The key assignment for the 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call is to intercede hourly for the safety and security of our President, Donald John Trump, and to pray for that which pertains to our nation!
We pray for our President’s protection and cover him with the Blood of Jesus.
Let him respond to every situation by the leading of the Holy Spirit!
We refer those to You who are plotting and planning the demise of our beloved President!
We say “No!” to them and ask that You expose and foil all their plans! Thank You, Lord!
We pray for the coronavirus to be taken down by Almighty God…no second wave…no more spikes…
just the full and complete destruction of the virus in the United States!
We pray that the “elite medical establishment” will no longer block our doctors from prescribing hydroxychloroquine as a treatment for the coronavirus. Let the doctors be free to practice as You lead!
We bless our First Lady, Melania, their marriage, their son Barron and all their family members.
We bless our Vice President Mike Pence, his wife Karen and their family
and all those serving in this Administration.
We pray for the mass media, which is being used and exploited by the “father of lies.”
We ask that it either reverses course and reports accurately, or be taken down.
We pray for the Federal Reserve Board members, to use their power to boost our nation’s economy.
Let them act in accord with what is good for the USA!
We continue to pray that the President will not agree to any division of the Holy Land!
The 24/7 NSPC is praying for the 2020 National Elections, positioning ourselves in intercession
before the Lord, asking for a LANDSLIDE VICTORY for President Donald John Trump!

Praying for our Upcoming National Elections – Religious Liberty
“Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God. Therefore whoever resists the authority resists the ordinance of God, and those who resist will bring judgment on themselves. For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to evil. Do you want to be unafraid of the authority? Do what is good, and you will have praise from the same. For he is God’s minister to you for good. But if you do evil, be afraid; for he does not bear the sword in vain; for he is God’s minister, an avenger to execute wrath on him who practices evil. Therefore you must be subject, not only because of wrath but also for conscience’ sake.”

Today, we are initiating a series of focuses that will fuel our intercession regarding our upcoming elections. They will provide us with valid information on key issues and inform us of the positions taken by the two political parties. We are grateful to Pierre Bynum of the Family Research Council for giving us permission to use their material, and we bless their ministry for all that it does for the King and His Kingdom. Pray.
Today’s topic is Religious Liberty. We begin with what the Bible says about this issue:
The Old Testament makes clear that when the things of man come into conflict with the things of God, the things of God take precedence!
- Daniel was thrown into the lions’ den when he would not pray to his earthly royal master, Darius the Mede.
- Exodus 20 tells us that we should have no other gods before our God…the ONE TRUE GOD!
- When Jesus taught us to “render unto Caesar” it did not mean government had the right to ban crosses, the Ten Commandments, prayers, or religious speech from the public square.
Government is ordained of God, but government cannot become God. We can see the history of governments in Soviet Russia and Communist China that have taken away religious freedom. We can also see the injustice of governments in the Muslim world that extend religious liberty to one group but deny it to others.
The Bible teaches the concept of the “freedom of religion”…and Jesus did not force His beliefs on others.
- In Matthew 19:16-23, we see the rich young ruler walk away grieving because he chose not to follow Jesus.
- Later, in Matthew 23:37, Jesus expresses His lament that the people of Jerusalem would not follow Him.
Religious liberty is also rooted in the fact that we are created in the image of God.
God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”
Genesis 1:26
We have been given the ability to make moral choices. We are free to choose God… or other religions… or none at all. We don’t want a government that demands religious devotion, nor do we want a government that persecutes religious activity. We want a government that will accommodate religion and allows us to practice what we believe:
- that it is the Holy Spirit (not the government) that changes hearts
“It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life.”
John 6:63
- that we are born again and are saved by grace
“Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’”
John 3:5-7
“For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.”
Ephesians 2:8-9
We pray:
- That we would treasure and protect our sacred liberties, and never allow anyone to take them from us! They have been given to us by God, and are not subject to man’s whims. Pray.
- That the American people would have a renewed interest in our history, recalling the steep price paid for our freedoms, which were hard-won and are hard kept! Pray.
- That the United States of America will always be and profess that we are ONE NATION UNDER GOD! Pray.
Where the Parties Stand on the issue of Religious Liberty
Republican Party Platform
“We strongly support the freedom of Americans to act in accordance with their religious beliefs, not only in their houses of worship but also in their everyday lives.” Pray.
“We pledge to defend the religious beliefs and rights of conscience of all Americans and to safeguard religious institutions against government control.” Pray.
“Traditional marriage and family, based on marriage between one man and one woman, is the foundation for a free society and has for millennia been entrusted with rearing children and instilling cultural values.” Pray.
“We support the right of the people to conduct their businesses in accordance with their religious beliefs and condemn public officials who have proposed boycotts against businesses that support traditional marriage.” Pray.
“We support the public display of the Ten Commandments as a reflection of our history and our country’s Judeo- Christian heritage.” Pray.
“Republicans believe the federal government, specifically the IRS, is constitutionally prohibited from policing or censoring speech based on religious convictions or beliefs.” Pray.
“We condemn the Supreme Court’s ruling in Obergefell v. Hodges…” (same-sex unions) Pray.
“We support the rights of conscience of military chaplains of all faiths to practice their faith free from political
interference…” Pray.
Democratic Party Platform
“We applaud the decision by the Supreme Court [in Obergefell] that recognized that LGBT people—like other Americans—have the right to marry the person they love.” Pray.
“We support a progressive vision of religious freedom that respects pluralism and rejects the misuse of religion to discriminate.” Pray.
Will punish faith-based organizations that contract with the government and pull the tax-exempt status of religious universities without transgender bathrooms and showers through imposing “federal non-discrimination protections for all LGBT Americans on the basis of “gender, sexual orientation, gender identity.” Pray.
“Democrats will fight for the continued development of sex discrimination law to cover LGBT people. We will also fight for comprehensive federal non-discrimination protections for all LGBT Americans, to guarantee equal rights in areas such as housing, employment, public accommodations, credit, jury service, education, and federal funding. We will oppose all state efforts to discriminate against LGBT individuals, including legislation that restricts the right to access public spaces.” Pray.
Silent on the role of God in government. Pray.
Consider the recent statement by CNN anchor Don Lemon, who made the claim that Jesus Christ was “not perfect.” Pastor Robert Jeffress said that “makes him and his network the uncontested champions of Fake News.” Lemon is in alignment with the radical Socialist Democrats who are continuously trying to remove every vestige of God from the public arena! Lemon told his colleague Chris Cuomo during “CNN Tonight with Don Lemon” that “Jesus Christ…if that’s who you believe in…Jesus Christ admittedly was not perfect when He was here on this earth. “So why are we deifying the founders of this country, many of whom owned slaves?” Such blasphemy!
We pray:
- That CNN will go bankrupt and cease to exist! Pray.
- That the corrupt liberal, globalist, socialists will be removed from office and no longer have the ability to influence the American people. Pray.
