Day 27 – Dependence on Government instead of God
September 26, 2021
– Parents not teaching their kids to have a vision for their future. Trusting teachers who also did not give children a vision for their lives, both for marriage and their livelihood. That they were teaching socialism instead. For forsaking homeschooling for government schools.
– Not continuing the essential tradition of mentorship. That children can learn a trade, rather than always having to go to college.
– Allowing the government to take over the role that was once designated solely to Christian/Judeo ministries, with regards to helping the poor and healing the sick (hospitals, etc). That rather than standing with our hands OUT (to get a handout), we would be kneeling with our hands UP to God for HIS provision.
– Depending on the government to solve and/or heal mental and physical issues, including ADD (with meds), rather than relying on the Great Physician. Break that cycle, Lord! Thank You for giving us supernatural immunity and for setting our hearts and minds free!
– Allowing the government to create a welfare state where single moms, who bear children out of wedlock, receive government handouts, and where men allow the government to take care of them, rather than to work and support their families.
– Government mandating that there be “no man in the house,” creating broken families. Lord, let families be restored and, once again, take their primary place as the premier institution created by God.
– Being lazy and brainwashed, believing that we have to rely on supermarkets to supply our food. That we don’t even know how to grow our own food. That we would learn the joy of planting. Have mercy, Lord, and sever our dependence on grocery stores.
The restoration of our INDEPENDENCE from the government (and our dependence on HIM). That this country was founded on that independence (from England) and that our premier document is the Declaration of Independence of a tyrannical government!
– Passivity, letting the government take more and more away from us (ie, the “vaccine” mandates, etc.) Declaring we will NEVER be a socialist nation and a nation that does not honor God.
– The lies that churches have believed (and still believe) that, we as Christians, must obey the government no matter who is in charge. They have misread the Bible and believe we must obey a corrupt Biden administration. We need to RESIST that notion.
– Thanking God for our President Trump, who tonight in his rally said again, that we will NEVER be a Communist country like Venezuela.
– Parents not teaching their kids a vision of what to do with their lives, including having a family, instead trusting the teachers to instruct our children
– Allowing government schools to teach socialism to our children.
– The loss of mentorship in our country, teaching practical aspects of living and providing a livelihood for themselves and their families
– Trusting government, instead of churches and families, to take care of the poor and needy, going to the government for handouts. Trusting in government social workers to take care of those with mental issues, broken hearts, and broken minds.
– Not trusting in Jesus as the healer, instead of having the government give drugs to our children.
– Trusting welfare agencies to take care of single moms rather than having fathers take their rightful place in families.
– Having the government purposely break up families by mandating that if a woman was to get welfare for themselves and their children there could not be a man in the household.
– Depending on the government for supplying our food instead of growing our own food creating an ungodly dependence on the government
– Allowing government and government control over every aspect of life as shown by the mandates of the last year and a half to take the place of God in the hearts and minds of our citizens.
– Allowing government agencies to control the application of health care in our nation
– Teaching a biblical misconception that we need to submit to every government no matter how wicked because every government is established by God.
– Thinking that the government gives us our rights and can therefore legitimately take those rights away from us. Depending on the government to tell us when we can worship and when we can’t.
= Giving in to the mask and the vaccine mandates by false monarchs who think they are wiser than we are
– The forbidding by Dr. Fauci and health agencies of therapies that worked and the mandate of drugs that actually killed people. Taking for granted freedom and liberty and allowing them to be taken away by those who would depopulate the earth, first by abortion, then by euthanasia, then by what they’re doing with the Covid plandemic
– Officials that pretended to stand with Trump and then deserted him at the first opportunity
Depending on programs and other things to take care of us rather than God
– The Supreme Court taking rights away from the majority as given to us by the Bill of Rights and the Constitution.
– All the statues in Washington D.C. that honor gods and goddesses; Government schools that
– Teachers who love you and long to do what’s right but are afraid of losing their jobs
– School boards that have meetings at times when the people can’t come.
– Teacher unions that stand for themselves and for greed and have usurped power that doesn’t belong to them, and are forcing Marxism on the schools
– The trust by parents that the schools will do right by their children without any monitoring of what is actually happening.
– The exercise of monopoly power by school boards and the NEA with no oversight by the parents to prevent the indoctrination of our children
– The arrogance of Governors who dictate that churches are non-essential and can’t meet or worship
– The fraudulent elections by people who think they have the right to negate the votes of the people
– The testing of people with no symptoms for the sake of governmental control.
– Forcing people to be vaccinated in spite of the deaths and adverse reactions
– Punishing doctors for telling the truth by removing their licenses or their hospital privileges
– The seizure of government by people who, by all appearances, are intent on depopulating the earth, and the passivity of the church in allowing it.
– Sin of making government an idol and allowing it to become our God. we are one Nation under God not “under government”.
– Allowing govt to fulfill or replace God’s role in our life.
– The church not completing its role in healing, taking care of the widow, the orphan, the sick, downtrodden, the stranger, foreigner, brokenhearted.
– We have not researched or investigated what the govt. requires, demands.
– Government overreach in our lives and the church. We have become slaves and didn’t realize it was happening.
– We repent that we the church have not been fulfilling our commission from God through Jesus Christ.
– We the church repent we have not prepared or fully equipped for the commission to our neighbor and the nation.
– Giving freedoms away; Believing lies; Not focusing on God; Allowing the government to control the church
– Fear of sharing faith in the public arena; Fear of praying in public schools; Not speaking the truth
– Destruction of good by this administration; Allowing this illegal administration
– Influence of the world in the church; Afraid to stand against government
– Complacency both individual and corporately; Relying on government in a crisis
– Not wanting to work so can get government aid
– Restore our president
– Repentance for not being salt and light in the church
– Repentance for the wickedness, allowing shortages
– Repentance for trusting in social security to provide, not trusting God’s provision
– Repentance for trusting an unknown substance to be injected into our arm maimed and killed many
– Repentance for trusting CDC, NIH, NIAID, FDA, allowing mandates for Remdezivir, not HCQ or ivermectin
– Repentance for planned parenthood, child sacrifice, adrenochrome
– Church is to be a pillar of truth, to be a standard
– Afghanistan, no rulership, allowing them to take over
– Repentance for trusting Covid task force, Fauci, vaccine
– Repentance for not standing for election integrity, gone for decades. We must insist on audits for every election.
– Repentance for allowing the government to take over our welfare system, n giving necessary care to children. Forgive us for removing the father from the home. Money not given if the father is present, encouraging fatherlessness
– Pandemic, pay $ to stay home, not work, creating lazy people, who trust the government.
– Repentance for listening to the government telling us how to live, not trusting the Bible, how it tells us to live. Repentance for our blindness, gullible, taking treatment for Covid, receiving remdesivir, consequences, and death
– Repentance for expecting handouts, landlord not getting paid rent
– Repentance for money given to schools and church to be compliant, deception of Covid variant
– Australia and New Zealand gave up guns. Help us to never give up our guns. Not weaken our military, no UN troops.
– Repentance for dependence on food stamps, relying on the government to produce our food, medicines, military, overreaching, creating shortages, prices extremely high, items not available.
– Repentance for lack of workers in stores, restaurants, longshoreman not working, not unloading ships
– Repentance for hospitals trusting Fauci, blocking workers, grounding pilots, vaccine injury
– Repentance for not tithing, giving a bigger portion to the government
– Repentance for schools, parents, teachers, relying on the government to teach children, we’ve changed our history, changed our textbooks.
– Health care, help us to return to Godly leaders, suppliers, walk-in Christian principles
– Repentance for tyranny government over God
– Repentance of surrendering to fear, forfeit God’s word
– Help us get the best education in our locality
– We are so blessed when we depend on God instead of something else like the government we are; we are cursed; Repent of time of going astray
– Repent of ignorance thinking about Social Security; theft of government giving away finances to our enemies; Forgive us for making government our god
– We surrender to you God not the government
– Repent for government sustaining us instead of God
– Repent for blindness to FDA (reference Rev. 18) medical world surrendered to government
– Repent of lies of government, i.e. climate change, and global warming
– Repent of allowing the government to tell us how to raise our children instead of God
– Forgive us for trusting in government for our health instead of God
– Growing churches instead of growing disciples
– Not standing up; lie separation of church and government; forgive us for wanting 503 status more than God
– Forgive us for Planned Parenthood; Help us, God
– Depending on the government, not You, in the areas of healthcare and finances
– Depending on social security
– Looking to the government to give us what we need
– Acting like the government can give us the things in the Bill of Rights
– Allowing the government to tell us when we can or cannot meet to worship
– Not standing up to say “No” to masks, vaxx
– Acting as we work for the government, instead of them working for us
– Not taking authority over the evil spirit when it came in to dictate to us
– Not recognizing masks as a social control device, not a “health” aid
– Not resisting strongly, taking action against the antichrist spirit
– Allowing bullying and pressure to comply with government mandates
– Not practicing civil disobedience sooner
– Not believing the gates of hell will not prevail against the kingdom of God
– A dormant church, powerless and indifferent
– In behalf of the officials close to President Trump who betrayed him and stabbed him in the back
– Believing government promises that we can trade our freedom for comfort and safety
– Accepting the strings attached to government promises
– The current welfare system as it has evolved, allowing capable people to look to the government for their needs to be met. The sexual immorality of encouraging men to leave the home and women to have babies to receive money from the government
– To allow the government to make a rule that a person with a disease
such as MS cannot receive help unless they are divorced
– For the church the body of Christ not obeying God’s command to care for widows and orphans, but leaving this responsibility to the government
– The pride of man, trying to set up Utopias instead of believing the word of God and trusting Him to meet our needs. Allowing blatant teaching of Marxism in our colleges, and being ignorant of this happening when we could be diligent to know what our children are taught
– The sin of leaders in government and business manipulating people by leaving out truths and embedding their lies into logical or kind sounding rules and policies
– The sin of allowing the removal of the ten commandments in schools and official places in the pretense of separation of church and state
– Allowing the government to provide free abortions, and the church not teaching and living a dependence on God to be able to raise a child if the mother feels she cannot do this.
– Heavenly Father we repent of these sins we ask for your forgiveness and for you to heal our land. In the name of our powerful Savior Jesus Christ, we pray amen!
– the sin of famine of the Word & ignorance of the majority of the body in the application of its principles which has led to the corrupt state of our government. If we were in the word daily, led by the Spirit’s revelation, we would not be in this situation. We would be fulfilling our mandate.
– the sin of bribery for our silence. This has happened through the 501c3 charities being controlled by the government. The church was never meant to be a corporation or a business. Its complicity in silence & compromise has added innocent blood on all of our collative hands.
– The love of money. Greed & the spirit of mammon controls all of our decisions.
– The eroding of the American hard work ethic. This has bred a spirit of ingratitude, ungratefulness, & entitlement.
– The indoctrination of the lie that college is essential for success while Trade schools are worthless.
– Pride, ego, never accepting responsibility for failures & blaming others, while taking credit for the success of others.
– The lie of socialism. Theft, repatriations, re-appropriation, wickedness, envy, greed & lust for what others have judged them unworthy to have it.
– Discouragement. And a response was that God is not late.
– Spirit of rejection and separation within the body due to competition, division, pride
– We are born into a sinful world and are immediately attacked.
– Satan places thoughts into our heads to divide the church
– Satan places thoughts into our heads to stop us from reaching the unsaved
– Our sin is that we are not focused upon the Word of God
– The response is to ask God for help re seeing others both within and outside the body of Christ Through His eyes
– Making government an idol allowing them to be our provider vs. the church feeding the poor and needy
– Entitlement mentality vs. Responsibility
– Looking for handouts vs. doing the work of the kingdom
– Self-sufficiency vs. depending on God
– abdicating our involvement in legislation and allowing laws and rights to be taken away while we didn’t pay attention
– for passiveness & not using our right to speak and protest, remaining silent and uninvolved
– Not standing with law enforcement under siege
– Not taking dominion over the earth
– fear of man and not seeking 1st His Kingdom
– fear of IRS, Govt. courts, etc. vs. fear of God
– 50% work or have worked for our government and our SS checks and pensions come from the government. Our dependence is on God, not the government.
– Many look to SS (Social Security) for all of their needs.
– Laziness and feeling entitled to extra funding the government has paid out.
– Dependence on the government to care for the poor, disabled, and needy….the church has given their responsibility to the gov.
– Repent for not paying for those in government authority over us
– You are our healer, not Medicare and Medicaid. We repent for those who have used it wrongly. Please refine it Lord and help us to look to You, the only one who can heal. Help us to go deeper in You for Your deeper touch: spirit, soul, and body. Practice in Gerontology for that’s ‘where the money is’.We look to You for solutions that government will be wiser and that we’d look to You for healing.
– To enforce the laws but now they are ignoring the laws. Integrity in government. To protect us.
– ‘Owe no man anything’ and we have massive amounts of student loans provided by the government. Slavery to government.
– Thanks for Law Enforcement but Lord the ultimate responsibility is with each individual. So we repent for lawlessness in our nation and lack of respect for authority and ultimately our respect for You. For casting out and off Your authority.Lack of obedience to You. Let our lives be filled with Your holiness and beauty and lawfulness.
– Allowing the government to create ‘culture’ instead of You and Your Word.
– government’s (current and local) rejection of God
– Government leaders have sold the US out to China
– Monopolies (of corporations, like Target, Home Depot, Walmart, etc) are being allowed by govt to deplete business of small and medium businesses
– Gov’t taking a place of control it is not was never supposed to take–restore the correct place of govt.
– Prayer–Fear of the Lord at every level of govt vs. govt control—that those in leadership at all levels fear the Lord and lead out of this fear.
– Gov’t entering the affairs of the people when they have no right to (like the “vaccine” mandate/COVID)
– Repent for churches who have sided with govt (501 (c) 3), those who will no longer speak about the blood of Christ or biblical morality.– or won’t preach the whole Gospel
– Prayer to bless churches NOT receive/ seeking govt approval.
– Pastors who aren’t seeking God to serve Him–to find other jobs, and for their flock seeking Him to be freed to know Him and grow in grace and knowledge of Him…
– No more bewitching of the people by those w/$$ (Gates, Soros, etc) These people eat the flesh and blood of babies yet they pay pastors not to teach about the blood and “eating the flesh” of Jesus.
– Repent for the threats and manipulation (of the “elite”)
– Prov 25:5 Remove the evil from before the king and he will rule the nation in righteousness (paraphrase)
– Repent and pray for the removal of all Pres. Trump’s advisors are misleading him.
– Farmers–repent for the many years of them taking subsidies as now they are being told to destroy their crops – for 5x payout, or lose their subsidy if they don’t.
– Repent for their lack of fear of the Lord. Repent for their fear of men, and forgetting that God shall supply all their needs.
– Expose those behind this—that they’d be tried for treason.
– Repent for our naivete to trust them to have godly hearts to care for us, and to fear God. (the govt leaders as a whole)
– Repent for believers not practicing what they preach–trapped in snares, no power of God
– Prayer–Be exalted, Oh God above the Heavens! and in our govt.
– Prayer – for DJT to truly have an encounter with the living God!
– Repent- intercessors who don’t recognize being born again vs. religiosity–having a form of godliness but denying its power,
– We need Daniels, Esthers, Mordecai’s, and Davids.
– Repenting that our government introduced Social Security years ago which was the beginning of the government dependence
– Government handouts create laziness and a lack of motivation to work
– Repenting for not searching the scriptures to find God’s will
– We came against Tyrants in prayer (who want to control us)
– We have not checked on what our children learn in school
– We prayed for clarity for young people
– We prayed for Truth to open kids eyes, but also the eyes of college-age students and ALL Americans
– We repented for forgetting that God provides and God guides us
– We repented for not paying our Tithes and Offerings which reduced available funds for churches to help the poor
– We repented for churches not doing their job, for not obeying God
– We repented for not walking in the power and authority of what God intended for the church (greater works than Jesus shall we do)
– We repented for bad decisions of Government and bad money management of Congress, Senate, and Governors
– Democrat Party had a platform of “free” handouts. A whole party is operating on an untruthful foundation
– Our Federal Deficit is huge and the government handouts are unsustainable
– Covid-19 increased the reliance on government support. In many cases, people are refusing to go back to work and want government benefits instead.
– We repented for letting the government control our healthcare
– We repented for the current government opening the Southern Borders to let aliens in who are also depending on government handouts
– We repented for sending millions of dollars to other countries to create dependence even from other countries and for spending our tax dollars
– We repented for our government (especially under Obama) to bail out failing corporations, using our tax dollars
– We repented for bad elections which created bad people in power which is hurting America

30 Days of Confession, Repentance, and Prayer for the Healing of our Nation
August 31 – September 29, 2021
“When I shut up heaven and there is no rain, or command the locusts to devour the land,
or send pestilence among My people,
if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face,
and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.“
2 Chronicles 7:13-14
We of the 24/7 NSPC have been engaged in a spiritual battle…a warfare of love…interceding hourly on behalf of our nation for the past 4¾ years, beginning on November 11, 2016. Today, we enter into 30 Days of Confession, Repentance, and Prayer for the Healing of our Nation, answering the call of God to come together, fall on our knees and confess the sin of our nation, repenting corporately before Him. When we do, His promise is that He will “hear from heaven, forgive our sin and heal our land!”
Our corporate sin has allowed the undermining and erosion of the very foundations of this nation! Heeding the words of Ezra 10:4, we acknowledge “arise, for this matter is our responsibility.” Receiving conviction for the sin of this nation in our hearts, we will be empowered to confess and repent for those sins, then pray effectively for the healing of our nation!
Over the next 30 days, as we identify, confess and repent for our national sins, we will trust God for the healing He promises in His Word. This is a battle, and it must be engaged in by individuals, families, churches and communities. It is an all-out war against the American way of life…and “We, The People” are under attack! Unless the Body of Christ repents and rises up in prayer, the United States will have no future.
Like the Jews in Susa, we have been given permission with the legal right and responsibility to fight and defend ourselves and our land. And fight we must…for our very lives and the lives of our families depend on it!
“The king granted the Jews who were in each and every city the right to assemble and to defend their lives,
to destroy, to kill and to annihilate the entire army of any people or province which might attack them,
including children and women, and to plunder their spoil, on one day in all the provinces of King Ahasuerus…”
Esther 8:11-12
Like the people of Israel working with Nehemiah, we have been on the wall, watching and rebuilding with both trowel and sword in hand! We have built…now we fight!
“When I saw their fear, I rose and spoke to the nobles, the officials and the rest of the people:
‘Do not be afraid of them; remember the Lord who is great and awesome,
and fight for your brothers, your sons, your daughters, your wives and your houses.’”
Nehemiah 4:14
True corporate repentance does not happen spontaneously. It first takes place in individual hearts, is nurtured by prayer and fasting, and is then birthed into the larger arena. Prior to every national awakening in the United States, there was an emphasis on confession and prayer, fueled by authentic repentance. In Scripture, we see that solemn assemblies were called by priests, prophets or kings, for the entire nation, and throughout our US history, we have had 788 solemn assemblies for national repentance.
The blessing of national repentance is not only that God heals and blesses a nation, but also that a passion for His Presence is stirred up in the Body of Christ…and oh, how we need that now! Having begun this time of 30 Days of Confession, Repentance, and Prayer for the Healing of our Nation on August 31, 2021, we will conclude it by WELCOMING THE KING OF GLORY into all 50 states and territories, simultaneously, on September 29, 2021, during the feast of SIMCHAT TORAH, “The Joy of the Torah.” As Christians, our joy is found in the Living Torah…Jesus Christ, the Word of God!
We prayerfully invite all Christian believers, from each of our 50 States and Territories, to join us in this initiative. Like David’s mighty men, let us all awaken, arise, and adore our GOD… taking our stand and holding our ground!
