Dec 31, 2019 – Notes A Call to the Wall

12-31-19  Notes  “A CALL TO THE WALL…to Pray for our President”   8-10 PM ET Tuesdays

24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call      712-770-4340  code: 543555 #

NEW YEAR’S EVE

With the bombing of our Embassy in Baghdad this morning, we have prepared our hearts for an intense time of prayer on behalf of our President. We know that he is facing extreme challenges and that the Lord warned us a few days ago that a storm was coming. We were charged to renew our commitment to pray for our President and undergird him in all that he must do for the benefit of our beloved nation!

We read Romans 15 together:

We then who are strong ought to bear with the scruples of the weak, and not to please ourselves.

Let each of us please his neighbor for his good, leading to edification.  For even Christ did not please Himself;

but as it is written, “The reproaches of those who reproached You fell on Me.”

For whatever things were written before were written for our learning, that we through the patience and comfort of the Scriptures might have hope.

Now may the God of patience and comfort grant you to be like-minded toward one another, according to Christ Jesus, that you may with one mind and one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Therefore receive one another, just as Christ also received us, to the glory of God.

Now I say that Jesus Christ has become a servant to the circumcision for the truth of God,

to confirm the promises made to the fathers,  and that the Gentiles might glorify God for His mercy, as it is written:

“For this reason I will confess to You among the Gentiles,

And sing to Your name.”

And again he says: “Rejoice, O Gentiles, with His people!”

And again: “Praise the Lord, all you Gentiles! Laud Him, all you peoples!”

And again, Isaiah says:

“There shall be a root of Jesse; and He who shall rise to reign over the Gentiles, in Him the Gentiles shall hope.”

Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing,

that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Romans 15:1-13

We prayed corporately and then individually:

  • Peter (FL) 2 Chronicles 20:3, 15-17, 20
  • vs 3  Jehoshaphat feared, and set himself to seek the Lord, and proclaimed a fast throughout all Judah. So Judah gathered together to ask help from the Lord
  • vs 15-17 ‘Do not be afraid nor dismayed because of this great multitude, for the battle is not yours, but God’s. Tomorrow go down against them. They will surely come up by the Ascent of Ziz, and you will find them at the end of the brook before the Wilderness of Jeruel.   You will not need to fight in this battle. Position yourselves, stand still and see the salvation of the Lord, who is with you, O Judah and Jerusalem!’ Do not fear or be dismayed; tomorrow go out against them, for the Lord is with you.”
  • vs 22 Now when they began to sing and to praise, the Lord set ambushes
  • Paul (NY) Nahum 1:7  The Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; and He knows those who trust in Him.
  • Bobby (WI) read the words of  “I Raise a HalleluYah!”

I raise a hallelujah, in the presence of my enemies I raise a hallelujah, louder than the unbelief

I raise a hallelujah, my weapon is a melody I raise a hallelujah, heaven comes to fight for me

I’m gonna sing, in the middle of the storm Louder and louder, you’re gonna hear my praises roar

Up from the ashes, hope will arise Death is defeated, the King is alive!

I raise a hallelujah, with everything inside of me

I raise a hallelujah, I will watch the darkness flee I raise a hallelujah, in the middle of the mystery

I raise a hallelujah, fear you lost your hold on me! I’m gonna sing, in the middle of the storm

Louder and louder, you’re gonna hear my praises roar

Up from the ashes, hope will arise Death is defeated, the King is alive!

Sing a little louder (In the presence of my enemies)

Sing a little louder (Louder than the unbelief)

Sing a little louder (My weapon is a melody)

Sing a little louder (Heaven comes to fight for me)

Sing a little louder (In the presence of my enemies)

Sing a little louder (Louder than the unbelief)

Sing a little louder (My weapon is a melody)

Sing a little louder (Heaven comes to fight for me)

Sing a little louder!

I’m gonna sing, in the middle of the storm Louder and louder, you’re gonna hear my praises roar

Up from the ashes, hope will arise Death is defeated, the King is alive!

  • Repeka (CO) Allow us to look to You, Lord and enable us to sing out to You…a “HalleluYah!” to usher in VICTORY in the battle

Maureen prayed for our President with this scripture…that the Spirit of God would guide him in all decisions!

“You shall not go out with haste…for the Lord will go before you,  and the God of Israel will be your rear guard.”

 Isaiah 52:12

President Trump – “I love peace and I want peace…”

We echo the 13th verse of Romans 15 now…

Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing,

that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Romans 15:13

We read aloud the words to the song:            The Peace Of The Lord

May the grace of God surround you, may His light direct your path.

May His Spirit lead and guide you as the weeks and months go past.

May your soul be blessed and may your joy be full of the love that His light brings

As you obey His call, remember most of all,

You’re a child of the King

May the peace of the Lord go with you, the peace of the Lord go with you

May His Spirit rest within you to comfort and befriend you

He is right beside you to constantly remind you

You’re a child of the King.

We offered a corporate prayer of blessing for our President and his Administration, and for all those who will be part of the decision-making process about how we will handle this most recent attempt of Iran to draw us into war!

Our hearts are prepared to welcome and receive from the Lord whatever He has prepared for us tonight! Whatever He wants to give to us or put in us for the good of this nation, we are ready to receive it and do so now! We are spiritual beings, seated in Heavenly Places, and united in one accord, as ONE NEW MAN,  together, we release the blessing of God on the United States and for the people of this nation! In His Name, we declare that this is one nation under God, with liberty and justice for all!

We prayed corporately and then individually, giving thanks to the Lord for all he has done this past year!

  • Susan (GA)  thanked God for all He’s done for her and her husband
  • Paul (NY) testified that he was healed of vertigo and had been completely restored by God. He said this year he has been hungry for the Word and has read more and prayed more than ever before!

We thanked God for the strong men on the call, and blessed our brothers for being on the wall with us ladies!

  • Mary Ellen (IL) has been praying in and for her neighborhood, and saw a post asking if there was a prayer group to be part of there! She responded to the query and that person is involved in her church group now!

Maureen said, “God is faithful and if He calls us to pray for something, He will produce the results to the prayer!”

  • Audrey (CA) she said she had boldly testified in a STARBUCKS this AM to the worker there, speaking of the Lord’s Presence in California…the GOLDEN STATE.  She blessed the 24/7 family for service to God. We thanked God for her Mother and her upcoming 100th birthday, which will be in DC on January 12th.

Pastor Ioan said that he was grateful…for the Friend’s Church (Quaker) that he has become part of in CA…for the opportunity to become a “businessman” and … giving him a way to be able to provide for himself and his family! He is grateful for the provision he has received through the 24/7 family, for his travel, and for the help their family has received for his son Filip’s education at Biola.

Maureen expressed her gratitude…for Fatima and those of the 24/7 family, for the love that is shared among us…that God has placed in our hearts for one another and is nurturing…healing…and bringing us forth \as ONE!

You deserve the glory and the honor, Lord, we lift our hands and worship as we lift your holy name!

You deserve the glory and the honor, Lord,  we lift our hands and worship as we lift your holy name!

For You are great, You do miracles so great, there is no one else like You!

You are great, You do miracles so great, there is no one else like You!

There is no one else like You!

Fatima shared her heart…and spoke of her love for the 24/7 family and how she has grown through her participation in it! We all love her too, and appreciate her service to this ministry and its members!

Pastor Ioan said that President Trump is at a New Year’s gathering tonight, and when asked about the situation with Iran, he said: “I love peace, I want peace…”

  • Marcy (TX) remembered that on a trip to DC, Maureen’s sole of her shoe came off and she remembered the laughter about with you and Pastor Ioan!
  • Joan (AZ) remembered meeting us in AZ and that she has been touched by the relationships with those on the 24/7 AZ SPC and those participating in it!
  • Susan (GA) testified about the results of prayer they have been offering on the 24/7 GA SPC...and how they have been praying for the right candidates to step up to run for office!
  • Peter (FL) shared about the 24/7 FL SPC and testified about the power of corporate prayer and how it is foundational for what God wants to do in FL.
  • Debbie (VA) started the 24/7 VA SPC after the last election. It needed to be done, so she did it! The Lord has blessed us with God’s Presence being so strong on the call!

We lifted up those who were on the call at this particular moment, calling out their names and states, one at a time.  What a blessing to be part of this 24/7 family!

We then took communion together…and rejoiced in the meal that God has prepared for us…here together…in His Presence! We received the bread and the cup, remembering His Body and Blood which were broken and spilled out for us as He suffered and died, that we might live!  We thank God for the grace that is working in and through us, for His GLORY, and for our good and the good of all the Church, the EKKLESIA, His Body! Be glorified in us, Lord, as You were in Your Son, our Savior,  JESUS!

We closed, declaring the blessing of God on our 24/7 family and on our nation, and we encouraged one another to be strong and united in purpose as we continue in our time of fasting and prayer to see the removal of those in Congress who are opposing God and our country’s best interests: (Pelosi, Schumer, Shiff and Nadler).  Remove all who oppose you, Lord, and replace them with Godly legislators who will serve You and this nation in righteousness!

In His overwhelming love!  Maureen and Pastor Ioan
