Prior to tonight’s call, at around 6:30 PM EY hour, President Trump, participating in the AMERICA READS THE BIBLE initiative, read 2 Chronicles 7:11-22 over our nation, from the Oval Office in the White House. We have prayed for him and into those verses throughout the day. After we receive the Ephesians 6 “armor of God”, we will read a letter that we wrote to him in 2010…using the same Scripture he just proclaimed! We were led in receiving the armor of God, on President Trump’s behalf as well as our own, by Bobby (WI).
“Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints.“

We prayed corporately, asking that we would wear this armor with the grace and dignity it truly deserves!

Having listened together, we then prayed corporately again…with a renewed vigor…and sense of gratitude!

In that letter, we referred to that we wrote to him in 2020, we shared our belief that there was a need to issue a call for A NATIONAL DAY OF REPENTANCE TO THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA! Dearest President Trump,
We want you to be certain that “We, the People” not only love and support you, but intercessors from across this nation who are part of our 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call family have been praying for you continuously…24 hours a day…7 days a week…since November 11, 2016. A CALL FOR A NATIONAL DAY OF REPENTANCE
TO THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
“When I shut up heaven and there is no rain, or command the locusts to devour the land, or send pestilence among My people, if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.“
2 Chronicles 7:13-14
God is calling Americans to come together, fall on our knees and confess the sin of our nation, repenting corporately, with ONE VOICE before Him. Once that is done, God says He will hear us, forgive us and heal our land! In order to do that, we must be convicted of our sin, and be willing to repent, not just give lip service. “These people draw near to Me with their mouth, and honor Me with their lips, but their heart is far from Me.” Matthew 15:8 God is asking us if we are willing to receive the burden of “conviction of the sin of this nation” in our hearts. As we agree, we will be empowered to pray effectively in repentance for our nation!
We are engaged in a spiritual battle…a warfare of love! Many in the Body of Christ are deeply concerned about the extreme danger being posed by the anti-Christ spirit, which is operating against not only our President but the United States of America at this very hour, trying to undermine and destroy our very foundations. Americans are distracted by a never-ending stream of “urgent” matters, while the media floods the airwaves 24/7 with “fake news” in an attempt to control our minds and instill fear in our hearts! What is taking place is a battle, against not only our Government but against individuals, families, churches and communities. It is an all-out war against the American way of life…and it has already been launched! “We, The People” are under attack! Unless the people of this nation repent and then rise up in prayer, the United States will have no future.
“Even now,” declares the Lord, “return to me with all your heart, with fasting and weeping and mourning.” Rend your heart and not your garments. Return to the Lord your God, for He is gracious and compassionate.
Joel 2:12-13
Nothing is too far out of reach that God cannot revive it. Repentance does not happen spontaneously. It first takes place in individual hearts, is nurtured by prayer and fasting, and is then birthed into the larger arena, often through solemn assemblies. In Scripture, these solemn assemblies were often called by priests, prophets or kings, for the entire nation. Prior to every national awakening in the United States, there was an emphasis on repentance, with fasting and prayer. Throughout our history, 788 solemn assemblies for national repentance took place!
The blessing of national repentance is not only that God heals and blesses the nation, but also that a passion for His Presence is stirred up in the hearts of the people.
During the Civil War, as President Abraham Lincoln struggled to mend a divided and war-torn nation and recenter Americans around God and prayer, he issued a proclamation on March 30, 1863, calling for a “Day of National Humiliation, Fasting, and Prayer.” The text of Lincoln’s proclamation has pointed lessons for today, as our nation is once again deeply divided. It repeatedly makes reference to God, calls on Americans to turn back to prayer and acknowledges the importance that God plays in human affairs. It was indeed a “call to repent before God” which is appropriate for us today.
“Whereas, the Senate of the United States, devoutly recognizing the Supreme Authority and just Government of Almighty God, in all the affairs of men and of nations, has, by a resolution, requested the President to designate and set apart a day for National prayer and humiliation.
And whereas it is the duty of nations as well as of men, to own their dependence upon the overruling power of God, to confess their sins and transgressions, in humble sorrow, yet with assured hope that genuine repentance will lead to mercy and pardon; and to recognize the sublime truth, announced in the Holy Scriptures and proven by all history, that those nations only are blessed whose God is the Lord.
And, insomuch as we know that, by His divine law, nations like individuals are subjected to punishments and chastisements in this world, may we not justly fear that the awful calamity of civil war, which now desolates the land, maybe but a punishment, inflicted upon us, for our presumptuous sins, to the needful end of our national reformation as a whole People?
We have been the recipients of the choicest bounties of Heaven. We have been preserved, these many years, in peace and prosperity. We have grown in numbers, wealth and power, as no other nation has ever grown. But we have forgotten God. We have forgotten the gracious hand which preserved us in peace, and multiplied and enriched and strengthened us; and we have vainly imagined, in the deceitfulness of our hearts, that all these blessings were produced by some superior wisdom and virtue of our own. Intoxicated with unbroken success, we have become too self-sufficient to feel the necessity of redeeming and preserving grace, too proud to pray to the God that made us! It behooves us then, to humble ourselves before the offended Power, to confess our national sins, and to pray for clemency and forgiveness.
Now, therefore, in compliance with the request, and fully concurring in the views of the Senate, I do, by this my proclamation, designate and set apart Thursday, the 30th day of April, 1863, as a day of national humiliation, fasting and prayer. And I do hereby request all the People to abstain, on that day, from their ordinary secular pursuits, and to unite, at their several places of public worship and their respective homes, in keeping the day holy to the Lord, and devoted to the humble discharge of the religious duties proper to that solemn occasion.
All this being done, in sincerity and truth, let us then rest humbly in the hope authorized by the Divine teachings, that the united cry of the Nation will be heard on high, and answered with blessings, no less than the pardon of our national sins, and the restoration of our now divided and suffering Country, to its former happy condition of unity and peace. Maureen was in tears as she read this aloud, then she asked Ps Ioan to share the story of how this has come full circle. He recounted a meeting we had with other national prayer groups in DC, at which Todd Lamphiere (Paula White’s assistant) said we had a direct line to the Lord through our prayers. Traveling home from that meeting to CA, Ps Ioan passed through Aurora, near Denver, where he had a vision in which a “coup” (to take down the President) would begin in mid-November. He held that inside for a week, then shared it with Maureen, after which we wanted to share it with other mature spiritual leaders, so we told several people about it, and they gave different responses, mostly verbalizing excuses why we couldn’t organize a NDR in such a short time. We felt that if they would not unify and join together in an initiative to repent, we would do what we could as the 24/7 family…and we did! (Note: in November, COVID hit) We were more convinced than ever that National Repentance was the only way to heal our land! In 2022, we issued another call for National Repentance. Again in 2023, Ps Ioan shared that vision with David Clements, who agreed that the only solution for this nation was repentance, and he brought that idea forth in his video LET MY PEOPLE GO! Now, this week’s reading of the entire Bible, from cover to cover, is yet another potential to see that call for repentance come to pass!

“colored” our President’s comments, which were affirming of Israel:
Those words should put a smile on the lips of every Israeli. They should, but it is the opening six words that linger: “Whether people like Israel or not.”
Six innocuous words, easy to glide past, but very revealing of Israel’s current standing in the US.
Israel has just fought shoulder to shoulder – or, more precisely, wing to wing – with the US
in a way the American military can only hope its allies would.
Yet even in that context, Trump felt the need to begin with a caveat.
And that caveat matters.
It acknowledges, first, that there are many who do not like Israel;
it suggests, second, that Israel has shifted from a broadly accepted ally to a debated one;
and it hints, finally, that Israel’s reputation has eroded to the point where even a strong supporter feels the need to brace for pushback before offering praise.
What follows in the tweet reinforces that shift. Trump does not frame Israel in the traditional language of shared values and common ideals. Rather, he praises it in terms of performance: “Courageous, Bold… knows how to WIN.”
