24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call
Maureen opened the call, saying that we have come to the final moments of our assignment over the past 9 days: to pray for the liberation of the Russian people from the Prince of War, and for the end of the war between Russia and Ukraine. Having fulfilled that commitment, praying every hour, 24 hours a day, undergirding the efforts of President Trump as he negotiates the troubled waters of mediation between the parties. Tonight, we will boldly declare a NEW SPRINGTIME for RUSSIA, as the KING OF GLORY takes His rightful place…enthroned in the hearts and minds of her people!
Then Ps Ioan prayed, thanking God for these past 8½ years of the 24/7 NSPC, and in great anticipation of what the fruit of these past 9 days will be!
As we engage in spiritual warfare and fulfill our current assignment this evening, we recognize the importance of receiving the “armor of God” to clothe and protect us! Michael (CA) led us in praying Ephesians 6!
“Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.
Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers,
against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day,
and having done all, to stand.

Now Lord, in Jesus’ Name and by the power of His blood, I put on the Full Armor of God, for I am strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might. I stand firm against the schemes of the devil and put on the whole armor of God. I put on belt of Truth, for Jesus, You are the Truth! I put on the breastplate of Righteousness, for Jesus, You are my righteousness! I put on the shoes of the Gospel of Peace, for Jesus You are the Gospel and You are my Peace! I take up the shield of Faith, to extinguish the flaming arrows of the evil one! For Jesus, You are the Author and Perfecter of my Faith, and I will walk by faith and not by sight today! I put on the helmet of Salvation, for Jesus, You are my salvation. And I take captive my thoughts in the obedience of Jesus Christ my Lord. I take up the Sword of the Spirit, which is the Living Word of God, and I will pray at all times in the Spirit. (Begin to pray in the Spirit over any situation you may be battling).

We prayed corporately, receiving that precious armor, asking that we might wear it with the dignity it deserves!

Ps Ioan encouraged us, that as we began tonight’s assignment, to take heart and be assured in knowing that what God has begun in us, He will see through to completion!
Maureen said that this song fully expresses what Ps Ioan just said…and led us in singing it…through her tears!

Ps Ioan reminded us that when we are engaging in this type of spiritual warfare, it is not done by or through emotion. Maureen added that in humility, we simply trust and obey the ONE Who accomplishes that which He has called us to pray for!

A PROCLAMATION
Today, our Nation proudly commemorates the 80th anniversary of the Allied Powers’ triumph over national socialism and fascism, and the end of World War II in Europe — one of the most epic victories for forces of freedom in the history of the world. On this Victory Day for World War II, we celebrate the unmatched might, strength, and power of the American Armed Forces, and we commit to protecting our sacred birthright of liberty against all threats, foreign and domestic.
In the wake of the December 7, 1941 attack on Pearl Harbor, the United States righteously entered the fray of what would become the apex of the eternal battle between good and evil. After nearly 4 years of the darkest and bloodiest chapters ever recorded in human history, more than 250,000 Americans lost their lives in the fight against the Nazi regime. Today and every day, we pay tribute to all those who made the ultimate sacrifice for their Nation, their liberty, and the survival of Western civilization. Without the sacrifice of our American soldiers, this war would not have been won, and our world today would look drastically different.
May 8, 1945 marks the Allies’ acceptance of Germany’s unconditional surrender — the beginning of the end of years of long, gruesome, and brutal warfare. The millions of souls senselessly lost serve as a reminder of why we must pursue peace through strength. I remain steadfastly devoted to stopping the years of endless foreign wars and preventing the further loss of lives. As I stated during my Inaugural Address, we will measure our success not only by the battles we win but also by the wars we end — and my proudest legacy will be that of a peacemaker.
As we commemorate Victory Day for World War II, we offer our unending thanks to every patriot from the Greatest Generation who left behind his home and family to fight for our freedom in distant lands. We honor the memories of all those who perished. Above all, we renew our commitment to keeping America and the entire world safe, secure, prosperous, and free.

Ps Ioan shared that he recently visited San Diego, and toured the Naval Station there and saw the movie MIDWAY, which was inspiring. When they arrived back home, they saw the documentary A BAND OF BROTHERS, showing the true reality of war: the destruction of lives, property, and all that surrounds us! 80 M people died in WWII, of which 60 M were soldiers. Today is a crucial day in history, one on which we are called by the grace of God, to call the principality of war to be restrained and removed from its ability to influence Russia. As Maureen said, we EXPECT that the people of Russia will be set free and able to move forward as God intends for them to!
These verses from Revelation 6:3-4 show the 4 riders acting in the present time and throughout history!

Another horse, fiery red, went out. And it was granted to the one who sat on it to take peace from the earth,
and that people should kill one another; and there was given to him a great sword.

As we’ve served the Restraining Orders and Notices of Eviction, the demonic powers (called “the four riders”) have been restrained, and the people are enabled to return to freedom. However, in the end times, they will be released and return to do what is foretold in Scripture!
For now, we read: Vs 4 Exérchomai (ex-er’-khom-ahee) @ to go or come forth
1-to come forth from physically, arise from, to be born of
2-to go forth from one’s power, escape from it in safety
3-to come forth (from privacy) into the world, before the public, (of those who by novelty of opinion attract attention)

As we prepare to declare the Covenant – Welcoming the King of Glory into Russia, we expressed our gratitude to Jenny Barkova (CA) who spent endless hours and energy translating our documents from English to Russian for our Russian speaking brothers and sisters. We prayed corporately for Jenny and her family!
Our dear friend David Clements joined us and shared the situation he’s been dealing with for the past 11-12 days, suffering from gout and being virtually immobilized! He said that many of his friends working in the election integrity movement have been attacked in similar ways. This truly is spiritual warfare, and when we marked the Prince of War for eviction, it intensified! He said that WHEN we break the back of this demonic entity, we will see a release in the spirit that will provide healing and all that is needed to move forward! As Maureen has said: WE EXPECT IT!

Ps Ioan said that as he watched today’s Russian VICTORY PARADE in Moscow, he saw the leaders of other nations as the Russians’ guests, along with their own military forces. Putin paid much attention to President Xi of China, and they all bowed down at the place where the eternal flame was burning. (It was lit to honor the fallen Russian troops, but the spiritual reality is that the one who received the acclaim was the Prince of War!)

Covenant – Welcoming the King of Glory into Russia
We, the Sons and Daughters of God and Servants of the Most High, representing the nation of Russia,
along with witnesses from the nations, make this declaration on behalf of our nation.
We proclaim that there is only One, True, Almighty God, Who is Creator of all, Life Giver, Sustainer,
Authority and Commander-in-Chief of the Heavenly Host;
We believe in God the Father, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob;
We believe in our Lord Jesus Christ, His only begotten Son, our Messiah, Savior and King;
We believe in the Holy Spirit, Who proceeds from the Father and the Son.
We declare that we are called to be one nation under God, indivisible with liberty and justice for all.
We cancel any plan or scheme of the enemy to delude, ensnare or divide our people in Russia.
We cast down any plot or proposal of man to supplant or undermine God-given authority
which protects our liberty and administers justice.
We renounce and annul all covenants made with darkness, from the time of our inception, throughout our birthing process
and all the years of our existence. We therefore nullify, cancel and reject any such agreements
or associations with any proud thing that exalts itself above the knowledge of God.
We honor the nation of Israel, the first recipient of God’s promise.

We prayed corporately following the declaration in Russian by Jenny, and then following the English version, we invited two additional Russian representatives (now living in Texas) to express their gratitude by giving thanks for what has just been done…and for what will follow! We asked Nancy (WA) to blow the shofar and seal what has been done, then offered corporate prayer. Jenny (CA) prayed (in English) that a great revival would come to Russia, and then she prayed the same in Russian and we closed out this portion of the assignment!

RESTRAINING ORDER AND NOTICE OF EVICTION FOR THE PRINCE OF WAR
Whereas, on May 9th, 2025, the Marriage Covenant between our Bridegroom-King and the people of Russia was reaffirmed and renewed;
Whereas, the Bride of Christ, the EKKLESIA, has taken her rightful place, so that the plans and purposes for the King and His Kingdom are carried out in Russia;
Whereas, we acknowledge that no nation can be married to God Almighty while still married to their ancient false gods;
Whereas, on behalf of Russia, in the name of Jesus, Yeshua the Messiah, we have renounced and broken all ungodly covenants made by generations before us on behalf of our nation with false gods, fallen angels, and spiritual guardians of the kingdom of Satan;
Whereas, all such covenants, including but not limited to covenants of marriage, union, espousal, alliance, affiliation, and every other form of commitment between our nation and any principalities, powers, rulers of darkness of this world and spiritual wickedness in high places, are hereby dissolved and rendered null and void;
Whereas, this decree is absolute, and serves as a RESTRAINING ORDER and NOTICE OF EVICTION to the entity known as the Prince of War, seated above the Kremlin in Moscow, and to any companion entities, in the nation of Russia;
NOW, THEREFORE, we, the undersigned, citizens of Russia and witnesses from the nations of the world, by virtue of the authority vested in us by Almighty God, do hereby issue this Restraining Order and Notice of Eviction to the demonic entity, the Prince of War, from the Kremlin in Moscow, from all of Russia and from the entire World;
We invite the citizens of our nations to give thanks to God for our deliverance from its demonic clutches, and urge them to join with us in affirming this action, by offering thanks and praise to Almighty God for our deliverance!

We lifted shofars and other instruments to make a joyful sound and express our agreement over this declaration!
We invited David Clements to express his heart in prayer following this action! He pictured Jesus walking the streets of Moscow, and wherever His feet touched the ground, fresh grass was growing. He prayed for healing as we touch the fringe of His robe! halleluYah! He sensed that the Lord is going to the people who have been devastated the most!
Maureen prayed: Lord, You are the One Who offers “the healing and grace that the hearts of Your children hunger for.“ We thank You for the love and mercy You have today extended to Russia and her people! Together, we acknowledge and declare Your Sovereignty over Russia, and as we do, we welcome You anew into our own hearts and nations! “Maranatha! Come, Lord Jesus!” Take Your rightful place in all the earth!
Ps Ioan said he felt that this entity that has been removed was operating through Cain as he killed his brother Abel!

Just before 9 PM, we paused once more to pray for all who were and still are J6 prisoners.
David gave us an update on the J6 prisoners:
There are still 4 J6ers needing pardons, and 14 who had commutations, but are seeking full pardons!
Tina Peters is still in prison, and was put on kitchen duty for a period of time.
An Amicus Brief was filed by a former J6er, and an attorney took the brief and it was published by the Gateway Pundit, after which President Trump ordered CO to release Tina!
We are praying for full restoration and exposure and look for her soon release!
We invited individual prayers for Tina and the J6ers
Beverly (CA) whom the Lord sets free is free indeed!
Carol (NY) Heal and restore all that has been stolen. Place them in positions of leadership in our land!
Bernadette (NY) Thanked God for Tina, and prayed that she would share the Gospel in that dark place.
Remove all stress, bitterness and bring healing and show her favor.
We continue to stand with them and their families until we see them free,
returned to their lives and loved ones, and compensated for the injustices they have suffered!
We then joined Maureen in singing the National Anthem from all across the nation.

We then took turns blessing and praying for the Russian people, and shared insights with one another!
Bernadette (NY) when the eviction notice was decreed, I could see the Russian people dancing. She
spoke her joy in a few Russian phrases she remembered from college.
Jerri (FL) Your Name is Jesus, and I lift up the Russian people to You and say COME, HOLY SPIRIT and hover over the Russian people and say LET MY PEOPLE GO! Set them free for the god of War and religious restrictions…Let there be rejoicing and the lifting up of the Name of Jesus over the nation!
Joan (AZ) when the enemy has taken so much from the people the Lord will restore 7-fold…and the Russian people will have great influence and impact over all of Eastern Europe. Let them rise up and see the fruits of their labor, and realize that what happened on May 9th, 2025 brought it about.
David (NM) said HAPPY MOTHERS DAY to Joan…and she replied that he is doing a great job and she’s proud of him!
Audrey (CA) she is in DC for her 107 year old aunt’s memorial service. She shared a word that reminded us to take heart, for Jesus has overcome the world! She prayed that God would continue to move and free the people of Russia! I’m encouraged that the Lord hears and will answer our prayer!
Brad (VA) shared that he was born in 1960, when Kruschev was in power during the Cold War! He spent his 1st 4 years in Germany as his dad (who was in the service there) slept on the flight line…. Let the weapons be laid down and troops fo home!
Mary (NY) as a child, I remember “Let Russia be converted” was my Mother’s prayer. I loved their ballet and pray that all that was taken from Russia will be replaced and she will prosper!
Maureen said she felt God’s heart and pleasure as we expressed love for Russia and her people.
Bernadette (NY) prayed for the people of Ukraine and asked that peace would come quickly! SHALOM!
Ps Ioan said that our friend Jody Wood (NYC Intercessors / IPC) reminded us that when a spirit is evicted, the empty space needs to be secured in the spiritual realm. He asked us to pray for Vladimir Putin, now 70 years old, who embraced people in the crowd today, and is well-received by the people! He has been empowered by the Prince of War, and now that is over! We want him to hear the voice of Jesus as He speaks to him now…and not miss it! Until now, he has heard only evil voices, as he was bound in chains, but now there is freedom, even for Putin! Maureen asked Ps Ioan to lead us in praying the same, so that the weight of the prayer is multiplied!

Maureen shared that yesterday, Robert Francis Prevost (69) became the first American to be elected Pope. The 267th Pontiff of the Catholic Church has chosen to be called Leo XIV. Born September 14, 1955, he now becomes the head of the Catholic Church and sovereign of the Vatican City State. We learned 2 of his positions that look “promising”:
Gender
Then-Cardinal Prevost opposed the inclusion of curriculum regarding “teachings on gender in schools” in Peru stating that the “promotion of gender ideology is confusing, because it seeks to create genders that don’t exist”.
Homosexuality
In 2012, then-Cardinal Prevost lamented that popular culture fostered “sympathy for beliefs and practices that are at odds with the Gospel”, citing the “homosexual lifestyle” and “alternative families comprised of same-sex partners and their adopted children. “
Maureen prayed that the Holy Spirit will guide and direct Leo XIV as he assumes his role as leader of the Catholic denomination, and use him to call the world to Jesus and bring true unity to the Body of Christ.
She asked that we repent for any discrimination about those in denominations other than our own, and that we would pray for the unity of the Body. We are not to have “denominational mindsets”, but rather, a “KINGDOM PERSPECTIVE!” There is one King, One Body and all Christians are His subjects!

We prayed corporately for our beloved President Trump and asked that he be protected as he travels to multiple destinations in the Middle East: Saudi Arabia, Doha, Qatar and Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates during which he plans to announce that the United States will now refer to the Persian Gulf as the Arabian Gulf or the Gulf of Arabia, pleasing the Arab nations no end!
