Tuesday, August 6, 2019 – The 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call

“A CALL TO THE WALL…ONE NATION UNDER GOD”

1-712-770-4340 Code: 543555 #

We will not tolerate any demonic interference on the 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call

In taking measures to protect and defend our 24/7 family, at the top of every hour,

the facilitator, in agreement with those on the line, will bind all forces of evil and cast them down into the abyss, then pray a shield of protection over this line and our 24/7 family!

*The key assignment for the 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call is to intercede hourly for the safety and security of our President Donald John Trump and to pray for that which pertains to our nation!

We pray for our President’s protection, cover him with the Blood of Jesus,

and pray that he will not respond to any provocation to go to war with Iran or any other nation!

We bless our First Lady, Melania and their marriage. We bless their son Barron and family members.

We cover our Vice President Mike Pence, his wife Karen and their family

and all those serving in this Administration.

We also bless the members of the Federal Reserve Board along with those who are part of our nation’s banking system which impacts our economy! May Jerome H. Powell, Richard H. Clarida,

Randal K. Quarles, Michelle W. Bowman, and Lael Brainard serve with integrity and honor!

We pray for all those on the front lines of the LIFE battle, particularly Cindy Collins, Allan Parker, Alveda King, our Governors, our State Legislators, the Supreme Court, our President,

and all those who have been conceived in rape or through incest or are abortion survivors!

Let healing come to all who have been affected by the sin of abortion!

The 24/7 NSPC is calling the Body of Christ nationwide to pray for the 2020 National Elections,

mobilizing intercessors and positioning ourselves in prayer before the Lord

on behalf of our President and nation!

COUNTDOWN: 456 days until the election!

Let us pray into this verse:

“And you will be hated by all for My name’s sake. But he who endures to the end shall be saved.”

Mark 13:13

Strategic Focus for Tuesday

WELCOME THE KING OF GLORY INTO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

HOPE of OVERCOMING the WORLD

“In this world, you will have trouble, but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”

John 16:33

Glory to GOD! We have hope of overcoming in the two promises of Christ shared in today’s focus:

“he who endures to the end shall be saved…andbe of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”

That hope is what’s needed, following the two mass shootings that shocked the nation over the weekend, one in El Paso, TX, the other in Dayton, OH.

  • Saturday morning around 10:30 AM CT, a 21 year male old opened fire at a Walmart in El Paso, Texas, killing 22 people and injuring 24 others. He was captured, uninjured, and taken into custody!
  • Sunday, around 1 AM in Dayton, Ohio, a 24 year old male shot and killed 9 people, including his own sister, and injured two dozen more. He was shot and killed by officers at the scene within 30 seconds of opening fire! He had at least 100 rounds of ammunition on him and was wearing a mask, bulletproof vest and earplugs.

We pray:

  • In agreement with Crystal, who wrote on FB: “The problem is… we never address the real problem. We blame the ability of the person to gain access to a weapon, as opposed to addressing the brokenness of that person’s soul. When will we talk about that? Not everything is a partisan issue… most things are a Jesus issue.”

President Trump said the shootings were “tragic” and “an act of cowardice”, and called for reforms of mental health and gun laws, including so-called “red flag laws” to take guns from those deemed a public risk. He said: “I know that I stand with everyone in this Country to condemn today’s hateful act. There are no reasons or excuses that will ever justify killing innocent people.” In remarks made from the White House, President Trump solemnly said: “Our nation is overcome with shock, horror and sorrow. We are outraged and sickened by this monstrous evil.”

Community gathers for a Memorial in El Paso on Sunday evening

Responding to reports that the shooter in El Paso wrote a “racist manifesto”, he unequivocally condemned white supremacy, saying: In one voice, our nation must condemn racism, bigotry and white supremacy. These sinister ideologies must be defeated. Hatred has no place in America.”

We pray:

  • In agreement with Deacon Keith Fournier, Special Counsel to Liberty Counsel, who wrote: “Racism, of any sort, is evil, diabolical. It rejects the fundamental truth, revealed in the Natural Moral Law, a reflection of the Divine Law, and confirmed by Revelation, EVERY Human person is created in the Image of God. Accusations of racism, with no substance, are equally evil.”

The President said he is open and ready to listen to ideas “that will actually work” and has called for the following list of proposals. Let us stand for and with him, affirming his proposals in prayer as the Spirit leads. Read each aloud and then pray into it:

  • Reforms to mental health lawsto better identify mentally disturbed individuals who may commit acts of violence,” adding that we must “make sure those people not only get treatment but when necessary, involuntary confinement. Mental illness and hatred pull the trigger, not the gun.”

We pray:

  • “Cultural” changes, citing violent video games. “Stop the glorification of violence in our society. This includes the gruesome and grisly video games that are now commonplace…It is too easy for troubled youth to surround themselves with a culture that celebrates violence. We must stop or substantially reduce this… it has to begin immediately.”

We pray:

  • Policing the “dark recesses of the Internet” in a bid to catch mass murderers before they act. “We must do a better job at identifying and acting on early warning signs. I am directing the Department of Justice to work in partnership with local, state, and federal agencies and social media companies to develop tools to identify mass shooters before they strike.”

We pray:

  • “Red-flag laws” to allow the seizure of firearms from those judged to pose a grave risk to public safety.

We pray:

  • The Justice Department is to propose legislation ensuring that those commit hate crimes and mass murders face the death penalty and that this capital punishment be delivered quickly, decisively, and without years of needless delay.”

We pray:

The President said that “hate has no place in our country,” and condemned the attacks. He vowed to “take care” of the problem, and pointed to mental illness, calling the shooters “really very seriously mentally ill.” He said that the problem of shootings has been going on “for years and years” and “we have to get it stopped.” The President spoke of his Administration’s record on gun measures, noting that last year he ordered a ban on bump stocks and “all devices” that otherwise turn legal weapons into “illegal machine guns.” He has also called for strengthening the federal background check system, and in 2018 signed legislation to increase federal agency sharing into the system.

The two attacks over the weekend, however, have revived the national debate over how to tackle gun violence, with many Democrats demanding the Senate return from recess to address the issue. It took no time for 2020 Democratic presidential candidates to slam the President – blaming him for the shootings. A number of Democratic lawmakers and presidential candidates have also accused the President of fueling racial tensions, blaming his rhetoric, as well as inaction on gun control, for the violence, as they level uncensored attacks on the President and Republicans in Congress. The Democratic presidential candidates have dropped the usual decorum surrounding even tense policy debates like gun control, using coarse and foul language about the President and the GOP response to gun violence and their calls for new gun control measures.

We pray:

  • That this would stop being a “political football”, with one party trying to gain the advantage over the other by hyping it! We are ONE NATION under God, one people, and we must act as one to solve these issues.
  • That our President would not be phased by the vicious attacks and cruel remarks of those who have failed in their own duty to deal with this issue. Give him wisdom and discernment to “find a way to stop the glorification of violence in our society” and resolve this once and for all, that makes sense to the people and puts pressure on Congress to cooperate with him.
  • That we would recognize that the people at fault in these situations are the shooters. America doesn’t have a “gun problem”, it has spiritual, social, moral, and mental problems that need to be addressed. Let’s focus on addressing what’s behind these attacks…the demonic!

Specific Prayer Topic for Today

Praying for the Congress of the United States: Senate and House of Representatives

Democratic leaders in Congress have called on President Trump to support new gun restrictions and for Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) to allow a vote in the GOP-controlled Senate on Democrat-supported gun control language that has passed in the House.

We pray:

  • For a cessation of histrionic, knee-jerk, blaming responses by the Democrats, so that a well-reasoned and appropriate solution to this problem can be achieved.
