“A CALL TO THE WALL…ONE NATION UNDER GOD”
1-712-770-4340 Code: 543555 #
We will not tolerate any demonic interference on the 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call.
We are taking measures to protect and defend our 24/7 family and this call. At the top of every hour,
the facilitator, in agreement with those on the line, will bind all forces of evil and cast them down into the abyss, then pray a shield of protection over the call and our 24/7 family!
*The key assignment for the 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call is to intercede hourly
for the safety and security of our President Donald John Trump
and to pray for that which pertains to our nation!
We pray for our President’s protection and we cover him with the Blood of Jesus.
We bless our First Lady, Melania, their son Barron and each of their family members.
We cover our Vice President Mike Pence, his wife Karen and their family
and all those serving in this Administration.
We also bless the members of the Federal Reserve Board along with those who are part of our nation’s banking system which impacts our economy! May Jerome H. Powell, Richard H. Clarida,
Randal K. Quarles, Michelle W. Bowman, and Lael Brainard serve with integrity and honor!
The 24/7 NSPC is calling the Body of Christ nationwide to pray for the 2020 National Elections,
mobilizing intercessors and positioning ourselves in prayer before the Lord
on behalf of our President and nation!
COUNTDOWN: 559 days until the election!
Let us pray into this verse:
“Do not judge according to appearance, but judge with righteous judgment.”
John 7:24
Strategic Focus for Thursday
WELCOME THE KING OF GLORY INTO THE UNITED STATES
A Just and Courageous Justice
“You shall appoint judges and officers in all your gates, which the Lord your God gives you,
according to your tribes, and they shall judge the people with just judgment.
You shall not pervert justice; you shall not show partiality, nor take a bribe,
for a bribe blinds the eyes of the wise and twists the words of the righteous.
You shall follow what is altogether just,
that you may live and inherit the land which the Lord your God is giving you.
Deuteronomy 16:18-20
There are critical cases being heard before the US SUPREME COURT during this session, and each one has the potential to significantly impact our nation and our people. One of our 24/7 family friends and a dear brother in Christ, Phillip L. Jauregui, of the Judicial Action Group, sent these reflections of one of our finest Justices, Clarence Thomas. Let us read what he shares, and then pray for our US SUPREME COURT!
~~~~~
The persecution of Christians is as old as it is evil; we’ve seen it throughout history and we continue to see it today. There is a particularly hateful strain that seeks to bar Christians from serving in political and judicial office.
In a recent speech at Pepperdine University School of Law, US Supreme Court Associate Justice Clarence Thomas was asked about attacks against people of faith, and specifically about the attack launched by Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) against Judge Amy Coney Barrett. During Judge Barrett’s Senate confirmation hearing, Feinstein told Barrett: “the dogma lives loudly within you and that’s of concern.” The “dogma” Feinstein was referring to was Barrett’s Christian faith. Feinstein shockingly asserted that the existence of Christian faith in a judge is “concerning.”
Justice Thomas has a different view and, thankfully, he has the courage to say so. He addressed Feinstein’s attack by stating: “I thought we got away from religious tests.”
He continued with a logical explanation as to why he believes Christians are better positioned than atheists to be faithful judges.
“If you are an atheist what does an oath mean? If you are a Christian and you believe in God, what does an oath mean? You say at the end of it ‘so help me God.’ …Not only doesn’t [faith in God] interfere in any way – it actually enhances your view of the [judicial] oath.”
Thomas also explained the impact that religious faith has in keeping judges humble and preventing them from imposing their personal views on others through activist judicial opinions.
“I think the danger in that [Supreme Court] building, if you do not have humility or find it someplace,
your ego can really expand quickly.”
“If you start the day on your knees, you approach your job differently….I think faith actually allows you, and strengthens you, encourages you, sustains you and orders your life in a way that you do your job better.”
Thomas makes the point that faith in God is not detrimental to the judicial role. It can actually enable one to be a better judge.
Let us thank God for Justice Thomas…a man who understands his Constitutional judicial role, who is humble enough to limit his own powers, who has the courage to defend the positive impact his Christian faith has on the performance of his judicial duties.
Lord, send us more Judges like Clarence Thomas, who allow Your Presence to “live loudly within them”.
- Let justice be established in America in accordance with Your sense of justice, not our own, and that we be protected from attempts to redefine justice for political gain.
Pause and pray
- Give us a judicial system with judges who adhere to the original intent of our founding documents and their many connections to Biblical principles.
- Let our judges follow constitutional principles rather than ruling according to pre-chosen outcomes, political agendas or with reliance on international law. We declare that we will NEVER adopt Sharia Law, and we say “NO!” as we cut off the roots of any such plans now, in the name of Jesus.
Pause and pray
- We profoundly grieve over the fact that rights are being claimed in this country that go against You – the One all our rights come from.
- We ask You to intervene and provide a way for the reversal of rulings that continue to turn America away from You.
- Convict and transform those jurists who are out of Your will, and encourage, strengthen and protect those who honor and follow You.
Pause and pray
- Give a true and clear understanding of justice according to Your Word and Your perspective.
- We ask for accurate rulings over First Amendment issues, and an awareness in our country that the words “separation of church and state” are found nowhere in any one of our founding documents.
- Reverse rulings which have inaccurately interpreted and established “separation” as a Constitutional principle.
Pause and pray
Specific Prayer Topic for Today
Praying for our President and his Administration
President Trump spoke at the Prescription Drug Abuse Summit in Atlanta, Georgia yesterday, saying:
“As ONE UNITED NATION, we will work, we will pray, and we will fight for the day
when every family across our land can live in a DRUG-FREE AMERICA!”
He also made the following statement on Tuesday regarding the upcoming Census:
“The American people deserve to know who is in this Country.
the Supreme Court took up the Census Citizenship question, a really big deal.
MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”
We pray:
- Lord, we bless President Trump as he leads this nation from darkness to LIGHT. As he works and fights, we will do our part and PRAY!
