Wednesday, September 4, 2019 – The 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call

We begin the hour today by praising and giving thanks to God…and worshiping Him over the storms of life!

“Give to the Lord the glory due His name” 

Psalm 96:8

 The key assignment for the 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call is to intercede hourly for the safety and security of our President, Donald John Trump, and to pray for that which pertains to our nation!

We pray for our President’s protection and cover him with the Blood of Jesus, 

asking that he will respond to every situation by the leading of the Holy Spirit!

We bless our First Lady, Melania, their marriage, their son Barron and all their family members.

We bless our Vice President Mike Pence, his wife Karen and their family 

and all those serving in this Administration. 

We speak wisdom and courage to the Federal Reserve Board members. 

May they serve with integrity and honor, doing what’s right for our nation’s economy! 

Let them lower the discount rate again, so that our economy will continue to thrive, despite all odds! 

Special Prayer Target

Lord, we lift up to You those who are plotting and planning the demise of our beloved President! 

We say “No!” to them and ask that You expose and foil all their plans! Thank You, Lord! 

The 24/7 NSPC is praying for the 2020 National Elections, positioning ourselves in prayer before the Lord

on behalf of our President and nation! 

COUNTDOWN: 427 days until the election! 

Let us pray into this verse:

“And the God of peace will crush Satan under your feet shortly.

Strategic Focus for Wednesday 

WELCOME THE KING OF GLORY INTO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

Standing in the Storms of Life – Part 5

“Also with moisture He saturates the thick clouds; He scatters His bright clouds. 

And they swirl about, being turned by His guidance, that they may do whatever He commands them

 on the face of the whole earth. He causes it to come, Whether for correction, Or for His land, Or for mercy.”

Job 37:11-13

We have been persisting in intercession regarding the storm off the Southeastern coast of the United States for over a week now. We have been speaking to the elements of nature: wind, the rain and the sea, in the same manner that Jesus did, commanding: “Peace! Be still!” 

We pray::

• For God’s provision and restoration those in the island nation of the Bahamas
• For His protection for those in harm’s way, on the eastern seaboard! With one voice, we directed it to turn Northeast, away from the United States and back out to sea, where it can do no harm to life or property! 

Reflecting on both this storm…and the specific assignment we have been given to pray for the exposure of those plotting against our President, we are provoked to ask these questions:

• Is God using events in nature to teach the Ekklesia things that we have not understood correctly? Or does He want us to “unlearn certain prayer practices” we have been taught to believe… that are not true! 
• Could it be that in the midst of the storms of life, we are given the opportunity to be trained to pray rightly?
• Are individual circumstances, such as sickness, trials, hurricanes, or threats against our President, opportunities to experience a full range of responses, from fear to fearlessness, overcoming as we press in and on in intercession…moving forward…KADIMA!…until we receive His answer.. 

Cindy Jacobs wrote this in response to this storm for Give Him 15. It applies to all who are in the Church! 

“The Lord created weather. He created all things. He made each individual and He loves us. He created the nations and the boundaries of them. He is not blind or deaf. He is watching. He is listening. He is stirring His people to pray. He is calling for His Church to get up and get in the gap and intercede. He is showing us what to pray; what to say. He is sharpening His Word in our mouth and causing us to release it at the exact right time.

“This is the apostolic level of warfare that He has called His Church to. This is how Jesus acted. This is how He taught His disciples to act. This is the authority He placed on His apostles and prophets. Somewhere in history, this authority was lost. It was corrupted and diluted. The Body of Christ was told they couldn’t have this authority. Now it is the era of restoration. Now, the Church will find its voice. Now, we will read the Word and see what He is saying to us. We will decree a thing and it will be done!

She went on to say that a hurricane “is no match for Jesus Christ and His legislating Ekklesia, who legislate in the heavens on behalf of the earth. It is not greater than the Blood of Jesus or the power and Presence and protection of God Almighty! God, our strength, our strong tower…will save us!” She concluded with the statement: “He will dispel the storm as we humble ourselves and pray. Church, do not stop interceding until the storm is still.”

We pray:

• That Your Ekklesia will be open to hearing from your Holy Spirit…willing to be “teachable”…able to receive correct instruction and training, so that we know how to correctly respond to and move in the power and authority we have been given by Christ Jesus when various situations arise!

Whether we are called to pray into a storm, a sudden sickness, some misfortune or anything that disrupts our lives or the lives of those we live, we must be equipped and ready to respond Biblically, not hysterically. We are called to pray from a position of faith and authority…knowing that we have been delegated that power by our Lord Jesus Christ, Who expects us to exercise it here on earth! 

That said, we now apply this to our current assignment to pray for the exposure of the plots that some are intending to “hatch” against our beloved President. We are standing for and with him in this particular “storm”…which is a matter of life and death for our nation. For us, there can be NO RETREAT! 

Having placed him in the hands of God, we engage in a “WARFARE OF LOVE” on behalf of our President and nation! Adapting points offered by Cindy, we will apply them as we intercede on behalf of President Trump:

1-Lord, You created each individual and love us. You created the nations and set their boundaries. You are watching…listening…stirring Your people to pray. We ARE stirred, and we stand in the gap before You to intercede for our beloved President Donald John Trump!

We pray:

• That we will come before You, quiet ourselves and listen and hear what You are speaking to us for our President. We trust that You will guide us, revealing that which is needed to be known, so that we might pray effectively, and You will expose these plots and bring those who are planning his demise to justice! 

2-You are showing us not only what to pray and what to say, but You are sharpening Your Word in our mouths, causing us to release it at the exact right time.

We pray:

• That as we come together and intercede, Lord, You will inspire us by the Spirit, putting YOUR WORDS in our mouths. As we come into agreement, You will release Your angels to move on the President’s behalf, uncovering that which has been hidden, exposing the plots of demons!

3-Jesus empowered His disciples to act in His authority. For years, that seemed to be lost, but now, the Church is finding its voice and operating in His power and authority again! 

We pray:

• That as we read the Word, understand what God is saying, then agree with and then pray it back to Him, He will move in this situation to preserve and protect his beloved son, Donald, and bring down each of his enemies. 

4-There is no match for Jesus Christ…no power greater than the Blood of Jesus… no protection like the Presence of God Almighty! He is our strength, our strong tower…and He will deal with “the storms of life” being faced by our President, as we humble ourselves and pray for him, as instructed!

We pray:

• We DO humble ourselves before You, our Almighty God and King, and we intercede before You on behalf of President Trump. We commit that we will not stop praying until we see “this storm” through, until You have stilled it! Thank You, Lord!

As these plans against our President are exposed, and those who are plotting against him are convicted and punished, we look for the United States to move, step by step, into the promised restoration of righteousness! AMEN! HalleluYah!

Specific Prayer Topic for Today

Praying for the Congress of the United States: Senate and House of Representatives

With a range of harassing actions…officially called, ”investigations”… covering everything from President Trump’s tax returns to more allegations of “obstruction of justice”, House Democrats are supporting some sort of an impeachment inquiry. Happily, they are far from having the votes to take such action against the President.

We pray:

• That as Congress returns to the Hill, a strong spirit of conviction will sweep over the House and many will have “strange and disturbing” dreams and visions, which will prompt them to seek Godly counsel and result in them turning from darkness to Christ! We bless them… to search for “TRUTH”…and find HIM!
