David here. Words can’t express how thankful I am for your prayers, letters of encouragement, and donations to cover medical expenses. I have had much time to reflect. Each breath and heartbeat a gift from God. This is the first time in my life where I have felt old. A pause to catch a breath I didn’t know I needed. Short walks around the block with my bride. Longer looks at my children. I have found myself tearing up uncontrollably for no reason other than simple gratitude. I resolve to fight the “old man” and be of service again.
I met with my surgeon this morning. He told me more about what happened. A miracle. An orchestra of variables. One missing from the puzzle, and I would not be here. 100% blockage in the artery known as the “widow maker” — now stented. I have two more arteries with 60% and 70% blockage. The surgeon wants to see if we can reverse damage to my heart and heal without another surgery. Right now my heart is at about 45% strength of where it should be. I began cardiac rehab.
The how and why of what occurred is a long story. Here is the cliff’s notes version: Pre-Jesus, I lived a very hard life. Drugs, alcohol, and a self-induced cardiac arrest at the age of 21, left me with a bum ticker. For several years, I was a pack-a-day smoker. And for several years after my spiritual conversion, through trial and error, I worked on daily “sanctification” trying to eliminate vices I still carried. A severe back injury in 2008 left me restless for a decade, with numbness in my right leg and foot, until I found a radical restrictive diet that helped with inflammation, but may have elevated cholesterol. My career as a prosecutor left me on call around the clock, and my performance was fueled by pots of coffee, which led to arrhythmia, heart murmurs, and prayer that God would provide healing.
The last six years compounded what was already there. Employment termination, public slander, constant lawfare from the BAR, cabin burnt to crisp under mysterious circumstances, and travel that averaged over a hundred flights a year to 49 states, with thousands of meetings. I have felt mild strain and pressure in my chest for sometime. 2021 was especially difficult.
I have generally held the medical profession at arm’s length my whole life. I’ve been to the doctor maybe three times in my adult life. As my heart symptoms worsened, however, COVID-19 hysteria and adherence to protocols that murdered patients was the primary reason I would not enter a doctor’s office. I knew it was just a matter of time that something would give, but set aside those concerns, praying that our country would see free and fair elections, J6ers would be restored, and that I’d have more time. And then I didn’t.
I went through a door to “the other side” after dying on the table. In a single moment, I left behind my children, and being a father was an impossibility. Being a husband—gone. I left ambition behind, dreams behind, shame and condemnation behind. Bills, petty fights, bruised ego, all made inconsequential. Such finality. After a few minutes of being in the hereafter, I was jolted back by paddles, hearing the surgical team exclaim “we brought him back! David you are back with us….”
It’s with this that I say I won’t be making a public appearance for a while, and won’t be doing social media, or interviews, for the foreseeable future. I believe God wants me to be still, speak less, and not waste anything, including my words. Just know I read your comments, am so thankful for you, and believe God has a purpose for me down the road. Lord willing, I will focus on writing and producing Professor’s Record episodes, doing rehab, and nothing else. I’m sorry to disappoint anyone. I just don’t have much left in me at the moment, and it saddens me to say that. Being able to grind was my superpower.
Last thing. On the table, one is confronted with the question of all questions. Is He (Christ) real? Yes. So much so, that you realize what grieves Him. Forgiveness is so important. He died for you and me. He forgave you and me. Don’t cheapen what He did on the cross by refusing to carry a cross of your own. Love the unlovable, forgive the unforgivable, because one day, you are going through that door.

We were all silent after Maureen read David’s missive, and then, together, we rejoiced in David being alive and receiving the care and treatment he needs to recuperate and regenerate! We prayed corporately for that…and for his wife Erin and the children as they support him in his healing! We then offered individual prayers for them!

Ps Ioan shared that the Supreme Court reinstated the database for Voter Citizenship Verification
The US Supreme Court on Friday reinstated President Trump’s database for voter citizenship verification. In an unsigned order, the high court, in a 6-3 decision, allowed the Trump Administration to use an expanded database that contains citizenship information. “[The] harm caused by burdening or disenfranchising even a few lawful voters outweighs the nonexistent harm that the government experiences when it is prevented from taking an action that it likely lacks the authority to take,” dissenting justice Jackson wrote.
NBC News reported…The Supreme Court on Friday permitted the Trump administration to use an expanded federal database containing citizenship information, as the president encourages states to purge people from voter rolls. The justices, divided 6-3 on ideological lines with conservatives in the majority, granted an emergency request filed by the government after lower courts ruled that the Trump administration’s changes to the database were likely unlawful. But the court noted in its unsigned ruling that the National Voter Registration Act bars the broad purging of voter rolls in the weeks leading up to an election, which “limits the potential impact” of the decision this year. States can still make individualized queries about voters.
Last March, President Trump signed an executive order aimed at preserving and protecting the integrity of US elections. His executive order said:
“Free, fair, and honest elections unmarred by fraud, errors, or suspicion
are fundamental to maintaining our constitutional Republic.
The right of American citizens to have their votes properly counted and tabulated,
without illegal dilution, is vital to determining the rightful winner of an election.”

Summary: What this means for the 2026 election: This is not merely a general CISA cybersecurity document. It is an operational security plan specifically for the 2026 election cycle, issued in September, 2026. CISA expressly says election infrastructure is critical infrastructure, while recognizing that state and local officials retain primary responsibility and CISA supplies supporting tools, intelligence and services.
Bottom line: This plan does not alter the legal rules of the 2026 election, but it does materially establish the federal election-infrastructure security posture under which the 2026 election is about to be conducted.
And CISA’s posture is notable. It expressly acknowledges vulnerabilities in election software and state/local networks; treats voter-registration databases, election-management systems, ballot images, cast-vote records, audit trails, tabulators and results-reporting systems as election critical infrastructure; calls for detailed logging of changes to voter-registration databases; recognizes insider and vendor threats; and recommends reviewable paper ballots plus manual post-election verification before final certification.
1. CISA identifies significant existing weaknesses in election systems—not merely hypothetical threats.
CISA says its own assessments show that state and local election offices “frequently struggle with basic cybersecurity hygiene and vulnerability remediation.” It identifies three systemic factors: outdated certification regimes that inhibit vulnerability management; inconsistent vendor transparency about vulnerabilities and patch status; and cybersecurity immaturity in many state/local networks hosting election systems. It further says election infrastructure can be reachable through ordinary government enterprise networks, creating pathways for lateral movement after another system is compromised. That means CISA is entering the 2026 election acknowledging known structural vulnerabilities in the election infrastructure environment.
2. CISA puts verification before certification squarely into its 2026 security framework.
CISA recommends: “Use paper ballots that can be easily reviewed to ensure transparency, auditability, and resilience against software failures or manipulation.” Immediately afterward it recommends: “Conduct post-election manual audits of paper ballots to verify that voting systems function properly and to identify errors before certifying the final results.” And it calls for security incidents and remediation activities to be documented “clearly, consistently, and transparently.”
So although these are recommendations rather than new legal mandates, CISA has explicitly placed this sequence into the federal government’s 2026 election-security plan: paper record → auditability → manual verification → identify errors → certification. That is a meaningful federal policy statement for the 2026 cycle.
3. The statewide voter-registration database receives unusually specific treatment. CISA says hackers have attempted to breach voter-registration systems in all 50 states, with confirmed success in at least 20. It therefore recommends MFA, network monitoring and anomaly detection, least-privilege access and—particularly notable—comprehensive logs and audit trails recording who changed what, when, and under what authority, with critical logs retained for at least one year and systems capable of detecting and reversing unauthorized modifications. That is directly relevant to 2026 because those recommendations concern the databases being used now, not simply future voting-system design. The document also expressly recognizes malicious insiders as capable of making unauthorized changes to voter-registration databases, ballot definitions, tabulation configurations, or results-reporting processes, while identifying vendors and contractors as third-party insider risks.
4. CISA is establishing an active information/intelligence structure specifically for 2026. CISA states: “For the 2026 election cycle, CISA is supporting an information-sharing platform to exchange intelligence and situational updates…” All fusion centers and state/local election officials are to have access at no cost. It provides near-real-time communications among election officials, fusion centers, federal agencies and CISA Central. CISA is also coordinating federal threat intelligence through DHS Intelligence & Analysis and the FBI.
We were all blessed by this decision, and now ask that it be fully implemented ASAP! We prayed into that!

Virtually every story about me, or anything having to do with me, is negative, wrong

“Great news on NIL, in other words, straightening out the horrible situation
taking place with respect to College Sports.
It is out of control, and will lead to bankruptcies and disaster for many Colleges.
If nothing is done, it is also very bad for Women’s Sports, all Olympic Sports, and everything else
other than Football — But even Football is bad because, without “caps,”
all Colleges will be financially consumed and, in many cases, it will ruin them.
We can’t have Professional Athletes going back to College for Big Dollars,
and playing against much younger competitors.

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
God is moving powerfully in the United States, in all 50 States and Territories, manifesting His intention to bring this nation back to the very foundations upon which He brought us forth 406 years ago!
November 8th, 2016 was a “Glorious Day”…the day on which America received a miracle from God, as His people joined together in prayer and fasting…interceding for their lives, families, states and Country! Nations around the world joined them, petitioning God to move in a mighty way in our national elections. HE DID!
On the following day, November 9th, 2016, the Lord revealed a critical meeting which took place in the Cabinet Room of the White House at 12 Noon. Those who were present demanded an answer from the incumbent president as to “why he lost the election,” and the plot to prevent President Trump from being inaugurated on January 20, 2017, was hatched.
It was then that the Lord gave this holy assignment to His servants, the intercessors:
to pray without ceasing, 24 hours a day, in order to
“protect and secure the victory from the Day of Election!”

A Proclamation
Whereas, the Senate of the United States, devoutly recognizing the Supreme Authority
and just Government of Almighty God, in all the affairs of men and of nations,
has, by a resolution, requested the President to designate and set apart a day for National prayer and humiliation.
And whereas it is the duty of nations as well as of men, to own their dependence upon the overruling power of God,
to confess their sins and transgressions, in humble sorrow, yet with assured hope
that genuine repentance will lead to mercy and pardon;
and to recognize the sublime truth, announced in the Holy Scriptures and proven by all history,
that those nations only are blessed whose God is the Lord.
And, insomuch as we know that, by His divine law, nations like individuals
are subjected to punishments and chastisements in this world,
may we not justly fear that the awful calamity of civil war, which now desolates the land,
may be but a punishment, inflicted upon us, for our presumptuous sins,
to the needful end of our national reformation as a whole People?
We have been the recipients of the choicest bounties of Heaven.
We have been preserved, these many years, in peace and prosperity.
We have grown in numbers, wealth and power, as no other nation has ever grown.

Covenant Welcoming the King of Glory into the United States of America
Out of the Call to a Sacred Assembly to WELCOME THE KING OF GLORY into the United States of America,
we, the Sons and Daughters of God and Servants of the Most High, representing our fifty States and Territories,
make this declaration on behalf of our nation.
We proclaim that there is only One, True, Almighty God, Who is Creator of all, Life Giver, Sustainer,
Authority and Commander-in-Chief of the Heavenly Host;
We believe in God the Father, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob;
We believe in our Lord Jesus Christ, His only begotten Son, our Messiah, Savior and King;
We believe in the Holy Spirit, Who proceeds from the Father and the Son.
We declare that we are one nation under God, indivisible with liberty and justice for all.
We cancel any plan or scheme of the enemy to delude, ensnare or divide our people in the United States of America.
We cast down any plot or proposal of man to supplant or undermine God-given authority
which protects our liberty and administers justice.
We renounce and annul all covenants made with darkness, from the time of our inception, throughout our birthing process and the two hundred fifty years of our existence. We therefore nullify, cancel and reject any such agreements

Packing Suggestions
The National Monument to the Forefathers sits on an elevated, open hilltop on Allerton Street, highly exposed to the wind rushing off Plymouth Harbor. Late-autumn temperatures feel colder than the thermometer reads. For your comfort, dress in layers to easily adapt to the changing wind and temperature.
- Base Layer (Moisture-Wicking): Start with a synthetic polyester or lightweight wool long-sleeve thermal top. Avoid cotton; it traps sweat and cools you down quickly when the wind blows.
- Mid Layer (Insulation): Add a sweater, a down vest, or a lightweight down jacket to trap your body heat.
- Outer Layer (Windproof Shell): Wear a wind-resistant jacket or shell. Stopping the wind is an important factor in staying comfortable!
- Pants: hiking pants, travel pants, or lined jeans. Avoid thin leggings; the wind cuts through them.
- Shoes: Sturdy, low-profile sneakers or walking shoes with good traction. The monument is surrounded by gravel, brick walkways, and grassy slopes that can get damp, uneven, or slippery in late autumn.
- Additional items: a knit hat to protect your ears; a neck gaiter or scarf to pull up over your face if the ocean wind gets particularly sharp; and a pair of lightweight gloves.
