Monday, October 7, 2019 – The 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call

We begin the hour today by praising and giving thanks to God! 

  “Praise the Lord! Sing to the Lord a new song, And His praise in the assembly of saints.”

  The key assignment for the 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call is to intercede hourly for the safety and security of our President, Donald John Trump, and to pray for that which pertains to our nation!

We pray for our President’s protection and cover him with the Blood of Jesus, 

asking that he will respond to every situation by the leading of the Holy Spirit.

We refer those to You who are plotting and planning the demise of our beloved President! 

We say “No!” to them and ask that You expose and foil all their plans! Thank You, Lord! 

We bless our First Lady, Melania, their marriage, their son Barron and all their family members.

We bless our Vice President Mike Pence, his wife Karen and their family

and all those serving in this Administration. 

We bless the Federal Reserve Board members.  

May they serve with integrity and honor, doing what’s right for our nation’s economy! 

The 24/7 NSPC is praying for the 2020 National Elections, 

positioning ourselves in intercession before the Lord on behalf of our President and nation!  

COUNTDOWN: 394 days until the election!

A CALL FOR A NATIONAL DAY OF REPENTANCE – Part 8

“The Lord is righteous in all His ways, Gracious in all His works. The Lord is near to all who call upon Him, To all who call upon Him in truth. He will fulfill the desire of those who fear Him; He also will hear their cry and save them. The Lord preserves all who love Him, But all the wicked He will destroy.”

For the past four days, Pastor Ioan has been in Orlando, Florida with Maureen, where they have been engaged in a series of meetings that are part of the preparation for and launching of  

A CALL FOR A DAY OF CORPORATE REPENTANCE BY THE BODY OF CHRIST 

IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA 

on November 3, 2019. 

God is confirming the critical need for this Call time after time. Robert Jeffress, the pastor of the First Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas, who is a spiritual advisor to President Trump, an author, and a radio and television host, was on CBN News and said : “If the President is removed from office, it’s going to cause lasting wounds in our country”

Speaking out again in opposition to the Democrat effort to impeach the President, Jeffress clarified what he had said in an earlier interview with FOX News:  “if the Democrats are successful in removing the President from office, I’m afraid it will cause a civil-war like fracture in this nation from which this country will never heal.”

We pray:

• The thought of having another civil war in our nation is repugnant to all decent men and women. Therefore, we, as representatives of “We, the People”, say “NO!” to that thought, take it captive, and cast those demons agitating for civil war into the abyss. We speak peace to our people… and to our nation!

Jeffress told the network that the President’s impeachment will divide America with lasting consequences. He noted that he was very careful in the words he chose during the Fox News interview, neither predicting nor advocating an actual civil war in our country.

“But what I did say was that if the Democrats are successful for the first time in the history of removing the President from office, it will cause deep and lasting divisions in our country just like the Civil War did.  The Civil War ended 160 years ago, but our nation has not yet completely healed from that experience. I believe in the same way a duly elected President who received the votes of 63 million Americans is removed from office, it’s going to cause lasting wounds in our country.” 

We pray

• That as the spirit of division is bound and cast into the abyss, we release the spirit of unity, to come and flood our land. We ask that it would penetrate the hearts of our people, so that they might love one another and put this nation’s stability ahead of their unstable political persuasions. 

When CBN News asked Jeffress if using the comparison of the Civil War, in which more than 600,000 lives were lost, during a four-year period, was a bad idea for an analogy to the impeachment inquiry, Jeffress responded, “No, it was a perfect idea. What I was talking about was the spirit — the fracture of the spirit of America — that lasted long after the war had ended. Talking about that kind of divisiveness is a good parallel situation to what we’re experiencing right now.  Look, our nation is already divided. I believe that this kind of action by the Democrats one year before an election is just adding fuel to the fire.”

We pray:

• That our hearts, which have experienced the first fracture, might be healed and made whole, so that the spirit of this nation might also be healed from the fracture it has endured through the selfishness and self exaltation of those who desire to have control and power! 

Jeffress continued: “And I believe that Nancy Pelosi is sincere about praying for America and praying for leadership in this. If she would set this aside and let voters decide one year from now about whether President Trump should remain in office, but I believe the reason the Democrats are moving so quickly on this impeachment effort is they’ve tried everything else they can to get this President out of office. It hasn’t worked. They’re scared to death about 2020. They’re becoming increasingly aware of the fact that they can’t beat Donald Trump legitimately in 2020 and this is the only way they can remove him.”

We pray:

• We speak God’s Word back to Him in this matter, on behalf of our beloved President: “If God be for you, who can be against!”

Jeffress said Christians should do whatever they can to bring healing, but not at the expense of truth. “You know the truth always divides people, and I believe that the truth is this President has been the most pro-life, pro-religious liberty, pro-Israel, pro-conservative judiciary President in history, and that’s why we need to stand behind him.”

We pray:

• Let truth prevail, Lord, and let the enemies of truth in Congress, who are persecuting and attempting to impeach President Trump,  either repent and be delivered from their bondage, and set free…or removed for office! 

Jeffress also called on Christians to take action by contacting their representatives in Congress. 

“I would say to all Americans: ‘Let’s pray for America, but let’s do more in addition to praying, let’s take action,  Daniel 11:32 says ‘The people who know their God will stand firm and take action.’ …Christians need to let their representatives know that they should not support impeachment. That they need to stand with this President.”

We pray:

• Lord, let Christians find their voices and be bold enough to speak out on behalf of this man who is giving his life and honor and wealth for this nation! 

Note:  The President later tweeted Jeffress’ comments that evangelicals are outraged at the way Trump has been treated. 

We pray

• That those like Robert Jeffress, who know the heart of our President, will be encouraged to speak out on his behalf!
• That Americans from all creeds, ethnicities and persuasions will courageously confront those who dare to impune our President at the same time that they are undermining the very foundations upon which this nation was built! 
• That our President will recognize the extreme situation in which we are as a nation, and call for A CALL FOR A DAY OF CORPORATE REPENTANCE BY THE BODY OF CHRIST IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA on November 3rd.
