We begin our hour by praising and giving thanks to God!

The key assignment for the 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call is to intercede hourly for the safety and security of our President, Donald John Trump, and to pray for that which pertains to our nation!

We pray for our President’s protection and cover him with the Blood of Jesus.  

We ask that he respond to every situation by the leading of the Holy Spirit!

We say “No!” to those planning his demise, and ask You to expose and foil all their evil plans! 

We ask for angelic beings to be stationed to stand guard over and protect the WHITE HOUSE, 

and that our President will decide to call our people to a National Day of Repentance.

We bless our First Lady, Melania, their marriage, their son Barron and all their family members

We bless our Vice President Mike Pence, his wife Karen and their family

and all those serving in this Administration. 

We pray for ourselves and our loved ones, as we put on the full armor of God!

We pray specifically for our sister, Repeka Nuusa (CO) who’s been given a diagnosis only God can reverse. 

We pray for the coronavirus to be taken down by Almighty God…no second wave…no more spikes…

just the full and complete destruction of the virus in the United States!

We pray for the mass media and the social media, both of which are being used and exploited by 

the “father of lies.”  Let them either reverse course,  reporting freely and accurately, or be taken down.

We pray for the Federal Reserve Board members, to use their power to boost our nation’s economy. 

Let them act in accord with what is good for the USA!

The 24/7 NSPC is praying for the 2020 National Elections, positioning ourselves in intercession 

before the Lord, asking for a LANDSLIDE VICTORY for President Donald John Trump! 

COUNTDOWN: 8 days until the election!

Strategic Focus for Monday

Confirming and Seating Amy Coney Barrett

“Who rules over men must be just, ruling in the fear of God. He shall be like the light of the morning when the sun rises, a morning without clouds, like the tender grass springing out of the earth, by clear shining after rain.”

2 Samuel 23:3-4

Judge Amy Coney Barrett is a just judge! She has held fast to her faith, refusing to be intimidated by those who tried to discredit her in order to destroy this nation’s judicial system.  In the process, God has been moving mightily on her behalf!  

On Sunday afternoon, the US Senate voted 51-48 to invoke cloture on her nomination as Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court. Following a limit of 30 hours of debate, a final confirmation vote for “our Amy” will most likely take place on Monday evening. Prayer is critical as we approach this vote…and in the following hours until she is sworn in and takes her seat on the Court. 

We pray:

• No matter what time of day it is when this focus is being read and prayed into, whether “our Amy”… is still waiting to be confirmed or the VOTE has already been taken, let us lift her up at this very moment! Pray.
• Psalm 37:4 says to: “Delight yourself in the Lord, and He shall give you the desires of your heart.” Thank You for this Godly woman who delights in You, Lord, and is a wonderful role model for young women everywhere. Bless and protect her…a Proverbs 31 woman… As she is confirmed today as the newest  Associate Justice to the United States Supreme Court!  Pray.

Speaking about  Judge  Barrett, (soon to be Justice Barrett),  Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said: 

“Judge Amy Coney Barrett of the US Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit is a stellar nominee in every single respect. Her intellectual brilliance is unquestioned. Her command of the law is remarkable. Her integrity is above reproach. Rarely have we ever had a nominee as extraordinary as the one we have before us right now…She’s demonstrated she has the deep legal expertise, dispassionate judicial temperament and sheer intellectual horsepower that the American people deserve to have on their Supreme Court.  We will not reward hostage-taking, and we will not be bullied out of doing what is right. We’re going to follow history and precedent and do our jobs.”

We pray:

• That every righteous Senator will acknowledge her qualifications and vote to confirm her. Pray.
• That when she is confirmed, that will be the end of this matter. Let her be sworn in, take her seat among the Justices and be about her duties, ruling righteously and justly on behalf of this nation! Pray. 

Pastor Jentzen Franklin shared that when it comes to Amy Coney Barrett, “ignorance abounds” about her Catholic- charismatic faith! It is as if,  somehow, it is “unusual” or “exotic” to be a charismatic Christian.  One liberal TV host, showing his blatant bigotry, described her as “Catholic…really, really Catholic”… as if being Catholic was unacceptable or on the fringes of society. Although his audience laughed, millions of Christians would not find that funny! Pray.

Franklin commented that it is amazing how out of touch some people are with the shifting religious landscape. What might have been considered “out of the mainstream” 50 years ago  (such as Charismatics and Pentecostals) is far more mainstream today. If the press did their homework, they would discover that millions of Americans have wholeheartedly embraced “charismatic” faith, and more than a quarter of the world’s 2 billion Christians identify with “charismatic” Christianity. Pray.

Just when did it become acceptable to consider a person’s deep faith as disqualifying from a life of public service? We must soundly reject that notion. Whether one is a secular or a religious person, every American is entitled to a belief system…some form of a worldview that leads to their philosophy of government and the rule of law.

Amy’s critics may have dismissed her without knowing the truth about her, but those who do know her tell a different story:

• Those who attended law school with her, her students at Notre Dame, and her colleagues who know her well would never refer to her in the extremely bigoted way she’s been spoken of and attacked in the press. Throughout her career, she’s proven more than capable of being a fair-minded legal scholar and judge who reveres our nation’s legal framework and applies the law equally.  Pray.
• Many who do not share the same faith as Barrett or the same judicial philosophy, describe her as a person of tremendous character, a brilliant professor, an intelligent judge, a loving mother to seven, and a generous friend.  Pray.
• Amy has maintained an impeccable reputation, and an impressive career, all while refusing to compromise on her faith commitment.  In no way could her faith “disqualify” her from the position she’s been nominated for…in fact, her integrity and forthrightness about her faith are further proof of her qualification to serve on our nation’s highest Court as an Associate Justice!  Pray.

Amy Coney Barret’s combination of genuine faith, her admiration for and adherence to the US Constitution, and her desire to serve the public makes her a “hero”… and a role model for us all! 

We pray:

• Lord, bless Amy’s tenure as a SCOTUS Justice and cause her to radiate Your love, joy and peace to her fellow Justices and those clerking and serving as Court staff, as she undertakes her duties on the US Supreme Court!  Pray.
• For a true and clear understanding of justice according to Your Word and Your perspective. Let just judges rule justly in our nation…at every level of the judiciary! Pray.
• Lord, let our judges adhere to the original intent of our founding documents and clearly see the connection to Biblical principles. Pray.
• Bless Amy and her husband Jesse and their family, and let this be a new season of JOY for our Supreme Court, as this woman of God takes her seat! Pray. 
• Bless our President as he presses on (KADIMA!) in this final stretch, to give us FOUR MORE YEARS of a Trump Presidency! Encourage, exhort and enable him to run this race to win the victor’s crown on November 3rd! AMEN and AMEN!  Pray.
• We reject Biden’s words of “dark days are ahead”  and joyfully receive the President’s prophetic message that ”the best is yet to come!” Let it be so, Lord, for Your Glory! AMEN! Pray.
