Saturday, April 24, 2021  – The 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call

“A CALL TO THE WALL…ONE NATION UNDER GOD”

1-712-770-4340   Code:  543555 #  (Ongoing call…24 hours a day!)

We begin our hour by praising and giving thanks to God!

“The Lord your God is in your midst, a victorious warrior.

He will exult over you with joy, He will be quiet in His love,

He will rejoice over you with shouts of joy.”

Zephaniah 3:17

We sing: My Country, ‘Tis of Thee

My country, ’tis of thee, sweet land of liberty, of thee I sing;

 land where my fathers died, land of the pilgrims’ pride,

from ev’ry mountainside let freedom ring!

My native country, thee, Land of the noble free, thy name I love;

I love thy rocks and rills, thy woods and templed hills;

My heart with rapture thrills, like that above.

Let music swell the breeze, and ring from all the trees sweet freedom’s song;

let mortal tongues awake; let all that breathe partake;

let rocks their silence break, the sound prolong.

Our fathers’ God to Thee, Author of liberty, to thee we sing.

Long may our land be bright, with freedom’s holy light, protect us by Thy might,

Great God our King!

Our joyful hearts today, their grateful tribute pay, happy and free,

after our toils and fears, after our blood and tears, strong with our hundred years,

O God, to Thee!

Strategic Focus for Saturday

WELCOME THE KING OF GLORY INTO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

ONE NATION UNDER GOD, INDIVISIBLE, WITH LIBERTY AND JUSTICE FOR ALL!

The Battle Spreads Throughout the Nation! KADIMA! – Part 11

“The Lord will march out like a champion, like a warrior he will stir up his zeal;

with a shout he will raise the battle cry and will triumph over his enemies.”

Isaiah 42:13

At this crucial hour in our nation, we are overjoyed to see those pastors and ministry leaders who are awakening and realizing that they must take a stand, from the pulpit, for Truth, Justice and the American Way. The American clergy who were part of the Black Robe Regiment during the American Revolution are an inspiration for these leaders, who are imbued with the Spirit of the American Revolution and committed to do what they can to change the direction in which this country is being led by demonically influenced individuals, and take back the control of the White House, the US House and Senate, and the Supreme Court!  Pray.

Virginia Pastor Bill Cook, Founder and CEO of the Black Robe Regiment of VA, shared an inspiring message on April 18th, the day our nation celebrated the 246th Anniversary of the Battle of Lexington, where the American Revolution actually began. He shared this story, which we all need to hear! Let’s read from his remarks and pray into this wonderful part of our history!

Jonas Clark was the Pastor of Christ Church of Lexington for 50 years and was heavily involved in the civil government.  He was considered the most powerful politician in the Lexington-Concord region, and he authored all the crucial state papers to represent Lexington and Concord. Born on Christmas Day in Lexington, MS, he graduated from Cambridge University at age 22 and was ordained a minister at 25. While serving as a Pastor, he worked a 60-acre farm to provide his family with food.

Jonas Clark’s home was a frequent meeting place for many of our Founding Fathers. John Hancock and Samuel Adams were there with him on the night that Paul Revere rode into Lexington to let them know that the British were coming.  We’ve all heard stories of Paul Revere galloping through town shouting:The British are coming” but the truth is that he didn’t want to alert any British that were in the vicinity, so he went directly to the home of Pastor Jonas Clark, and let them know that the British were coming on foot. They intended to  impound the weapons stores of Lexington and Concord and had orders “not to return without the headless bodies” of Clark’s who house guests (Hancock and Adams).

Did the Founding Fathers say: “Let’s hide.”   No.  They asked the Pastor: “Will your people fight?”

Pastor Clark responded: “I have prepared them for this very hour.”

That’s the kind of courage we want to see demonstrated in our pulpits today! It’s been said that of all the crimes against humanity, the worst is cowardice in the pulpit!  Jonas Clark was certainly no coward!  Pray.

Here is what American historian William Ware said about Jonas Clark. “No person at that time in that vicinity, no clergymen and no other person of whatever calling or profession, took a firmer stand for the liberties of the country or was more ready to perform the duties and endure the sacrifices of a Patriot then the Minister of Lexington. When the struggle commenced, the people were ready, thoroughly acquainted with the reasons on which the duty of resistance was founded and prepared to discharge that duty and very hazard. No population in the compass of the colonies was better prepared for the Revolution.

The next morning, Pastor Jonas Clark and Deacon John Parker led the Lexington Minutemen out to face the invaders.  As the British approached the Minutemen, they cried out “in the name of the King of England throw down your arms!” This response rang out from the colonists, “We recognize no Sovereign but GOD and no King but JESUS!” Then Captain Parker said to his Minutemen, “Stand your ground, don’t fire unless fired upon.  But if they mean to have a war, let it begin here.” Then the first shot rang out, the shot heard around the world. Pray.

Was Clark alone in his stand for liberty? Not by a mile, he wasn’t. There were other men of valor!

  • Sam McClintock of Greenland, NH, was known as the “Fighting Parson of Bunker Hill”. He and his family were so committed to liberty that three sons died during the war defending it.
  • Chaplain David Avery of Gagebough, VT was the captain of the men from his church. He marched to Boston and was present for duty during the battle and was significant encouragement to the troops as they saw him praying for victory. He spent the weary winter of 1777-1778 with General Washington at Valley Forge!
  • Reverend Jonathan French, who, when he heard of the battle at Bunker Hill, marched toward carrying both his medical case and musket. He served as a drummer in the war and fought at Castle William in Boston Harbor.
  • Pastor Leonard of Woodstock, Virginia, was considered so crucial to the war effort by Washington and Israel Putman that in March 1776, they wrote to his congregation requesting that they loan him to the army.

 Pray.

There are many more inspiring stories illuminating the role pastors, chaplains and ministers played…and it is certain that NONE OF THEM preached “separation of church and state”.  Pray.

John Witherspoon, President of the College of New Jersey (today  Princeton University) educated many of the founders such as James Madison, who wrote of Witherspoon:

  • He became deeply involved in the struggle for American Independence. He was an outspoken Patriot, elected as a delegate to the Continental Congress when many of the delegates became hesitant to push forward the Declaration of Independence. It was a risky thing to do. Witherspoon helped urge them on and was instrumental in getting the documents signed. Witherspoon was the only active Minister to sign the Declaration and is considered the most influential founding father.  Suffice it to say the clergy were the founding fathers. They had preached the political worldview in the founding charters for decades before the first shots were fired at Lexington.   Pray.

Thomas Jefferson, as he sat down to write the Declaration of Independence, admitted that he didn’t have to refer to any outside document to draft the Declaration, because the ideas in the Declaration of Independence were so wide spread and so universally understood by the American people, that they were ready for the war before it was started.  Pray.

John Peter Muhlenberg was a pastor that was heavily involved in government. He took to the pulpit on January 21, 1776, as a member of the Virginia House of Burgess. He was in Richmond when Patrick Henry preached his “liberty or death” speech, and when Patrick Henry offered a motion that Virginia County be put into the state of defense and form a militia, Pastor Muhlenberg seconded the motion. He wasn’t a pacifist. While in Richmond, George Washington and Patrick Henry both asked him if he would accept a commission in the Continental Army as a Coronal. He accepted. Word is spread around the Shenandoah Valley that he was going to preach his farewell sermon the coming Sunday.  He entered the pulpit and preached from Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 “a time for every season… for every purpose under heaven.”  He got to the eighth verse “a time for war and a time for peace”, then gave the benediction in a voice that thundered. All the people standing outside in the Church cemetery could hear him. That’s how alarmed the colonists were over what the British had done in New England. Pastor Muhlenberg said in the language of Holy Scripture, declaring that there is a time for all things… a time to preach, and a time to fight…and that now, that time had come. Pray.

Pastor Bill concluded his remarks saying:

  • I am here to tell you tonight that this is a time to fight. Whatever you are holding onto right now, for a rainy day, let it go.. sacrifice everything to save this country…we cannot lose our liberty. We are in the middle of a Marxist coup, China is waging WWIII right now and we are trying to get good politicians elected. We are fighting what’s called “the people’s war” and we must never, ever, ever ever give up…even when it gets tough.

We pray:

  • That this revelation would come to the pastors and pulpits of the United States! Pray.
  • That in the USA, we will “recognize no Sovereign but GOD and no King but JESUS!” Pray.
  • We gave thanks for the rich history of the United States. We pray for Heroes of Faith to raise up at this hour! Pray.
  • For the letter we have sent to President Trump to reach him speedily and be responded to in the affirmative. Pray.
  • For an “appointed place” and an “appointed time” to meet and pray with  President Trump! Pray.
