24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call Monday, January 14, 2019
“A CALL TO THE WALL…ONE NATION UNDER GOD”
1-712-770-4340 Code: 543555 #
We have received several warnings about pending threats against the 24/7 call. We will not tolerate any demonic interference! We are taking measures to protect as well as to defend our 24/7 family and the call. At the top of every hour, the facilitator will take the first 3 minutes to bind all forces of evil and cast them down into the abyss. They will then pray a shield of protection over the call and our 24/7 family
*The key assignment for the 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call is to intercede hourly
for the safety and security of our President and to pray for that which pertains to our nation!
We pray for the protection of our President, Donald Trump and cover him with the Blood of Jesus.
Thank You for instructing and guiding him, giving him wisdom through Your Holy Spirit.
We bless his wife, our First Lady, Melania, their young son Barron and each of their family members.
We also cover our Vice President Mike Pence, his wife Karen and their family with that Precious Blood,
and include all those in the Trump Administration who are serving You and our nation! Thank You, Father!
Strategic Focus for Monday
WELCOME THE KING OF GLORY INTO THE UNITED STATES
BE READY! REVIVAL IS COMING!
The Breath of God – Part 1
I am the Lord your God, Who brought you out of the land of Egypt;
open your mouth wide, and I will fill it.
Psalm 81:10
For those who may not know about him, Derek Prince (1915–2003) born in India of British parents, was educated in Greek and Latin and also studied Hebrew and Aramaic. During WWII, he experienced a life-changing encounter with Jesus Christ which changed the course of his life dramatically. His gift of being able to simply and clearly explain the Word of God stirred faith in millions of lives. His teaching series “Who Am I?” is the reference source for the material we will be using in our focuses both today and tomorrow. What Pastor Ioan has discerned about it is the inspiration for this sharing!
The word: “inspiration” is defined as “the drawing in of breath”; “inhalation” and “breathing”. It is also a process of
“doing something” creative and inventive, and it encompasses vision, insight and brilliance. The word “enthusiasm” comes from the Greek word “thusia” meaning an “act of offering a living sacrifice”. The Holy Spirit (the Ruach HaKodesh, the Breath of God, and also Divine Inspiration) breathes out on us and ignites our passion for God, which nourishes and increases our faith. May we all be inspired and enthused as we study together about the BREATH OF GOD!
We pray:
- Lord, as we begin to look into this focus, will You breathe upon us now with Your Holy Spirit so we can comprehend all that You want us to learn, in order to know, love and serve You better? Come, Holy Spirit!
~~~~~
The Bible has very specific teaching about the human personality. Paul sheds light on this topic, praying for Christians to be completely sanctified – in all three areas which make up the total human personality: spirit, soul, and body.
“Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.”
1 Thessalonians 5:23
The distinction between these three elements of our personality is little understood by most Christians. The Bible provides us with a unique kind of “mirror” which reveals their nature and interrelationship and shows us how each aspect of our personality is intended to function. Failure to correctly use the Bible’s “mirror” can expose us to much inner frustration and disharmony.
“In the beginning…”, God said, “Let Us make man in Our image,” and “according to Our likeness.”
Genesis 1:26.
“Image” refers to man’s outward appearance. What this says of man is not true of any other creature, as man reflects the outward appearance of God. When the Son of God came to dwell on the earth, it was in the form of a man…not as an animal or an insect, not even as a heavenly creature, such as an angel…but as a man!
“Likeness” refers to man’s inner nature. Scripture refers to God as a Triune Being: Father, Son, and Spirit. Similarly, man is revealed as a triune being, consisting of spirit, soul, and body.
Let us pray corporately… giving thanks and praise to God for creating us in His image and likeness!
The Biblical account of man’s creation reveals how our triune nature came into being.
“And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.”
Genesis 2:7
A more correct translation of a living being would be a “living soul”. Man’s spirit came from the infused breath of God, transforming his body which was formed from clay, into living human flesh. Instantly, by the breath of God being infused into his being, he became a living soul.
The soul is the “ego”, the individual “personality”. It consists of three elements: the will, the intellect and the emotions. The soul has the responsibility for making personal decisions, expressing itself in three phrases: “I want;” “I think;” “I feel.” Unless touched by the supernatural grace of God, all human behavior is selfishly controlled by these three motivations. Although man was created for personal fellowship with God, his sinful disobedience produced disastrous effects in all three elements of his personality.
The effects of sin is to cut us off from contact with God…and as a result of sin, man’s spirit died. This means that man separates from God when he chooses to sin, and does not mean that God separates from us! Although the physical death of Adam’s body was not until 900 years later, this was in fulfillment of God’s warning:
“But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat,
for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die.”
Genesis 2:17
Through exercising his will in direct disobedience to God, not only did man’s spirit die, but his soul was in rebellion thus, man became a rebel in his soul. Since that time, every person descended from Adam has inherited that same nature of a rebel. In Ephesians 2:1–3, Paul describes the results of rebellion which have affected every one of us:
“And you were dead in trespasses and sins, in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience (rebels) among whom also we all once conducted ourselves in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, just as the others.”
Sin causes us to be dead in our spirits. In our souls, we have all been in rebellion against God. Our bodies, too, have become subject to corruption – that is, to sickness, decay, and death. Yet the boundless love of God is such that He continually longs for the restoration of His fellowship with man.
Or do you think that the Scripture says in vain, “The Spirit who dwells in us yearns jealously”?
James 4:5
We pray:
- Lord, forgive us for being in rebellious and separating ourselves from You! We thank You for loving us and longing to have that fellowship with us.
Through the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross, God has opened a way for the restoration of that fellowship which was lost. In Ephesians 2:4–5, Paul goes on to describe the outworking of salvation in our spirits:
“But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us,
even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ.”
Our spirits, being reunited with God, are alive once more. At the same time, our souls – through repentance and faith – are released from rebellion and reconciled to God.
For if when we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more,
having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life. And not only that, but we also rejoice in God
through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received the reconciliation.
Romans 5:10-11
In the context of Psalm 81 below, God is telling us to open our mouths, (which signifies our entire being) to Him…so that He might breathe life through us into creation.
“I am the Lord your God, Who brought you out of the land of Egypt;
open your mouth wide, and I will fill it.”
Psalm 81:10
The whole world is groaning…and waiting for us.. to receive from Him…so it can receive in turn!
What are we waiting for? Let us seize the moment now!
BE READY! REVIVAL IS COMING!
“For the earnest expectation of the creation is waiting for the manifestation of the sons of God.”
Romans 8:19
We pray:
- In thanksgiving for the restoration of our relationship with You, Father. We, like creation, yearn to see all those we love and are praying for enjoying that same fellowship with You.
- That we will see the outpouring of Your Holy Spirit covering the entire United States, in tens of thousands of places, as Your children gather to worship You!
“And suddenly there came a sound (echo) from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind (breath),
and it filled all the house where they were sitting.”
Acts 2:2
Let’s sing together this song, asking God to breathe (His Holy Spirit) out upon us!
Breathe on me, Breath of God
Breathe on me, Breath of God, Fill me with life anew,
That I may love what Thou dost love, and do what Thou wouldst do.
Breathe on me, Breath of God, Until my heart is pure,
Until with Thee I will one will, to do and to endure.
Breathe on me, Breath of God, Till I am wholly Thine,
Until this earthly part of me Glows with Thy fire divine.
Breathe on me, Breath of God, So shall I never die,
But live with Thee the perfect life of Thine eternity.
