As we entered this call, we noted that we had a sister Marita who joined the call from Mexico! We bless her and her nation, and thank her for praying with us for the United States of America! 

As we read and pray through Jonathan Cahn’s book THE RETURN OF THE GODS, we will be appropriating the full armor with which God has provided us each hour! Tonight, we put on that armor that protects and secures us for what we will have to do in the days ahead. 

“Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, 

and having done all, to stand.

 Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 

and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 

above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. 

And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; 

praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit.”

REGARDING THE PASSAGE OF HR 8404  Rep. Hartzler cried when she discerned there was no courage among her colleagues to stand up against the evil House Bill 8404. But her tears are not in vain. Praise GOD! 

PRAY for them. The enemy pushes his agenda through these complicit political leaders on conservative Biblical values. “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will heal their land.” 2 Chronicles 7:14

We prayed corporately in lamentation over the passage of this bill! Individual prayers were offered by the participants on the call. Several prayed and then Mary Ellen (IL) this verse from Nehemiah 1 which is a parallel to what is taking place in the USA now.

Hanani one of my brethren came with men from Judah; and I asked them concerning the Jews who had escaped, who had survived the captivity, and concerning Jerusalem. And they said to me, “The survivors who are left from the captivity in the province are there in great distress and reproach. The wall of Jerusalem is also broken down, and its gates are burned with fire.” So it was, when I heard these words, that I sat down and wept, and mourned for many days; I was fasting and praying before the God of heaven. And I said: “I pray, Lord God of heaven, O great and awesome God, You who keep Your covenant and mercy with those who love You and observe Your commandments, please let Your ear be attentive and Your eyes open, that You may hear the prayer of Your servant which I pray before You now, day and night, for the children of Israel Your servants, and confess the sins of the children of Israel which we have sinned against You. Both my father’s house and I have sinned. We have acted very corruptly against You, and have not kept the commandments, the statutes, nor the ordinances which You commanded Your servant Moses. Remember, I pray, the word that You commanded Your servant Moses, saying, ‘If you are unfaithful, I will scatter you among the nations; but if you return to Me, and keep My commandments and do them, though some of you were cast out to the farthest part of the heavens, yet I will gather them from there, and bring them to the place which I have chosen as a dwelling for My name.’ 1 Now these are Your servants and Your people, whom You have redeemed by Your great power, and by Your strong hand. O Lord, I pray, please let Your ear be attentive to the prayer of Your servant, and to the prayer of Your servants who desire to fear Your name; and let Your servant prosper this day, I pray, and grant him mercy in the sight of this man.”

• Mary Ellen (IL) Prayed into the verses she read.
• Bernadette (NY) asked that God prevent us from falling totally into this condition – save us, Lord!
• Sharon (Paraguay) You have called us to be Your Body, proclaiming Your Gospel, and go out to bring the knowledge of Jesus Christ into all the world
• Bobby (WI) encouraged us to read all of Nehemiah 9, which shows how time and again, the Israelites disobeyed God, and were punished, then God showed them mercy 
• Mary Ellen (IL) In Nehemiah 4:9, there is a section telling how he was opposed and ridiculed. Their job was to build the wall (Nehemiah 12:27 on) and they did that, despite the obstacles!

With the passage of this defiant and defiling bill, the United States is moving onto the path of God’s correction.

But there is HOPE…and things are happening as the left is overplaying its hand!

Liberty Counsel Founder and Chairman Mat Staver said, “Today’s vote on the so-called Respect for Marriage Act has paved the way for the Supreme Court to overturn the 2015 (5-4) opinion in Obergefell v. Hodge and thus return marriage back to the states. These lawmakers have unwittingly created the perfect scenario to fix the mess the Court originally created.”

Although the House passed the “Respect for Marriage Act” with a 258-169 vote that included 39 House Republicans, this action is a strategic blunder by advocates of same-sex marriage. Three of the five Justices in the slim Obergefell majority are no longer on the Court – Kennedy, Breyer, and Ginsburg. Chief Justice John Roberts issued a stinging dissent. Justice Thomas and Alito also dissented. Justices Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, Barrett, and Jackson have since joined the High Court.

Until the passage of the Respect for Marriage Act, the biggest hurdle to overturning Obergefell was not on the law but on policy. Obergefell, like Roe v. Wade, has no support in the Constitution. Like Roe, Obergefell was “egregiously wrong from the start.” As Chief Justice Roberts wrote, “The majority’s decision is an act of will, not legal judgment. The right it announces has no basis in the Constitution or this Court’s precedent.”

Until now, the biggest obstacle to overturning Obergefell was based on those who relied on the flawed decision to obtain a marriage license. What happens to these licenses? The consequence of overturning Obergefell is now off the table and is no longer a policy reason for upholding the opinion, despite that fact it was wrongly decided. Until the decision is overturned, those who obtained licenses will be “grandfathered” in and the licenses will remain valid. However, like abortion, the Supreme Court will return the matter of marriage to the states to decide a state-by-state law going forward. States will then be free to return to their laws prior to 2015 …that marriage is the union of one man and one woman. 

The case involving Kim Davis may be a vehicle to overturn Obergefell. This case is working its way back to the Supreme Court, where one of the arguments will be that Obergefell was wrongly decided. Justices Thomas and Alito have already invited future challenges to the 2015 Obergefell marriage case, since the decision was never constitutional. Justice Clarence Thomas (joined by Justice Samuel Alito) wrote that the Supreme Court’s majority decision in Obergefell v. Hodges caused a collision with religious liberty, and the Court must fix it. 

Four justices, including Chief Justice John Roberts, strongly dissented in Obergefell. 

• Justice Alito – predicted the opinion would cause significant problems for religious freedom. 
• Justice Thomas wrote, “In Obergefell v. Hodges, the Court read a right to same-sex marriage into the Fourteenth Amendment, even though that right is found nowhere in the text. Several Members of the Court noted that the Court’s decision would threaten the religious liberty of the many Americans who believe that marriage is a sacred institution between one man and one woman. If the States had been allowed to resolve this question through legislation, they could have included accommodations for those who hold these religious beliefs…Due to Obergefell, those with sincerely held religious beliefs concerning marriage will find it increasingly difficult to participate in society without running afoul of Obergefell and its effect on other antidiscrimination laws. It would be one thing if recognition for same-sex marriage had been debated and adopted through the democratic process, with the people deciding not to provide statutory protections for religious liberty under state law. But it is quite another when the Court forces that choice upon society through its creation of atextual constitutional rights and its ungenerous interpretation of the Free Exercise Clause, leaving those with religious objections in the lurch.”
• Justice Thomas noted that “Davis found herself with a choice between her religious beliefs and her job. Davis may have been one of the first victims of this Court’s cavalier treatment of religion in its Obergefell decision, but she will not be the last.” Justice Thomas also wrote, “This petition implicates important questions about the scope of our decision in Obergefell, but it does not cleanly present them.” The petition was only qualified immunity, namely whether Davis should personally pay for the attorney’s fees of the plaintiffs’ counsel. Justice Thomas continued, “Nevertheless, this petition provides a stark reminder of the consequence of Obergefell.” He ended by saying “the Court has created a problem that only it can fix. Until then, Obergefell will continue to have ‘ruinous consequences for religious liberty.’”
• In his dissent, Chief Justice John Roberts wrote, “Today, however, the Court takes the extraordinary step of ordering every State to license and recognize same-sex marriage. Many people will rejoice at this decision, and I begrudge none their celebration. But for those who believe in a government of laws, not of men, the majority’s approach is deeply disheartening. Supporters of same-sex marriage have achieved considerable success persuading their fellow citizens—through the democratic process—to adopt their view. That ends today. Five lawyers have closed the debate and enacted their own vision of marriage as a matter of constitutional law. Stealing this issue from the people will for many cast a cloud over same-sex marriage, making a dramatic social change that much more difficult to accept. The majority’s decision is an act of will, not legal judgment. The right it announces has no basis in the Constitution or this Court’s precedent. The majority expressly disclaims judicial “caution” and omits even a pretense of humility, openly relying on its desire to remake society according to its own “new insight” into the “nature of injustice.” As a result, the Court invalidates the marriage laws of more than half the States and orders the transformation of a social institution that has formed the basis of human society for millennia, for the Kalahari Bushmen and the Han Chinese, the Carthaginians and the Aztecs. Just who do we think we are?”

We are so excited about the potential that is being discussed! The darkness is trembling and it will come down! 

• Diane (MT) so excited about this, and what we are learning through the focuses on THE RETURN OF THE GODS. It is giving me more courage to stand for my God!
• Albert (CA) the left is raising its ugly head at every opportunity…and will be shut down (like in Whack-A-Mole)…REJOICE in the Lord! 
• Susan (GA) the maxims of law are universally accepted (49 i) / defines Christian religion as a part of Common Law (Lofft 327) / and the phrase “SO HELP ME GOD” is also a maxim.
• Diane (MT) the balance of powers brings the checks on each branch needed. She has a book put out by the John Birch Society (Welch) that we might find useful. 

Maureen asked if we sense that hope is rising as we hear these things. Pastor Ioan then said his heart is trembling over what happened yesterday, for this can cause the judgment of God to come upon this nation! The action of Congress with HR 8404 opened a portal over the nation through which evil can pervade every state.

From our dear brother, David Clements: “I’m in a self-imposed “quiet season” on social media for those asking where I’ve been the past few days. The Clements are dealing with an unexpected death in the family. And my brother is in an assisted living center due to continued mental and physical health issues. He is doing better, but is now blind, and has many challenges ahead. If I haven’t been responsive to emails, texts, etc., my apologies. Prayers are appreciated. This is also the time of year I have to jump through a bunch of hoops to retain my law license with continuing legal education. It’s a frustrating exercise to keep a license that a corrupt system has every intention of taking from me over the course of five sham investigations. I won’t be posting much until we have some breathing room. Until then, keep fighting! God is good. Always.’

Pastor Ioan also was impressed to call David this morning: David shared with him about what happened after the midterm election: 

• Only 50% of AZ voters in Maricopa CO were able to vote on Nov 8…it was an entirely fraudulent election. 
• They also had a death in the family…and the funeral of Erin’s uncle, who was like a father to her. 
• Then there was a small turnout at the AZ Capitol…people stayed home and did not come out! 
• Then he had an interview scheduled with one of the Burnson brothers, but decided not to do it after Brunson and he disagreed over how to present the case.
• Pastor Ioan shared with him about being in the valley…and David told him that he was compelled to go to DC on January 6th to be with the J6 prisoners. He asked if we could ask the 24/7 members to consider coming to stand with him…to be with the prisoners…and also to stand before the SCOTUS as they decide whether to take on the Brunson case. In any event, God must get the glory, and there must be repentance for what has taken place…so that God’s justice is satisfied.

So tonight, we are issuing an invitation to the members of our 24/7 family who are led by God to come to DC and join us there, to stand with David as asked, with the J6 prisoners and before SCOTUS on Friday, January 6th. (We will be sending out information ASAP!)

Maureen told us that she had sent a text to Sam at the Hamilton Hotel in DC, asking him to reserve 10 rooms for our team. He said he will call us Monday morning and work it out! We pray for the same rate! She then suggested that we provide the funds for David’s trip to DC and for his room expenses. Pastor Ioan agreed, and everyone said yes. • Tesi (FL) let them uphold the Constitution and do what is right. Let the fear of the Lord come upon them, despite any other pressures that come upon them
• Terry (FL) in agreement that God will touch the hearts of these Justices. Convict them and draw them to You by Your Holy Spirit. Move in their hearts and bring them to the TRUTH and the conviction of sin. Give them dreams and visions about how You want this nation to be. We speak courage and boldness and loose them from fear!
• Diane (MT) let them draw closer to You and let those who have walked away from You, return to You! Let them know who they are to serve…YOU, God! Let them hold each other up and help keep each others’ vision clear! Protect and keep them well. 
• Mary Ellen (IL) help them, stir up their consciences, give them dreams and visions. Do not allow them to be blackmailed or intimidated. Give them Divine Encounters with You and that they will bow down, worship You and honor the oath they swore before You! 
• Danielle (SC) we can not take authority over something we submit to. These 9 Justices are in the 10 Mile square area of DC. Let the manifold wisdom of God be known to them, so they know You are sovereign over the United States. Intervene and let Your purposes come forth without compromise. . Give them the courage to make the right decision in the days that lie ahead. 
• Joan (AZ) convict them of the responsibilities under the oath they swore as they were placed in office. As the team goes into DC, let them be strongly anointed by Your Holy Spirit. Let them be as it was in Job 42:1-6 Then Job answered the Lord and said: “I know that You can do everything, And that no purpose of Yours can be withheld from You. You asked, ‘Who is this who hides counsel without knowledge?’ Therefore I have uttered what I did not understand, Things too wonderful for me, which I did not know. Listen, please, and let me speak; You said, ‘I will question you, and you shall answer Me.’ “I have heard of You by the hearing of the ear, But now my eye sees You. Therefore I abhor myself, And repent in dust and ashes.”

• Rhonda (MT) let each Justice have the fear of the Lord. About 6 months before Roe was overturned, I kept praying the fear of the Lord would be upon Chief Justice John Roberts. Let the fear of the Lord be upon all of them as they make these decisions. 
• Diane (MT) You are able, Lord, to guide them in this decision! 
• Bobby (WI) Isaiah 59:14-19 “Justice is turned back, and righteousness stands afar off; for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter. So truth fails, and he who departs from evil makes himself a prey. Then the Lord saw it, and [ it displeased Him that there was no justice. He saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor; therefore His own arm brought salvation for Him; and His own righteousness, it sustained Him. • Betsy (OK) Let them hate evil, and reject it! Amos 4:12-13 “Therefore thus will I do to you, O Israel; Because I will do this to you, Prepare to meet your God, O Israel!” For behold, He who forms mountains, And creates the wind, Who declares to man what his thought is, And makes the morning darkness, Who treads the high places of the earth— The Lord God of hosts is His Name.”
• Joann (MO) we stand in the righteousness of Jesus Christ, and the 9 Justices must a;lso stand before You as they vote on this matter. The wrong decision will plunge us into despair. David was burdened and said he could no longer hide his sin, and the Father, Who looks to the inner parts, saw it all! Each Justice needs to repent and render good judgment from this point on! Let them not take bribes from the evil around them! Let them be convicted to do the right thing, for You search their heart and know their inner thoughts. 
• Rhonda (MT) Your zeal, Lord, will preform this! Isaiah 9:6-7 “For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the increase of His government and peace There will be no end, Upon the throne of David and over His kingdom, To order it and establish it with judgment and justice From that time forward, even forever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.”
• Peter (FL) Isaiah 33:22  “For the Lord is our Judge, The Lord is our Lawgiver, The Lord is our King; He will save us.” The USA was established on three branches that relate to Who You are, Lord, and we pray that this government comes into alignment with YOU. Give them a spirit of repentance so they will walk out of darkness and into the LIGHT that aligns with YOU! 

• Diane (MT) She saw a special on the SCOTUS Justices and their day to day lives. Not all of their families are aligned with them, and there is tension in the families. We ask that the Lord will touch them and their families, and help them to love You and this nation, and what is right! Bring peace and retain unity in the families and understanding in relation to their parents’ jobs. 
• Mary Ellen (IL) it occurred to me, in each Justice, You will lead them to the Bible to speak Your WORD to them individually. Let them walk into that cloud where they can commune with You. Move in their hearts by Your Holy Spirit, to turn them toward You and to keep them fixed in the WORD! 
• Susan (GA) Make their way straight and let them know that in the year of our Lord means Jesus Christ! 
• Bernadette (NY) having this decision made on January 6th is no coincidence. Rule with justice and righteousness, Lord, and anoint those of our brothers and sisters who go to DC for this critical time!

We are also closely following the Brunson v. Alma S. Adams; et al, case, as consideration is being given as to whether the US Supreme Court will take it up! If so, it could overturn the 2020 elections and make representatives who voted to confirm the election ineligible to hold office in the future. Brunson is suing the members of Congress who voted against the proposed 10-day audit of the 2020 elections, alleging that doing so and then certifying the election regardless was a breach of their oath of office. 

If the Supreme Court rules against Congress, it could potentially remove a sitting president and vice president, along with the members of Congress involved, and deem them unfit to hold office again at any level of US government. It would allegedly also give the Supreme Court the ability to authorize the swearing-in of the rightful president and vice president.
