Feb 14, 2022 – Prayer Focus

Monday, February 14, 2022  – The 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call         HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY        “A CALL TO THE WALL…ONE NATION UNDER GOD”

1-712-770-4340   Code:  543555 #  (Ongoing call…24 hours a day!)

We begin our hour by praising and giving thanks to God!

 “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart,

with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind,

and your neighbor as yourself.”

Luke 10:27

We sing: I  love You, Lord!

I love You, Lord and I lift my voice to worship You, oh, my soul rejoice!

Take joy, my King, in what You hear. Let it be a sweet, sweet song, in Your ear.

I love You, Lord and I lift my voice to worship You, oh, my soul rejoice!

Take joy, my King, in what You hear. Let it be a sweet, sweet song, in Your ear.

Take joy, my King, in what You hear. Let it be a sweet, sweet song, in Your ear.

(repeat)

The key assignment for the 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call is to intercede hourly

for the safety and security of our duly elected President, Donald John Trump,

and to pray for that which pertains to our nation!

We pray for his protection, for our First Lady, Melania, and their marriage

 and for all the members of their family.  We cover them all with the Blood of Jesus.

In every situation and decision, let our President be led by the Holy Spirit, so that he learns the truth and acts accordingly, for the good of the nation.

Pray.

That as the REDEMPTION of the AMERICAN REPUBLIC  takes place, those leaders that God anoints and appoints will take their places in the governments of each state and in our nation’s Capitol!

Pray.

Strategic Focus for Monday

WELCOME THE KING OF GLORY INTO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

ONE NATION UNDER GOD, INDIVISIBLE, WITH LIBERTY AND JUSTICE FOR ALL!

THE REDEMPTION OF THE AMERICAN REPUBLIC – Part 45

“Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God

 He who does not love does not know God, for God is love.

In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world,

that we might live through Him.

 In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins

 Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.

No one has seen God at any time.

If we love one another, God abides in us, and His love has been perfected in us.

By this we know that we abide in Him, and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit.

 And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent the Son as Savior of the world.

 Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God.

And we have known and believed the love that God has for us.

God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him.

 Love has been perfected among us in this: that we may have boldness in the day of judgment;

because as He is, so are we in this world

There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment.

But he who fears has not been made perfect in love.

We love Him because He first loved us.

If someone says, “I love God,” and hates his brother, he is a liar;

 for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen?

And this commandment we have from Him: that he who loves God must love his brother also.”

1 John 4:7-21

The verses above are so rich in meaning and release a sweet fragrance before the Lord as we read them! Take time now to go back over this scripture passage. Don’t be in a  rush!  Linger with Him in the places that are most meaningful to you! Pray.

There is an old saying: “LOVE MAKES THE WORLD GO ROUND!”  Today, in places all around the world, Valentine’s Day is being celebrated as candy, flowers, and gifts are exchanged with loved ones.  Though we are unsure as to who the “real” Saint named Valentine was, the legend of Saint Valentine has several different “tellings”.

  • One legend says that Saint Valentine refused to convert to paganism and was executed by Roman Emperor Claudius II. Prior to his death, he was able to miraculously heal the daughter of his jailer, who then converted to Christianity along with his family.
  • Another legend says a bishop called Saint Valentine of Terni – who was also executed for his faith – is the true namesake of the holiday.
  • According to others…this is how Saint Valentine became affiliated with a love-focused holiday…  Valentine was a Roman priest who performed weddings for soldiers forbidden to marry. The Roman emperor had issued an edict decreeing married soldiers did not make good warriors, thus young men could not marry. As a precursor to greeting cards, this Valentine handed out paper hearts to remind Christians of their love for God.  Because of this particular legend, St. Valentine became known as the patron saint of love. Pray.

The following prayer is attributed to Saint Valentine – perhaps spoken as a blessing over those who had been joined in marriage – asks that God connect lovers together so that two become one in their devotion to Him.

Dear Lord, who art high in the Heavens, Giver of Love and Passion, and He who strings the heart’s cords,

Lead the Lovers this day, February ten plus four.

The day during the month of two, when the date is the perfect number of God….

Greater two souls and two hearts.

Some Loves are fleeting, but that which is built on You will never fail.

So guide the Lovers to know what is to be.

Your truths the Lovers’ mouths should speak, for Your truth is that which is honest to the heart.

Only this, then, should pass over the red lips of the Lovers.

Your art…the Lovers simply a medium.

It is only with True Hearts that You can create a Masterpiece,

so let the Lovers remember that their Soul’s Desire is the one for which You light their Fire.

And let it be You who creates the Art of the Lovers;

The art of two into one.

Amen.

Whether a simple prayer spoken over a couple at the altar on their wedding day or a verse of scripture lifted from the pages of the Bible, messages about LOVE comfort our hearts and inspire our souls. Let us pray into the following scriptures, interceding for ourselves and those we love on this Valentine’s Day!

“Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up;

does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity,

but rejoices in the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.”

1 Corinthians 13:4-7

Pray.

“Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love,

I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal.

And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge,

and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.

And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing.”

1 Corinthians 13:1-3

Pray.

“When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child;

but when I became a man, I put away childish things.

For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face.

Now I know in part, but then I shall know just as I also am known.

And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.”

1 Corinthians 13:11-13

Pray.

We pray:

  • That on this VALENTINE’S DAY,  remembering that YOU FIRST LOVED US, may we release the LOVE You have placed in our hearts to those in our realms of influence, and help them to receive it! Pray.
  • That those we love, who have resisted Your LOVE, (or ours) will have an encounter with You in which they cannot resist Your LOVE, and turn their lives over to You! Pray.
  • That those we pray for today will come to know the LOVE of God that was shed abroad in our hearts when we received Him and join us in worship before His Throne! Pray.
  • Father, protect this nation that we love!. Let us not be drawn into the war, but instead, flood the nations with Your LIGHT and GLORY,  permeating the atmosphere and releasing Your love and peace among them. Pray.
  • That our homes will be filled with LOVE, and be in  order so that they might be suitable for Your HABITATION and serve as sanctuaries for others! Pray.
