Nov 9, 2019 – Prayer Focus
Saturday, November 9, 2019 – The 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call
“A CALL TO THE WALL…ONE NATION UNDER GOD”
1-712-770-4340 Code: 543555 #
We begin our hour by praising and giving thanks to God!
“The twenty-four elders fall down before Him who sits on the throne and worship Him who lives forever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying:
“You are worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power;
For You created all things, and by Your will they exist and were created.”
Revelation 4:10-11
We sing:
We fall down, we cast our crowns at the feet of Jesus!
The greatness of his mercy and love, at the feet of Jesus!
We cry holy, holy, holy! We cry holy, holy, holy! We cry holy, holy, holy… is the Lamb!
~~~~~
The key assignment for the 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call is to intercede hourly for the safety and security of our President, Donald John Trump, and to pray for that which pertains to our nation!
We pray for our President’s protection and cover him with the Blood of Jesus,
asking that he will respond to every situation by the leading of the Holy Spirit.
We refer those to You who are plotting and planning the demise of our beloved President!
We say “No!” to them and ask that You expose and foil all their plans! Thank You, Lord!
We bless our First Lady, Melania, their marriage, their son Barron and all their family members.
We bless our Vice President Mike Pence, his wife Karen and their family
and all those serving in this Administration.
We bless the Federal Reserve Board members.
May they serve with integrity and honor, doing what’s right for our nation’s economy!
The 24/7 NSPC is praying for the 2020 National Elections,
positioning ourselves in intercession before the Lord on behalf of our President and nation!
COUNTDOWN: 361 days until the election!
Let us pray into this verse:
“Blessed is the man who endures temptation; for when he has been approved,
he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him.”
James 1:12
Strategic Focus for Saturday
WELCOME THE KING OF GLORY INTO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
Welcoming the King of Glory into Florida – Day 6
“Coming to Him as to a living stone, rejected indeed by men, but chosen by God and precious,
you also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood,
to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.“
1 Peter 2:4-5
As those in Orlando come together on-site to attend the HOLY CONVOCATION, we, as living stones, rightly fit together, will join our hearts and prayers with those on the 24/7 NSPC across the nation, ONE BODY IN CHRIST!
We pray:
- For those gathering in the microcosm in Orlando and that great grace will flow out from there to the macrocosm of the nation!
Here is today’s schedule for the HOLY CONVOCATION TO WELCOME THE KING OF GLORY INTO FLORIDA (all on Eastern time). Please take a moment to read and reflect on each of these three protocols, the topics for today, and then thoughtfully pray into each one.
10 AM – 12 PM TOPIC: The Supremacy of Christ
“He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation.
For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible,
whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers.
All things were created through Him and for Him. And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist.
And He is the head of the Body, the Church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence.
For it pleased the Father that in Him all the fullness should dwell, and by Him to reconcile all things to Himself,
by Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven, having made peace through the blood of His cross.”
Colossians 1:15-20
God is eternal and has reigned as the ultimate authority since before the beginning of the universe. He chose to create the universe for His own glory and enjoyment, and His last act of creation was mankind, whom He made in His own image. Let us read and then pray into each of these reasons that tell us why Christ is preeminent:
- Jesus Christ “is the image of the invisible God” Colossians 1:15
- Jesus is supreme over all things because He is “the firstborn over all creation” Colossians. 1:15
- Jesus is supreme because “in Him all things were created” Colossians 1:16-17.
- Jesus Christ is supreme because He is head of His Church Colossians 1:18; Ephesians 1:22-23; 5:23.
- Jesus is supreme because He is “the firstborn from among the dead” Colossians 1:18; Revelation 1:5
- Jesus Christ is Supreme because “all the fullness dwells in Him” Colossians 1:19
- Jesus Christ is also Supreme because we have peace with God through His Blood Colossians 1:19-23
Now, read through Hebrews 1:1-4 and then pray into the seven reasons given for Christ’s preeminence:
God, who at various times and in various ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets,
has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things,
through whom also He made the worlds; who being the brightness of His glory
and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power,
when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high, having become so much better than the angels, as He has by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.
Hebrews 1:1-4
We pray:
- Lord, bring us a deeper revelation of what fully acknowledging Your preeminence, sovereignty, supremacy in our lives can mean to our families, our relationships, our thoughts, words and actions.
2 PM – 5 PM ET TOPIC: The Centrality of the Cross
Without a continual focus on the cross of Christ, the Church cannot claim to have a Gospel-oriented strategy. The cross alone answers the important question of how a holy and just God can allow sinful men to enter His Presence in heaven. Christ’s atonement establishes the gravity of sin, shows us our need for grace, and declares opportunity for faith. It is the power of God to those who believe.
For Jews demand signs and Greeks seek wisdom, but we preach Christ crucified,
a stumbling block to Jews and folly to Gentiles, but to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks,
Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God.
We pray:
- Father, we are so grateful for Your redemptive love, for giving Your Son, our Savior, Jesus Christ as the Ransom for our sin. We declare that the CROSS OF CHRIST is our COMMON GROUND, and we cherish
that cross and the work that was done there. Help us to keep it central in our daily lives!
- Behold, behold, the wood of the Cross, on which was hung our SALVATION! Come let us adore HIM!
- Father, we are so grateful for Your redemptive love, for giving Your Son, our Savior, Jesus Christ as the Ransom for our sin. We declare that the CROSS OF CHRIST is our COMMON GROUND, and we cherish His cross and the work that was done there. Help us to keep it central in our lives!
We sing:
“Thank you for the cross, Lord! Thank You for the price You paid.
Bearing all my sin and shame, in love You came and gave amazing grace.
Thank you for this love, Lord. Thank you for the nail pierced hands!
Wash me in Your cleansing flow, now all I know, Your forgiveness and embrace.
Worthy is the Lamb seated on the throne. Crown You now with many crowns, You reign victorious.
High and lifted up, Jesus, Son of God,
the Darling of Heaven crucified, worthy is the Lamb, worthy is the Lamb!”
7 PM – 9 PM TOPIC: Unity of the Body of Christ
It is God’s purpose for all believers to “attain to the unity of the faith.” What do those who live in that “unity mindedness” look like?
They recognize others who are accepted by the Lord, and have come to Him through love and obedience.
Now I declare to you, brothers, the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received, in which you also stand, by which also you are saved, if you hold firmly the word which I preached to you — unless you believed in vain. For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that He was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures.
Corinthians 15:1-4:
We pray:
They are Spirit-rooted, Christ-manifesting, truth-cherishing, humble, loving witnesses to the world and through their lives, God is glorified.
“A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another”
We pray:
They are living examples of Jesus’ statements about the profound spiritual unity between the Father and the Son, and with those whom God has chosen out of the world. The witness to the world is that the disciples are in the Father and the Son so that the world might believe.
“I ask that they may all be one, just as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that they also may be in us,
so that the world may believe that you have sent me”
We pray:
They have a oneness that shines with self-authenticating glory for the world to see; they are in union with the Father and the Son and that the glory of the Father and the Son radiates from their lives.
“The glory that you have given me I have given to them, that they may be one even as we are one”
We pray:
From the union with God and one another, the world sees His Glory, our love and people come to believe!
“May the God of endurance and encouragement grant you to live in such harmony with one another,
in accord with Christ Jesus, that together you may with one voice glorify the God and Father
of our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore welcome one another as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of God”
Romans 15:5-7
