Thursday, April 17, 2025 – The 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call HOLY THURSDAY
“A CALL TO THE WALL…ONE NATION UNDER GOD”
1-712-770-4340 Code: 543555 # (Ongoing call…24 hours a day!)
We begin our hour by praising and giving thanks to God!
“Therefore by Him let us continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God,
that is, the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to His Name.”
Hebrews 13:15
We sing: Only a Holy God
Who else commands all the hosts of heaven? Who else could make every king bow down?
Who else can whisper and darkness trembles? Only a Holy God!
What other beauty demands such praises? What other splendor outshines the sun?
What other majesty rules with justice? Only a Holy God!
Come and behold Him, The One and the Only!
Cry out, sing holy! Forever a Holy God! Come and worship the Holy God!
What other glory consumes like fire? What other power can raise the dead?
What other name remains undefeated? Only a Holy God!
Come and behold Him, The One and the Only!
Cry out, sing holy! Forever a Holy God! Come and worship the Holy God!
Who else could rescue me from my failing? Who else would offer His only Son?
Who else invites me to call Him Father? Only a Holy God! Only my Holy God!
Come and behold Him, The One and the Only!
Cry out, sing holy! Forever a Holy God! Come and worship the Holy God!
Come and behold Him, The One and the Only!
Cry out, sing holy! Forever a Holy God! Come and worship the Holy God!
Come and worship our Holy God!

For us to receive and put on the Ephesians 6 “full armor of God” as we begin each hour,
that we might be protected as we continue to “stand in the gap” for our beloved country!
Pray.
The key assignment for the 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call is to intercede hourly
for the safety and security of our President, Donald John Trump,
and to pray for that which pertains to our nation!
We pray for his protection and ask that he be led by the Holy Spirit
so that he will discern truth and act for the good of the nation.
We bless our First Lady, Melania, their marriage and family, and cover them all with the Blood of Jesus.
Pray.
For those leaders that God has anointed, appointed, and elected,
as they take their places in the governments of each state and in our nation’s Capitol!
May they work together to clean up corruption in our government and restore our electoral system.
Pray.
We will now spend the next 10 minutes praying for President Trump,
focusing our prayers against any demonic attacks against his physical body,
so that he will remain in good health, able to serve his entire 4-year term as our 47th US President!
Pray.
Strategic Focus for Thursday
WELCOME THE KING OF GLORY INTO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
ENGAGING IN A WARFARE OF LOVE, PRAYING FOR THE SALVATION OF OUR NATION
AND THE RESTORATION OF OUR FOUNDING PRINCIPLES – PART 88
“The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the Blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the Body of Christ?”
1 Corinthians 10:16
On the night before His crucifixion, the first night of the Jewish Passover, Jesus and his disciples celebrated a Seder meal. This was, however, His “last supper,” at which He took the elements of bread and wine and instituted what we today know as “communion.” When we do as He instructed, and celebrate that precious meal together, today, we REMEMBER…and as we CELEBRATE, we RECEIVE and we BELIEVE! Participating in the Seder meal is a deeply symbolic and experiential way for the Jews to REMEMBER…to recall and pass down the story of a pivotal event in Jewish history. It is centered around the retelling of the story of their ancestors who were slaves to Pharaoh in Egypt and of their miraculous “Exodus” from captivity! It ensures that this important historical narrative is repeated and understood by future generations. Pray.
Jews in Israel hold this festive meal on the first night of Passover, but outside of Israel, the Seder is held on the first two nights. The word “seder” means “order” in Hebrew, reflecting the prescribed format of the meal, including the reading of the Haggadah, the retelling of the Exodus story and singing. There are six items present on a “seder plate.” They are: Karpas (a green vegetable, often parsley), Charoset (a sweet paste of fruits, honey, and / or nuts that represents mortar), Maror (something bitter, usually horseradish), Zaroa (a shank bone, which symbolizes the ancient practice of sacrificing a lamb), Chazeret (a second green, such as lettuce) and an egg (typically hard-boiled.) These foods are all symbolic; each one represents a different element or theme of the Passover story. There are also four cups of wine shared during the Seder, and just like the foods, these are symbolic. One interpretation is that the four cups correspond with the four foremothers: Sarah, Rachel, Rebecca and Leah, thus giving opportunity to remember and bring different Jewish ancestors into the Seder. TRADITION! Powerful! Pray.
During that Seder meal, as they were eating, Jesus took bread, blessed and broke it, and gave it to the disciples and said, “Take, eat; this is My Body.”
Then He took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying,
“Drink from it, all of you.
For this is My Blood of the New Covenant, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.”
Matthew 26:26-28
While at this Passover meal with his apostles, Jesus transformed bread and wine into His Body and Blood, an act which established communion / Eucharist as a memorial of His death and resurrection, and a means of His continued Presence with believers. As Jesus shared the bread and wine with His disciples, He commanded them: “Do this in remembrance of Me,” thus establishing a ritual or practice for them (and us) to continue doing into the future …and to this day. The meaning of this meal is understood in various ways within different Christian denominations and called by names such as Communion, the Eucharist, and the Lord’s Table. It is seen by some as a “memorial” of Jesus’ sacrifice, a symbol of the New Covenant, a means of grace and spiritual nourishment, while others regard it as a “literal transformation” of bread and wine into Jesus’ Body and Blood. Pray.
As we prepare to conclude this hour, let us receive communion together, memorializing that time when the Lord Jesus shared in the Passover meal, establishing a precious communion / “common union” with His disciples. What took place at this, His “Last Supper,” is a central portion of our Christian theology, symbolizing Jesus’ sacrifice for humanity and the Covenant between God and His people.
The following blessings are central to Jewish tradition, and have been adapted for use in the Christian tradition…receiving the communion elements (bread and wine), to express gratitude for the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ!
Hebrew Blessing of the Communion Elements
Hamotzi (Blessing over the bread)
“Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the universe, who brings forth bread from the earth.”
Phonetic Hebrew transliteration:
“Baruch atah Adonai, Eloheinu melech ha-alom, ha-motzi lechem min ha-aretz.”
Kiddush (Blessing over the wine)
“Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the universe, who creates the fruit of the vine.”
Phonetic Hebrew transliteration:
“Baruch atah Adonai, Eloheinu melech ha-alom, bor-ay peri ha-gafen.”
Invite two participants on the call to pray over the elements and lead in receiving communion together!
Participant praying over the bread:
The Lord Jesus, on the same night in which He was betrayed, took bread; and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said, “Take, eat; this is My body which is broken for you; do this in remembrance of Me.”
Pray.
Participant praying over the cup:
In the same manner, He also took the cup after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in My blood. This do, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me.” For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death till He comes.”
1 Corinthians 11:23-26
Pray.
We pray:
That as we eat this bread and drink this cup, we will remember Your loving sacrifice, Lord Jesus, until You come again in glory. Pray.
That when we receive these gifts from God, we will be refreshed, renewed and restored, enabled to go out and share the Good News of REDEMPTION by Jesus Christ with everyone we meet. Pray.
That the people of our nation will stand alongside President Trump, and remain engaged in this BATTLE TO SAVE AMERICA until VICTORY is won! Pray.
Protect and strengthen our 24/7 family and bring in new intercessors, in particular, Godly men and those of the next generation who are called to this assignment with us, to pray for our President and our beloved nation! Prepare us for our NEXT STEPS in this Battle to Save America! Pray.
