Transitioning from Darkness into the Light
God Responses to the Prayers of His Servants
“AND My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and will heal their land. NOW My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to the prayer offered in this place.”
2 Chronicles 7:14-15
For over twenty years now, many in the prayer movement have been using the text above as they have come together to pray and REPENT for every sin, known and unknown,
yet few have seen any real change or transformation. Only in small pockets, where there is real humility in seeking God and turning away from sin, have we seen true transformation. As our nation moves forward with this new administration, we, the Church, must take counsel with heaven and move forward boldly, with ever-increasing clarity and discernment.
Therefore, we must ask ourselves these questions:
Do we accurately carry and represent the Name of GOD?
Do the prayers we are praying actually touch heaven?
Is our posture one of true humility and submission to the Holy Spirit?
Are we seeking God’s face and PRESENCE, desiring to see the glory of His Majesty, or are we just looking for His hand of provision?
Do we really have repentant hearts which are reflected in our conduct, or do we merely go through the motions of “ continually repenting” with no change of course?
Why do we continually speak about the “healing of our land”, when it is only Almighty God that can accomplish this deep work?
These are just a few questions that are raised as we walk through 2 Chronicles 7:14. NOTE: This text does NOT say: “If my people will“; it says, “and My people…” Only GOD uses the expression: “If I…“. Dear friends, we have too often missed the mark in our intercession. Let us resolve to read the WORD with a deeper understanding. READ 2 Chronicles 7:11-18 to get the fullness of the text. Let’s not miss out on hidden treasures by failing to dig deep in GOD’S WORD! Lord, mine the depths of our souls!
Today’s scripture: 2 Chronicles 7:11-18
Basic instructions: Please read this scripture, expound on it, and draw on the revelation being made! Pray over it, as the Holy Spirit leads, and receive what He shows you!
***Please do this each hour as the Holy Spirit will release deeper revelations, and a greater understanding of our Father’s Greatness, Holiness, and Majesty. Allow Him to reveal his desire for you, His people, and for the land which He will heal and restore.
Please use the console when able and ask individuals to identify themselves when they pray.
Please do not ask for a roll call at the beginning of your session as this uses time that could be spent praying.

Let God’s LIGHT penetrate the darkness and do not focus on the darkness, but rather on how all is being brought out into the LIGHT.
