We begin our hour by praising and giving thanks to God!

    The key assignment for the 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call is to intercede hourly for the safety and security of our President, Donald John Trump, and to pray for that which pertains to our nation!

We pray for our President’s protection and cover him with the Blood of Jesus.  

Let him respond to every situation by the leading of the Holy Spirit!

We refer those to You who are plotting and planning the demise of our beloved President! 

We say “No!” to them and ask that You expose and foil all their plans! Thank You, Lord! 

We pray that the “elite medical establishment” will no longer block our doctors from prescribing hydroxychloroquine as a treatment for the coronavirus. Let the doctors be free to practice as You lead! 

We bless our First Lady, Melania, their marriage, their son Barron and all their family members.

We bless our Vice President Mike Pence, his wife Karen and their family

and all those serving in this Administration. 

We pray for the mass media, which is being used and exploited by the “father of lies.”

We ask that it either reverses course and reports accurately, or be taken down.

We pray for the Federal Reserve Board members, to use their power to boost our nation’s economy. 

Let them act in accord with what is good for the USA!

We continue to pray that the President will not agree to any division of the Holy Land!

The 24/7 NSPC is praying for the 2020 National Elections, 

positioning ourselves in intercession before the Lord on behalf of our President and nation!  

COUNTDOWN: 121 days until the election!

Strategic Focus for Monday

WELCOME THE KING OF GLORY INTO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

The Enemy Within

“Destructive forces are at work in the city; threats and lies never leave its streets. If an enemy were insulting me, I could endure it; if a foe were rising against me, I could hide. But it is you, a man like myself, my companion, my close friend, with whom I once enjoyed sweet fellowship…”

Psalm 55:11-14  

We are engaged in a spiritual battle for the soul of this nation, and as we worship the Lord, interceding for and covering our President and our country, we are assured that the battle belongs to the Lord. He will arise, to scatter and overcome the demons of darkness, as we bow humbly before our God and King, expressing our love for Him,  repentance for our sin and asking forgiveness for the sins of our nation! “That which the enemy intends for evil will be turned for our good” and God will indeed avenge us as He defeats the enemy…both external and in our midst! 

We pray:

• That as we enter the arena to engage in spiritual warfare, we will be “prayed up”…fully armed and equipped with God’s armor… (His character and attributes) …trusting in Him, following His directions and assured that as we do our part, He will deal with all that is coming against us and defeat our enemies! Pray. 

When interacting with others, the integrity of the relationship can determine whether one is released or restricted.  For someone like our President, it is critical that those who have the privilege of advising him have our nation’s best interests at heart, and not their own personal agendas. To be in relationship with the President of the United States involves a “sacred trust”…one which must be guarded intentionally, nurtured and protected! 

Consider the sheer number of individuals who have access to our President. Those who are given the opportunity to speak to the serious matters that pertain to the welfare of our nation must be well vetted. Those who speak to him must offer the wisdom and counsel of God, while those who would offer “worldly” advice, (counter to the Word of God, intended to cause him to veer away from God’s plan for our country)…must not be given access! 

As we pray hourly for our President, we recognize how serious his responsibility is. There are many things that come against him daily, trying both to distract him and detract from him. He is a “target” for every vile scheme the enemy can conceive, as they attempt to remove him and take control of our nation. Every day, he awakens to face new challenges, another round of assaults, and a plethora of lies and deception that would take most men down!  Having committed his life to Christ, President Trump “dwells in the shelter of the Most High”…and takes refuge under His wings!  As we intercede for him today, let us ask God to protect and prepare him for each and every battle! 

We pray:

• In gratitude for a believing President, one who has dedicated his life and energy to see this nation restored and made into what God intended when He conceived us!  Pray.
• That those who surround our President, and are able to speak into critical matters, will ONLY be those who are sent to him by You. Lord. Let them speak ONLY that which You would have our President hear…and let him discern the truth and act on it!  Pray.
• That those who are not yet part of that inner circle, who are ordained by You to offer Godly counsel in certain matters, who have been thwarted by others from having access, will miraculously gain that access, and be able to speak that which You have ordained. Pray.
• That our President will hear the voice of God clearly and have the courage to act on what he hears: Pray.

Former Deputy National Security Advisor under Michael Flynn, K.T. McFarland, wrote about the relationship between President Trump and one of his former “advisors”…John Bolton. She said that from the “get-go,” she knew that it “wasn’t going to end well.”  Using some of her reflections as “fuel” for prayer, let us lift up our  President and those who are in a position to offer him advice. 

On Election Day 2016, KT was preparing to go on air at FOX and was joined by John Bolton in the green room. She asked Bolton if he had already voted and he replied, “Yes, for Trump. He’s an idiot, but anybody is better than Hillary Clinton.” That fueled her doubts about Bolton, especially when he aggressively lobbied to become President Trump’s National Security Adviser less than two years later. She knew their relationship would be a “rocky ride” and predicted it wouldn’t end well.  From the outset, President Trump and John Bolton had very different approaches to foreign policy. 

• President Trump’s priority was to rebuild the economy and use it as leverage to renegotiate trade deals. He was able to get our allies to increase their contributions to our mutual defense, but the one thing that the  President would not do was get us bogged down in more “forever” wars. 
• Bolton. on the other hand, was one of the “architects” of the Iraq war…(of which Donald Trump had been an outspoken critic). Bolton, known to be a “hawk,”  when asked if his child had considered military service,  said, “No, of course not.”  It was fine for other people’s children to go to war, but not his own.
• Bolton and the President clashed from the beginning – not just over policy, but in style and temperament. Bolton pushed for preemptive military action against Iran, Syria, Venezuela and North Korea. When President Trump took a different course, Bolton took to the phone and became the “anonymous source” for reporters, dishing out tales of White House chaos and Presidential incompetence.

“He has broken his covenant. The words of his mouth were smoother than butter, but war was in his heart; His words were softer than oil, yet they were drawn swords.”

Psalm 55:20-21

We pray:

• That our President will be Spirit-led in every decision regarding those who offer him counsel. We ask that You will remove all the “YES MEN” along with those who deceive. Do not allow that sacred space surrounding him, that is covered by the Blood of Jesus…to be violated!  Pray. 

Sir Walter Scott wrote: “Oh, what a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive.“  He was referring to someone who lies or acts duplicitously and creates a “domino structure” with all its problems, complications, and consequences – which ultimately becomes out of control and collapses.  

• When Bolton violated confidentiality and betrayed the President, he breached not only that sacred space but the concept of Executive Privilege.  He has harmed the ability of future Presidents to have “off-the-record” conversations between themselves and their advisers.  
• Like so many opportunists, Bolton prided himself on his “superior intelligence” and was condescending to others he worked with, including the President. Isolated within the West Wing, he became ignored by other Cabinet officers, who went behind his back directly to the President. He even avoided contact with his own National Security Council staff, and spent most of his time in his office, behind closed doors. Although his staff wasn’t sure of exactly what he did for hours on end, there were suspicions that he was turning his copious notes into a manuscript, anticipating a lucrative book deal when the inevitable happened…and he would be fired. 
• Bolton made serious accusations about the President trying to enlist Chinese support to help him get reelected. But Bolton wasn’t in any of those meetings, and those who were,  said Bolton is lying!
• One can’t help but wonder why John Bolton refused to testify publicly before Congress, but now says that President Trump is “unfit for office.”  Perhaps his motivation was financial…since testifying before his book had been released, would have undercut its “shock value”…and his profit.  

“You, O God, shall bring them down to the pit of destruction; bloodthirsty and deceitful men shall not live out half their days; but I will trust in You.”

Psalm 55:23

We pray:

• That the deception that was engaged in will not only backfire on Bolton, but that he will be ashamed about his lies, and through God’s mercy, come to repentance and recant for the things he has said. Pray.
• Because of this incident, those serving God’s purposes regarding the President will have a “fresh” voice with which to speak to him…and he will incline his ear to them! Pray.

Professional politicians have practiced long and hard to “tweak” their public personas and to “smooth off their rough edges” and they measure their words, in public and in private.  On the other hand, Donald Trump is not a professional politician; and he revels in political incorrectness. He is unique…he tweets at whim, speaks out freely, and can be cajolings someone one minute and criticizing them the next. “Leaks and complaints” about President Trump have often centered around what he said during what should have been a private and protected conversation in the Oval Office, when he may have been letting off steam about “fake news” or the “Deep State”. During brainstorming sessions with his advisors, the President is definitely NOT a passive participant. Rather, he delights in offering “out-of-the-box” ideas and expects others to do the same. These meetings are a “free-for-all”, and everybody is expected to weigh in. If someone argues with him, he’ll argue back.  Advisers are encouraged to lay out flaws in his arguments and warn him if what he’s proposing is illegal or out of bounds. That is why Presidents have advisors and have been granted “Executive Privilege”…so that these types of discussions with their top aides remain CONFIDENTIAL!  

We pray:

• That our President will always feel our support, and holding his head up, will rise above every lie and vile accusation, refusing to be intimidated or negatively affected by his enemies’ attacks. Pray.   

• Let all those who would seek to advance themselves through the betrayal of President Trump, in any way, be exposed for the liars that they are. Let the invectives that they hurled against our President be proven false and turned back on those who spoke against him. Pray.
• That those who do not speak God’s heart to the President, no matter who they are or how close they may be, will be removed so they can DO NO HARM! Pray. 
• That those who have been set aside by God…reserved “for such a time as this”…will be brought forward to serve at the President’s side, and that their mouths will be filled with God’s wisdom which they will speak to and have received by the President! Pray.
