Choose LIFE!
“I’m calling on the heavens and the earth to be the witnesses against you.
I gave you the choice today between life and death, between being blessed or being cursed.
Choose life, so that you and your descendants may live!”
Today, we praise God as we pray for having elected a President who has chosen to uphold LIFE by slashing tax dollars for abortion groups – at home and abroad (83 percent). Two days ago, on May 15th, President Trump blocked even a single U.S. cent from going to any foreign group that performs or promotes abortion as “family planning” overseas.
The President’s “Protecting Life in Global Health Assistance” policy is bringing not just $600 million in taxpayer funding under the authority of the pro-life rule, but $8.8 billion from the Departments of State, Health and Human Services, and Defense. That’s almost 15 times more money flowing through the abortion ban!
President Trump wrote, “I…direct the Secretary of State to take all necessary actions, to the extent permitted by law, to ensure that US taxpayer dollars do not fund organizations or programs that support or participate in the management of a program of coercive abortion or involuntary sterilization.”
“…receive wise guidance to live a disciplined life;
that you would seek justice and have the ability to choose what is right and fair.”
The inclusion of the DOD is probably the single greatest change, since the order affects all global health assistance funding — not just “family planning” dollars. This is making an immediate impact! Thousands of unborn lives will be saved because President Donald Trump dared to step out and end taxpayer funding of overseas abortion groups. As we repent of previous policies and do what is right in God’s eyes, we will live!
If the wicked turn away from their sins, choose to uphold My laws,
be honest, and live a righteous life, then they will surely live. They won’t die.
In four short months, this new Administration has systematically fulfilled a number of key campaign promises… and reproaches are being rolled off of this nation as a result of the right choices now being made! Praise God!
The Eternal One rewarded me because I sought righteousness;
He rewarded me because I kept my hands clean.
The implementation of orders such as these should reassure us of this President’s sincerity on critical issues. All he’s done these first 120 days has proven his critics wrong.
