May 27, 2021 – Prayer Focus

Thursday, May 27, 2021  – The 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call

“A CALL TO THE WALL…ONE NATION UNDER GOD”

1-712-770-4340   Code:  543555 #  (Ongoing call…24 hours a day!)

We begin our hour by praising and giving thanks to God!

“That the genuineness of your faith, being much more precious than gold that perishes,

though it is tested by fire, may be found to praise, honor, and glory at the revelation of Jesus Christ”

1 Peter 1:7

We sing: Refiner’s Fire

Purify my heart, let me be as gold and precious silver.

Purify my heart, let me be as gold, pure gold.

Refiner’s fire, my heart’s one desire Is to be holy, set apart for You, Lord.

I choose to be holy, set apart for You, my Master, ready to do Your will.

Purify my heart, cleanse me from within and make me holy.

Purify my heart, cleanse me from my sin, deep within.

Refiner’s fire, my heart’s one desire Is to be holy, set apart for You, Lord.

I choose to be holy, set apart for You, my Master, ready to do Your will…

ready to do Your will…I’m ready to do Your will.

The key assignment for the 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call is to intercede hourly

for the safety and security of our duly elected President, Donald John Trump,

and to pray for that which pertains to our nation!

We pray for his protection, for our First Lady, Melania, and their marriage

and for all the members of their family.

We cover them all with the Blood of Jesus.

We ask that in every situation and decision, President Trump will be led by the Holy Spirit!

 Pray.

We pray for ourselves and our loved ones, and corporately put on the full armor of God!

We continue to pray for healing for Deborah Cole…

that she may be healed totally of the cancer that is attacking her!

 Pray.

Strategic Focus for Thursday

WELCOME THE KING OF GLORY INTO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

ONE NATION UNDER GOD, INDIVISIBLE, WITH LIBERTY AND JUSTICE FOR ALL!

The Battle for the Survival of the Nation! – Part 17

“Precious in the sight of the Lord Is the death of His saints.”

Psalm 115:16

Today, we begin our focus by lifting up the family of our beloved Repeka Nuusa, who stepped into the Lord’s Presence on Tuesday night!  God is faithful, and midway through our “CALL TO THE WALL” (8-10 PM ET), He gave us a strong sense that we needed to pray for Repeka, her husband Vai, her son Solomona and their family. How gracious He was to allow our 24/7 family to be part of the group who would prayerfully escort her to the throne of Grace!

Repeka was a precious sister in Christ, a woman of tremendous faith, who loved Israel, and, along with her beloved husband, was a founding member of the Jerusalem Prayer Breakfast! She was passing through a deeply challenging time, during which the “genuineness of her faith, being much more precious than gold that perishes, was tested by fire!” Throughout her ordeal, her family stood by her side, trying to do all that they knew to care for her!

  • We prayed that Vai would hear clearly from the Lord as to how to proceed through each step of this journey with her!
  • We spoke SHALOM into their household, asking that it fill each of their hearts so they would flow as ONE in the Spirit together!
  • We also asked that they would hear worship in their native tongue and be at peace…comforted by God’s SHALOM!

We now entrust Repeka into the arms of our loving God! May she…and all who love her…be at peace!  Pray.

“In a great house there are not only vessels of gold and silver, but also of wood and clay,

some for honor and some for dishonor.

Therefore if anyone cleanses himself from the latter, he will be a vessel for honor,

sanctified and useful for the Master, prepared for every good work.”

2 Timothy 2:20-21

Mario Murillo wrote about how the golden vessels in the temple served a sacred purpose. They were created for and were treasured for a specific purpose. That same quality permeates all who have been created for and called by the Holy Spirit for His purposes…the only difference is that the people God chooses feel profoundly honored to be chosen. Pray.

To understand what that sense of honor is: these vessels have literally been “invited” to be used by God. They are honored to have been chosen. That honor breaks them. It overwhelms them. They have no words to express how they feel that God has so honored them as to be part of His work.  Remember how the disciples responded when they were beaten for the sake of the Gospel  in Acts 5:41:

“So they departed from the presence of the council,

rejoicing that they were counted worthy to suffer shame for His name.”

If that is how they felt about having been beaten for Christ’s sake, how much more did they value prayer, preaching, and personal discipline? Their deepest sorrow would be if they ever displeased the Lord, Who had honored them by what Paul later called  “a high calling.”  Pray.

Now may the God of peace who brought up our Lord Jesus from the dead, that great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, make you complete in every good work to do His will, working in you what is well pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever.

Hebrews 13:20-21

We must never underestimate the process of refining that the Father has determined for each of us! We are called “for such a time as this”…and as we seek Him with all our hearts, He will do the work in us that will allow Him to use us to bring glory to His Name! Pray.

A “vessel of honor” carries a soberness of heart about their mission. Seated with Christ in heavenly places, they carry an awareness of the realm of the spirit that is more real to them than the natural world. Their ability to “be still” and listen so intently to God is astounding. Being fitted for His use, they revere the preparation. Pray.

Seriousness of purpose may also be manifested through tears, or uncontrollable sobbing during times of prayer, or as they read and speak out verses from the Bible. They know they are being “fitted for war”…and nothing will be allowed to come between them and their assignment. Pray.

God used Repeka mightily to bring glory to His Name, and as we remember her today, let us follow in her footsteps…as she followed Christ!   Read and pray into these scriptures, with that in mind!

“I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me

and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.”

Galatians 2:20

Pray.

“Inasmuch then as the children have partaken of flesh and blood, He Himself likewise shared in the same,

that through death He might destroy him who had the power of death, that is, the devil”

Hebrews 2:4

Pray.

“Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life

and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life.”

John 5:24

Pray.

God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying.

There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.”

Revelation 21:4

Pray.

We pray:

  • In thanksgiving for having the privilege of knowing and loving Repeka and participating with this “chosen vessel” in serving God! Pray.
  • That her family will be comforted at this sensitive time, and that they will be able to overcome any difficulties due to COVID as they return Repeka’s body to her beloved Samoa, where she will be laid to rest.  Pray.
  • That President Trump will comfort and encourage the American people during this difficult time in our nation, with words of a future full of hope. Pray.
  • That President Trump will respond to our letter and set an “appointed place” and an “appointed time” for our meeting with him! Pray.
