We begin our hour by praising and giving thanks to God!

We’re pilgrims on the journey of the narrow road, and those who’ve gone before us line the way.

Cheering on the faithful, encouraging the weary, their lives a stirring testament to God’s sustaining grace.

Surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us run the race not only for the prize,

but as those who’ve gone before us, let us leave to those behind us,

the heritage of faithfulness passed on through Godly lives.

  The key assignment for the 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call is to intercede hourly for the safety and security of our President, Donald John Trump, and to pray for that which pertains to our nation!

We pray for our President’s protection and cover him with the Blood of Jesus, as he passes through difficult moments of his Presidency. Let him respond to every situation by the leading of the Holy Spirit!

We refer those to You who are plotting and planning the demise of our beloved President! 

We say “No!” to them and ask that You expose and foil all their plans! Thank You, Lord! 

We bless our First Lady, Melania, their marriage, their son Barron and all their family members.

We bless our Vice President Mike Pence, his wife Karen and their family

and all those serving in this Administration. 

We pray for the Federal Reserve Board members, to use their power to boost our nation’s economy. 

Let them no longer resist our President’s requests to act in accord with what is good for the USA!  

The 24/7 NSPC is praying for the 2020 National Elections, 

positioning ourselves in intercession before the Lord on behalf of our President and nation!

Strategic Focus for Wednesday 

WELCOME THE KING OF GLORY INTO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA 

Faithfulness 

My eyes shall be on the faithful of the land, that they may dwell with Me;  

he who walks in a perfect way, he shall serve Me.

Psalm 101:6

God, Who is Eternally Faithful, places a high value on fidelity, loyalty and allegiance. Our scripture verse attests to the fact that He watches everything that is taking place on His earth…nothing escapes His view! For those who are found faithful, He promises a great reward, but the unfaithful will be cast out, and be left with nothing! 

So, too, it is with our President, who has been in the position of trying to govern from the middle of a veritable “lion’s den”.  As God did for Daniel, He has preserved the President and has made him painfully aware of those who were positioned around him in a federal government filled with “liars and leakers”. Surrounded by a host of “never-Trumpers”…he is now “clearing the deck”…intent on rooting out all the disloyals who are causing disruption due to their personal corruption. 

To achieve that end,  the President has brought back his former personal assistant, John McEntee to work in the West Wing of the White House as the head of the Presidential Personnel Office. Prior to working for President Trump, John McEntee, now 29, was the starting quarterback for the Connecticut Huskies football team.  Since their days on Air Force One…and before that, during the 2016 campaign, there has been a close working relationship between McEntee and Stephen Miller, who serves as a Senior Advisor for Policy for President Trump.

Seen as the ultimate loyalist, McEntee had been forced out by the former Chief of Staff John Kelly…supposedly over “security clearance issues”. McEntee’s new assignment is in an even more powerful role…that of picking personnel who will serve in positions across the federal government.  As head of the Office of Presidential Personnel, he will oversee the selection process for Presidential appointments and recruit candidates to serve the President in departments and agencies throughout the Executive Branch. This is a critical position, one that demands someone of the highest integrity and loyalty…a person who is faithful! 

We pray:

• That John McEntee will be faithful to his calling and serve the President and this nation with honor! 
• That the President will have only those who are yielded to and guided by the Spirit as his closest advisors! 
• That those who are unfaithful will be removed from positions of authority and influence…and cast out!

The strategic placement of key individuals in the various departments of the government is of the utmost importance. Building a team that can do that is certainly a challenge…one that the President feels McEntee is up to! 

• Candidates for various positions must first be screened by the staff of the Presidential Personnel Office.
• After a vigorous selection and clearance process, they are presented to the President for his approval. 
• Then, their names are presented to the Senate for confirmation. The office is also responsible for thousands of lower-level appointees. 
• Interns help the Presidential Personnel Office staff review the candidates, then communicate with departments and agencies on personnel matters and help ensure that the personnel priorities of the Administration are being addressed.

We pray:

• That those who are charged with the initial review of applicants will select only those who are called by God to serve and reject those who are not.  Give them the same discernment  Samuel had as he examined each of Jesse’s sons, persisting in his search until David was brought before him!  ONLY those YOU send, Lord! 
• That with McEntee at the helm of the Presidential Personnel Office, the President and those aligned rightly with him will have the ability to remove and replace key personnel across the spectrum of the federal government.

The President has been asking for names of people he should fire…and there are many who are willing to provide that information to him. Case in point: former DC Attorney Jessie Liu, who was nominated to serve as the Treasury Department’s Undersecretary for Terrorism and Financial Crimes. After hearing from a number of people, including Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-LA)  that Liu was someone not to be trusted, the President withdrew her nomination. 

“He who works deceit shall not dwell within my house; he who tells lies shall not continue in my Presence.

Early I will destroy all the wicked of the land, that I may cut off all the evildoers from the city of the Lord.”

We pray:

• In thanksgiving that the long-awaited “purging” (draining of the swamp) has finally begun. May it be swift and thorough, leaving no place the unrighteous and unfaithful can hide! Expose and remove them all, Lord!  

McEntee’s move to PPO comes immediately after the news that Hope Hicks, former White House communications director, and a close Trump aide, will also return to the White House to serve as Counselor to the President. Hicks was one of President Trump’s closest and most loyal aides before she resigned in March 2018, working with Trump prior to the launch of his presidential campaign in 2015.

Hicks experienced her own persecution for being loyal to the President, and for him, her faithfulness is unquestioned!

• She was interviewed by special counsel Robert Mueller’s team multiple times as part of his investigation into Russian interference and possible obstruction of justice by Trump. 
• After leaving the White House, Hicks also testified before the House Judiciary Committee, where Democrats claimed White House lawyers blocked her from answering questions 155 times.

Rather than returning to the communications office she once led, Hicks will now report to Senior Adviser Jared Kushner, to work alongside Political Director Brian Jack on Kushner’s portfolio, which includes the re-election campaign.

Bringing back McEntee and Hicks is a sign that President Trump wants to be surrounded by his original loyalists heading into re-election. In a statement to the New York Times, Kushner said:  “There is no one more devoted to implementing President Trump’s agenda than Hope Hicks, we are excited to have her back on the team.”

We pray:

• Lord, You know the hearts of each one who will come “within striking distance” of our President! As we surround him in intercession, You be the DIVINE GATEKEEPER Who permits only those You have chosen to serve with him to have access to him and to the information that is critical to our national interest! 
• We bless those faithful ones who are being called at this hour! Confirm to them that it is You Who is calling them. Guide them each step of every day, so that all who come behind them will find that they were faithful, and will be deeply blessed by the lives they lived… in service to You and our country!
