For us to receive and put on the Ephesians 6 “full armor of God” as we begin each hour,
that we might be protected as we continue to “stand in the gap” for our beloved country!
Pray.
The key assignment for the 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call is to intercede hourly
for the safety and security of our President, Donald John Trump,
and to pray for that which pertains to our nation!
We pray for his protection and ask that he be led by the Holy Spirit
so that he will discern truth and act for the good of the nation.
We bless our First Lady, Melania, their marriage and family, and cover them all with the Blood of Jesus.
Pray.
For those leaders that God has anointed, appointed, and elected,
as they take their places in the governments of each state and in our nation’s Capitol!
May they work together to clean up corruption in our government and restore our electoral system.
We also pray for the protection of members of this Administration,
especially those in the Cabinet, military, and law enforcement agencies, such as ICE, FBI, and CBP.
Pray.
For God’s blessing and intervention in the lives of Joe Hoft and Tina Peters,
as they both need miraculous resolutions to the issues threatening and attacking them!
Pray.
We will now spend the next 10 minutes praying for President Trump,
focusing our prayers against any demonic attacks against him.
Let him remain in good health, so he can serve his entire 4-year term as our 47th US President!

AND THE RESTORATION OF OUR FOUNDING PRINCIPLES – PART 358

He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding.
He reveals deep and secret things;
He knows what is in the darkness, and light dwells with Him.”
Daniel 2:20-22
The Supreme Court ruling in the Tariff Case is expected to be released today! Despite some believing that the Justices were skeptical about the President’s authority to impose the tariffs, Mark Levin (LIFE, LIBERTY, and LEVIN on FOX) has a different take on how this should be handled. Let us pray into Part 2 of his comments!
We begin with this statement by President Trump!
“The actual numbers that we would have to pay back if, for any reason,
the Supreme Court were to rule against the United States of America on Tariffs,
would be many Hundreds of Billions of Dollars,..
(and that doesn’t include the amount of “payback” that Countries and Companies
would require for the Investments they are making on building Plants, Factories, and Equipment,
for the purpose of being able to avoid the payment of Tariffs.)
When these Investments are added, we are talking about Trillions of Dollars!
It would be a complete mess, and almost impossible for our Country to pay.
Anybody who says that it can be quickly and easily done would be making a false, inaccurate,
or totally misunderstood answer to this very large and complex question.
It may not be possible, but if it were, it would be Dollars that would be so large that it would take many years
to figure out what number we are talking about and even who, when, and where to pay.
Remember, when America shines brightly, the World shines brightly.
In other words, if the Supreme Court rules against the United States of America
on this National Security bonanza, WE’RE SCREWED!”

The Cost of Federal Regulations – Part 2
So, where does that leave us now?
1-The Supreme Court should reverse the lower court’s decision that ruled the tariffs unconstitutional. (That decision was way out of line. The President’s tariffs are not unconstitutional!)
2-The Supreme Court should hold that this decision is NOT JUSTICABLE for the Courts…including them! There is no clear Constitution, or statutory or precedential basis for the 9 Justices to decide what has never been resolved since the institution of the Constitution! This is a matter for Congress and the President to work out, if they work it out at all. Tariffs involve foreign policy, taxes, international commerce, national security…(the whole works)…so why should the Supreme Court get involved in that? Why get in the middle of this, when they can’t sort it out, and we haven’t sorted it out in the entire history of our country…and it’s still not sorted out between Congress and the President…and that, perhaps, is a good thing…not a bad thing!

Despite all the talk, CONGRESS has taken NO LEGISLATIVE steps to counter the President’s tariffs…NONE! Instead, the case comes to the Supreme Court through litigants who represent various industries, or other politicians who represent themselves or a single party, but it has not come by way of Congress…neither the House nor the Senate. So the HOUSE and the SENATE have done nothing legislatively… and the H and the S have not gone to the Supreme Court…so why are we here? The COURT should “take a pass”…it’s that simple. It should reverse what the lower court did, and tell the courts to stay out of it! (All 700-800 lower courts…can you imagine?)
Pray.
If the Supreme Court does not, there will be a ton of confusion and government in economic dislocation and chaos! Why? For example, when is a tariff a revenue-raising function or a foreign policy national security function? How do you make a distinction, given that it has an impact on both? And who’s to make that decision? Lower court judges? (Imagine what a disaster that would be! Why…why should they make that decision? They are utterly unqualified to do it.) Why? Because people decide to bring a case…some industry, some individual, a local politician, a private litigant? Where does that end, and won’t that create havoc, uncertainty, and conflicting rulings among lower court judges? (We see that today!) That would do great damage to our economy and our foreign policy. The uncertainty would be devastating; the economic and foreign policy implications would be disastrous…in specific cases, for sure!
Pray.
Sometimes you just leave well enough alone…let them work out… through the political process…the legislative and executive flexibility or battles that take place…not a handful of lawyers substituting their judgment for the “body politic.” This is not about whether one likes or dislikes tariffs. That’s policy! This is about the proper role of the judiciary, and a battle between the branches, the elective branches, that have swayed back and forth since the Constitution was ratified. And even now, there is no battle between the two branches, because the House and the Senate (collectively “Congress”) have not brought a case…and have not passed any counter legislation. So there’s no conflict between the President and Congress…just TALK! No challenge…no legislation!
Pray.
You simply cannot categorize “tariffs” as truly the imposition of a tax…even though it is a tax…which gives the argument to the President! They’ve delegated that authority to the Executive Branch, through this massive bureaucracy and regulations that are taxes for sure! I am just making the point that you also have foreign policy considerations. Obviously, Congress can’t muster any votes…it doesn’t even want to muster any votes to challenge what the President is doing. This is not the time or the place for the Supreme Court to pick sides! Supreme Court, just overrule the lower court. Dismiss what they did. Leave the status quo untouched. Back off, or you will open a “Pandora’s Box.”

We pray:
The Holy Spirit will overshadow the Justices and cause them to overturn the previous court’s ruling. Pray.
That every attack, interference, or obstacle that dares to come President Trump’s way will be thoroughly thwarted and removed so that he can continue unimpeded to Make America Great Again. Pray.
That the people of our nation will stand alongside President Trump, and remain engaged in this BATTLE TO SAVE AMERICA until VICTORY is won! Pray.
Protect, strengthen, and cover our 24/7 family in the Blood of Jesus. Bring in mature Christian men and women, and call the younger generation to this assignment with us, as we pray for our President and our beloved nation! Prepare us for our NEXT STEPS in this Battle to Save America! Pray.
