For us to receive and put on the Ephesians 6 “full armor of God” as we begin each hour,
that we might be protected as we continue to “stand in the gap” for our beloved country!
Pray.
The key assignment for the 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call is to intercede hourly
for the safety and security of our President, Donald John Trump,
and to pray for that which pertains to our nation!
We pray for his protection and ask that he be led by the Holy Spirit
so that he will discern truth and act for the good of the nation.
We bless our First Lady, Melania, their marriage and family, and cover them all with the Blood of Jesus.
Pray.
For those leaders God has anointed and appointed, to be elected and work together,
cleaning up corruption and restoring election integrity,
so righteousness will prevail in every race in 2026.
Bring the SCOTUS Justices into alignment with God’s purposes in making their decisions!
Protect all the members of the Trump Administration,
especially the Cabinet, military, law enforcement agencies, such as ICE, FBI, and CBP.
Pray.
For God’s blessing and intervention in the lives of Joe Hoft and Tina Peters,
as they both need miraculous resolutions to the issues threatening and attacking them!
Pray.
We will now spend the next 10 minutes praying for President Trump,
focusing our prayers against any assassination attempts or demonic attacks against him.
Let him remain in good health, so he can serve his entire 4-year term as our 47th US President!”
Pray.
Strategic Focus for Sunday
WELCOME THE KING OF GLORY INTO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
ENGAGING IN A WARFARE OF LOVE, PRAYING FOR THE SALVATION OF OUR NATION
AND THE RESTORATION OF OUR FOUNDING PRINCIPLES – PART 411
“Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving,
let your requests be made known to God;
and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding,
will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”
Philippians 4:6-7

America’s ongoing military campaign against the Islamic Republic of Iran affects Americans as well as Iranians. US Christians have a role to play in bringing petitions before the throne of grace.
“This is where the Church has a distinct and indispensable role —
to stand in prayer, to seek God’s wisdom and protection,
and to engage the battle in the heavenlies with spiritual discernment and steadfast faith.”
-FRC President Tony Perkins
How, then, should Christians pray? God has provided guidance on what and how to pray in His Word, and we can simply pray as the Bible directs us. He offers these 4 suggestions on this Lord’s Day! Let us pray!
1. Pray for America’s Leaders. The Apostle Paul commands the church to pray for government leaders in order that Christians may “lead a peaceful and quiet life.” Paul is not advocating the avoidance of war (which sometimes is necessary) at any cost; he recognizes that the church benefits when civil authorities maintain (or restore) international peace and internal order. Christians can pray for President Trump, for Secretary of War Pete Hegseth, military commanders, members of Congress, and other leaders, that their actions bring about a just and swift conclusion to this conflict. Paul continues, “This is good, and it is pleasing in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth”. 1 Timothy 2:3-4 When governing officials fulfill the duties of their office well, God works that for the advancement of the gospel. Pray that God will give our leaders wisdom. Perkins said. “I believe President Trump made the right decision. Still, there is more unfolding than what appears on the surface. The days ahead may be complex and demanding. Nations that God uses, they need to be used with humility, looking to God and not with arrogance, because we’ve seen … what has happened historically to nations that have not displayed mercy and gone beyond what God had called them to do.” Pastor Jack Hibbs warns: “We may boast in our chariots and our horses, so to speak, but as a nation that is founded upon Judeo-Christian worldview values, that means we appreciate the spiritual realm more. I am grateful also for the military and for Trump’s leadership. That said, we need to tread right now with humility. We need to be talking about how great our God is.” Pray.
2. Pray for America’s Soldiers. Christians can pray for the safety of America’s military members who put their own lives at risk to secure the protection and freedom of those of us who remain at home. Scripture presents military service as a legitimate career path when repentant soldiers (presumably in the Roman army) ask John the Baptist what repentance should look like for them. Instead of telling them to get out of the military, John tells them, “Do not extort money from anyone by threats or by false accusation, and be content with your wages”. Luke 3:14 We pray that our troops always act morally…not target innocent civilians, oppress the weak, or use their position for unjust gain. Scripture teaches that every human life is imbued with value through the image of God reflected in it, hence, a concern for the preservation of human life, even in the context of soldiers at war. Pray.
3. Pray for Iranian Christians. Christians live in their individual nations, but we should be concerned beyond the borders of our own nation because “our citizenship is in heaven.” Philippians 3:20 The fundamental bond of heavenly citizenship is one we share with “a great multitude that no one could number, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages.” Revelation 7:9 That includes our Christian brothers and sisters in Iran, who have endured intense persecution under an anti-Christian regime with a false religion in control! They have experienced firsthand what the saints in Smyrna did. “Behold, the devil is about to throw some of you into prison, that you may be tested, and for ten days you will have tribulation. Be faithful unto death, and I will give you the crown of life”. Revelation 2:10 We pray for Christians in Iran suffering similar tribulation, that their faithful testimony will be a witness that ignites a fire of the Spirit in that dark and ancient land. (Pastor Hibbs said, “Let’s pray for 93 million people (the entire population of Iran) to come to the saving knowledge of Jesus.” Pray.
4. Pray for the Iranian People. While the plight of Iranian believers deserves our full attention, we should also set our sights further in prayer…“As we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone, and especially to those who are of the household of faith.” Galatians 6:10 Since Jimmy Carter’s administration, the Iranian people have lived under a repressive regime radicalized by the false religion of Islam. The Islamic Republic of Iran cared less about the welfare of its people than the destruction of Israel and the United States — especially by means of conventional and nuclear missiles. Life under such a government is nearly impossible…as it is based on a culture of death! Proverbs 14:34 illustrates this principle: “When the righteous increase, the people rejoice, but when the wicked rule, the people groan”, as does Proverbs 29:2 “Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people.” Pray.
Christians have solid Biblical grounds to pray that God would give the Iranian people a government that rules righteously and avoids wickedness and oppression. Ps Hibbs reflected: “Throughout Scripture, God shows the underdog winning — like David against Goliath, because David was dependent upon God. That doesn’t mean that a Goliath can’t fall on his knees and repent. There’s nothing wrong with being a giant that knows the Lord. As believers, I think we should be rooting for righteousness, not so much victory. Without righteousness, there cannot be a revival in a beautiful church that can win people to Christ.”
Remember: “The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working…and avails much!” James 5:16 Perkins said: “We’re talking about appealing to the King of Kings, the Lord of Lords.” and “with confidence” we can “draw near to the throne of grace” Hebrews 4:16. Pray.
We pray:
Lord, we thank you for this opportunity to focus on those who are in the midst of the battle: the people of Iran and the members of the military that are fighting for their freedom. We ask that You will use all the circumstances they’re facing to bring many into Your Kingdom. Pray.
For physical safety and peace in their hearts, even in the midst of the conflict, and an openness to the promptings of your Holy Spirit… that will lead them to You. Pray.
That the people of our nation will stand alongside President Trump, and remain engaged in this BATTLE TO SAVE AMERICA until VICTORY is won! Pray.
Protect, strengthen, and cover our 24/7 family in the Blood of Jesus. Bring in mature Christian men and women, and call the younger generation to this assignment with us, as we pray for our President and our beloved nation! Prepare us for our NEXT STEPS in this Battle to Save America! Pray.
