For us to receive and put on the Ephesians 6 “full armor of God” as we begin each hour,
that we might be protected as we continue to “stand in the gap” for our beloved country!
Pray.
The key assignment for the 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call is to intercede hourly
for the safety and security of our President, Donald John Trump,
and to pray for that which pertains to our nation!
We pray for his protection and ask that he be led by the Holy Spirit
so that he will discern truth and act for the good of the nation.
We bless our First Lady, Melania, their marriage and family, and cover them all with the Blood of Jesus.
Pray.
For those whom God has called, anointed, and appointed to serve this nation in the future,
particularly as US President, to be protected and sustained during their “periods of incubation”,
before publicly declaring their intentions to run for office.
Pray.
Bring the SCOTUS Justices into alignment with God’s purposes in making their decisions!
Protect all the members of the Trump Administration,
especially the Cabinet, military, law enforcement agencies, such as ICE, FBI, and CBP.
Pray.
We will now spend the next 10 minutes praying for President Trump,
focusing our prayers against any assassination attempts, demonic attacks against him and
healing of those impacted by TRUMP DERANGEMENT SYNDROME.
Let him remain in good health, so he can serve his entire 4-year term as our 47th US President!

President Trump and Congressional Republicans continue to push the SAVE America Act as one of the GOP’s top priorities ahead of the November midterm elections, now just three months away. The main purpose of the SAVE America Act is to prevent non-U.S. citizens from voting in elections, requiring documentary proof of U.S. citizenship when registering to vote.
Republicans argue the measure is needed to prevent noncitizens from registering and voting.
Democrats contend existing laws already prohibit noncitizen voting. They assert that the bill could make voter registration more difficult for eligible Americans, including some married women whose legal names no longer match their birth certificates.
Although President Trump has been pushing Republicans to pass the SAVE America Act, Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-SD) argues that the GOP doesn’t have the 60 votes needed to pass the legislation. Because of this 60-vote threshold, President Trump and some Republicans have been calling to abolish the filibuster and move to a simple majority to pass legislation in the Senate, but many oppose such a move. Currently, according to the National Conference of State Legislatures, 36 states have laws requesting or requiring voters to show some form of identification at the voting polls, with the remaining 14 states and Washington, D.C., using other methods (or none) to verify the identity of voters. (Those 14 states who rely on non-documentary methods (such as signing a poll book, providing personal information, or executing an affidavit) are: California, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts. Minnesota. Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania and Vermont… and the District of Columbia. Pray.
Senator Thom Tillis (R-NC), a retiring senator and a vocal critic of the Trump administration, opposes the bill. In what appears to be passive-aggressive moral grandstanding and virtual signaling, Tillis argues: “Don’t fool the American people into thinking you can implement something of this complexity over 60 days. My God, it needed to happen two years ago.” Tillis said people are misleading President Trump into believing it’s possible to implement national voter ID before the midterm elections and called on his colleagues to “stop the charade.” “Let’s stop the distraction,” he said. “Let’s get the government funded, let’s use reconciliation if we need to, but let’s not clog it up with another piece of policy airdropped by a member of this Senate or the White House that will undermine this bill, undermine what we need to get done before the election.” The legislation faces an uphill battle in the Senate, where Republicans can afford to lose only a handful of votes. It faces significant implementation hurdles if enacted shortly before the midterm elections. The bill may create logistical hurdles for some eligible voters, including rural residents who may have to travel long distances to election offices to present documents in person. The National Association of Counties has warned that the measure would impose new administrative responsibilities on local election officials, including verifying citizenship documents and maintaining voter registration lists, without providing additional federal funding or clearly defined implementation timelines. The group said the changes could require new staffing, systems and administrative processes across counties nationwide. Pray.
Republicans have a rapidly closing window to pass the SAVE America Act; Congress has just one more week before the Senate’s scheduled August recess could stall the legislation until after the 2026 midterm elections. (They have until Friday, August 7, unless the Senate doesn’t go on a 37-day paid vacation, which will begin on August 8.) If the SAVE America Act isn’t passed through both chambers of Congress by August 7, the second pathway is for the Senate to give up its vacation. There is skepticism that senators would remain in session to finish the bill. Pray.
Republicans are facing a challenge to holding both the House and Senate in November. After the SAVE America Act failed to pass, President Trump chose not to sign the bipartisan 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act, a landmark housing measure designed to boost the nation’s housing supply. However, this mechanism of presidential pressure was only temporary. (Note: Because President Trump neither signed nor vetoed the bill within the 10-day window, it became law automatically under the Constitution.) While the sitting president’s party has historically lost seats in midterm elections, President Trump also faces political headwinds from the ongoing war with Iran and concerns over gas prices. Pray.
Reconciliation 3.0’s path is further complicated by the Senate map. A Trump-endorsed, MAGA-aligned replacement for Mitch McConnell’s (R-KY) seat or a defection to the GOP or Independent side by a Democrat like Senator John Fetterman would provide the critically needed 50th vote to pass the SAVE America Act. As of now, Republicans have little room for defections. Moderate GOP Sens. Susan Collins (R-ME) and Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) have previously broken with their party on high-profile legislation, leaving Republican leaders with a narrow margin as they try to assemble support for the bill, which has become a major rallying point for conservative activists urging lawmakers to support the legislation or risk facing a primary challenger. Failing to pass the SAVE America Act would only make the political environment more difficult for Republicans who delivered the popular vote, and have all three branches of government. Republicans must pass election integrity, on which they all campaigned and won. Unless they pass the SAVE America Act, it’s going to hurt…not help! Pray.
We pray:
For wisdom, discernment, and integrity among members of Congress as they consider the SAVE America Act through Reconciliation 3.0. May the legislation enacted uphold the Constitutional integrity of elections while safeguarding the exclusive and rightful participation of eligible American citizens. Pray.
For the critically needed 50th vote in the Senate to pass the SAVE America Act, whether through a MAGA-aligned replacement for Mitch McConnell’s seat or through a principled Democrat such as Senator John Fetterman, so the voter ID measure may pass, in accordance with the will of the American people. Pray.
That the people of our nation will stand alongside President Trump, and remain engaged in this BATTLE TO SAVE AMERICA until VICTORY is won! Pray.
Protect, strengthen, and cover our 24/7 family in the Blood of Jesus. Bring in mature Christian men and women, and call the younger generation to this assignment with us, as we pray for our President and our beloved nation! Prepare us for our NEXT STEPS in this Battle to Save America! Pray.
