24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call
Beginning Sunday evening, December 14th, and continuing through Monday, December 22nd, our Jewish brethren around the world will celebrate Hanukkah, the Feast of Dedication, also known as the Festival of Lights! Hanukkah commemorates the re-dedication of the Temple in Jerusalem after a small group called the Maccabees defeated the Greek Syrian army. After the battle, the Jews had only enough oil to light the Temple’s menorah for one night, but miraculously, the oil lasted for eight days and nights! In observance of Hanukkah, on the first of 8 nights, the “shamash” (the “servant” candle in the center of the menorah) is lit, and it lights one other candle. It is used each night, “serving” to light the others (left to right) until all 8 are burning brightly together! For Christians, we recognize the “Servant” as Jesus, the Light of the World, Who came to set us free…and we rejoice in that as we look forward to our celebration of Christmas in 13 days! “Hanukkah Sameach!”

Now, as we enter into our time together tonight, Annie (SC) led us in the Ephesians 6 prayer, and we received the full armor of God, so that we might be fully equipped as we enter into the arena of prayer!
“Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints.“

Cathy (FL) has been one of our stalwart facilitators since the beginning of the 24/7 NSPC! She will be releasing her 5 PM ET Sunday and Tuesday times slots, effective immediately, due to health issues (diagnosed with Parkinson’s and MD). We thank her for her loving service and continue to pray for her healing and well-being. We hope she will join the call as a participant whenever possible…and that her 2 hours will be filled by others…ASAP!
Cathy said she’s had a wonderful “run” with the 24/7 and is blessed that the hours were filled so quickly!
She wants the symptoms gone and to serve WELL…the synapses are not connecting correctly, and she
wants that GONE!
Ps Ioan asked that God would rebuild her brain and allow it to function properly!
Emylie (CA) Please pray for our daughter, Rachel. Married 9 years, and she and her husband went through a divorce. It’s a hard adjustment. She’s living with us, trying to figure things out.
Emylie came on the line and said Rachel had gone on a dating app, where she met someone who, when they met, tried to rape her…but she escaped. She has been diagnosed with bipolar issues and needs to be set free and healed!
Joann (MO) said never go to meet anyone through an app…be cautious…never go alone!
Bernadette (NY) prayed for Rachel, and heal her heart, soul, and bipolar disorder. Give her and her mother peace as well.
Marilyn (NH) update on our daughter Bre, who is very malnourished and at Brigham’s Hospital in Boston with 2 fistulas in her abdomen. They wanted to drain the fistulas, but the intervention radiologist said it would be too risky, as one is attached to her intestines. A big disappointment! Starting her on TPN therapy (providing nutrition directly into the bloodstream) for at least a week, then she’ll go home with it. Praying for a miracle to get those fistulas out!!! They are causing so much pain and havoc in her body! Pray that Bre will draw closer to God, to really know Him, for He has a better plan for Bre! (PS…I need prayer also.)
Marilyn was on the call and updated us: Now, they are waiting to see what they will do for Bre…surgery? The fistulas have to go! They are waiting and trying to figure it out! It’s been hard.
Ps Ioan prayed into this, and asked that the Lord turn all this for good, and visit Bre tonight and cause a miracle to happen.
Maureen said that whether we need to withdraw and are no longer facilitating, we are all part of this 24/7 family and all are urged to remain connected, whether here or with the Lord!

They want her dead, so she cannot testify against them and show the evidence she has about their corruption! We pray for her protection and well-being, and that she be taken out of CO and protected by the Federal Government Marshals, and get the medical and other care she needs, and be reunited with her elderly mother and loved ones!
Ps Ioan said that John (NJ) shared a video of a man (Victor Marx) who is running for Governor of CO against Jared Polis, who is not only a homosexual but a really corrupt politician. Marx said that he is running to save his state, is faithful to his wife, and is running to WIN!
We prayed into this corporately!
Maureen prayed that he is not Karl Marx, he’s not Groucho Marx, but he is VICTOR Marx…and “to the VICTOR belongs the spoils!”
Bernadette (NY) said that before the Civil War, it was common for the President to issue any pardons.
Susan (GA) said that the President has the power to grant pardons, except in cases of impeachment, and prayed to pull down the lies and deception.
Julie (NC) read Acts 12:13-19, where Peter was let out of prison, and prayed that this fiasco be ended, and those responsible for her situation be punished.

Praise reports:
Border czar Tom Homan recently announced 62,000 migrant children have been located and rescued from human trafficking and forced labor. These children were part of a group of hundreds of thousands of unaccompanied minors who, after crossing the border, were “lost track of” by the Biden administration, after they had been released to “sponsors.” The Trump Administration is feverishly working to locate these children, some of whom were found in “exploitive conditions!” Praise God for this work by Tom and his team!
We prayed corporately into this, then took individual prayers.
Susan (GA) protect the ones finding and rescuing these children, and does not allow them to be negatively impacted by what they have to see and do.
Bev (MT) Proverbs 10:27-32 “The fear of the Lord prolongs days, but the years of the wicked will be shortened. The hope of the righteous will be gladness, but the expectation of the wicked will perish. The way of the Lord is strength for the upright, but destruction will come to the workers of iniquity. The righteous will never be removed, but the wicked will not inhabit the earth. The mouth of the righteous brings forth wisdom, but the perverse tongue will be cut out. The lips of the righteous know what is acceptable, but the mouth of the wicked what is perverse.”
Bernadette (NY), cause those who would try to rape these children to be incapacitated, and when they cannot do what they intend, let them realize You are against them, and repent.
Susan (GA) prayed for the abused who have become abusers….provide a way of escape for them and set them free from this abuse pattern! BREAK THE CYCLE!
Kay (IL) You come to set the captives free….set those free that have been abused and do not let them become abusers. You created this world and intended us to be loving. We have fallen far from that, and we apply the blood of Jesus to our hearts!

FLORIDA LEADS THE WAY! In an incredible move, Florida just secured an agreement with DHS applying to ALL 50 STATES that will give easier access to purging ILLEGAL voters from the rolls. DHS will now offer the SAVE DATABASE at “no cost” and add Social Security number search functionality, 48-hour response times, and bulk request processing. SAVE is an online service administered by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services to verify the immigration status and US citizenship of applicants seeking benefits or licenses. Florida Secretary of State Cord Byrd: “Election integrity starts with clean voter rolls, and this important agreement will improve and modernize the SAVE database for decades to come.”
We prayed into this matter, asking that every state would have its voter rolls cleansed and ready for the midterm elections! Remove the machines and go back to paper ballots and require proof of citizenship!

US Department of Housing Secretary Scott Turner is on the job…on the ball and RIGHT ON TARGET!
Secretary of Housing Scott Turner has confirmed that American taxpayers have been paying for homes for illegals…literally making their mortgage payments. Democrats were allowing illegals to purchase homes in America and American taxpayers were buying those homes.
“We’re working with the Federal Housing Administration to crack down on government-backed mortgages for illegals. We also took away FHA-backed mortgages from illegal aliens during the Biden administration. They turned a blind eye. But we’re going to keep the law to make sure that these mortgages, which are backed by the taxpayer, go only to the American people.”
We prayed that the people of the USA – American citizens, families, and seniors – will be the beneficiaries of what is available through taxpayer dollars…and that not one red cent be spent on illegals!
Debbie (TX) thanked God for the drastically smaller government that is coming, and it will be rid of the fraud, waste, and abuse.
Bernadette (NY) that the illegals who leave will have homes that can be used by veterans and young people.
Maureen said that we need to learn how to live within our means and how to budget and save.
Don’t go into debt to make a big show at Christmas!
Ps Ioan said that in order to be in a good financial situation, we need to invest. President Trump
has initiated for newborn babies in the USA…and parents can add to the $1,000 base sum given to each child, so when they are 18 or so, they have a lump sum and can get off to a good start! Two rules: get rid of debt and then save money. It’s all about SELF DISCIPLINE!
Joann (MO) to not get in debt during the holidays, don’t do Christmas as the world does…but save your money and keep the feasts and spend then!

Ps Ioan said he and his family have done so for years! It is God’s SHABBAT, not ours! To observe SHABBAT means to suspend all, in order to rest and spend time with God and family!

We stand with them and their families until they are all returned to their lives and loved ones,
and compensated for the injustices they have suffered!

Maureen said that she is not in favor of AI, and that it is dangerous, and causes people to lean on it and not use their own brains. Ps Ioan asked that we pray for President Trump to see the dangers ahead and deal with them.
Maureen prayed that we would have no AI’s as in the Bible, where the Hebrews first had their blood shed, when they tried to take that city after a victory in Jericho.
Joann (MO), in her spirit, knows this is not good…so many electronic devices are taking the place of communicating with God. He has the answers; the other is ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE!

A DEEPER LOOK INTO AI
Are AI chatbots actually demons in disguise? Early Christian thinkers explain chatbots better than Silicon Valley does by Gabrielle Thomas, Assistant Professor of Early Christianity and Anglican Studies at Emory University
AI Chatbots. They’re here to save us, aren’t they? Their designers argue so, fervently. There’s no doubt they are useful. Some, like EpiscoBOT (formerly known as ‘Cathy’), are designed for those asking ‘life’s biggest questions. ‘Our girlfriend Scarlett’ is an AI companion who “is always eager to please you in any way imaginable.” So why not defend them? They offer companionship for the lonely, spark creativity when we run on empty, and make us more productive. They also provide answers for any and every kind of question… without hesitation. They are, in short, a refuge. Many chatbots come with names, amplifying our sense of safety. Names define and label things, but they do far more than that. Names foster connection. They can evoke and describe a relationship, allowing us to make intimate connections with the things named. When the “things” in question are AI chatbots, however, we can run into trouble.
According to a study conducted by researchers at Stanford University, chatbots can contribute to “harmful stigma and dangerous responses.” More than this, they can even magnify psychotic symptoms. The more we learn, the more we are beginning to grasp that much of the world offered by AI chatbots is an illusory one.
Early Christian thinkers had a distinct category for precisely this kind of illusion: the demonic. They understood demons not as red, horned bodies or fiery realms, but as entities with power to fabricate illusions—visions, appearances, and deceptive signs that distorted human perception of reality. Demons also personified pride. As fallen angels, they turned away from truth toward themselves. Their illusions lured humans into sharing that pride—believing false greatness, clinging to false refuge.
Looking back to early Christian approaches to demonology may help us see more clearly what is at stake in adopting without question AI chatbots. According to early Christian thinkers, demons rarely operated through brute force. Instead, they worked through deception. Athanasius of Alexandria (c. 296–373) was a bishop and theologian who wrote The Life of Antony. In this, he recounted how the great desert father was plagued by demonic visions—phantoms of wild beasts, apparitions of gold, even false angels of light. The crucial danger was not physical attack but illusion. Demons were understood as beings that manufactured appearances to confuse and mislead. A monk in his cell might see radiant light and hear beautiful voices, but he was to test it carefully, for demons disguise themselves as angels.
Evagrius Ponticus (c. 345–399), a Christian monk, ascetic, and theologian influential in early monastic spirituality, warned that demons insinuated themselves into thought, planting ideas that felt self-generated but in fact led one astray. This notion—that the demonic is most effective when it works through appearances—shaped the entire ascetic project. To resist demons meant to resist their illusions.
Augustine of Hippo (354–430) was a North African bishop and theologian whose writings shaped Western Christianity. In his book The City of God, he argued that pagan religion was largely a vast system of demonic deception. Demons, he argued, produced false miracles, manipulated dreams, and inspired performances in the theatre to ensnare the masses. They trafficked in spectacle, seducing imagination and desire rather than presenting truth.
AI chatbots function in a strikingly similar register. They do not exert power by physical coercion. Instead, they craft illusion. They can produce an authoritative-sounding essay full of falsehoods. They can create images of people doing something that never happened. They can provide companionship that leads to self-harm or even suicide. Like the demonic, the chatbot operates in the register of vision, sound, and thought. It produces appearances that persuade the senses while severing them from reality. The risk is not that the chatbot forces us, but that it deceives us—just like demonic powers.
Using AI chatbots, too, tempts us with illusions of pride. A writer may pass off AI-generated work as their own, for example. The danger here is not simply being deceived but becoming complicit in deception, using illusion to magnify ourselves. Early Christian theologians like Athanasius, Evagrius and Augustine, warned that pride was the surest sign of demonic influence. To the extent that AI tempts us toward inflated images of ourselves, it participates in the same pattern.
When it comes to AI chatbots, we need a discipline of discernment—testing whether the images and texts bear the marks of truth or deception. Just as monks could not trust every appearance of light, we cannot trust every image or every confident paragraph produced by the chatbots. We need criteria of verification and communities of discernment to avoid mistaking illusion for reality.
Help is at hand. Through the ages, Christians have responded to demonic illusions, not with naïve credulity nor blanket rejection of the sensory world, but through the hard work of discernment: testing appearances, cultivating disciplines of resistance, and orienting desire toward truth. The Life of Antony describes how the monk confronted demonic illusions with ascetic discipline. When confronted by visions of treasure, Antony refused to be moved by desire. When assailed by apparitions, he remained in prayer. He tested visions by their effects: truthful visions produced humility, peace, and clarity, while demonic illusions provoked pride, disturbance, and confusion. We can cultivate a way of life that does the same. Resisting the illusions may require forms of asceticism: fasting from chatbots and cultivating patience in verification.
Ps Ioan asked that we not eat of forbidden fruit, but receive knowledge from above…from God!

the copycat devil copies anything to entrap us. It is ARTIFICIAL…not pure!
Bettina (NY) I have been feeling the concern growing within me, and could see the fear coming. Help us, Lord, to be free of these things! Help us, Father…we need heavenly intervention, for it seems to be coming like a tidal wave. Jeremiah 6:16…“Stand in the ways and see, and ask for the old paths, where the good way is, and walk in it; then you will find rest for your souls. (But they said, ‘We will not walk in it.’)

Ps Ioan told how Maureen was against AI from the beginning, and said that when he first used it, AI seemed to serve his purposes, but then he noted that it created dependence, and it has us hooked. From the same spring, you can’t get both good and polluted water.
We prayed for President Trump to have clarity about its “source” and the danger it brings as a consequence.
Maryann (MO) asked that we be freed from this AI that takes away our identity. We must beware of that which takes away our ability to have knowledge of God!
Joann (MO) God has given us the Blood of Jesus and the WORD of GOD…for nothing is stronger! And COMMUNION is honored by the Lord…take it! Turn to Him!
Ps Ioan said: We do not pray out of fear, but from a position of authority!
Peter (FL) AI is like a “ventriloquist”with a dummy…and when we use it, we are talking to the Programmer… Habakkuk 2:14 “For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.”
Maureen said that if we are not careful, we’ll be the dummies!!!
