Apr 18, 2025 – Prayer Focus

Friday, April 18, 2025 – The 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call – GOOD FRIDAY
“A CALL TO THE WALL…ONE NATION UNDER GOD”
1-712-770-4340 Code: 543555 # (Ongoing call…24 hours a day!)
We begin our hour by praising and giving thanks to God!
“This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.
Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends.
You are My friends if you do whatever I command you.”
John 15:12-14
We sing: One Thing Remains (Your Love Never Fails)
Higher than the mountains that I face, stronger than the power of the grave,
constant through the trial and the change…one thing remains…yes, one thing remains:
Your love never fails, it never gives up, it never runs out on me!
Your love never fails, it never gives up, it never runs out on me!
Your love never fails, it never gives up, it never runs out on me!
Because on and on, and on, and on it goes, before it overwhelms and satisfies my soul
And I never, ever, have to be afraid…one thing remains…yes, one thing remains:
Your love never fails, it never gives up, it never runs out on me!
Your love never fails, it never gives up, it never runs out on me!
Your love never fails, it never gives up, it never runs out on me!
In death, in life, I’m confident and covered by the power of Your great love.
My debt is paid, there’s nothing that can separate my heart from Your great love!
Your love never fails, it never gives up, it never runs out on me!
Your love never fails, it never gives up, it never runs out on me!
Your love never fails, it never gives up, it never runs out on me!
It never runs out on me!

For us to receive and put on the Ephesians 6 “full armor of God” as we begin each hour,
that we might be protected as we continue to “stand in the gap” for our beloved country!
Pray.
The key assignment for the 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call is to intercede hourly
for the safety and security of our President, Donald John Trump,
and to pray for that which pertains to our nation!
We pray for his protection and ask that he be led by the Holy Spirit
so that he will discern truth and act for the good of the nation.
We bless our First Lady, Melania, their marriage and family, and cover them all with the Blood of Jesus.
Pray.
For those leaders that God has anointed, appointed, and elected,
as they take their places in the governments of each state and in our nation’s Capitol!
May they work together to clean up corruption in our government and restore our electoral system.
Pray.
We will now spend the next 10 minutes praying for President Trump,
focusing our prayers against any demonic attacks against his physical body,
so that he will remain in good health, able to serve his entire 4-year term as our 47th US President!
Pray.
Strategic Focus for Friday
WELCOME THE KING OF GLORY INTO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
ENGAGING IN A WARFARE OF LOVE, PRAYING FOR THE SALVATION OF OUR NATION
AND THE RESTORATION OF OUR FOUNDING PRINCIPLES – PART 89
“If the world hates you, you know that it hated Me before it hated you.
If you were of the world, the world would love its own.
Yet because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you.
Remember the word that I said to you, ‘A servant is not greater than his master.’
If they persecuted Me, they will also persecute you. If they kept My word, they will keep yours also.
But all these things they will do to you for My name’s sake, because they do not know Him who sent Me.
If I had not come and spoken to them, they would have no sin, but now they have no excuse for their sin.
He who hates Me hates My Father also.
If I had not done among them the works which no one else did, they would have no sin;
but now they have seen and also hated both Me and My Father.
But this happened that the word might be fulfilled which is written in their law,
They hated Me without a cause.’
John 15:18-25
Today, let us take time to reflect upon these words of Jesus to His disciples before He entered into His passion and death! He tells them to LOVE ONE ANOTHER, and then says that the root cause of the hatred He was facing was that his persecutors did not know the One Who sent Him! That tragedy continues in our world today! We intercede for those who are “lost,” especially those who have not yet given their lives to Christ. Pray that they be “found”…and enter into relationship with the Father by receiving His Son Jesus as Savior and Lord, ask that they be filled with the Holy Spirit, so that ‘In Him, they might live and move and have their being.” Pray.
“Good Friday” is set aside to commemorate the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, a somber day of solemn reflection. This day is marked by a sense of repentance, mourning, and contemplation, as believers reflect on the Ultimate Sacrifice made by Jesus / Yeshua, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world. Just as the Passover lamb’s blood protected the Israelites from death, the Blood of Jesus covers and redeems us from the penalty of sin. HE is our Passover Lamb, slain for our deliverance and freedom. Through His sacrifice, we are made clean and reconciled to the Father. Today, we remember the cost of our redemption and the depth of God’s love for us. Let us reflect with gratitude and worship as we acknowledge His precious sacrifice and celebrate the freedom we have through His Blood. Pray.
Despite the somber tone, it is also a reminder of hope…preceding Easter Sunday, the celebration of Jesus’ Resurrection and triumph over death.
“In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins.”
Good Friday is the most pivotal day in world history. On that day, because of His love for us, Jesus willingly suffered and died by crucifixion as the ultimate sacrifice for our sins. It is called “Good”…not because the event of Jesus’s crucifixion was good, but because it led to Jesus’s resurrection and the salvation of humankind. “Good” refers to the positive consequences of Christ’s death and resurrection, rather than the event itself. Jesus’s death on the cross was the only perfect sacrifice that could purge the sins of humanity…and His resurrection marked victory over sin and death. “Good Friday” sets the stage for the joyous celebration of Easter Sunday, commemorating Jesus’s resurrection. The “good” is our redemption:…the ultimate goodness of God’s plan for humanity, as revealed through Jesus’s death and resurrection…the very pinnacle of Christian celebrations. Pray.
What Jesus went through made provision for each of us to become heirs of heaven by becoming the bridge upon which we could pass over. When we celebrate Good Friday, we acknowledge the darkness within ourselves. Our awareness of the sins we’ve committed, and just how dark our actions and thoughts can be. The things we’ve done are worthy of punishment, especially when we understand God’s holy standards. That is why Jesus came…to take our place on that Friday so long ago! We needed a Savior to be made holy…“without holiness no one will see the Lord” Hebrews 12:14…because we could not save ourselves. Without Jesus Christ, we are described as “having no hope and without God in the world.” Ephesians 2:12 “But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” 1 Peter 3:18 tells us, “For Christ died for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God…put to death in the body but made alive by the Spirit.” Oh, what a Savior! Isn’t He wonderful! Pray.
Lord Jesus, thank You for Your love and the plan You have for all of mankind. From the beginning, You loved each of us so much that You willingly died for us. We thank You for the life You led, and are deeply grateful for Your sacrifice on the cross. As we go into the weekend, help us to remember how You suffered for us and paid such a great price! Wearing a crown of thorns, suffering violent scourging, You paid for our sins. May we never forget what You did for us. Like a lamb to the slaughter, clothed in humility and grace, You willingly offered Yourself to die…that we might live forever. Truly thankful for Your love, we come to you in repentance and reconciliation and forgiveness. Through the cross, You have redeemed us and we are Yours…forevermore! Pray.
We pray:
Father, how great was Your plan of redemption for mankind. As we walk through this day, we will remember, commemorate, and celebrate the great love and sacrifice of Your beloved Son Jesus. Thank You! Pray.
Lord Jesus, THANK YOU for Your sacrifice of pure and unbounded love! We receive Your sacrifice as remediation for our sins, and turn to You anew, declaring YOU ARE THE SAVIOR OF THE WORLD!! Pray.
That the people of our nation will stand alongside President Trump, and remain engaged in this BATTLE TO SAVE AMERICA until VICTORY is won! Pray.
Protect and strengthen our 24/7 family and bring in new intercessors, in particular, Godly men and those of the next generation who are called to this assignment with us, to pray for our President and our beloved nation! Prepare us for our NEXT STEPS in this Battle to Save America! Pray.
