For the last week, we have been celebrating Succot / the Feast of Tabernacles, which concludes tomorrow evening! As we’ve remembered and commemorated the time God’s children spent in the wilderness after coming out of Egypt, we’ve had our own experience of His overwhelming love and protection, as they did! Indeed, we do serve an AWESOME GOD…and we are gathered in His Name tonight to worship Him!
Jeff (TX) led us in receiving the armor of God, according to Ephesians 6:10-18.
“Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day,
and having done all, to stand.
Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness,
and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.
And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God;
praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit.”

NY Appellate Judge Smacks Down Far-Left Judge Engoron, Pauses Dissolving Trump Organization

A New York Appellate Judge on Friday smacked down far-left Judge Arthur Engoron and paused his order to dissolve Trump Org. Last week Judge Engoron issued an order to rescind Trump’s business licenses as punishment in Letitia James’ civil lawsuit. Engoron effectively ordered the dissolution of Trump Org.
“Engoron ordered that some of Trump’s business licenses be rescinded as punishment, making it difficult or impossible for them to do business in New York, and said he would continue to have an independent monitor oversee Trump Organization operations. If not successfully appealed, the order would strip Trump of his authority to make strategic and financial decisions over some of his key properties in the state.”
Last week Trump said his civil rights were violated after Engoron issued the order: “My Civil rights have been violated, and some Appellate Court, whether federal or state, must reverse this horrible, un-American decision,” Trump said on Truth Social last week.
The Appellate Division stayed Engoron’s order on Friday. Judge Peter Moulton Friday afternoon halted Engoron’s order to dissolve the Trump Org. after day 5 of Letitia James’ Stalinist show trial.
A New York appellate judge declined to pause Donald Trump’s ongoing civil fraud trial after attorneys for Trump sought a stay of the trial while they appeal Judge Arthur Engoron’s summary judgment ruling last week that decided the core of the case.
Judge Moulton issued the ruling minutes after hearing oral arguments from both sides. While he did not pause the trial, he did stop the immediate cancelation of Trump’s business certificates that Engoron had ordered last week.
“This is everything owned or controlled by the defendant. Once you dissolve you dissolve,” defense attorney Christopher Kise argued in an afternoon hearing convened at the Appellate Division’s First Department. “It’s chaos. It’s chaos right now.”
Eric Trump responded to the New York Appellate Court’s decision to pause the dissolution of Trump Org. “We thank the Appellate Division for staying the NY Attorney General’s and Judge Engoron’s overzealous attempt to cancel our New York business certificates. Judge Engoron’s order erroneously sought to adjudicate the rights of non-party business entities that employ nearly 1,000 hard-working New Yorkers, have never been accused of any wrongdoing and, were never given their day in court – in clear violation of their fundamental Constitutional rights and Due Process. We will continue to vigorously defend our company and our incredible employees from this politically-motivated persecution”.

BREAKING: JUDGE CANNON PAUSES TRUMP CLASSIFIED DOCS CASE
Judge Aileen Cannon on Friday paused litigation in Jack Smith’s classified documents case as she decides whether to grant Trump’s motion to extend deadlines related to classified material.
Trump attorneys Chris Kise and Todd Blanche accused Jack Smith’s prosecutors of using dilatory tactics to slow-roll the discovery process and taking too long to turn over evidence. Blanche and Kise said the May trial date makes the schedule “unworkable,” according to the motion reviewed by The Gateway Pundit.
“On July 18, 2023, the Special Counsel’s Office represented to the Court that ‘all’ discovery would be available on ‘day one.’” Trump’s lawyers wrote.
Blanche and Kise also said Jack Smith’s Florida classified docs trial set for May 20 and his separate March 4 DC trial regarding Trump’s so-called effort to stop the transfer of power set for March 4 require “Trump and his lawyers to be in two places at once.”
“The March 4, 2023 trial date in the District of Columbia, and the underlying schedule in that case, currently require President Trump and his lawyers to be in two places at once,” Trump’s lawyers wrote, according to CBS News. “And, months after the Office’s representation to the Court, discovery is not complete in this case—including with respect to the classified documents at issue in more than 25% of the [Espionage Act] counts in the Superseding Indictment.”
Of course, this was Jack Smith’s plan all along. Make it impossible for Trump’s lawyers to navigate between Washington DC and Florida by scheduling court dates on top of each other.
The attorneys said the classification reviews and most basic discovery have not been handed over by DOJ prosecutors.
“These are not mere ‘complaints.’ The Special Counsel’s Office has not provided some of the most basic discovery in the case,” the attorneys wrote. “Given the current schedule, we cannot understate the prejudice to President Trump arising from his lack of access to these critical materials months after they should have been produced.”
Blanche and Kise, who previously sought security clearances to review classified material in this case, argued the special counsel hadn’t even provided basic arrangements for handling the classified documents.
“The Special Counsel’s Office has failed to make very basic arrangements in this District for the handling of the relevant classified information, the holding of necessary CIPA hearings, and the production of related work products by the court and counsel,” the lawyers wrote in the 12-page filing.
The judge overseeing the probe into President Donald Trump’s handling of classified documents has paused any litigation involving the classified materials in question as she considers a request from Trump to extend deadlines in the case, according to a new order.
At issue is how the classified materials at the center of the case are to be handled by the defendants and their attorneys, based on national security requirements.
After Judge Aileen Cannon established several deadlines for ruling on those issues, Trump’s legal team last month filed a motion asking her for a three-month extension, saying that Trump and his co-defendants have still not had access “to significant portions of the materials that the Special Counsel’s Office has characterized as classified and conceded are discoverable — much less the additional classified materials to which President Trump is entitled following anticipated discovery litigation.”
Cannon’s order on Friday temporarily pauses the upcoming deadlines as she considers Trump’s motion. Jack Smith recently indicted Trump on 37 federal counts in Miami in the classified documents case.

We prayed into this endorsement of Jim Jordan, noting an earlier statement by the President in which he had told Fox News that he would accept a short-term role as House Speaker. “They have asked me if I would take it for a short period of time for the party until they come to a conclusion — I’m not doing it because I want to — I will do it if necessary, should they not be able to make their decision.”

Biden Gov’t Admits Trump Was Right, Allows Border Wall Construction to Resume.
The Biden government has publicly announced it will allow the resumption of President Donald Trump’s policy of building a wall on the U.S.-Mexico border to deter the thousands of illegal migrants entering the United States, representing a huge win for the 45th President‘s immigration policy. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) even waived 26 federal laws, regulations, and other legal requirements, including the Clean Air Act and the Safe Drinking Water Act, to ensure “the expeditious construction of barriers and roads” in Starr County, Texas, which has experienced nearly 250,000 illegal migrants crossing into its territory this fiscal year. U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security, Alejandro Mayorkas, explained upon the policy’s announcement, “There is presently an acute and immediate need to construct physical barriers and roads in the vicinity of the border of the United States in order to prevent unlawful entries into the United States in the project areas.” The decision openly contradicts Biden’s claims that building a border wall across the entire southern border was “not a serious policy solution.” In 2020, Biden declared: “There will not be another foot of wall constructed on my administration.” Worse still, the Biden government began selling off $300 million worth of material intended for Trump’s wall at a 99 percent discount over the past several months. With an election looming and the border crisis spiraling with even pro-sanctuary Democrats in Illinois and New York complaining to Biden that they cannot cope with the influx, the construction of at least some border wall is an example of some of the belated, limited action the White House is taking.
The corruption of these people is incredible! It is all about the O’Biden follies! The Biden Regime is once again using voodoo math to make it appear the September jobs report was a total blowout and ‘better than expected.’ “The U.S. economy added 336,000 jobs in September, the Labor Department said. Economists polled by Dow Jones expected 170,000 jobs. To be sure, wages rose less than expected last month.” CNBC reported. A real deep dive into the numbers reveals a different story. The jobs added are mostly seasonal (teachers) and part-time work. According to Zero Hedge’s analysis of the September jobs report, 885,000 full-time jobs were lost, 1 Million+ part-time jobs were added, and a record number of people have multiple jobs.

Harry Haury was introduced to us and is our special guest tonight. Maureen and Pastor Ioan greeted him regarding the election from those he’s in touch with: Bernadette (NY), the Boehms (TX), and David and Erin Clements. Harry shared his testimony with us:
MO is the state that rewrote our election rules in this past election. Harry met and worked with John Ashcroft and in 2000, Ashcroft was the legal advisor for Bush, who took the case to the SCOTUS —Bush vs Gore. He is now an expert in election law, and in the late 1990s, he was an energy consultant and worked with the intelligence community! He had a talent for encryption and data analytics at high speed, tracking money laundering from Singapore and Hong Kong, and worked with the US Treasury, which led to working with the DOD in cyber security. HE started seeing the tools we were using in other countries regarding their elections, then in Europe, and then here in the USA. He developed a deep knowledge of Special Operations and ended up in a situation with a contractor they were working with on a large project. He then went in 2009 to China to try to evaluate their technical capabilities and was the Chair of the US-CHINA corporation, and saw the corruption there. In 2012, he tried to tell the US Government and no one cared. In 2019, he was approached by a senior member of the Chinese aristocracy, who told him about the Biden family dealings…and that he was targeted to be imprisoned if he didn’t leave the country! He did. My faith in God allowed me to get out of places that would have ended my life. God raised those up who would warn me to get out and I got out! Bernadette knows some of these stories, but the fact is that it would take all night to begin to explain it!
In 2019, COVID started. I have the ability to look at numbers and see patterns others don’t see. Thus, I can identify fraud from the math and stats. When the Biden laptop showed up in 2020, those who know my experience of the connection to the Biden family re: China…led me to talk to so many about what I knew and started directing them to names, people, and schemes that the Bidens were involved with and their connection to China. As a result, I’ve witnessed what was going on and saw the implications for national security! Then the election hit, and I worked to analyze whether the stats were correct. From there I was pulled into the election fight and worked with so many you know. I prefer not to yell and scream…but to find evidence and not accuse people until I know for sure. There is a complete lack of cybersecurity…and there was manipulation of the voter rolls and the vote! You do not fight the election, but the misconduct. Fraudulent action of the officials for harvesting fraudulent votes can result in convictions!
There was a very deep intelligence operation in our country that influenced the elections. I suggested they use BLACK LETTER LAWS, which showed how people were to be prosecuted for election crimes. In 2022, I started getting traction when I told them to solidify obedience to the current RULE OF LAW. I worked with a group out of NY, the CITIZENS AUDIT, comparing election law to voter rolls and to the discrepancies there. In 2020, there were 5 M discrepancies in NY. Letitia James, the NY AG attacked the group.
Unite4Freedom.com is the site for his organization called United Sovereign Americans. We in the USA are fighting very hard, trying to expose the errors in the election, the criminal behavior of the election officials, and “ignorance is no excuse!” We are starting to get some support from those who see the need for help to maintain our FREEDOM!

We lifted up all those in prison, saying “LET MY PEOPLE GO!” and prayed that they all will be set free!
We asked that they would know that they are NOT abandoned, but that we stand with them!
Sherrill (TX) led us in singing the National Anthem, united from our 50 states across the nation!
Having prayed on-site for them in DC, we continue to stand with them and their families,
praying that they would be set free, return to their lives and loved ones,
and be compensated for the injustice they have suffered!

We invited Harry to continue his sharing, and he said Unite4Freedom.com is the place to find them! They started in NY, and already have committees in 23 states. They are raising money for attorney fees. They have a program called “FROM SEA TO SHINING SEA.” He was part of 2 election scandals that caused attacks on his company, but nevertheless, they were corroborating witnesses to AG Bill Barr interfering with the 2020 election investigation – having heard him on speaker phone! They have the data to expose officials, and because of the errors and manipulations of the data and information and it changes from suspected misconduct to CRIMINAL MISCONDUCT!
Most of the voting laws are civil rights laws…ie Voter Registration Act…the violations of our civil rights as free and sovereign Americans give us the right to pursue litigation on that! They already have NY AG James responding with a cease and desist order. They need volunteers, and do not take a salary! They need the money to fund lawyers in 20 -30 states to litigate it.
Stopping all the fraud and corruption starts with the laws protecting the elections…and in places like China, the things we have seen show NO MORALITY! They own a lot in China through the CCP… and here as well!
We need volunteers in every state! We believe that we have to avoid anger and deal with all this must occur peacefully before the 2024 election. We must OBEY THE LAW. The law should have forbidden the machines …which are not secure! This is an overt attempt to overthrow the foundation of our society!
If we don’t save our country by 2024, it will get even darker. We need everyone to participate. Give grace to one another and live the 2 great commandments in our hearts. To do that, we must allow God to indwell us. We need to find the “fake” votes…in NY, 338 K votes were counted that had no voters registered. The elections have the duty to rectify it!
Deborah (TX) shared about her experience in meeting Harry and encouraged us to volunteer with United Sovereign Americans. They are having a Conference (Nov 3-5 in Dallas). Every Tuesday, Terry and Marley do a call that serves to train our team on how to do the necessary work.
Viviana (NY) asked if the Conference would be live-streamed. She asked about the CCP infiltration of schools in NY. They will be making thousands of calls attacking the conservatives on the ballots.
Harry said that China has 1.6 B people and the majority are impoverished…with the CCP elite in control. “Slave state” is not an understatement! We have sold out our country to the CCP…a godless and depraved society. It’s our money they are using against us! There are good people also there…but the evil is everywhere…in plain sight! We MUST STOP BEING DISLOYAL to our own country!
After receiving all this information, we prayed for Harry corporately and then took individual comments and questions.

Harry said the blue states are easier to prove fraud in because they are so sloppy…think they are covered! The group in IL is small! If people reach out to friends there, we’d see those violating Federal Law being convicted! NY and CA were red at one time. What happened is that they slowly degraded the honesty of the election system, and manipulated the vote. We must stop it! We must NOT ceed anything to the enemy! If we fund a suit in CA and in IL we need one Federal Circuit to decide one thing and another to find a different interpretation of the same law, and that will get us into the Supreme Court, for they must be consistent!

and those who will go out and declare we are taking our country back! God has a covenant
with us that is based on love…and that includes morality!
Candace (CANADA) Biden’s approval rating is around 10%. I think God will intervene in this! Don’t look at what is around you…God has allowed you to see the corruption! It is for the GLORY of GOD!

Our 24/7 family members will be in Jerusalem from October 10th – 15th, and will be on “the Call to the Wall” Tuesday evening as we prepare to join our Messianic brothers and sisters and then serve the Notice of Eviction to Baal…the Prince of the Middle East who manifests as False Worship / False Religion. When that entity is displaced, true worship of God will be released throughout the world.
