Nov 15, 2019 – Notes Shabbat Call
11-15-19 Notes from the 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call
“International SHABBAT Celebration”
7-10 PM Eastern 712-770-4340 code: 543555 #
We opened the call tonight with prayer, honoring our God and King, as He calls us into His Presence where He will speak to us! HalleluYah! We enter in at HIs invitation, saying “Hineni!” “Here we are, Lord!”
As we begin, we welcome the manifestation of God’s grace in our lives! We see how GOOD He is and how His goodness is always working for us! Pastor Ioan reflected on how his children acted whenever he came home from a trip…looking to see if he brought them a present! They were more interested in the possible gift than the giver! As they matured, they were happy to see him, and the gifts were secondary!
That is also the way many of us treat GOD…as if we were children, interested in what we will get…and as we mature, our focus becomes more and more on Him! We recognize it’s the GIVER, not the gifts, that is important!
Romans 5
“1 Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, 2 through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. 3 And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; 4 and perseverance, character; and character, hope. 5 Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us. 6 For when we were still without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. 7 For scarcely for a righteous man will one die; yet perhaps for a good man someone would even dare to die. 8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. 9 Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. 10 For if when we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life. 11 And not only that, but we also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received the reconciliation. 12 Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned— 13 (For until the law sin was in the world, but sin is not imputed when there is no law. 14 Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over those who had not sinned according to the likeness of the transgression of Adam, who is a type of Him who was to come. 15 But the free gift is not like the offense. For if by the one man’s offense many died, much more the grace of God and the gift by the grace of the one Man, Jesus Christ, abounded to many. 16 And the gift is not like that which came through the one who sinned. For the judgment which came from one offense resulted in condemnation, but the free gift which came from many offenses resulted in justification. 17 For if by the one man’s offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.) 18 Therefore, as through one man’s offense judgment came to all men, resulting in condemnation, even so through one Man’s righteous act the free gift came to all men, resulting in justification of life. 19 For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so also by one Man’s obedience many will be made righteous. 20 Moreover the law entered that the offense might abound. But where sin abounded, grace abounded much more, 21 so that as sin reigned in death, even so grace might reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
We prayed corporately into this portion, and gave Him thanks for all He has done! Focus on Him and not what He can do for us!
We were then told to ask HIm: “Lord Jesus, please share with us what you did in the last seven (7) days”. What has taken place in our lives that was His direct action, that we might have missed because of our busyness, distractions, or our ignorance of His working in our lives at those very moments! Take a moment to ask Him what those things were, that we need to thank Him for!
We shared what we were grateful for:
- Kris (CA) He is our Teacher and our Guide through the storm…and we owe it all to Him! She also had a relative call to say her “goodbyes” who asked her what she wanted (as she had lots of money) and Kris asked her to give her life to the Lord! She prayed into that, saying that God shows us what is in our hearts so we can be free and then invite others into that freedom!
- Phillip (CA) They went to a health fair in Santa Cruz, and witnessed to some people boldly!
- Sherrill (TX) While going into a store, using her walker, a young man held the door, and helped her go in and then out when she was done! She said: “You’re my angel!” She had a series of “helpers” that day, and she blessed everyone!
- Sally (WY) I’ve been alone for 35 years, and this week I learned how to be with others! I connected with Fatima, and Tommie and Kara and others, and I feel so rich and have some family now to connect with. She shared that she had contemplated suicide at one time earlier in her life, and now she is able to help those struggling with that same issue! She thanked God for the SHABBAT CALL and for Fatima!
Maureen said that God is building us into His House of Prayer, living stones, fit together! (We were all crying!)
- Fatima (TN) This past week at WTKOG was incredible! She had a last-minute confirmation from the Lord to go and is so grateful that He gave her that opportunity…and then confirmed it! The connection with and love for one another was IMMEDIATE! This 24/7 family is so precious to me, and God solidified that for me on this trip! We need to draw closer and closer together, because of what is coming! God has put so much love in my heart for everyone on the call…and it’s a beautiful experience!
- Ydia (FL) The whole weekend was such an experience…and I feel as if my batteries have been recharged!
I have energy, peace…and I have love, too! Nothing is bothering me now! I met Nancy Mari, and I expected to see this big woman, a giant in prayer, and I found this tiny woman! It is wonderful!
- Tesie (FL) I just thank the Lord for being able to go to WTKOG with my sister, and she was just soaking it in! I was so grateful to meet and share with so many on the call. I am so grateful for being able to meet Joey and Adianis, and although I was only there one day, it was wonderful! We are seeing that we are all so special in Your eyes, and how many people love YOU!
- Susan (GA) She found herself in a new place called “peace”! So grateful for the whole new family she met, and all who rescued her and made sure she had transportation to and from! Loved the laughter and all the fun we had! Going to A TIME TO PLOW in Atlanta, and opened her home to some people who needed a place to stay during that gathering! She sees the layers and layers unfolding in front of us!
- Andrea (NC) had lunch with a friend yesterday, who shared about a woman who was going through a terrible situation, and spent time every morning praising the Lord and giving thanks!
- Cindy (CT) I’m alone a lot, and lately, I’ve been “running into people” (DIVINE APPOINTMENTS) lately! I feel His move and His love in meeting my personal needs! My family is rich and I live in low-income housing. It’s challenging living here, and sometimes people can get very offended, but these encounters are from the Lord! It’s all by grace and His love and I thank the Lord from the bottom of my heart!
- Peter (FL) He said “I know You like to teach on ‘microcosm-macrocosm’ and people from across the country converged in one spot in unity! When we got home to Citrus CO, numerous churches were gathering to pray and worship that night…unity!”
- Elizabeth (CA) thanked the Lord for this family of prayer warriors. She leaves tomorrow on a 3 wk missions trip to SE Asia and the Philippines, and will be working to unify the local churches and ministering to over 500 orphans! The youth are learning the Bible and being discipled! We prayed for her and this trip with Phillip (CA), Cynthis (MS) and Nancy (FL) blessing her as she prepares to go!
- Nancy (FL) with all the talk about Psalm 133 and unity, I wanted to share how I felt about the WTKOG into FL…everybody there really lived out the unity, the love and the enfolding! I felt literally enfolded, and I thank everyone for being interested in me and for embracing one another!
- Kara (WY/CO) I had a blessing from the Lord, in hosting Sally, Tommie and Tommie’s mother in my home last night! Sally and I drove a stake in the ground in my yard, in my subdivision, asking the Lord to redeem my neighbors, who are culturally Jewish and rather combatant! The stake had written on it the scripture from Romans 1:16 “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.”
- Juanele (NC) Interceded for the prayer walks for LIFE in several cities in NC, and in NYC…protection, salvations, redemptions and babies saved! TURN THEIR HEARTS FROM KILLING THEIR CHILDREN AND BACK TO YOU, LORD!
- Julie (SC) sounded the shofar and we all rejoiced over LIFE, salvations and babies saved!
- Phillip (CA) shared about a book causing a stir in Israel right now…THE RABBI, THE SECRET MESSAGE and the Identity of Messiah: The Expanded True Story of Israeli Rabbi Yitzhak Kaduri and How His Stunning Revelation of the Genuine Messiah Is Still Shaking the Nations. In early 2005, Israel’s most venerated Orthodox Rabbi, Yitzhak Kaduri, claimed he had met the true, soon-coming Messiah. He also made a public announcement that he had written Messiah’s name in a note. He said he would turn that note over to his ministry officials to be kept secret and locked away until one year after his death. Then, after that time, the note was to be posted on his website at kaduri.net. Just a few months later, Kaduri was dead. Little did the world know what revelation awaited them. Finally, the note was posted. JESUS is Messiah.
- Bobby Johnson (WI) has seen a difference in her relationship with her husband, and she finds herself accepting his kindness and said that she is praising the Lord for the changes in him. She also got a call from a former law firm she worked for and they offered her a job! She said we have asked God to show us ourselves, and He is so tender, and when He shows us! You all are my family…and my church! I am so blessed so many times by all of you! Married for 47 years, and wanted to leave due to a lack of caring on his part, but she could find no legitimate reason to leave him…and after 45 years, she realizes he never matured beyond 15 years old and has learned to appreciate him for what he is!
- Jim (CA) prayed for Bobby and thanked God for the restoration in her home, and for the finding of a family with us on the 24/7
- Julie (SC) let her continue to come to You, Lord, and as she honors her husband and You, she will see more fruit! Also, the convocation that took place in Orlando will be a bridge-building group!
- Cynthia (MS) missing her Mother as Thanksgiving approaches – they cooked together and this time of year is hard for her, missing being together and laughing! She led us in prayer for our families at this holy season, with Thanksgiving and Christmas approaching. Give us the good sense to know that when people are going to heaven, rejoice with them! Help us love You more and ourselves less…and be thankful for all those we love here! YOU ARE THE LOVE OF OUR LIVES! You are our everything!
Pastor Ioan asked us to read this passage:
“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ,
for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.
For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “The just shall live by faith.”
Romans 1:16-17
What wonderful testimonies we have had tonight! What wonderful things the Lord has done in this past week!
In a glass of water that is purified, there are over 10 M bacteria! We need to realize that we are not the center of the universe! Jesus is! Tonight, we each took one “bacteria” out of the glass, and saw what the Lord did for us!
In Orlando, the Lord told us that HE TRUSTS US! He gave us His love through the Holy Spirit that was given to us! As He trusts in us, we need to trust in each other the same way! This time in Orlando was significant for us and for others as well! There were so many things spoken by God to us that we hadn’t heard before!
“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ,
for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes”
From Greek:
“For there is power to salvation for everyone who believes”
The resurrection of Jesus demonstrated the power of God.
Greek: “power”=“dunamis” and “salvation”= “soteria”. Hebrew: “YahuShuah” (Yeshua) = “God saves”.
This nation is saved by God’s grace, HIS power, and He is at work to bring salvation to those who are afar off.
It is not about the one who shares the gospel being the center, but it’s about GOD WHO SAVES!
- Phillip (CA) Acts 4:12 “There is no other name under heaven by which men can be saved!”
- Joyce (WI) When it is said that the power of God is present to heal, to save.
We entered into a time of worship:
You are beautiful beyond description, too marvelous for words.
Too wonderful for comprehension, like nothing ever seen or heard.
Who can grasp Your infinite wisdom, who can fathom the depths of Your love?
You are beautiful beyond description, Majesty, enthroned above.
And I stand, I stand in awe of You. I stand, I stand in awe of You!
Holy God to whom all praise is due, I stand in awe of You!
Jesus, Jesus, Holy and anointed One, Jesus. Jesus, Jesus, Risen and exalted One, Jesus!
Your name is like honey on my lips, Your Spirit like water to my soul, Your word is a lamp unto my feet
Jesus, I love You, I love You!
Jesus, Jesus, Holy and anointed One, Jesus. Jesus, Jesus, Risen and exalted One, Jesus!
I love you, Lord, and I lift my voice to worship You, Oh, my soul rejoice!
Take joy my King in what You hear, let it be a sweet, sweet sound in Your ear.
As we concluded this worship, we drew our President in the spirit, into the circle of love and asked that wherever he is right now, he will feel the love and prayers of the intercessors who love and uphold him!
We read this verse, and thanked God for our salvation!
“But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you,
He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.”
Romans 8:11
We took communion together, speaking out in gratitude for the Body and Blood of Jesus that nurtures and protects us! As we concluded this time together, Pastor Ioan reflected on the young people we were with in Orlando, who were attending the “Electronic Daisy Festival”, a rave situation where the enemy was intent on harvesting souls and demonizing the youth! We prayed for them and their safety, and were able to meet, talk with and pray for many of them at the hotel! When we WELCOMED THE KING OF GLORY INTO FLORIDA, there was such peace at Lake Eola, and all creation testified to His Presence there…even to the fish jumping out of the water and the trumpet swans and birds joining in the chorus! HalleluYah!
We closed the call with blessings and a sweet SHABBAT SHALOM to all.
Maureen and Pastor Ioan
