June 2, 2023 – Notes Shabbat Call

June 2, 2023 – Notes Shabbat Call

06-02-23 Notes from the “International SHABBAT Celebration”

24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call

7-10 PM ET 712-770-4340 code: 543555 #

As we enter our Shabbat call tonight, Pastor Ioan is in Plano, Texas, where he is being hosted by Debbie and Daniel Boehm. What a blessing it is to have members of our 24/7 family along the way as he is en route to the East Coast for our next assignment in June.

Debbie (TX) led us in receiving the armor of God, according to Ephesians 6:10-18.

“Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day,

and having done all, to stand.

 Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness,

and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace

above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.

And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God;

praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit.”

We prayed corporately, receiving God’s full armor, asking that we wear it with the dignity it deserves!

May we radiate the character and attributes of Christ, as we wear this wonderful armor He has given us.

Pastor Ioan gave an update on his travels so far and his time with the Clements family in Las Cruces, NM and their involvement in seeing the National Day of Repentance become a reality, with it being called for by President Trump!

Then, he shared about his conversation with Mike Barry, who is advising and coaching us regarding the meeting place in PA and the interaction with the Lenape Indians, to reaffirm the covenant Wm Penn made with them. His ancestor was the first Mayor of Philadelphia! He said his wife is unwell at this time, so we will lift her in prayer!

We prayed for the Clements family:

  • Bev (MT) heard the phrase: “Thy Kingdom come!”
  • Richard (AK) prayed for them and asked that they do all they intend for God
  • Debbie (TX) give them a unified vision of hope for Your children and the USA. They are following Your Will and Your Way, and a mighty trail is blazing behind them. They walk in humility – may it ever be so!

Pastor Ioan shared that when he went to the Clements’s home, he took them a huge assortment of berries and fruit and their 3 children were so delighted by that!

He also said that when he asked about if he ran for office, and if he could win, they said NO…the elections are all rigged now with machines that determine the outcome! They prayed that those who are J6 prisoners now would be elected to office in the future!

Then we prayed corporately for Mike Barry and his wife.

  • Richard (AK) thanked God for Mike’s bloodline and that he would continue to bring the reality of the foundations of our country to those who are coming to serve God’s purposes.
  • Debbie (TX) this meeting with us the 24/7 is the fulfillment of his heart’s desire for decades. Let him be there and let nothing stop that. Release Your healing and love to Mrs. Barry, and let the Lenape and us be guided supernaturally in love and friendship! ‘
  • Bobby (WI) when praying for his wife, I heard the word “VORTEX: a mass of fluid with a whirling motion and a cavity in the center.

~~~
We shared about our conversation with Jody Wood from the NYC intercessors today. After updating her on our last few months’ assignments, and on the upcoming East Coast assignments.
Jody then said that she was amazed at how God is putting this all together!
  • They did 8 days of intercession with Cindy Jacobs’ network vs “mammon” in all 50 states
  • They also did a 2-day reconciliation with the Indians
Speaking of NYC, Jody said that it was the founding site for the 3 branches of the US govt and that Wall Street is the epicenter of NYC.
She also noted when we spoke of affirming the Penn treaty with the Lenape Indians, that the structure of the Iroquois Confederacy was a model for our US government.
She said that we need to bring hope and faith back to the Church since she had just returned from Geneva – we saw 194 nations in lockstep for ONE WORLD ORDER.
We prayed for Jody and the intercessors of NYC and their part in this assignment. We also prayed for her mother, Judy, who suffered a broken leg this past week. Jody needs someone to care for her mother so she can join us in our East Coast assignment.
  • Danielle (SC) lifted up Jody and her mother
  • Susan (GA) lifted up the NYC intercessors
  • Richard (AK) Hody is a fortress there, and the intercessors work together in unity in the battle. Let Your grace flow through her and the intercessors there!
Penn Proclamation for Peace and Unity
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
Whereas, William Penn received the Charter for land that would be named, “Pennsylvania” from King Charles II on March 4, 1681; and
Whereas, through great personal persecution and sacrifice, William Penn sought to establish a colony of peace, unity, and prosperity; and
Whereas, William Penn, being of strong moral convictions and keen intellect set forth ideas which would not only form the foundation for the United States government, but also impact the entire world; and
Whereas, Thomas Jefferson said of him, “William Penn was the greatest lawgiver the world has produced, being the first, in ancient or modern times who has laid the foundation of government in the pure and unadulterated principles of peace, reason, and right;” and
Whereas, the Harrisburg Capitol Rotunda perpetually proclaims the vision of William Penn with his words encircled in mosaic tile inside its capitol dome, “There may be room there for such a Holy Experiment, for the nations want a precedent and my God will make it the Seed of a Nation, that an example may be set up to the nations, that we may do the thing that is truly wise and just;” and
Whereas, among his many notable contributions, perhaps the foremost is William Penn’s establishment of the principle of religious liberty; and
Whereas, William Penn, from his personal experience of being arrested and imprisoned by government officials for his faith, recognized the need for protection of a person’s conscience, and religious liberties; and
Whereas, through being unjustly charged with a crime by the magistrates, who threatened the jury to produce a guilty verdict, William Penn and William Mead were found nonetheless not guilty. This process repeated itself a second time with the brave members of the jury rendering another not guilty verdict. The Penn-Mead Trial resulted in a landmark case that established the principle of the independence of the jury – a principle that stands as a bedrock principle of our laws; and
Whereas, in light of his personal experiences and desire to provide a place where liberty of conscience and liberty of religious convictions was recognized and protected, William Penn set forth in his “Charter of Privileges” in 1701 the following fundamental principle, “I do hereby grant and declare, that no person or persons, inhabiting in this Province of territories, who shall confess and acknowledge one almighty God, the Creator, upholder, and Ruler of the world; and profess him or themselves obliged to live quietly under the civil government, shall be in any case molested, or prejudiced in his or their Person or Estate, because of their conscientious Persuasion or Practice, nor be compelled to frequent or maintain any religious worship, place, or ministry, contrary to his or their mind, or to do or suffer any other Act or Thing, contrary to their religious persuasion;” and
Whereas, William Penn experienced first-hand the injustices that accompany the form of government that held the “divine right of kings”, and sought to establish a representative form of government that rejected laws forced upon people without their representation, their consent and against their will, and emphasized self-government and a government of the people; and
Whereas, William Penn’s ideas inspired the United States Founding Fathers and his vision lives on in the Constitutions and laws of many states, and in America’s most important document, the United States Constitution; and
Whereas, William Penn warned, “If thou wouldst rule well, thou must rule for God, and to do that, thou must be ruled by Him.” “Men must be governed by God or they will be ruled by Tyrants”; and
Whereas, Penn believed that religious tolerance, or “liberty of conscience” would create stronger governments and wealthier societies; and
Whereas, Penn believed that “NO People can be truly happy if abridged of the freedom of their Consciences” and attracted to his colony those who had been persecuted from a dozen different lands, all of whom had suffered because of restrictions on their religious beliefs; and
Whereas, Penn envisioned a more inclusive colony inextricably tied to his desire to create a society where people of differing faiths would not only enjoy the freedom to worship as they wished, but to participate actively in a government that guaranteed that right; and
Whereas, Penn believed that “Governments, like clocks, go from the motion men give them, as governments are made and moved by men, so by them they are ruined, too. Let men be good and the government cannot be bad. If government becomes ill, good men will cure it.” This positive view of believers in God formed the structure of Penn’s first frame of government; and
Whereas, settlers of all faiths dwelled together peaceably in Penn’s colony but only those of moral and virtuous reputation could hold political office to ensure good governance; and
Whereas, Pennsylvania, from the beginning and by Penn’s design, was a complex society of people of different ethnic, racial, and economic backgrounds dwelling peaceably. This model of diversity became the basis for the American “melting pot”; and
Whereas, the principle of brotherly love was at the heart of Penn’s “Holy Experiment”. He was determined to treat the First Nations People as friends, who were entitled to love and respect, recognizing their right as legal owners of the land granted to him; and
Whereas, during Penn’s time, older forms of government, such as the “divine right of kings” were slowly giving way to a belief that stressed individual rights. In 1681, Penn crafted a Representative government for Pennsylvania based on these principles. He rejected models of government that forced laws on citizens against their will. Penn emphasized self-government for the people; and
Whereas, Penn declared, “Peace can only be secured by justice; never by force of arms;” and
Whereas, Penn declared, “True godliness does not turn men out of the world, but enables them to live better in it and excites their endeavors to mend it”.
Therefore, Be It Resolved
That The Preamble to the Pennsylvania Constitution is a model for the United States and the Nations: “We, the people of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, grateful to Almighty God for the blessings of civil and religious liberty, and humbly invoking His guidance, do ordain and establish this Constitution;” and
That Penn’s first frame of successful government is of the people who shall choose out of themselves persons known for their wisdom, virtue and ability, who shall meet, always be called, and act as, the government; and
That every government, every religious community, and every political and civil society organization in the world should strive toward the goal of achieving freedom of religion and conscience, for everyone, everywhere – protected in law and valued by culture; and
That peace treaties between nations should revisit Penn’s model with the first nations people that “We meet on the broad pathway of good faith and good-will, no advantage shall be taken on either side, but all shall be openness and love;” and
That “We Proclaim liberty throughout the land and to all the inhabitants thereof” as embossed on the Liberty Bell commissioned to commemorate the golden anniversary of Penn’s Charter.”
~~~

We prayed for all those like our sister Joan (AZ) who are descended from Penn, and have carried on his spirit in their own lives, loving and living for YOU, Lord! Joan then prayed for this assignment.

  • Maureen said that she is so touched by Penn’s words and that we are missing so much if we neglect the Founders’ writings, which are so rich and full…and outline God’s plan for the USA! She felt these were among he wels in his words:
    • “There may be room there for such a Holy Experiment, for the nations want a precedent and my God will make it the Seed of a Nation, that an example may be set up to the nations, that we may do the thing that is truly wise and just;”
    • a complex society of people of different ethnic, racial, and economic backgrounds dwelling peaceably. This model of diversity became the basis for the American “melting pot”;
    • treat the First Nations People as friends, who were entitled to love and respect, recognizing their right as legal owners of the land granted to them;
    • settlers of all faiths dwelled together peaceably in Penn’s colony but only those of moral and virtuous reputation could hold political office to ensure good governance
  • Mary Ellen (IL) thinking of Doug Mastriani and may invite him!
  • Carol (NY) watched most of the video, and was impressed with the leaders who spoke – especially the woman Judge, who said she could tell that many in the audience had been on their faces before the Lord…and then she gave a word! They were all so Godly and I was so inspired! She prayed for Godly patriotic leaders in every part of our government!
  • Debbie (TX) read about the assertion that EVERYONE had a right to live in peace…one nation under God!
  • Richard (AK) we need to restore our own foundations to start with
  • Kay (IL) how far have we come away from these values held in those days. Understanding good and evil, and how evil has overtaken our society. Life was all about the simplicity of faith and trust in God Thank You, Lord, for the ways we are being shown to focus more on You. We lift up the youth that are so distracted by modern electronics, et al. Let them find the simple things that satisfy them and find the joy in knowing Jesus as Lord and Savior.
    • Maureen said that we who are older need to set the right example
  • Viv (OH) Let us show the value of HONOR
  • Bernadette (NY) May the Lord reveal Himself to the Quakers once again and restore them to Himself.
    • Maureen prayed that God would reveal Himself to His Church as a whole for we desperately need renewal. So many denominations that began as a God-honoring initiative, were hijacked and polluted to a place where God can no longer be there as He desired to!

Pastor Ioan shared how he came to connect with the Quakers. When he was looking for a position in pastoral care, he found that the Yorba Linda Friends Church in CA had an opening. He applied without checking on what kind of church it was. Then he started to search to find out about them, and their founder George Fox, and saw how similar his journey was to Fox’s. He rejoiced at what he found as he researched the Quakers and then learned how the writings of Fox and Wm Penn (also a Quaker) had influenced America’s Founders. The modern Quakers that Pastor Ioan met in CA aren’t like their founding ancestors but are sincere in their faith. He loved the people but the pastor felt challenged by him, as they did by John Wimber (one of the founders of the Vineyard Churches) who had been pastor at the Yorba Linda Friends Church!

We paused just before 9 PM, as we do nightly, to pray for the J6 prisoners from across the nation,

We prayed that they would know that they are NOT abandoned, but that we stand with them!

Then we joined them in singing the National Anthem in unity.

Having prayed on-site for them in DC, we continue to stand with them and their families,

praying that they would be set free, return to their lives and loved ones,

and be compensated for the injustice they have suffered!

“Come Holy Spirit”: The Story Behind The Prayer

The prayer “Come, Holy Spirit” came from a story of the Vineyard’s early beginnings.

Simple Prayers Sometimes, the simplest prayers are the best prayers. One prayer that has been prayed by the church in many forms over the past 2000 years has become very important to us in the Vineyard family of churches. It is the prayer “Come, Holy Spirit.”

On Mother’s Day, 1980, John Wimber had a unique experience at the church he pastored in Yorba Linda, California. John was from a Quaker tradition and was a respected voice teaching leaders about Church growth

through evangelism. John had invited a guest speaker named Lonnie Frisbee to teach at their evening service. Lonnie was a hippie who was a part of what became known as the Jesus People Movement in the late 1960s in Southern California. John’s church was filled with young people, and they gathered to worship as usual that night. Lonnie got up to speak, and at the conclusion of his message he prayed a prayer that has been prayed by many throughout church history.

It was a simple prayer, one that has become one of the most important prayers we pray across the Vineyard family of churches. The prayer was simply: “Come, Holy Spirit.”

It is a prayer the church of Jesus Christ has been praying in many forms over many centuries. That night, when that three-word prayer was prayed, all heaven broke loose in John Wimber’s community. An entire movement of churches has, in many ways, grown around that prayer. After that gathering, deeply encountered by the Holy Spirit, young people poured into the streets, leading hundreds, then thousands, to faith in Jesus Christ. Miracles followed their simple prayers, such as healings of bodies and minds, as well as deliverances from addictions.

“Come, Holy Spirit.” – It is a prayer the church of Jesus Christ has been praying in many forms over many centuries. Since that time, tens of thousands have come to faith in Jesus through the work of the Vineyard. Our belief in “Power Evangelism” – reaching people by participating with God in the miraculous – centers us on the Holy Spirit’s work in drawing the heart to God.

Today, you will hear this simple prayer, in some form, being prayed in virtually every Vineyard church around the world. It is because we are learning in the Vineyard what the Body of Christ has had to learn again and again throughout history – that with the power of the Holy Spirit at work within us, we can do the works of Jesus. We can join him in the advancing of the kingdom of God to the ends of the earth.

We are a people of the Presence of God. So we pray “Come, Holy Spirit.”

We will be going to a Quaker retreat center in Philadelphia to prepare for the next assignment! Thank You, Lord, for providing this place for us! God is moving…HalleluYah!

*** Pastor Ioan said that it is only a matter of one to one and a half years until the revival comes!

There was a discussion about the Vineyard Churches, and how they came about, and how Calvary Chapel was foundational to it.

The Vineyard movement emerged on the scene in the late 1970s, at what has been called a “crossroads” of American Christianity and culture. The Jesus People movement of the 1960s was a spiritual awakening within hippie culture in the United States, as thousands of young people found themselves on a desperate search to experience God. Not finding Him through drugs, sex, or rock’n’roll, the hippies were one of the subcultures powerfully impacted by ministries such as Calvary Chapel (Costa Mesa, CA) that arose during this move of God across America.

The First Vineyard Kenn Gulliksen, a soft-spoken, unassuming leader with a passion to know and walk with God, started a church in West LA in 1974, sent out by Calvary Chapel. This would be known as the first Vineyard church. Average people, as well as actors and musicians whose names would be familiar to us today (Bob Dylan, T-Bone Burnett, Keith Green), were connected with Gulliksen and the Vineyard.

The Birth Of A Movement From Gulliksen’s church, the first Vineyards were planted in 1975. Believing that God had instructed him to do so, Kenn officially gave the name “Vineyard” (from Isaiah 27:2-3; John 15:5) to this association of churches, and led them for about five years. By 1982, there were at least seven “Vineyards” in a loose-knit fellowship of churches.

John and Carol Wimber, who had become a part of Calvary Chapel, had a journey with God that was leading them to a convergence orchestrated by the Holy Spirit. John and Kenn became friends, and in 1982 it was clear that John was emerging as the leader of the growing network of Vineyard churches. The official recognition of this transition took place in 1982: the emergence of what was to be called the “Association of Vineyard Churches.”

Today, there are 2400+ Vineyards around the world in 95 countries – and we’re growing. Read below to learn more of the history behind one of today’s most passionate church planting movements.

We are aware that we are holding up the President’s arms in prayer…and we will continue to do so to the end!

President Trump wants to end birthright citizenship for illegal immigrants if he wins re-election in 2024, he announced Tuesday. He said he would sign an executive order to that effect “on day one” after gaining office. The order will instruct federal agents that the “correct interpretation of the law” does not grant citizenship to the children of illegal immigrants regardless of their birthplace.

Joe Biden has launched an illegal foreign invasion of our country, allowing a record number of illegal aliens to storm across our borders. Even though these millions of illegal border crossers have entered the country unlawfully, all of their future children will become automatic US citizens. Can you imagine? This policy is a reward for breaking the laws of the United States,” he added.

President Trump said the policy as it exists today serves as a “major incentive” for illegal immigration, which has exploded at the U.S.-Mexico border under Joe Biden’s administration. US Customs and Border Protection tracked roughly 100,000 border encounters per month when Biden took office, but the agency now tracks well over 200,000 per month. Late last year and in the opening months of 2023, CBP tracked over 230,000 encounters each month.

President Trump went on to say that his executive order would also target “birth tourism,” the practice in which pregnant foreigners take trips to the US while in the final weeks of pregnancy, allowing their children to be born in the US and become citizens. “At least one parent will have to be a citizen or a legal resident for them to qualify [for citizenship],” Trump said. “We will secure our borders and we will restore our sovereignty.“ The executive order is one of Trump’s first major policy announcements since formally entering the 2024 presidential race.

  • Ydia (FL) agreed that immigration must be done legally. we say “NO!” in Jesus; name!
  • Angela (CA) Isaiah 62:8 The Lord has sworn by His right hand and by the arm of His strength: “Surely I will no longer give your grain as food for your enemies; and the sons of the foreigner shall not drink your new wine, for which you have labored,” Forgive us, Lord, for the times we have failed You in allowing other gods to enter into our nation, through foreigners!
  • Debbie (TX) Proverbs 29:25-26 The fear of man brings a snare, But whoever trusts in the Lord shall be safe. Many seek the ruler’s favor, But justice for man comes from the Lord.”
  • Brad (VA) on Capitol Hill this evening, and saw something that I haven’t sensed before…the UNIPARTY…and there is heavy spirit over the city! There is an upcoming PRIDE PARADE scheduled for DC
    • Judy (CA) shared this word with Brad in VA- delivered righteous Lot, who was oppressed by the filthy conduct of the wicked (for that righteous man, dwelling among them, tormented his righteous soul from day to day by seeing and hearing their lawless deeds) 2 Peter 2:7-8

Joe Biden goes on an angry diversity rant before falling flat on his face on stage at the Air Force Academy graduation ceremony. Joe Biden took a major tumble after handing out diplomas during the Air Force Academy’s graduation ceremony in Colorado. During his commencement speech earlier, Biden shouted about the diversity of the graduating class. “Your class is one of the diverse, one of the most diverse classes in the history of this academy or any academy to graduate! That’s why we’re strong! That’s why we’re who we are!” Biden ranted. (This is the lot of those who mock God!)

  • Debbie (TX) we are taking this land back! She sang a verse: “This land is my land, this land is your land, from CA to the NY island…this land was made for you and me!”
  • Beverly (CA) let the older gay men want to give it up and fill that empty hole in their hearts with You, Lord.

President Trump:

“WE ARE MAGADONIANS, WE ARE VERY SMART, WE STICK TOGETHER AS ONE, WE FOLLOW TRUTH SOCIAL, WE PUT “AMERICA FIRST,” AND WE WILL “MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”

We asked the Lord to be with us and to make a way as we continue to plan for our meeting in Pennsylvania, the renewal of the Treaty of Shackamaxon (also called the Great Treaty and Penn’s Treaty) followed by the WTKOG on the East Coast and the service of the Notice of Eviction to “mammon” in NY!

We shared in communion, asking the Holy Spirit to COME! Pastor Ioan asked for prayer as he travels toward MD…and then on to PA for the next assignment!

We closed the SHABBAT CALL rejoicing and singing: “SHABBAT SHALOM!”

Love and blessings!

Maureen and Pastor Ioan
