The key assignment for the 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call has not changed! 

We are called to intercede hourly for the safety and security of President Donald John Trump, 

and to pray for that which pertains to our nation!

We pray for his protection and cover him with the Blood of Jesus,  

asking that he respond to every situation by the leading of the Holy Spirit!

We thank God for exposing and foiling every plan  of the enemy that is set against him,

and for the angels to be stationed to surround and stand guard over him continually!

Pray.

We bless the First Lady, Melania, their marriage and all the members of their family.

We forbid and bind any backlash planned against them 

and any of those who faithfully served in or supported his Administration.

The 24/7 NSPC continues to stand for righteousness and justice in our nation 

and affirm Donald Trump as our duly elected President!

We pray for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris and all those complicit in their ascension to power. 

They have come into office through fraud and deception, 

and we ask that their crimes against this nation be exposed and that they be removed from office!

Pray.

We pray for ourselves and our loved ones, as we put on the full armor of God!

We pray for the total healing of our sister, Repeka Nuusa (TX), and for the health of all our 24/7 family. 

We ask that the coronavirus be sovereignly destroyed by Almighty God!

Pray.

We pray for the fake news, the corrupted social media and big tech “giants” to be taken down and for Godly platforms to emerge to serve the needs of our people!

Strategic Focus for Thursday

Praying for the Resurrection of the Nation – Part 22

“They, being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and seeking to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted to the righteousness of God.” 

Romans 10:3

As we have been following the impeachment farce taking place in the US Senate, we are both angered and ashamed! 

• Angered as we watch the enemies of God and this nation on full display, openly attacking our President and spitting on the very things we hold dear as Americans. Pray. 
• Ashamed that things were ever allowed to get to this point!  Forgive us, Lord!  Pray.

As the Dems busily build a gallows for righteousness and justice to be “lynched” on the national stage, they are actually preparing the instrument of their own demise, as did Haman, who threatened the lives of the Jews in Esther’s time. 

We pray:

• That the Dems will be defeated and have to “eat these words” in their legal brief: “As charged in the Article of Impeachment, President Trump violated his Oath of Office and betrayed the American people. His incitement of insurrection against the United States government—which disrupted the peaceful transfer of power—is the most grievous constitutional crime ever committed by a President.”  Pray.

As they compromise the very basic human rights of LIFE, LIBERTY and the PURSUIT of HAPPINESS, those of the far left are following in “their father the devil’s footsteps”, attempting to “steal, kill, and destroy” our President, hoping to remove every last vestige of his dignity and shred his tremendous legacy!  The Word tells us who they really are:

“You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it.” 

John 8:44

Pray.

The President’s enemies are literally terrified of him…along with all of us that he so powerfully represents!  They know he won, and are desperately trying to stir up enough dust to hide the facts…while they do all in their power to convince people to buy into their lies!

We pray:

• May God Almighty arise and show them what true terror is! Pray. 
• Let the fear of God come into the stone-cold hearts of our nation’s enemies, from within and without, and cast them into the pit, as Korah and company were swallowed up in the Presence of God! Pray.

“The Lord is with me as a mighty, awesome One. Therefore my persecutors will stumble, and will not prevail. They will be greatly ashamed, for they will not prosper. Their everlasting confusion will never be forgotten. But, O Lord of hosts, You who test the righteous, And see the mind and heart, Let me see Your vengeance on them; For I have pleaded my cause before You. Sing to the Lord! Praise the Lord! For He has delivered the life of the poor From the hand of evildoers.”

Jeremiah 20:11-13

This is the final portion of President Trump’s attorneys’ Memorandum! Let us pray into and agree with each point they will be advancing, and move forward KADIMA!…for God and country! 

The Article of Impeachment presented by the House is unconstitutional for a variety of reasons, any of which alone would be grounds for immediate dismissal. Taken together, they demonstrate conclusively that indulging House Democrats’ hunger for this political theater is a danger to our Republic democracy and the rights that we hold dear. 

Reasons for dismissal include: 

1. The Senate of the United States lacks jurisdiction over the 45th President because he holds no public office from which he can be removed, and the Constitution limits the authority of the Senate in cases of impeachment to removal from office as the prerequisite active remedy allowed the Senate under our Constitution. 

2. The Senate of the United States lacks jurisdiction over the 45th President because he holds no public office from which he can be removed rendering the Article of Impeachment moot and a non-justiciable question. 

3. Should the Senate act on the Article of Impeachment initiated in the House of Representatives, it will have passed a Bill of Attainder in violation of Article 1, Sec. 9. Cl. 3 of the United States Constitution. Pray. 

4. The allegations in the Article of Impeachment are self-evidently wrong, as demonstrated by the evidence including the transcript of the President’s actual speech, and the allegations fail to meet the constitutional standard for any crime, let alone an impeachable offense. Pray. 

5. The House of Representatives deprived the 45th President of due process of law in rushing to issue the Article of Impeachment and by ignoring its own procedures and precedents going back to the mid-19th century. The lack of due process included, but was not limited to, its failure to conduct any meaningful committee review or other investigation, engage in any full and fair consideration of evidence in support of the Article, as well as the failure to conduct any full and fair discussion by allowing the 45th President’s positions to be heard in the House Chamber. No exigent circumstances under the law were present excusing the House of Representatives’ rush to judgment, as evidenced by the fact that they then held the Article for another 12 days. Pray. 

6. The Article of Impeachment violates the 45th President’s right to free speech and thought guaranteed under the First Amendment to the United States Constitution. Pray. 

7. The Article is constitutionally flawed in that it charges multiple instances of allegedly impeachable conduct in a single article. Pray. 

The Senate should dismiss these charges and acquit the President because this is clearly not what the Framers wanted or what the Constitution allows.

We pray:

• For the legal team serving as Counsel to the 45th President of the United States in this impeachment trial: 

Bruce L. Castor, Jr., David Schoen, Michael T. Van der Veen.  Pray. 

• For all the members of their support staffs assisting them in the defense of our President! Pray.

Based on the documents filed by each side, here’s a look at what Trump’s lawyers will argue in the trial. 

1. First Amendment   President Trump’s speech on January 6th at the rally on the Ellipse, south of the White House is protected speech under the First Amendment. 

• “Notably absent from his speech was any reference to or encouragement of an insurrection, a riot, criminal action, or any acts of physical violence whatsoever.  Aside from the fact that it does not constitute a crime, let alone a high crime or misdemeanor, President Trump’s speech at the January 6, 2021 event fell well within the norms of political speech that is protected by the First Amendment, and to try him for that would be to do a grave injustice to the freedom of speech in this country.” Pray.
• The President’s lawyers added that Trump’s reference in the January 6th speech to the need for his supporters to “fight” was a general term often used in politics.  “Of the over 10,000 words spoken, Mr. Trump used the word ‘fight’ a little more than a handful of times and each time in the figurative sense that has long been accepted in public discourse when urging people to stand and use their voices to be heard on matters important to them; it was not and could not be construed to encourage acts of violence.” Pray. 

2. Jurisdictional Arguments  President Trump’s lawyers continued building an argument that conducting an impeachment trial for a former officeholder is not constitutional. In a test vote of sorts before the trial began, 45 senators agreed that since Trump no longer held an office from which he could be removed, the trial is not constitutional. 

• “Without that possibility [of removal from office], there cannot be a trial,” Trump’s lawyers assert. “In the civil law analog, this case would be summarily dismissed under Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) for ‘failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.’” Pray. 
• They add that “the Constitution only grants the Senate the additional power to remove a person’s right to run for office as part of the process of removal from office.” Pray. 

3. Multiplicity and Clinton Precedent  The charge against Trump says “incitement to insurrection” and they also claim “dereliction of duty” as well as faulting him for “threats to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger over certification of the vote for president in Georgia”. 

• His attorneys say: “The article is constitutionally flawed in that it charges multiple instances of allegedly impeachable conduct in a single article. The Senate should dismiss these charges and acquit the president because this is clearly not what the Framers wanted or what the Constitution allows.”  Pray. 
• Their brief goes on to argue that the Senate “cannot lawfully find the president guilty of something not charged by the House, any more than a trial jury can find a defendant guilty of something not charged in the indictment.” Pray. 

4. Due Process of Law  This second impeachment of President Trump was the quickest impeachment in history for a president. The past impeachments of Presidents Bill Clinton and Andrew Johnson—and the near impeachment of President Richard Nixon—included weeks or months of House hearings. 

• “The lack of due process is no small matter; due process of law is not a formality, it is a key Constitutional right, and when it is lacking a case is tainted and the case should be dismissed,” the Trump lawyers argue. “In the civil context, the law is clear that a case should be dismissed if the government wrongfully interfered with a defendant’s due process rights.” Pray. 

We pray:

• That the Spirit of God will guide and direct every word that is spoken in the President’s defense, and that He will confound the opposition, showing them to be the deceivers and liars that they are! Pray.
• That the President and his team will be in unity as to the strategy for his defense, and when necessary, go on the offense to speak the TRUTH so all can hear! Pray.
• That as the Senators, and people across the nation and around the world watch the presentations of both sides, they will be overwhelmed by the TRUTH, and move from the side of darkness into the LIGHT. Pray.
• That TRUTH will prevail, and all the deceitful ploys of the enemy will fail. God will be victorious in this battle and our President will be fully exonerated! Pray.
