For us to receive and put on the Ephesians 6 “full armor of God” as we begin each hour,
that we might be protected as we continue to “stand in the gap” for our beloved country!

The key assignment for the 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call is to intercede hourly
for the safety and security of our President, Donald John Trump,
and to pray for that which pertains to our nation!
We pray for his protection and ask that he be led by the Holy Spirit
so that he will discern truth and act for the good of the nation.
We bless our First Lady, Melania, their marriage and family, and cover them all with the Blood of Jesus.
Pray.
For those whom God has called, anointed, and appointed to serve this nation in the future,
particularly as US President, to be protected and sustained during their “periods of incubation”,
before publicly declaring their intentions to run for office.
Pray.
Bring the SCOTUS Justices into alignment with God’s purposes in making their decisions!
Protect all the members of the Trump Administration,
especially the Cabinet, military, law enforcement agencies, such as ICE, FBI, and CBP.
Pray.
We will now spend the next 10 minutes praying for President Trump,
focusing our prayers against any assassination attempts, demonic attacks against him and
healing of those impacted by TRUMP DERANGEMENT SYNDROME.
Let him remain in good health, so he can serve his entire 4-year term as our 47th US President!

Funeral Details for the late Senator Lindsey Graham (R-NC)
Tuesday, July 28th – in DC: Honor Ceremony at the Capitol Rotunda,
followed by a 2 PM Funeral Service at the Washington National Cathedral
Wednesday, July 29th – In SC: Funeral Procession at 10:45 AM from SC State House
to the First Baptist Church of Columbia for Funeral Service,
after which he will be laid to rest in a private burial ceremony in Pickens CO, South Carolina.

Planned Parenthood’s network of clinics regained access to hundreds of millions in Medicaid funding in mid-July, the fallout of Republicans’ failing to pass an extension of the one-year defunding provision they approved last year. Though Republicans pushed to include permanent defunding of Planned Parenthood in the megabill, a ruling from the Senate parliamentarian forced them to scale back to a one-year measure. As a result, clinics across the country can once again bill Medicaid “for reimbursement after providing non-abortion services, like birth control and screenings for sexually-transmitted infections, to low-income patients”. Anticipating regaining access to more than $800 million in annual federal funding, PP chapters have been putting the word out to Medicaid patients that they can once again come in for services. One new clinic is set to open later this year in Louisiana, where all remaining Planned Parenthood centers had closed over the past year…due to the one-year Medicaid defunding provision in the Big Beautiful Bill. Despite the restoration of Medicaid funding to PP, dozens of its closed clinics nationwide are not likely to reopen, particularly in red states. The number of clinic closures would have been higher if blue states had not reallocated state funds to sustain their local PP facilities. Permanent defunding would place PP at risk of financial insolvency and eventual dissolution. It relies heavily on public funding; approximately 40% of its revenue is derived from Medicaid reimbursements; 34% comes from private contributions. Combined, these account for nearly 3/4 of PP’s total funding, underscoring its dependence on taxpayer-supported programs and foundation grants. Private funders include Warren Buffett’s Susan Thompson Buffett Foundation, Michael Bloomberg’s Bloomberg Family Foundation, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Pray.
Conservatives are furious with GOP leadership for prioritizing other issues over keeping taxpayer dollars out of Planned Parenthood’s hands. When key Republican-backed provisions of the “One Big Beautiful Bill Act” were gutted in the Senate, the executioner of the permanent defunding of Planned Parenthood was not one of the elected leaders charged with representing taxpayers…rather, an unelected, surreptitiously embedded bureaucrat: U.S. Senate Parliamentarian Elizabeth MacDonough. A barrage of angry letters flooded Capitol Hill and the White House, pressuring an intervention. The resumption of Medicaid funding to Planned Parenthood is a major blow to Republican voters’ morale; they see restoration of taxpayer support to Planned Parenthood as backsliding on a battle they had already won and the permanent defunding of Planned Parenthood from Medicaid is now “the default expectation of the pro-life movement”, stressed a spokesperson for Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America, a leading anti-abortion group spending tens of millions of dollars to boost conservatives in the upcoming midterms. Pro-life advocates have demanded that Republican leadership ignore or fire the Senate parliamentarian, Elizabeth MacDonough, in order to get it done. Pray.
Planned Parenthood continues to operate approximately 550 physical health centers across the US… a reduction from @ 600 centers prior to the one-year Medicaid funding restriction in July 2025. That contributed to the closure of dozens of facilities—reports indicate as many as 51 centers across 18 states—due to the loss of federal reimbursements and related financial pressures. Nearly a dozen progressive-leaning states, including California, Illinois, New York, and Massachusetts, reallocated state funds to offset lost Medicaid revenue. Red states that prohibit abortion generally didn’t provide support, thus a greater number of permanent closures in those areas. The one-year Medicaid restriction stemmed from procedural constraints in the Senate. The ruling of Parliamentarian Elizabeth MacDonough determined that the defunding provision could not extend beyond a single year. The House version of the legislation sought a longer-term or permanent cutoff, but the Senate Parliamentarian ruled that a multi-year provision violated the Byrd Rule, limiting the measure to one year. The parliamentarian position, created in the 1930s as an advisory role on Senate procedure (not established by the Constitution), exercises disproportionate influence over the scope of legislation that can advance under budget reconciliation, whether the Big Beautiful Bill last year or Reconciliation 3.0 passed on July 22 with voter ID provisions attached, also known as the SAVE and Protect America Act. Pray.
Some pro-life organizations want Congress to take another swing at defunding the reproductive health provider in a fourth reconciliation bill in late summer or early fall, or in the lame duck period after November. But given the crowded legislative schedule, tight vote margins, wariness of hot button issues ahead of the midterms, and disinterest from key GOP senators, few Republican leaders share the same optimism. “I’ve thought all along that a [fourth] reconciliation bill is highly unlikely for any number of reasons,” said Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO). “When leadership said, ‘Well, we’ll do that later,’ my point was always: I don’t know that there’ll be a later. The fact that congressional leaders decided not to defund PP as part of the last reconciliation bill is just beyond me. That was really taking the pro-life movement and pro-life voters for granted, because you’re depending on those voters to turn out and vote for you in November.” Pray.
Strategically speaking, allowing the one-year cutoff of defunding Planned Parenthood to persist into the fall could set Republicans up for a difficult midterm election, as the abortion debate will be back in full swing for the September 30 government funding deadline for Fiscal Year 2027. By September 30, Congress must either pass the full-year appropriations bills for Fiscal Year 2027 or enact a continuing resolution (temporary spending bill) to keep the government funded through the month of October past the midterms. Failure to do so would result in a funding lapse shortly before Americans go to the polls, or in other words, an extremely ill-timed government shutdown, beginning October 1, which is only a month before the November 3 midterms. Majority Leader John Thune has been urged to replace Senate Parliamentarian MacDonough with a procedural adviser who refrains from employing obstructionist tactics in the legislative process. This key step would limit the Parliamentarian’s disproportionate influence over the congressional budgeting process for fiscal year 2027 and help avert a government shutdown that could jeopardize Republican prospects in the November midterm elections. Pray.

That Senate Majority Leader John Thune and Republican leadership would immediately reverse the Parliamentarian’s restrictive one-year limitation, advance and enact permanent defunding of Planned Parenthood from all federal Medicaid and related taxpayer resources, and thereby restore the fuller pro-life policy gains previously sought in reconciliation legislation. Pray.
That Parliamentarian Elizabeth MacDonough would be removed and a procedural adviser be appointed who respects the Senate’s constitutional authority rather than imposing unelected constraints, so that permanent defunding of Planned Parenthood may proceed without further bureaucratic obstruction. Pray.
That the people of our nation will stand alongside President Trump, and remain engaged in this BATTLE TO SAVE AMERICA until VICTORY is won! Pray.
