We begin the hour today by praising and giving thanks to God!
“For You, O God, have tested us; You have refined us as silver is refined.”
Psalm 66:10

The key assignment for the 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call is to intercede hourly for the safety and security of our President, Donald John Trump, and to pray for that which pertains to our nation!
We pray for our President’s protection and cover him with the Blood of Jesus,
asking that he will respond to every situation by the leading of the Holy Spirit,
and not allow himself to be provoked into going to war with Iran or any other nation!
We refer those to You who are plotting and planning the demise of our beloved President!
We say “No!” to them and ask that You expose and foil all their plans! Thank You, Lord!
We bless our First Lady, Melania, their marriage, their son Barron and all their family members.
We bless our Vice President Mike Pence, his wife Karen and their family
and all those serving in this Administration.
We bless the Federal Reserve Board members.
May they serve with integrity and honor, doing what’s right for our nation’s economy!
The 24/7 NSPC is praying for the 2020 National Elections,
positioning ourselves in intercession before the Lord on behalf of our President and nation!

WELCOME THE KING OF GLORY INTO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
Refiner’s Fire
“In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while…you have been grieved by various trials,
that the genuineness of your faith, being much more precious than gold that perishes, though it is tested by fire, may result in praise, honor, and glory at the revelation of Jesus Christ.
Though you have not seen Him, you love Him;
and even though you do not see Him now, you believe in Him
and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy.”
1 Peter 1:6-8
As this verse “dances” upon the page of today’s focus, imagine the Holy Spirit speaking to our President!
We pray:
- That President Trump would hear the Spirit speaking to him, saying:
“Donald, you have been grieved by various trials, assaults, attacks, so that the genuineness of your faith,
which has been tested in fire, would result in you praising, honoring and glorifying Jesus,
Whom you have not yet seen, but you love!
Though you haven’t seen Him, you believe in Him and are filled with an abundance of joy!”
James Robison, a pastor and evangelist, has invested his time in meeting and praying with President Trump regularly. He tells us that “perhaps we saw a hint of answered prayer, and a clear signal that our prayers and petitions and counsel mustn’t cease” when, after his stop in New Mexico, President Trump tweeted:
“We are all united by the same love of Country, the same devotion to family,
and the same profound faith that America is blessed by the eternal grace of ALMIGHTY GOD!”
We pray:
- What a confession of faith! Thank You, Lord, that Your “Refiner’s fire” is indeed at work in our President’s life, and it is in all of ours! May all the dross be burned away and removed, in our lives and in his, so there is a clear reflection of Your face seen in the “metal” / the mirror of our lives!
“And we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord,
are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.”
2 Corinthians 3:18
A refiner’s fire does not destroy, as a forest fire does, nor does it consume, as the fire in an incinerator does. It simply “refines”…purifies…melts down…the object it is refining…separating out and removing the impurities that ruin its value, leaving it intact. The work is finished when the object reflects the image of the refiner! God is the REFINER and it is His fire that purifies each of us as we need to be!
We pray:
- Lord, we trust You to bring us through the flames and fire, to the place where we can be vessels of honor,
- ready, willing and able to do Your will! Have Your way in us, Lord…and in the life of our beloved President.
- Thank You for preserving and protecting President Trump whenever he is near “unholy” fire, and for guarding his heart and mind, so that he can continue to move forward, to serve You and this nation!
Closing prayer:
Father, You are the Refiner, and we welcome Your FIRE in our lives! Mold us and make us into the image of Jesus, Your Son! Fill us with Your Holy Spirit so we can share Your love, joy and peace with all we encounter!
We are Yours, Lord! Have Your way in us…and have Your way in our President’s life as well! AMEN!

Specific Prayer Topic for Today
Praying for our Supreme Court and the Judicial System
We lift up Supreme Court Associate Justice Brett Kavanaugh, who has once again come under a vicious attack from those who want to destroy our US Constitution and tear down our judicial system. This is not just against Brett Kavanaugh, but is yet another in an escalating series of attacks on judicial independence, attested to by recent “warnings” to the high court and calls for “court-packing” by left wing members of Congress.
We pray:
- That every wrongful allegation against Brett Kavanaugh will be exposed and shown to be the lies they are!
- That those who have knowingly propagated these lies will be found out, removed from Congress and punished.
- That God will defend both Justice Kavanaugh and the Supreme Court through it all, allowing him to abide in SHALOM, a perfect peace that protects and comforts him and his family throughout this harassment!
