by and conform? Western history explains a resounding “NO!” Thomas Aquinas declared that an unjust law is not law at all. At the Nuremberg trials, unquestionable obedience to man’s law was soundly condemned. Pray.
Now if you go further into this (and frankly, at this part I went “Oh, My Gosh! It’s rooted in interposition.” Chapter 2 starts this way: The doctrine of the lesser magistrate is rooted in the historical biblical doctrine of “interposition”.
- Interposition is the calling of God which causes one to “step into the gap” willingly, placing oneself between the oppressor and his intended victim.
- It is demonstrated when someone or some group interposes… positions themselves… between the oppressor and the intended victim, verbally or physically.
- The lesser magistrates demonstrate the doctrine of interposition by placing themself between the tyrant or bad law and the people. Pray.
We have corrupt machines. We have a failure of them to respect the voice of the American people and you said; we’re going to get rid of the machines. You walked in and the lesser magistrates said: “We’re done. they are out.” Right. But we’re in a country right now where the people have been selected not elected, and they are lying to us. (I’m not sure they know that they are lying to us. They have been trained and told it’s your truth and not the truth.) The truth is the election was stolen and the machines are corrupted. Their truth is nothing to see here and they live with that because it’s dictated by man’s law. There is no ethics or morals. It’s the means to justify the ends. Pray.
We pray:
- Lord, we thank You for David Clements and his wife, Erin, and the way in which You prepared them to stand in the gap, encouraging us to engage in the Battle to SAVE America! Pray.
- Protect them and grant them favor in the election fraud matters they address in the coming days. Pray.
- Let many local Country Commissioners see the light and enter into the process of exposing and rectifying fraud in our election process! Pray.
- Guard and protect the members of our 24/7 family with the Blood of Jesus, as we engage with patriots across this land in this BATTLE TO SAVE AMERICA! Pray.
- Call Donald Trump forth quickly, and guide him in his preparations to return to the White House. Pray.
- Protect our Supreme Court Justices and their families. Help them to stand for righteousness and justice, and to remain firm in their decision to return the determination on LIFE to the individual states! Pray.
- Protect the sovereignty of the United States of America and do not let it be compromised in any way! Remove Biden and all those who want to betray our Constitution and sell us out! Pray.
- Let our homes get in order so that they might be places for Your HABITATION and sanctuaries for others! Pray.
- That we will joyfully release the LOVE of GOD from our hearts over this, our beloved nation. Pray.
