Friday, August 30, 2019 – The 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call

We begin the hour today by praising and giving thanks to God! 

“Sing to the LORD! Give praise to the LORD! 

He rescues the life of the needy from the hands of the wicked.”

Jeremiah 20:13

 The key assignment for the 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call is to intercede hourly for the safety and security of our President, Donald John Trump, and to pray for that which pertains to our nation!

We pray for our President’s protection and cover him with the Blood of Jesus, 

asking that he will respond to every situation by the leading of the Holy Spirit!

We bless our First Lady, Melania, their marriage, their son Barron and all their family members.

We bless our Vice President Mike Pence, his wife Karen and their family 

and all those serving in this Administration. 

We speak wisdom and courage to the Federal Reserve Board members. 

May they serve with integrity and honor, doing what’s right for our nation’s economy! 

The 24/7 NSPC is praying for the 2020 National Elections, positioning ourselves in prayer before the Lord

on behalf of our President and nation! 

COUNTDOWN: 432 days until the election!

Strategic Focus for Friday 

WELCOME THE KING OF GLORY INTO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

God is in Control 

“The Lord of Hosts has sworn, saying, 

‘Surely, as I have thought, so it shall come to pass, and as I have purposed, so it shall stand.’ ”

Isaiah 14;24

Scripture tells us time and again that God is in control! This has been affirmed by highly esteemed leaders…

• At the Constitutional Convention, Benjamin Franklin said: “I have lived, Sir, a long time, and the longer I live, the more convincing proofs I see of this truth – that God governs in the affairs of men.“
• Our First President George Washington said: “No people can be bound to acknowledge and adore the Invisible Hand which conducts the affairs of men more than the people of the United States.” 
• President Harry Truman said: “At this moment I have in my heart a prayer. As I have assumed my heavy duties, I humbly pray to Almighty God in the words of King Solomon: ‘Give therefore Thy servant an understanding heart to judge Thy people that I may discern between good and bad; for who is able to judge this Thy so great a people?’ I ask only to be a good and faithful servant of my Lord and my people.”
• President Grover Cleveland spoke these words: “Those who manage the affairs of government are by this means reminded that the law of God demands that they should be courageously true to the interests of the people, and that the Ruler of the Universe will require of them a strict account of their stewardship.” 

We pray:

• That those who are in positions of power and influence in our government today will be guided and directed by the hand of God in the same way our Founders and those who followed them were…with an awe and reverence for God and a healthy fear of doing anything counter to His commands! Those that will not, let them be removed from any ability to impact or affect our people or our nation! AMEN! AMEN!

 President Trump and Vice President Pence in the Rose Garden yesterday, establishing the US Space Command!

Although the “fake news” may give the impression that evil men and violent subversive groups are in the driver’s seat, and getting away with terrible crimes, we must remember that God is still on the throne and He will conquer all His enemies, and punish those who do evil…all in His perfect timing! It is God and God ALONE Who controls the rise and fall of kings and nations, and we affirm His judgments as just and true. 

We pray:

• As we move into formation, aligned with You, Lord, for the good of our nation, we ask that You lead and guide us each step of the way! We declare that You are in control, and only those who serve You lead us!

“The Lord shall endure forever; He has prepared His throne for judgment.

He shall judge the world in righteousness, and He shall administer judgment for the peoples in uprightness.”

Psalm 9:7-8 

When we hear things like “America and American Values are DEAD!” or “The Republican Party is Over!” or “All Hail the Democratic Socialist, One Party Rule!” many cringe and are discouraged! Yet those of us who are standing on the wall, interceding for our nation day and night, recognize these as lies and know that one day, those who have perpetrated them will be exposed and punished! Our call is to pray into the TRUTH and to cast down every “vain imagination” as it “pops” up! Just like in the “Whac-a-Mole” game, the minute that evil raises its ugly head to send messages to alarm and cause disturbance, we hit it directly in prayer, knocking it out! 

We pray: 

• That You, Lord, will empower us to stand our ground, with faces set like flint, and not be moved by the “storm of lies”. 
• May we speak with Your authority, calling forth blessings and praying protection over our President and all those who are serving righteousness in this nation.
• We ask also that You will be with us in this “Warfare of Love”. The battle belongs to You, Lord, and You will conquer all Your enemies! 

“For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. 

For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, 

casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, 

bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ”

2 Corinthians 10:3-5

The attacks on the President and those aligned with him have grown exponentially in number. Headlines with scurrilous lies will become even more prominent as the 2020 election nears! Negative headlines capture the minds and the attention of people who are not rooted and grounded in Christ, who are easily tossed to and fro by every storm! Consider these:

• “Scaramucci declares Trump is mentally ill and we must use the 25 amendment” 
• “Trump’s Polling Numbers are Down” 
• “Trump is Destroying America”
• “The Republican Party is Dead”
• “Because of Trump a Recession is Eminent” 
• “The World Is Laughing at America and Trump” 

All these are nothing but “lies on steroids”…spoken by the demonically controlled voices of those who think that if they repeat them loud, long and daily, people will have to believe them…that they must believe them! They are being distributed and repeated daily as “talking points”…through a network of those controlled by and aligned with the forces of darkness…in league with on another…and in agreement that they MUST bring this President down! 

We pray:

• We reject these lies, and say “NO!” to these plans, and cast them down even before they “hatch”!

“Lying lips are an abomination to the Lord, but those who deal truthfully are His delight.”

Proverbs 12:22

We ask these questions and pray into each one:

• Do we believe that AMERICA, our Constitution, our Founding Fathers beliefs, and all we’ve stood for and fought for are really “dead”? PRAY
• Did the “Great Experiment” that is the United States of America actually fail? PRAY
• If we still believe that America is the greatest place in which to live, will we speak out to defend it against those who decry and condemn it! PRAY
• Will we allow the Socialist Justice Democrats (AOC plus 3) to control our nation’s government, telling us what to eat, where to sleep and to control us from cradle to the grave? PRAY

Lord, we place our trust in YOU! We agree with Your WORD, which tells us “Surely, as I have thought, so it shall come to pass, and as I have purposed, so it shall stand.”

We pray:

• That the American People will wake up to the source of the corruption in DC! 
• That those in power will realize that they are about to be exposed for the lying, cheating, self serving narcissists they are. 
• That our President will continue to speak out and expose those who are charlatans, who are stealing us blind and bankrupting this country! 
• That the 2020 election will signal the end, not for America, but for the corruption in Washington, DC!

Specific Prayer Topic for Today

Praying for our President and his Administration

Speaking about the China trade tariffs, Lance Wallnau urged Christians: “DON’T BUY THE HYSTERIA! Right now we export less to China than we do to Japan, South Korea and Singapore put together. That’s the point. So the effect of China’s new tariffs on the U.S. are yet another rounding error. Even if China banned all imports from the U.S., that would amount to only 0.6% of our gross domestic product…and we’d sell the stuff somewhere else.” 

We pray:

• That we will stand with our President as he negotiates to reach trade agreements with China and other nations for the good of our people and the benefit of those nations who deal with us!

URGENT PRAYER NEEDED

We pray for those in the path of tropical storm Dorian, which is out in the Atlantic, making its way West, past 

Puerto Rico and the islands of the Bahamas, bearing down on the East Coast of the US. Dorian means “son of the sea” and we speak to this storm and say, “PEACE! BE STILL! Don’t come ashore!”
