Dec 24, 2021 – Notes Shabbat Call

Dec 24, 2021 – Notes Shabbat Call

12-24-21 Notes from the “International SHABBAT Celebration”

24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call

7-10 PM ET  712-770-4340  code: 543555 #

As we enter into this special SHABBAT CALL and rejoice together this Christmas Eve, we ask that the Incarnate Lord would tangibly make His Presence known to each of us, and allow us to cradle Him in the “mangers” of our hearts.  Lord Jesus, as we commemorate the eve of Your nativity, we welcome You anew into our hearts and into our dear nation, that You brought forth and have sustained, and over which YOU are Sovereign Lord! HalleluYah!

Tonight, Pastor Ioan is calling in from Bucharest, from his family home in Romania, where he is spending Christmas with his son David and their extended family.  Maureen and her husband Carmine are hosting their family for Christmas Eve dinner at their home.  Since this call takes place at the same time they are gathering, she has broken away to greet and pray with us for a few minutes.  Pastor Ioan blessed and released her to be with family!

As we begin this call, we thank God for His protection provided through the gift of the armor spoken of in  Ephesian 6.  We pause in humility to receive it from Him tonight!

 Stand firm and hold your ground,

having tightened the wide band of truth – personal integrity, moral courage –  around your waist

and having put on the breastplate of righteousness – an upright heart-

and having strapped on your feet the gospel of peace in preparation – to face the enemy with firm-footed stability and the readiness produced by the good news.

Above all, lift up the protective shield of faith with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God,

praying with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints.

We prayed corporately to receive this wondrous protection God offers to us freely, because of His abundant love.

~~~
Sheryl, TX, led us in singing:
CAROLS FOR THIS BLESSED CHRISTMAS EVE
 Joy to the world, the Lord is come! Let earth receive her King;
let ev’ry heart prepare Him room and heav’n and nature sing, and heav’n and nature sing,
and heav’n, and heav’n and nature sing.
Joy to the earth, the Savior reigns! Let men their songs employ,
while fields and floods, rocks, hills, and plains, repeat the sounding joy, repeat the sounding joy,
repeat, repeat the sounding joy.
He rules the world with truth and grace and makes the nations prove
the glories of His righteousness and wonders of His love, and wonders of His love,
and wonders, wonders of His love.
~~~

Away in a manger, no crib for a bed, the little Lord Jesus laid down His sweet head,

   The stars in the bright sky looked down where He lay, the little Lord Jesus asleep on the hay.

~~~
Silent night, Holy night, all is calm, all is bright, ‘round yon virgin, mother and Child,
   Holy infant, so tender and mild.  Sleep in heavenly peace.  Sleep in heavenly peace.
Silent night, Holy night, shepherds quake at the sight  Glories stream from heaven above.
   Heavenly hosts sing HalleluYah!  Christ the Savior is born. Christ the Savior is born.
Silent Night, Holy night, Son of God, Love’s Pure Light. Radiant beams from Thy holy face
   with the dawn of redeeming grace!  Jesus, Lord at Thy birth. Jesus, Lord at Thy birth.
Pastor Ioan  asked:  “What unites us in the Body of Christ?” Answer: “Joy”  He then asked: “What are some things that caused you joy in your life,  even at a very early age?”
  • Becky (MI) – 1961 after Dad had died. Mom gave us a beautiful Christmas (6 kids!). Becky remembers to this very day what should have been a sad time was made joyful by their mom! Becky praises the Lord Jesus.
    • Pastor Ioan:  What Becky experienced was 60 years ago and is still fresh!
  • Mary Ellen (IL) When she was five or six, she was not supposed to get up (Christmas Eve), but she did, and saw Mom and Dad decorating the tree. It gave her so much joy and something to look forward to: it was like a holy expectation. This formed a foundation in her to look forward to, “What’s God going to do in ‘this’ situation?”
Pastor Ioan remembers decorating the Christmas tree as a child, and how much fun that was. He remembers getting in the sleigh and his dad pulling it to the church. His mom asked him to recite a phrase: “Lord Jesus, I give the gift of my heart to you.” Later life brought lots of storms, but this moment shines bright.
  • Sheryl (TX) Was part of a military family but remembers the precious times when they went to the chapel and lit candles. Thankful for the chapel memories. 1971-73
    • Pastor Ioan:   These memories are part of the tapestry of what God is weaving in our lives.
  • Desiree  (NY): My Miracle on 34th Street. She needed a particular dress for a dance troop. The friend told her to go to 34th street. They didn’t have it but were told to go to Macy’s. She saw how sad people looked coming out of Macy’s. This was supposed to be a joyful time! She stood outside and saw how little the Salvation Army lady was getting in her bucket. So she asked her if she could sing Christmas carols. Suddenly people began to give amazingly! The money was threatening to pour out of the bucket onto the street! Desiree witnessed to the people on the street. This was her “Miracle on 34th Street”! (In 1994)
    • Pastor Ioan:  After his wife passed, he felt called to NY. It was then that he went to David Wilkerson’s church. Sister Kimberly witnessed there. The Lord took them to speak freedom to several areas. The Lord is preparing something great there in NY. The enemy wants to take it down, but the Lord has something great planned for that city.
    • Desiree (NY) prays. Remembers George Washington crossing Delaware. Psalm 2, Daniel 7:22. NY will fulfill her destiny. America rise up!
    • Pastor Ioan:  People still celebrated Christmas, even in the midst of Communism. But the joy was still there!
  • Sherry (OH) never held a Bible. Her brother sent her a Cross for Christmas. She didn’t know what it meant but it planted a seed in her heart that there was a God who loved her and died on the cross for her.
  • Troy (CA) he suffers a lot in his body and it’s hard to have joy, but he got a prophetic word that he would have joy flowing through his body. Habakkuk 2:4. Standing on that word in faith.
  • Mary Ellen: (IL) Agrees! That standing on the word in faith gives joy for the expectation of the coming joy. Not rational, but the truth. She prayed for Troy.
  • Becky (FL): Family didn’t go to church but there was always joy in her home. At one point she thought Christmas was a pagan holiday (through teachings she heard), and didn’t want to celebrate it, but then heard other teachings that released her to have joy for the season. Praise report: Becky’s brother didn’t talk to her since the Trump victory, but she called him recently after the death of a family friend, and now he is coming for Christmas!
  • Desiree shared  2 Corinthians 4:17 for Troy and all of us on the line.
Pastor Ioan: prayed for Becky’s health. He said that all these writings about pagan things try to steal the joy of the season. We need to get rid of this and celebrate!  He remembers how beautiful the Christmas trees in Bucharest were/are. He wanted to get a tree but his son reminded him that he gave away all their ornaments! He says we must remember to KEEP the precious memories that give us joy!  He then blessed Troy (and said that he loves Troy’s little parrot, Ezekiel!)
  • Jenny (CA): Remembers at age three or four, the biting cold. But when she got to church, she saw the choir all the way across the front of the church. It felt like heaven. Could feel the presence of God. Sounded like angels. It was the most amazing thing. Touched her heart so deeply—the presence of God.
Pastor Ioan: Remembers the choir of his youth. The choir was so important to him. Always dreams to hear the singing of thousands of people in the heavenly choir.
  • Roman (UT): Family in CA sold Christmas trees. Remembers a family inviting him in for something to drink. There were eight kids in the house. They were living in very bad conditions. Roman’s girlfriend suggested they visit this family at Christmas. Brought them a tree and an envelope for every child and person there. A very special moment.
    • Pastor Ioan:  You were the hand of the Lord to do that. Did you not have the joy of the Lord?
    • Roman: Yes!
Pastor Ioan:  2 yrs ago. Blessed gypsy kids who were living in very poor conditions with gifts. Invited 80 kids. They started to sing carols!
  • Susan (GA): Helping to provide Christmas to large families as she was from a large family. There were eight children in the family she was helping. She asked for donations for them and went shopping for them.
  • Esther, AZ: Came from a very large family: 10 boys, 5 girls. Dad coal miner. Catholic priests ran the town. People brought her family things for Christmas. Grateful for kind people.
    • Pastor Ioan: We welcome God’s intervention into the lives of our loved ones. The enemy tries to steal and destroy. Pray for the joy of the Lord to manifest. Tough year, particularly for children. That the joy of the Lord would manifest to the children. We bind all the powers of darkness that would try to steal the joy from the children. We say NO! It’s a time of healing and God’s grace to be manifest in this nation.
We offered Corporate prayer, then individual prayers for this nation.
  • Susan (GA) She can hear fireworks are going off near her. May fireworks go off in this nation tonight. Thank you for the peace, joy, and love.
  • Mary Ellen (IL) When we celebrate on the 4th of July like the song says, the “rockets’ red glare, bursting in the air” is that light from Jesus. His vision, down the road. The 24/7 bows down to You. Let the world turn their eyes to you: the Beacon of Light.
Pastor Ioan: The battle is for the soul of the children. We pray for the great awakening. Our children and grandchildren are the legacy of this nation. The best way to protect them is to sow the seeds of salvation.
  • Desiree (NY): Pharaoh tried to kill all the newborns but Moses was spared. Thank You for the unity of the saints of the 24/7. Fan the flames of the next generation. We will not back down! It’s all about the babies. Even as it comes before the SCOTUS. Rise up, mighty warriors! Greater works will be the works of our children. They will reap the harvest of our prayers!
  • Becky (FL): Just as the devil has been found out in how he has tried to steal Christmas, break the bewitching spells in children’s video games and movies; let the enemy be found out!
  • Sally (WY) Repents for the religious spirit, dogma, hardness, critical spirit about Christmas in the church (and her Messianic congregation). Lord let your light shine and let them turn back to you to see your Light and Truth.
  • Cynthia (AZ): Wonders why she doesn’t remember past Christmases. Asks for the Lord’s grace to have joy. Concerned that she might have spread that to her children as there is much discord in her family around the holidays. Prays that the Prince of peace would come.
  • Susan (GA): Prays for children in difficult situations. Deliver them to safe places and safe homes. Bless the children and the Lord’s tender protection.
  • Bev (CA): Prays for those that don’t know The Lord (unbelievers like her sister), who are pointing out the pagan aspects of the holiday and trying to suck the joy out of Christmas. That joy would OVERTAKE them! Flow over them, around them, and through them, so much that they couldn’t deny Him any longer!
  • Mary Ellen (IL): For children that are getting brainwashed in all this sex business, and those being trafficked. Send a Moses to rescue them! Who will protect them and fight for righteousness? She prayed the Blood of Jesus over them.
Sally read Luke 2:8-20:
8 Now there were in the same country shepherds living out in the fields, keeping watch over their flock by night.
9 And behold, an angel of the Lord stood before them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were greatly afraid.
10 Then the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people.
11 For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.
12 And this will be the sign to you: You will find a Babe wrapped in swaddling cloths, lying in a manger.”
13 And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying:
14 “Glory to God in the highest, And on earth peace, goodwill toward men!”
15 So it was, when the angels had gone away from them into heaven, that the shepherds said to one another, “Let us now go to Bethlehem and see this thing that has come to pass, which the Lord has made known to us.”
16 And they came with haste and found Mary and Joseph, and the Babe lying in a manger.
17 Now when they had seen Him, they made widely known the saying which was told them concerning this Child. 18 And all those who heard it marveled at those things which were told them by the shepherds.
19 But Mary kept all these things and pondered them in her heart.
20 Then the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things that they had heard and seen, as it was told them.
Pastor Ioan:  The messenger came to announce the good news! And that people would acknowledge this. This is a moment of great joy! The Lord never changes. He is still bringing that good news! That the parents and grandparents would sow this seed into the children. Proclaim together this message! May we welcome this good news tonight! We are like the shepherds in the fields and are called to bring the good news to the nations! To prepare the end-time harvesters. We are so close to the completion of all the promises. To His final return!   We prayed corporately into this.
Pastor Ioan:  WE are the shepherds tonight: Watchmen! Watching, standing, protecting. We shared the joys of our childhood. The Lord wanted us to feel that joy ourselves tonight. Please accept the ministering of the Holy Spirit in our homes tonight. Purify us tonight. As you did with the shepherds, the first to be told, we welcome your Word tonight. We get rid of and reject all fears! Amen! We welcome Your joy! We welcome the manifest presence of the Holy Spirit. The King is ALIVE! We speak good tidings of joy over this nation. The great light that shines in the darkness of this nation!
We prayed corporately in the  Spirit, to release God’s joy over this nation and all the nations
Pastor Ioan: Sees the joy coming like a flood over this nation!
  • Desiree (NY)  It would have been enough if he had just saved us but he brought the joy of the Lord!
  • Becky (FL): Regarding us being shepherds. We are to guide and lead others. Fear and sickness and darkness will go!
Pastor Ioan: When in Yellowstone Park I saw spirits of darkness and the void of joy. The Holy Spirit confirmed this. There is no joy without the Lord because there is no hope. So when Jesus came he brought a great hope which is the foundation of our joy! We take our right of inheritance. Tonight we restore the joy of Christmas in our lives! We celebrate the birth of Jesus. This is for all of us!
  • Donna (MT): Confirmed what Pastor Ioan was saying about Yellowstone Park. She also stated that there was darkness before Jesus came. She saw a flood of light and joy come into the darkness. The enemy tried to make us hopeless and forget the joy of our salvation. But we REMEMBER! We are ever so thankful for that! Yellowstone has never been the same since!
  • Mary Ellen (IL) Re: the 24/7 on the wall—She saw Washington as the dark sky of the night, but saw the bright stars as bursts of revelation through our prayers and words. The light of Jesus coming through. We are being blessed to see and receive!
  • Sheryl sings: “Therefore the redeemed of the Lord shall return, and come with singing unto Zion! And everlasting joy will be upon their heads!”
Pastor Ioan:  True story: About 20 years ago—Graham Powers, a businessman in South Africa, was passionate to do something for the kingdom of God. He organized a concert and invited famous worshippers to come and share the good news, but the worshippers did not show up.  So they prayed—45,000 of them  The Lord gave Graham Powers a vision: The Lord was embracing Africa and the entire world with His light and grace.   Many came together in Capetown in November 2002 and Graham shared his vision…about the Global Day of Prayer!  There is something the Lord wants to do in the end times with those who are watching and praying. They began to see the embrace of the glory of God in all of Africa and throughout the world.
Question: Why was the Omicron virus initiated in South Africa? The Lord is working the same way, spreading out from South Africa to the entire world with the  Omicron virus. As it is spreading, it is giving natural immunity to the entire world. This is His Christmas gift to us! The Lord is at work mightily!  We prayed corporately into this.
Pastor Ioan: The enemy tried to kill us with the virus, but Omicron is the antidote and is unstoppable!
  • Desiree (NY) This Christmas many will say, this is God, this is God, this is God! Prayed against the chemtrails. Call it out, Lord! “No weapon…”
  • Sheryl (TX) just when the enemy thinks he’s won! The Lord comes out and smacks him in the mouth! We praise and worship you, Lord. We rejoice in Your saving our nation and the world!
  • Susan (GA) Thank you, God, for this glorious news and gift, and that you will restore immune systems better than before!
Pastor Ioan:  Who will pray and bless the Body of Christ?
  • Nadine (TX): Let the Body be united like never before!
  • Becky (FL): Just as you sent the sacrificial lamb with no spot or wrinkle, you did this so you would have a Bride without any spot or wrinkle.
  • Joanne (MO): Praise report! They were giving vaccinations in her grandchildren’s school. The grandson did not get it! They asked if he wanted it and he told them NO! Joann’s prayers were answered! HALLELUYAH!
We took communion and rejoiced together on this Holy Night, during which the angels and then the shepherds told the world: Jesus, our King is born! In Excelsis Deo!
SHABBAT SHALOM! and a blessed Christmas to all!
With love and blessings!
Pastor Ioan and Maureen
