Nov 26, 2021 – Notes Shabbat Call

Nov 26, 2021 – Notes Shabbat Call

11-26-21 Notes from the “International SHABBAT Celebration”

24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call

7-10 PM ET  712-770-4340  code: 543555 #

SHABBAT SHALOM!” We trust that everyone experienced the blessings of Thanksgiving, wherever you were and whoever you were with yesterday… family, friends, or just you and God! Tonight, Maureen is attending the funeral of a beloved pastor and brother in Orlando, and Pastor Ioan is leading the call from Bucharest, Romania! We thank Sheryl (CA) and Rhonda (MT) for helping to scribe our notes.

Pastor Ioan: Tonight. I am the host for the Shabbat Call. Maureen is with part of her extended spiritual family in Orlando, a faith community of  Brazilians who suddenly lost their beloved Pastor, someone she has been long-time friends with.  The pastor and his wife had been in Dubai at a conference, and on the trip home, a few minutes before the landing in Toronto, Canada, he died in the airplane. They thought it was a heart attack, but since he had a COVID  booster shot three days prior to his death, they are investigating for blood clots. Maureen is with Sylvia, his wife, and felt that she needed to support her dear friend in this terrible time.  They had extended family who came for Thanksgiving and decided to do the funeral before they left town. Our hearts are with Maureen and them tonight

We are facing the reality of this assault of darkness against the world and it is in our neighborhood. We can give thanks to God for His faithfulness and His goodness towards us. Many we know have gone to be with the Lord within a few years. We can see the goodness of God and his protection. Tonight, we want to remember the good things. So I would love to start with first a corporate prayer thanking God for His faithfulness and goodness, and, as we talked about last Tuesday, about God’s incredible protection over us. Although the enemy tried to intimidate us and stop us, the Lord says I give you protection… the armor of God. So let us proclaim Ephesian 6 over us.

10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power.

11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.

12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities,

against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes,

you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.

14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace.

16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith,

with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.

17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests.

With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.

19 Pray also for me, that whenever I speak, words may be given me

so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel,

20 for which I am an ambassador in chains. Pray that I may declare it fearlessly, as I should.

  • Richard (AK) I have been thinking about praying for you ever since you went to Romania. As soon as you mentioned the people passing away on our call, I was remembering and thinking about the people in my life who are dying, for all different kinds of reasons. My next-door’s neighbor was murdered and on and on it goes. I was wondering about a spirit of murder or death. That is what is coming to me. It seems there is a spirit of death upon this nation.

Pastor Ioan: I agree with you. Before the people enter into the great harvest, the enemy is merciless and killing left and right. But I saw the protection of God for our families and our loved ones. So I want to ask you, Richard, to pray for us and our loved ones.

  • Richard (AK) Father, we thank you for this wonderful family and we thank you for our families. We ask Father that you would send a host of angels to watch over us and everyone connected to us…family, good friends, ministry … protect us, Lord God.  I pray for the Body of Christ, that we would be careful and take care of ourselves…take vitamins,  educate ourselves. I pray we have the vision to stay alive until God takes us home. Until God takes us home in the air. I pray we have a vision that we keep going and never give up. I pray we connect with one another and allow forgiveness to flow like a river, in Yeshua HaMashiach’s Name.
  • Anita (NJ) We agree with Richard’s prayer and we ask that you surround us with warring angels. I feel that I have been very distracted. A few of my friends have been dying. We know the devil is trying to hit us with Covid and we say “no to the enemy.”  Father, we are crying out to you that we are continually mindful; to plead the blood of Jesus over us daily. We ask for extra protection over Pastor Ioan and Maureen and over our 24/7 Family. Thank you Father God that the devil is under our feet. Every unclean thing is under our feet. Thank you for the blood of Jesus. The devil wants to kill us with horrible things in our food, help us to start eating pure and natural things. Thank you for hearing our prayer in Jesus’ Name.
  • Albert (CA) Heavenly Father, we thank you and give you praise and we stand strong in You. We put on the full armor of God – we are not wrestling against flesh and blood but against principalities, against powers, against the rules of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. We put on the breastplate of righteousness and the belt of truth, we shod our feet with the zeal of the gospel of peace and above all else, we put on the breastplate of righteousness and put the belt of truth and pick up the sword of the spirit and the shield of faith. We are watchful to this end with all supplication and prayer for our brothers and sisters. We thank You, Heavenly Father, as early this week You gave  us Your word in Revelation 6:6 And I heard a voice in the midst of the four living creatures saying, “A quart of wheat for a denarius, and three quarts of barley for a denarius; and do not harm the oil and the wine.” The oil – those who have been anointed – those who trimmed their lamp – those who are in right relationship with the Holy Spirit. The wine – the new wine of Your Presence.  We thank you for your Word that we will be protected in the last days. Those who fell asleep and those who are standing in the gap, we lift them up for a great celebration of their lives. Lord God, I truly believe that the more we die to ourselves …as we decrease and You increase…we are persuaded that You are able to keep that which we have entrusted to You. We weep with those who weep and we mourn with those who mourn. We pray all things in that matchless Name of Yeshua Hamashiach!

Pastor Ioan: I would like to share with you that I had a very good time meeting with my siblings.   I visited my brother Luca, his wife, and 2 sons. His wife is working very hard in an economy that is bad. As she was returning from work, she saw a center for vaccination. They did the Pfizer vaccine and the booster shots in Romania. It was free and she was not well and had a fever. (I saw the concern in my brother. I tried to contain myself and did not want to be judgmental. I was thinking about how to respond.) Earlier this year, when my brother did the shots, I shared with him everything I knew, but it turned out he took it. It is very easy to judge. I do not want that.  It is still something out there that is dividing and separating the body of Christ. I decided in my heart to welcome all my brothers and sisters…to love all the people. This is a commandment from our Lord. So we must come against this division and the fear that is spreading out. The mandate of having to wear the mask…people driving alone wearing the mask is because of fear. It is something about this assault of darkness and we know Covid is demonic that is trying to divide

So I prayed for my sister-in-law. I checked on her the second day. I saw she was a little better so I praise God for that. We need to love our beloved ones, loving our brothers and sisters. There are so many people who are vaccinated and many who are not vaccinated. I hope that barrier and separation are broken. Yesterday at Thanksgiving we came together to give thanks and nobody pointed the finger. There was good hope.

I pray right now, Lord, give us  Your heart …from Your perspective…that there is no Greek or Jew… there is no unvaccinated or vaccinated… we are all “one new man” in You, as we proclaim every hour. We bless all the intercessors,  vaccinated or unvaccinated. There’s only one God, one Kingdom, one Lord, One Holy Spirit, one heart, one mind, which is the mind of Christ. Thank you for this night as we love each other… that LOVE  is the full protection from God for us! In the name of Jesus, I pray!

This year I am in Romania celebrating Thanksgiving. Let us share what Thanksgiving means for you and why we should be thankful to God. Let’s open the microphone for some individuals to share what you are thankful for.

  • Richard (AK): For Thanksgiving, I was with my family and I had my grandchildren over.    I am so thankful for my salvation, and the ongoing blessings of salvation… healing and forgiveness and all the wonderful things that go with salvation. I am thankful for this prayer call and the Alaska prayer call!
  • Mary Ellen (IL)  I was supposed to bring my Polish friend to come and help me, as  I do not have any immediate family. That did not work out as she had to go to an ear doctor. So then I got another call from another friend. They wanted to get together, but it turned out she was not feeling well. So I was going to be alone but with Jesus. So I had time to get on the prayer call.  I also had time to go on the internet and I was looking at David Clements’s site, and I came across something and I was like wow!  Pastor Ioan, it is so perfect that on Tuesday, you and Maureen decided we would be adding David Clements to the prayer points every day. I sent him a text and he responded:  “You have no idea,   thank you! Your prayers have been abundantly, clearly heard… and we have been protected every step of the way.” Then he shared a posting from Lyn Wood about how one of those patriots getting the election audits going was supposed to be taking this airplane and the mechanic told him that the plane would not be safe. Prior to posting that David posted that he had been on a secret meeting in Florida and how everyone’s phone was collected and they were swiped. Yesterday, I was kind of moved out of nowhere to pray for the CIA DOA to be swept clean. It was a day that God was just shuffling me around and I was at peace and I was with Jesus. Ever since that day, I have been busy, but this is such a blessing. I just praise the Lord. I see the hand of God on Pastor Ioan, Maureen the people on the wall. The fruit is there but the story about the plane alerted me that we really have to be on the wall and not fall asleep and continue on in the direction we are going and be thankful for the Lord Jesus.

Pastor Ioan: Thank you, Mary Ellen. As Mary Ellen experienced yesterday, without being in union with her family or friends, she was alone and I believe there are others in the same situation. I pray for comfort for all who were alone that the Lord will comfort you all. Sometimes it is difficult when everybody celebrates and we are alone. Lord may you comfort all of us when we do not have our loved ones on the left and right side. In Jesus’ Name!

  • Yida (FL) I do not have my parents anymore. Something happened and the family could not get together. We are Cubans. I gave thanks to our Lord. God gave me a really good job and I was able to help them and bring them from Cuba. I am thankful for that. I am thankful for the son I was not supposed to have. He was my miracle baby. I thank You, Father. You have blessed me. Thank You for the comfort and knowing  Your love. I pray for those people who do not believe. I  know how hard it is to leave your country and start new. We pray for the protection of this country. Everybody wants to come here. That is why we have the Statue of Liberty. So thankful for You, Father, in Jesus’ Name.
  • Sherrill (TX) I have a very large family and I went over to my oldest daughter’s house first and there were 14 of us there (and that was not all of her family.) So we had dinner together around 1 p.m. I left around 2:30 and went to my son’s house and had more there. At their house, there were 10 of us and one of them was my new great grandbaby, making number 28 ….we had a large gathering. There was another family up in Kansas so God has blessed us with a wonderful family.

Pastor Ioan: Yesterday I met with 2 of my siblings and we did a video recording. I said to them I want to do this on purpose. We have reached an age where we must record our memories, to pass on to the next generation. It is a legacy. If we don’t do it, we can’t pass down what took place prior. So we started a series called The Chronicle of our Family. Everyone was so happy to do this, and it’s one way to give thanks to the Lord. Thank you, Sherrill.

  • Janis (MA) That is a beautiful idea. I love that. I want to say two things. I am very much impressed by how people all over the world know about Thanksgiving. I work with people in India and they are asking me about Thanksgiving and turkey and it really surprised me. We did enjoy a nice day with a couple from church. This year was the 400 anniversary of the First Thanksgiving. Of course, being in Massachusetts, (some call it the “womb” of the nation),  we spent more time reading about the true story of the pilgrims …what really happened. We were just very thankful for a Godly group locally that worked very hard to deliver the message of our true national heritage. Some call Thanksgiving a day of national mourning. The truth is that the  Native Americans (First Nation people)  came together with a group of pilgrims, (half of which died in that winter), and they ad great relations with one another. Somewhere in this 400 anniversary is a great sense of racial harmony. It was not what radicals wanted to paint it as. This was what was on our minds this Thanksgiving. Michelle Bachman spoke, along with Dr. Jaylee, a local historian that loves the Lord.  It was a very patriotic event. That is what I wanted to share. Thank you.

Pastor Ioan: I would love to ask you to reflect on what was in the hearts of the pilgrims. What were their expectation and hope? As Janis said, half of them died. So what was their intention? Was it to conquer? No, because there were few. The pilgrims were Christians. This is my explanation as to why the Native Americans came. They were looking for freedom and people who worship our Lord with a true heart. So who else wants to share something about Thanksgiving and what you experienced yesterday.

  • Sherrill (TX)  I drove through the housing area to get to my daughter’s house. I was so impressed because there were cars lined up on both sides of the street with people joining together for Thanksgiving. I was rejoicing that people were coming out and meeting together and rejoicing together. My heart was filled with joy. That was so exciting to me.
  • Albert (CA) I was thankful… almost to tears yesterday… both my daughters 34 and  28,  came in my room when I was sleeping (I’m on night shift). They had a donut and they stuffed it in my mouth while I was sleeping. .lol.. I was so thankful to God that these two young ladies acted like little girls. It made me happy about this Thanksgiving season and blessed me almost to tears. Lol…
  • Beverly (MT) I, too, was thinking about the 400 Anniversary of that first Thanksgiving meal. How thankful we are to have been born again here… 74 years ago. I was born during the depression. Some people complain that the roses have thorns; others rejoice that some thorns come with roses and we all depend on that wonderful perspective that something good comes with everything. Through Yeshua’s eyes, we can see the good in everything. I thank the Lord for so many things in my life. Some things are trouble, but through them,  I learn the lessons of “grace, grace!”  Amen!
  • Audrey (CA) A couple of things happened that I am very grateful for. My middle sister, who is a bit distant in her heart towards some family members, called me for the first time in many years. Then my nephew from  Indiana called and shared with me how the Lord has been working in his heart. (He did not know it was the Lord; I had to tell him.) He has changed during this covid season. His heart was getting softer. I encouraged him to get in the Word. My mom (in DC) is almost 102 and I called to say Happy Thanksgiving to the family. I spoke with my sister and then my mom said: “The house is full … the house is full.” I had no idea what she was talking about. It turns out that the  Indiana nephew and another nephew who lives in Memphis drove up to my mom’s and brought their children. and my sister, niece, and relatives. So the house was full and my mom still had all her faculties and I just said: “Thank You, Lord.” I could not be there, but I went with friends to a breakfast brunch. The last thing, my 104-year auntie called me to wish me happy Thanksgiving. Thank you, Lord!

Pastor Ioan: I visited Audrey’s Mother with Maureen when we were at the National Prayer Assembly in October of 2018.  Knowing that she was there in DC, we wanted to see her and were very much impacted by the Spirit that was in her. There’s something about getting older in the Lord. I remember I was on my knees, holding her hands;  I received such a blessing from her. That is a place of holiness. She told us that she was going to the gym every week…this was two and half years ago. I was so impressed with this. Never give up…no matter the age.

So, as  we remember yesterday was 400 years ago for our Pilgrims celebrating Thanksgiving,  we sing:

Give thanks with a grateful heart. Give thanks to the Holy One.

Give thanks because He’s given Jesus Christ, His Son.

Give thanks with a grateful heart. Give thanks to the Holy One.

Give thanks because He’s given Jesus Christ, His Son.

And now let the weak say, “I am strong.”

Let the poor say, “I am rich because of what the Lord has done for us”

And now let the weak say, “I am strong.”

Let the poor say, “I am rich because of what the Lord has done for us”

Give thanks!

Pastor Ioan: May we have a corporate prayer to raise up Thanksgiving for how God is so good to us.

Now, may we share the wonderful things God did for our nation in the last year. This is difficult, as we had Covid and continuous assaults from the enemy trying to destroy the nation. The Lord instructed us to “restrain the evil” and “restrain the power of darkness over the nation”. Can you imagine a nation without God? And without restraining of evil? How many times has the Lord intervened as the enemy tried to destroy our nation? We see again and again God’s hand at work, responding to our prayers. We have an assignment and we have seen how the Lord intervenes. We can say why doesn’t the Lord just take them out and set us free? This is something we must reflect and think about. I spoke an unpopular message in the 90s: that you come to know Jesus better in times of trials. You then become a friend of Jesus. A friend of mine said your message is not popular since most messages are about prosperity. I said yes, but you do not know Him unless you have an intimate relationship with Him.

  • Mary Ellen Chicago: First of all, since 2016 we have been praying on this wall. How many times have we asked the Lord to reveal the evil? Especially this year it seemed like so much more evil. Then  I was thinking 1 Corinthians: 12 – the different parts of the Body. We are all parts of the Body and Jesus is the head and after the election, in different pockets around the country, people started waking up. Mike Lindell started bringing different people together about numbers and technology, and affidavits. It is in all different places around the country. So I am thankful for that revelation.

Pastor Ioan: Thank you, Mary Ellen. So many things have been happening with the activation of the Spirit of the American Revolution. When I met with David Clements, he shared with me about his encounter with the Lord…a divine encounter. I hope very soon David Clements will be on our call. The fact is that this move of the Spirit is above everything. It is the Spirit of the Living God that is raising up this nation. It is about the people of the United States starting to wake up.

I am not a farmer but before you sow the seed, you need to prepare the soil…

  • The first thing is plowing. In other terms, why do farmers plow the ground? We need to pull out the bad roots!
  • Then you turn up the soil. Nitrogen is so essential for the soil. So without nitrogen, we can not raise crops. We need freshness in the soil in order for good things to grow.
  • After we plow, this is another operation. The disk to break up the ground – the disk is essential to level the ground for the seed to be able to grow.
  • Then you drag after that so the rocks would be pulled up. Then you have to pick up the rocks.

Apostle Paul talks about farmers sowing with tears. I believe the Lord is building up our patience this year.  So when the soil is ready, what is necessary for good crops? Tell me.

  • The sewing of the seed and the rain. Yes, to water the land.
  • What is the good seed? The Word of God. The Living Word of God. Sowing the seed all over the nation.
  • What is the water in the analogy? It is the Holy Spirit.

So this is happening and I believe at this time, we are preparing the ground…pulling out the roots and cleaning the land of all the debris. We are very close to the greatest awakening in this nation. This will start to move all across the nation. The hearts are ready! All this time of trial is preparing the hearts to receive the Lord. All this time we can see the Lord is working in all of us. So I have a reason to give thanks to God.

We saw the President when he was literally pushed out of the White House. Then the imposter came in his place, and we have seen the tremendous suffering of the nation. We know Donald Trump is the anointed one. We pray, Lord, may You put Your Word in his house. Remember when he was silent for 2 or 3 months? The Holy Spirit kept saying to pray for him. Suddenly he was back. This is a reason to be thankful… the true President of the United States is here and is fighting back for the restoration of our nation.

  • Mary Ellen (IL) I want to make a point about the media: I hear talk show hosts saying we need prayer;  many of them say it. I never heard that before. So in the darkness, this light is coming out. It seems like more people, and more young people, are seeing things that they just don’t want. Young people are saying “I don’t want communism” We just have to praise the Lord for that.
  • Beverly (CA)  I just want to add to Mary Ellen’s statement. Because of Covid, parents and the children are having to stay home and be taught online, and parents saw what was going on with the children. The parents came against the school boards and CRT and it reminded me of back in WWII when Corrie Ten Boom was in the Nazi concentration camps with her sister. (Her story is The Hiding Place). Her sister always said to give thanks for everything and Corrie asked her sister: “Do we have to give thanks to the fleas too?” The answer was YES, for the soldiers would not come into the prisoner’s barracks because of the fleas. Had it not been for the fleas, they could not have conducted their bible studies! God can perform a miracle even in the midst of our suffering with Covid, etc.
  • Fatima (TN) I really want to give thanks for all the incredible exposure that the Lord is giving us. Also with regard with what is happening with our country. We are being divided but there are also more people being united because of this. Because their eyes and hearts are being opened because of this. God is really showing us what our Church leaders are all about when they closed the churches, which really should have been our refuge. Many of us have gotten closer to God because of all this. It is really all about God and all He has done for us. It is not about circumstances or things, it is all about us being the Church. We have so much to be thankful for. It made us appreciate our freedoms more and more. So I am thankful for all He is doing for us.

Pastor Ioan: I look at the other nations, like Australia which is completely locked down, with so much brutality. I also saw a video about how the army and police caused Aborigen people in Australia to take the vaccine forcefully. Thankful it is not happening in the United States. It is like a huge potential explosion of patriotism and I wonder all the time when will this all happen? Let’s be thankful to God for the freedom we have. It is incomparable to the others nations. Let’s have a Corporate Prayer for the Patriots including the people of the United States.

Pastor Ioan: I want to share with you why I am thankful to God these days. After my son Philip received the green card (that was a great time after years of prayer and support for him),  I spoke with my daughter, saying, now we need to work for David to come so there will be a full reunion of my family in the United States…and my family can stay together.  David was only to come to the wedding of his niece, my granddaughter, and he had shared with us all the struggles he had been having in Romania.  Now that I am here in Romania with him. I have to press on for him to come to the United States. On December 7th, he will have an interview at the US Embassy regarding his visa. He can now see God’s hand over his life. I saw his transformation. It is so good to see your son set free from depression/oppression. It is so good to see your children come back to being strong and stable. I am so thankful to God for providing for us, and for giving me this time to be with my son David. God will make a way for him to fulfill his call. I am so thankful. Thank you all for praying for us! Thank you for supporting us in prayer and even this breakthrough for David. Please also pray for David’s “appointed one” who will be joined one day in marriage. We prayed corporately for David.

Pastor Ioan: I have good friends within the Jewish communities, and share good memories with them. They said it is so difficult for them to go to their religious services, because, according to their religious tradition, they are not supposed to drive a car on Shabbat.  They are trying to obey their laws, but they can’t live that way. When they said they drove the car during Shabbat to their service, people looked at them as sinners. See the struggles the Jews have… ”trying to please God”. There are too many regulations. So they literally enter into the bondage of their own law.

The Just Shall Live by Faith

“v’tzaddik be’emunato yich’yeh”

“But the just shall live by his faith.” Habakkuk 2:4

THE TALMUD (Makkot 23b-24a) says, “Moses gave Israel 613 commandments”  King David reduces this number to eleven commandments Psalm 15, Isaiah to six in (Isaiah 33:15-16, Micah to three in Micah 6:8, and Isaiah reduced them again to two in Isaiah 56:1.  But it was Habakkuk who gave the one essential commandment:

“v’tzaddik be’emunato yich’yeh”, literally, “the righteous, by his faithfulness – shall live.”

Bobby (WI) read Psalm 15 aloud.

Psalm 15:1-5

Lord, who may abide in Your tabernacle? Who may dwell in Your holy hill?

 He who walks uprightly, and works righteousness, and speaks the truth in his heart;

He who does not backbite with his tongue, nor does evil to his neighbor,

Nor does he take up a reproach against his friend;

 In whose eyes a vile person is despised, but he honors those who fear the Lord;

He who swears to his own hurt and does not change;

He who does not put out his money at usury, nor does he take a bribe against the innocent.

He who does these things shall never be moved.

David had 36 years of continual worship and prayer.  There was the PRESENCE of God. Isaiah then captured the commandments in 6 conditions.  Fran (NY) read these verses aloud.

Isaiah 33:15-16

He who walks righteously and speaks uprightly, He who despises the gain of oppressions,

who gestures with his hands, refusing bribes, who stops his ears from hearing of bloodshed,

and shuts his eyes from seeing evil:

 He will dwell on high; his place of defense will be the fortress of rocks;

bread will be given him, his water will be sure.

Micah narrowed it to just three commandments in Micah 6:8.  Shifra (VA) read aloud.

Micah 6:8

He has shown you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you

But to do justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?

Isaiah summed up the commandments again, this time in two commandments. Bev (MT)read aloud.

Isaiah 56:1

Thus says the Lord:

“Keep justice, and do righteousness,

for My salvation is about to come, and My righteousness to be revealed.

Habakkuk gave the commandment with just ONE condition.

Habakkuk 2:4

“Behold the proud, His soul is not upright in him; But the just shall live by his faith.

In the New Testament, 400 years later, the apostle Paul had distilled the various commandments of the Torah to this same principle of faith (see Romans 1:17, Galatians 3:11, and Hebrews 10:38).

This small phrase, consisting of only three Hebrew words, is perhaps the pivotal axis upon which our salvation turns, since it distills the requirement that we are justified by our faith in God, and not by “works of righteousness which we have doneTitus 3:5. The Hebrew word translated as “faith” is “emunah”  (derived from the Hebrew root ‘aman, meaning to nourish, to make firm and strong). It is perhaps better translated as “faithfulness” or “loyalty,”

rather than “belief” in something (i.e., intellectual assent). “Emunah” suggests perseverance, fidelity, and steadfastness — notwithstanding appearances or circumstances that might tempt us to waver or hesitate in our commitment.

“Faith and works,” then, might be seen as two sides of the same coin. Our behavior will reveal what we really believe, and what we really believe will become manifest in our behavior. If you struggle with sin in a certain area, then that becomes an invitation to examine yourself to see where your commitment really lies.

Ultimately, just as we were declared “tzaddik” – “righteous” – by trusting in the finished work of Jesus as our Sin Bearer before the Father, so we are to live (“chai”) in the same way – by means of trusting in God’s daily provision. We were freely justified when we first came to the Lord in our brokenness, and we are freely sanctified by continuing to trust that God will sustain us throughout our lives.

God is called El Emunah – “the Faithful God,” and the “tzaddik” (“righteous”) shall live by putting his or her trust in the faithfulness and righteousness of the Lord Jesus Christ, “whom God made our wisdom and our righteousness and sanctification and redemption”  1 Corinthians.1:30

On this day of Thanksgiving Pastor Ioan encouraged us: by Faith the righteous shall live.  We must trust and believe.  Be steadfast.  Do not give away what He has given us.  Do not withdraw when circumstances don’t appear to go our way.  God’s way is perfect. Give thanks for what He is doing from now on! It is a Warfare of Love, the Battle of the Bride. This nation loves even her enemies. President Trump loves peace.  He was accused of wanting to start a war.  He said, “Me?” We prayed corporately into this!

After the corporate prayer,

  • Beverly ICA) saw curtains parting as this year moved to the next year in a newness… “Do not remember the former things, nor consider the things of old.  Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth: shall you not know it?  I will even make a road in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.”  Isaiah 43:18-19
  • Joan (AZ) spoke of looking to the future.  Turn your eyes upon Jesus.  Up from the ashes, HOPE will arise.
  • John (NJ) spoke of grateful hearts and leaping for joy!  He mentioned a wise man who said, “Our perceptions create our reality.”  The gospel is reality.  He thanked God for division because the acts of desperation were producing confusion in the enemies’ camp.  God, You are Holy.  The earth is your footstool.  John spoke of young men and women in his workplace that were standing firm in their beliefs.  He sees a spiritual awakening at hand.  He released discernment, knowledge, wisdom, and love into the 24/7.
  • Maureen (MO) released the report of the Lord she read in Hebrews 11:1  “Now Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”  She reminded us that God laughs at the mockers. See Psalm 2.  His plan will not be thwarted.  She released the spirit of repentance and the spirit of the American Revolution over us to bring us courage. You are created in Christ Jesus to do good works.  You are the Light of the world, a city on a hill.
  •  Bev (MT) read a poem of inspiration about protecting this beautiful land (America).
  •  Kathy (PA) gave thanks for the spirit of the American Revolution that is evident in Mike Lindell.  This leads to Pastor Ioan asking for us to pray for Mike Lindell.

Pastor Ioan asked, “Who is a Grandma, or a Great Grandma? Lead us in prayer that the USA would return to her Covenant of our Forefathers of 400 years ago.”  Prayers for our children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren were offered.  We asked for mercy and that God would deliver us like he did Egypt of old.

  • Bev (MT) confirmed the word with Isaiah 59:20-21 The Redeemer will come to Zion…“As for Me,” says the Lord, “This is My covenant with them: My Spirit who is upon you, and My words which I have put in your mouth, shall not depart from your mouth, nor from the mouth of your descendants, nor from the mouth of your descendants’ descendants.” Says the Lord, “from this time and forevermore.”

Pastor Ioan reminded us of the Lord’s preparation of a glorious time for the USA.  He said that after 8 months into this imposter’s occupancy of the White House, the 24/7 released the “Love of God”  over Biden and this administration. Love is the MOST POWERFUL WEAPON.

We are seeing the beginning of the turnaround we have been praying for.  Since releasing this LOVE, Biden and Harris have turned against each other.  Some are even calling for the VP to be replaced.  Five Democratic senators have just told the White House they won’t support Saule Omarova to head the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, effectively killing her nomination for the powerful bank-regulator position.    In a phone call on Wednesday, Sens. Jon Tester (D-Mont.) Mark Warner (D-Va.) and Kyrsten Sinema (D-Ariz.), all members of the Senate Banking Committee, told Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-Ohio) — the panel’s chairman — of their opposition. They’re joined in opposing her by Sens. John Hickenlooper (D-Colo.) and Mark Kelly (D-Ariz.).

Going deeper: Biden officials also have heard directly from the senators. They’re aware of their deep opposition and know Omarova faces nearly impossible odds for confirmation. Still, they continue to back her publicly, saying:  “The White House continues to strongly support her historic nomination.” Joe Biden’s pick for Comptroller of the Currency, Saule Omarova, was born and raised in the communist USSR. She refuses to hand over her university thesis on Marxism which she wrote when she was in school in the USSR. In a newly uncovered video, Omarova admitted her goal is to bankrupt the coal, oil, and gas industry in order to usher in a ‘green’ agenda.  Omarova wants the federal government to control your bank deposits and withdrawals and she’s a convicted thief.  Good riddance! We prayed corporately for her rejection!

Pastor Ioan saw that Maureen had joined the call, as she was driving home from the memorial service! He invited Maureen to pray for this nation at this moment. Maureen blessed the USA, thanking God for her rich family history dating back 400 years to ancestors on the Mayflower, who first came to this land.  Then she blessed them forward, into the next 400 years as well. She prayed for what was, is, and will be.  She then gave us a word picture of a washing machine full of dirty clothes, with soap and Clorox added to the wash.  The clothes only become clean after the agitation starts.  Somehow after the agitation, mixing everything around and these once dirty clothes are cleaned. God likewise, is working everything for His glory in the midst of all the agitation and shaking. Not one word of God will not come to pass.  It is YES and AMEN.

Pastor Ioan then shared the story of his parents’ meeting, which he learned from his siblings while sitting at the Thanksgiving table yesterday in Romania.  His sister, Anastasia, who is 8 years older than he is, shared that his Father, a WWII veteran returning from the war, considered seven different ladies for marriage, all of whom, including the last one, the daughter of a pastor, refused him. While traveling by train, he met a man and when he shared his rejection, the man said that he had a  niece who was a gifted and talented lady, a strong believer, Spirit-filled, and would introduce them! When they met, it was “love at first sight”.  They soon married and left her family village to start a new life. He was a successful businessman, making clothing from sheepskins. (Sadly, his business was lost when communism took over in Romania.)  One Sunday, Ioan’s grandfather (they called him Popa), a WWI veteran and a strong man of prayer, visited a Pentecostal church…which was the impetus of  Pastor Ioan’s family being marked for prayer. Pastor Ioan prayed a blessing prayer over us from Romania with his German, Jewish, and Romanian roots. He reminded us that our lives matter…that what we do impacts our children’s lives.  Pastor Ioan then boldly declared, “The USA is my nation. The Home of the Free and the Land of the Brave.”  We all cheered!

We rejoiced as we shared in Communion, and then we closed with Maureen reading  Psalm 21

Psalm 21

Joy in the Salvation of the Lord

1 The king shall have joy in Your strength, O Lord; and in Your salvation how greatly shall he rejoice!

2 You have given him his heart’s desire, and have not withheld the request of his lips. Selah

3 For You meet him with the blessings of goodness; You set a crown of pure gold upon his head.

4 He asked life from You, and You gave it to him—length of days forever and ever.

5 His glory is great in Your salvation; honor and majesty You have placed upon him.

6 For You have made him most blessed forever; You have made him exceedingly glad with Your Presence.

7 For the king trusts in the Lord, and through the mercy of the Most High, he shall not be moved.

8 Your hand will find all Your enemies; Your right hand will find those who hate You.

9 You shall make them as a fiery oven in the time of Your anger;

The Lord shall swallow them up in His wrath, and the fire shall devour them.

10 Their offspring You shall destroy from the earth, and their descendants from among the sons of men.

11 For they intended evil against You; they devised a plot which they are not able to perform.

12 Therefore You will make them turn their back;

You will make ready Your arrows on Your string toward their faces.

13 Be exalted, O Lord, in Your own strength!

We will sing and praise Your power.

With love and blessings to all!

SHABBAT SHALOM!

Maureen and Pastor Ioan
