Day 26 – Sins against UNITY: Competition, Division and Hatred

September 25, 2021

– CRITICISM of other believers; DISUNITY in marriage; and in families; in the church and family

– COMFORT/COMPLACENCY; PREJUDICE

– Breakdown of marriage i.e Divorce. Children are affected emotionally and mentally.

– Abortion creating emotional and physical issues for the person involved in the act.

– Adultery; Tv programs that promote unhealthy relationships.

– Independence as a culture; Continual attacks on President Trump

– honoring celebrity above God; the critical spirit in Body of Christ against one another

– critical speech; pride about “we are the greatest, largest, best, etc. in the whole world”

– Repentance for the Church not coming together regarding righteousness issues in political situations such as abortion, LGBTQ, homo-marriage, etc.

– The division between denominations & criticism; Criticism of leadership in the church, II Chron. – do not criticize My anointed, etc./ gossip/ not praying for pastors

– Repentance for Church falling asleep, drive-by Christianity, Not living Christianity-but doing programs

– Walk in forgiveness. Your unity dwells in us, stop focusing on denominations and focus on Jesus.  Seek unity of the Spirit and bonds of peace. The division is not of You, Jesus. You came to bring Life!  Stop competing, making yourself look better than others. Get to the root. Break the bonds of fear. Repent for putting our doctrine before You!  That we would love one another!

– To be peacemakers and agents for unity in our homes, etc. in agreement with You. Unity.Food, clothing anything that divides. Racism, strife, preferences

– Not being humble, no lowliness of mind-to esteem others as higher than ourselves.

– Losing sight of the centrality of the Cross, the perfection of love.

– Reversing unjust situations (sin)-division on every level-how do we pray for this?

– Sin divides, repent for lack of righteousness and holiness

– Not having the shout of the King above us! We need to unite. Jealously and selfishness-earthly wisdom

– Competition and not praying for revival in every church and not wanting ‘mine’ to be the place where the Holy Spirit is manifesting but wanting Him to manifest in all churches.

– Being lukewarm and idolatrous. Forgetting it is the least among us who are the greatest which may be a ‘least’ church. Not receiving the Kingdom as a little child. Mt 18:3.Unless we change…..forgive us for not changing and being moldable and pliable in Your hands. Mt 25:40-45

– Lack of love for You, and our neighbors

– We used these 3 points from the focus as prayer points throughout the hour.  It worked great. They provided a little guidance but allowed for freedom for Holy Spirit.

– Confess and repent for indulging in Competition, Division, and Hatred, for allowing them to have a place in our lives and in our nation! Ask God to forgive us for having competed…instead of completing our Great Commission assignment. Then ask His forgiveness and healing for our nation!

– 1 Cor. 4:7, one person’s commentary. When we compare ourselves to others we are agreeing with the plans of the enemy for our lives. Comparison is the thief of joy and the stretcher of the truth.

We repented for the sin of comparing ourselves to each other. For the spirit of offense, jealousy, dissatisfaction, and in gratitude for what the Holy Spirit is doing in our life.

– 1 Cor. 12:12-26 The body has many members of that one body. He set the members each one of them in the body just as He pleased. If one member suffers, all the members suffer with it; or if one member is honored, all the members rejoice with it.

– We repent for not recognizing our position in Christ, far about all rule authority and dominion. We have allowed ourselves to believe the lies of the enemy. We are a peculiar people, Deut. 14:2 We are a chosen people, a special treasure above all the peoples who are on the face of the earth. 1 Pet.2:9 His own special people that we may proclaim the praises of Him who called us out of the darkness into His marvelous light. Titus 2:14 and purify for Himself His own special people zealous for good works.

– 1Pet. 2:22-23 We repent for NOT purifying our souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit in sincere love of the brethren, for NOT loving one another fervently with a pure heart. FAILING to believe we have been born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, through FAILING to believe the word of God which lives and abides forever.

– 1 Cor. 13: 4-7 We repent for Not suffering long and BEING unkind, we have ENVIED and HAVE BEEN puffed up. We HAVE behaved rudely, sought after our own, IS provoked, and THINKS evil. He has rejoiced in iniquity and NOT rejoiced in the truth. We HAVE NOT born all things, believed all things, hoped all things, NOR endured all things. We have FAILED to believe that love never fails. Oh Lord, forgive us.

We repent for failing to make Your Kingdom visible to Your creation.

Have mercy on us Oh Lord and hear our repentance. Baptize us with a fresh Spirit of love for You and others. Start with us, Lord.

– Help us to love our enemies, for such were we. Phil. 2:4 We repent of only looking out for our own interests and not the interests of others. Gal. 1:10 We repent for seeking to please man instead of God.

– Pride; Jealousy, envy; Division over Covid in the church and in families; Competition in families over jobs, money, etc insecurity; Not walking by your spirit; Not humbles ourselves and asked forgiveness; False unity…can’t compromise; Distinguish truth in denominations; Selfish attitudes begin in our hearts

– We need to take responsibility when we have caused division

– Must guard our hearts and mouths; Do our part in going to someone who has hurt us and ask forgiveness

– Be willing to see each other as Jesus sees them; 1Peter 1:22

– No unity among the body of Messiah. Racism. Lack of love. Denominations competing against each other.

– Jezebel in the church. Repent for my people, black people, for a distorted conversation full of gossip and slander and it is believed and passed on to others as truth.

– For jumping on the bandwagon of unchecked information. Repent for racism and immorality.

– Ephesians 5:20; Hatred- Bitter dislike; Abhorrent- Ill will against anyone we don’t like.

– Tendency to hold grudges or be angry. Competition- division- strife-contention-superiority- advancement at the expense of others- stirring up strife.

– We declare UNITY; Families divided over politics and now medical decisions like the jab.

– Repent for not taking every thought captive.  Let us see people through Your eyes of love and hear Your Rhema Word for them.  We desire for people to Know You through our acts of service.  Let our words and actions line up. Repent for churches (all denominations), corporations, businesses big box stores swallowing up and taking down mom and pop stores.

Competing for each other instead of coming together to partner with one another, pray, and heal our nation.

– Repent for hate; We go off of gossip and slander. Let us see people through Your eyes. Pour out Your love, melt our hearts! Repent for our self-sufficiency; BREAK IT OFF!

-We need each other; Give us the ability and capacity to embrace each other.

– Asking for those who have been deeply hurt.  Heal wounds so we can be unified.  Freedom, chains are broken for healing, restore people, put our guards down, demolish walls so there can be equally yoked.

– Forgive us for competition. It’s all about you Jesus and we need each other to accomplish The Great Commission. Our identity is in You Jesus, only you can do this. Repent for competing in church

– Prefer each other more than ourselves.

– Competition via Church:  who can give the most, be the best or top leader, minister, be the best in comparison to others, one-upmanship, counting heads, numbers

– Hatred/bitterness dividing one’s spirit — apart from God who through Blood of JESUS brings unity.  So, then, allegiances are to Satan & self rather than God. Creates a hole in the soul – emptiness w/o the unity with JESUS.

– CRT lies in creating division & racism; Racism dividing; Social media’s fascism

– In families — competing siblings, striving, divides one from his/her God-given potential

-In families — division between family over voting for Pres. Trump vs. any Dem (Hilary, Biden, etc.).  Our minds need to be filled with Wisdom. Great opportunity for us to be renewed & to show Love of Jesus in those discussions with those who differ with us.

– Elderly/Seniors — puts people in a box, separating them & restricting them w/our unrenewed mindset

– In Schools — separating children, masked/unmasked, ruthless competing in sports

– Deception of Hollywood’s offering polluting values & we join the fools as we entertain the world’s values — causes us to be divided within.

– As we confessed these items, each one was followed by covering us/our nation in the Blood of Jesus over those sins.

– Separation in the churches; Fear of The Holy Spirit; Separation of the vaccinated and unvaccinated.

– Unity of the family; Unity of fathers in the home and family.

– Government officials not united for the betterment of this country

– The men are less than they are.  Not wanting to be a man. Or confused about their sexuality.

– Be free from pride-filled opinions, for they will only harm your cherished unity. Don’t allow self-promotion to hide in your hearts, but in authentic humility put others first and view others as more important than yourselves.

– Forgive us for not having childlike faith, for criticizing the Catholic Church for not believing as we do.

– Forgive us for the disunity between the vaccinated against the vaccinated. Forgive us for the inability to listen and reason with one another. Forgive the medical tyranny and their possible sanctions against the unvaccinated. Forgive us for being dogmatic, for being stubborn and unreasonable. Forgive us for making demands on others when it comes to the vaccine. Forgive us for not bringing love, understanding, and reconciliation. Remove the veil of delusion.

– Forgive us for being difficult, for not loving the unlovable, for choosing death instead of life, for not being aware of the enemy’s tactics.

– Forgive us for allowing communist doctrine to eradicate Jesus Christ, for not defending America as a predominantly Christian nation. Forgive those who have heard the gospel and not responded, for allowing communism to rear its ugly head, and forgive the church for not pursuing the depths of Christ.

– Forgive us for not growing and maturing in the body of Christ. Forgive us for lightly esteeming members of the body of Christ. Forgive us for racism and not having compassion for the plight of others.

– Forgive us for believing the lies of the enemy about race, who has taken advantage of those who have not had a good foundation and have become vulnerable to blame and hate.

– Forgive us for the pride of our hearts that says I am a queen instead of a bride. Forgive us for not crucifying our flesh and not picking up our cross daily.

30 Days of Confession, Repentance, and Prayer for the Healing of our Nation

August 31 – September 29, 2021

“When I shut up heaven and there is no rain, or command the locusts to devour the land,

or send pestilence among My people,

if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face,

and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.“

2 Chronicles 7:13-14

We of the 24/7 NSPC have been engaged in a spiritual battle…a warfare of love…interceding hourly on behalf of our nation for the past 4¾ years, beginning on November 11, 2016. Today, we enter into 30 Days of Confession, Repentance, and Prayer for the Healing of our Nation, answering the call of God to come together, fall on our knees and confess the sin of our nation, repenting corporately before Him. When we do, His promise is that He will “hear from heaven, forgive our sin and heal our land!”

Our corporate sin has allowed the undermining and erosion of the very foundations of this nation!  Heeding the words of Ezra 10:4, we acknowledge “arise, for this matter is our responsibility.” Receiving conviction for the sin of this nation in our hearts, we will be empowered to confess and repent for those sins, then pray effectively for the healing of our nation!

Over the next 30 days, as we identify, confess and repent for our national sins, we will trust God for the healing He promises in His Word. This is a battle, and it must be engaged in by individuals, families, churches and communities. It is an all-out war against the American way of life…and “We, The People” are under attack!  Unless the Body of Christ repents and rises up in prayer, the United States will have no future.

Like the Jews in Susa, we have been given permission with the legal right and responsibility to fight and defend ourselves and our land. And fight we must…for our very lives and the lives of our families depend on it!

“The king granted the Jews who were in each and every city the right to assemble and to defend their lives,

to destroy, to kill and to annihilate the entire army of any people or province which might attack them,

including children and women, and to plunder their spoil, on one day in all the provinces of King Ahasuerus…”

Esther 8:11-12

Like the people of Israel working with Nehemiah, we have been on the wall, watching and rebuilding with both trowel and sword in hand! We have built…now we fight!

“When I saw their fear, I rose and spoke to the nobles, the officials and the rest of the people:

‘Do not be afraid of them; remember the Lord who is great and awesome,

and fight for your brothers, your sons, your daughters, your wives and your houses.’”

Nehemiah 4:14

True corporate repentance does not happen spontaneously. It first takes place in individual hearts, is nurtured by prayer and fasting, and is then birthed into the larger arena. Prior to every national awakening in the United States, there was an emphasis on confession and prayer, fueled by authentic repentance.  In Scripture, we see that solemn assemblies were called by priests, prophets or kings, for the entire nation, and throughout our US history, we have had 788 solemn assemblies for national repentance.

The blessing of national repentance is not only that God heals and blesses a nation, but also that a passion for His Presence is stirred up in the Body of Christ…and oh, how we need that now!  Having begun this time of 30 Days of Confession, Repentance, and Prayer for the Healing of our Nation on August 31, 2021, we will conclude it by WELCOMING THE KING OF GLORY into all 50 states and territories, simultaneously, on September 29, 2021, during the feast of SIMCHAT TORAH, “The Joy of  the Torah.” As Christians, our joy is found in the Living Torah…Jesus Christ, the Word of God!

We prayerfully invite all Christian believers, from each of our 50 States and Territories, to join us in this initiative.  Like David’s mighty men, let us all awaken, arise, and adore our GOD… taking our stand and holding our ground!

Amen! Alleluia!
