Feb 19, 2019 – Notes A Call to the Wall
02-19-19 Notes from “A CALL TO THE WALL…to Pray for our President” 8-10 PM ET Tuesdays
24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call 712-770-4340 code: 543555 #
As we begin tonight’s call for our President, we declare that we are secure and protected in Christ Jesus. We stand in agreement that we will not tolerate any demonic interference on this 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call. We protect our 24/7 family and this call, and now bind all forces of evil and cast them down into the abyss. We pray the Blood of Jesus as a shield of protection over this call, ourselves and our 24/7 family! Praise You, Jesus!
We have been rejoicing over the Lord’s instruction to place a “footprint” in Washington, DC for the 24/7 NSPC and “WELCOME THE KING OF GLORY”. Pastor Ioan will be relocating there to establish a HOUSE of PRAYER for the NATION, and we invite those of our 24/7 family to pray into this “DC PROJECT / VISION” to help it take shape! We would love to have your feedback, words, scriptures and thoughts re: this assignment we are being called to…TOGETHER to us by email, to: WTKOG13@gmail.com
The 24/7 NSPC has called the Body of Christ nationwide to pray for the 2020 National Elections, mobilizing intercessors for a concerted effort from February 1, 2019 through November 3, 2020…642 days of intercession for the 2020 elections…in which we will position ourselves in prayer before the Lord on behalf of our President and nation! As of today, we only have 623 days to go! We prayed corporately and then individually for our 2020 elections.
- Kay (IL) she read a report from Judicial Watch re: that when people show ID when they go to vote, that many more will come out to vote! Reform must take place now, to make elections honest, fair and true. Reveal to those investigating just how they are to clean up the elections process.
- Mary Ellen (IL) struck about how MoveOn.org is stirring up the leftist, globalist agenda. We ask that no weapon formed against our President will prosper!
- RE: the protests yesterday…”a big fizzle” – 5 out of 262 that were scheduled to take place
- Albert (CA) around 400 people came out to form the word WALL
- Joyce (WI) only 5 sites were reported on, and very little on it
- Mary Ellen (IL) a media person Laura Logan exposed the left media as voting Dem and giving negative coverage to President Trump
We thanked God for what He did in overseeing the “bringing down” of the protests yesterday!
- Abigail (MI) “Mighty is our God, Mighty is our King…He’s the Ruler of everything!”
- Joy (FL) new to the 24/7 call…invited by Abigail…had a vision of Christ over the WH and He was moving His arms back and forth…shouting out, “CHANGES are happening in this place. Repent, pray, fast and decree and pray and righteousness will cover the land which I have given to My people.” We must decree and declare His Word over every situation! What you are doing is powerful!
- Judy (VA) Psalm 91:1 God may even move some of the polling places, and his angels will watch over them…and they will be secret and sacred places where people will be free to vote their consciences.
Maureen suggested that perhaps we might have stationed to cover every polling place in the US for the 2020 elections…an election day version of “See You at the Poll!”
- Jane (MD) prayed into the vision of covering the polls
We have agreed to come together in one mind and one heart in this very moment to a place that the Lord Jesus has called us to be. We agree that we are sharing that love with one another…and we do so now! We welcome the Presence of the Lord Jesus Christ into our whole beings…and together we receive this CORPORATE ANOINTING!
Pastor Ioan said he heard the word: “Kyrie”, It reminded him of the song: “Kyrie eleison” (Greek for “Lord, have mercy.”) Maureen sang out: “Kyrie Eleison, Christe Eleison, Kyrie Eleison”. This ancient song calls the mercy of the Lord upon all of us…upon the nations…everyone!
The prayer, “Kyrie, eleison,” “Lord, have mercy” derives from a Biblical phrase. Greek ἐλέησόν με κύριε “have mercy on me, Lord” is the Septuagint translation of the phrase חָנֵּנִי יְהוָה (khaw-nan YAHVEH) found often in Psalms (4:1, 6:2, 9:13, 25:16, 27:7, 30:10, 31:9, 51:1, 86:16, 123:3)
In the New Testament, the Greek phrase “Kyrie, eleison,” “Lord, have mercy” occurs three times in Matthew:
- Matthew 15:22: the Canaanite woman cries out to Jesus, “Have mercy on me, O Lord, Son of David.” (Ἐλέησόν με κύριε υἱὲ Δαβίδ)
- Matthew 17:15: “Lord, have mercy on my son” (Κύριε ἐλέησόν μου τὸν υἱόν)
- Matthew 20:30, two unnamed blind men call out to Jesus, “Lord, have mercy on us, Son of David.” (Ἐλέησον ἡμᾶς κύριε υἱὸς Δαβίδ)
From this place tonight, in the Presence of the Lord together, we call upon the mercy of the Lord for our nation! We especially cry out for God’s mercy for our President – who is God’s servant – and then, out to the people of our entire nation! We need Your mercy to bring this nation together in one accord, to be ONE NATION UNDER GOD once again! Let the people see that this man, our President, is for the good of this country!
We cry out for mercy for those who are in bondage to satan – who are blind and deaf and need to be set free! For them, “Lord, have mercy! Kyrie eleison!” We prayed corporately for them.
Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace,
that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
Hebrews 4:16
QUESTION: How would you describe the Mercy of the Lord for our President? How does God extend it to him?
- Bobbie (WI) He withholds judgement, though our pasts were riddled with sin when we are new in Christ
- Barbara (NB) Psalm 31:7-8 I will be glad and rejoice in Your mercy, For You have considered my trouble; You have known my soul in adversities, And have not shut me up into the hand of the enemy; You have set my feet in a wide place.
- Mary Ellen (IL) when he spoke out for life and when he moved the Embassy to Jerusalem
Pastor Ioan said that when the Mercy of God in upon the President, he is blessed, and we as a nation are blessed! Everyone is blessed! Just as the rain falls on the just and unjust, so, too, the blessing comes to all in the nation! We thank God that He never gave up on him…or on us!
QUESTION: Do you believe that today, the grace of God is upon President Trump? When Israel had a good King, the whole nation was blessed. For 8 years, our nation suffered under Obama and the things he did…now we are being blessed because we have a President who honors GOD and does what is right! Now when we declare the mercy of the Lord, it lasts forever!
Pastor Ioan offered thanks for President Trump’s physical stamina, then we offered individual prayers:
- Peter (FL) John 3:16-17 the mercy and love of God is being manifested through our President …
and Romans 5:8 while we were still sinners, Christ died for us…
- Joan (AZ) thanked God for the way children respond to him…they see his father’s heart and love
- Debbie (VA) thanked God for surrounding our President with righteous men and women, like Ben Carson, Mike and Karen Pence, Pastor White and others who love You and support him.
- Susan (GA) Thank God for the President speaking out for the lives of the unborn
- Kay (IL) though he was once a sinner, as we all were, his life now is a praise to God for the way he is conducting himself as a good and Godly man, with a father’s heart for the nation! He shows us this attribute of God as he serves.
- Mary Ellen (IL) thinking of how the President released the woman who had been in prison, and others he reprieved that he felt deserved freedom. What an example of God’s mercy!
As we thanked God for the character and goodness of our President, we also thought about the many traps and snares that were laid against him in the bill that was just signed. We are grateful that he has discerned the snares (which he called “landmines”) and wrote a statement speaking to each of those points, addressing how he would handle each one! (This will be in our focus for tomorrow.)
We read these passages aloud and then prayed corporately for the President’s protection!
You know my reproach, my shame, and my dishonor; My adversaries are all before You.
Reproach has broken my heart, And I am full of heaviness;
I looked for someone to take pity, but there was none; And for comforters, but I found none.
They also gave me gall for my food, And for my thirst they gave me vinegar to drink.
Let their table become a snare before them, And their well-being a trap.
Let their eyes be darkened, so that they do not see; And make their loins shake continually.
Pour out Your indignation upon them, And let Your wrathful anger take hold of them.
Let their dwelling place be desolate; Let no one live in their tents.
Psalm 69:19-25
(Maschil of David; a Prayer when he was in the cave.)
I cry out to the Lord with my voice; With my voice to the Lord I make my supplication.
I pour out my complaint before Him; I declare before Him my trouble.
When my spirit was overwhelmed within me, Then You knew my path.
In the way in which I walk They have secretly set a snare for me.
Look on my right hand and see, For there is no one who acknowledges me;
Refuge has failed me; No one cares for my soul.
I cried out to You, O Lord: I said, “You are my refuge, My portion in the land of the living.
Attend to my cry, For I am brought very low;
Deliver me from my persecutors, For they are stronger than I.
Psalm 142:1-6
The battle is raging, and we know that God is on our side. We continue to pray for our President, asking that God would preserve, defend and protect him every moment of every day and night! We ask for his SHALOM throughout every decision-making process, and a quiet confidence in the God Who is his GOOD, GOOD FATHER!
Pastor Ioan understood that we were being instructed by the Holy Spirit to turn our focus to the Lord…and to welcome Him into our nation. He is the Center of this call and the Source of all blessings!
TURN YOUR EYES UPON JESUS
Turn your eyes upon Jesus, look full, in His wonderful face,
And the things of earth will grow strangely dim in the light of His glory and grace
WE LOVE YOU, LORD!
We love You Lord, and we lift one voice To worship You! O our souls, rejoice!
Take joy, our King in what You hear May it be a sweet, sweet sound In Your ears.
Being in the Presence of God is the most powerful intercession, and as we stand in His Presence tonight, focused on HIM, loving Him, He is well pleased! Let us express our thanks and love for HIm now.
He will not let us leave His Presence with empty hands! He is strengthening us, healing and teaching us, restoring and empowering us. He is always giving, always sharing …and He rejoices in giving to us! We receive and welcome Your healing on our bodies – we welcome Your power in our beings, to overcome the power of the enemy. We welcome the wisdom of God to pray and share the Word of God. We welcome Your Presence in our lives and we want to share Your Presence with our loved ones! Right now, He is sharing a corporate anointing with us! RECEIVE IT!
May Your GLORY fall upon this nation!
Maranatha! Come, Lord Jesus! Maranatha! Come, Lord Jesus!
Blessings and great grace to all who of you who are standing on the wall of this nation in intercession together!
