Jun 20, 2025 – Notes Shabbat Call
06-20-25 Notes from the “International SHABBAT Celebration”
24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call
Ps Ioan led us as we entered the call tonight, and then Maureen shared this message received from Sandy (TX).
“At this crucial hour, Iran’s regime depends on control, rules through surveillance, economic, leverage, and media domination. Every one of these pillars is now under attack. The Internet blackout is a desperate attempt to maintain control. The cyber attacks dismantle covert operations. The psychological tactics, like threats to release user data, sow fear into the hearts of even those loyal to the regime. The West must recognized that the battlefield of the future is already here. Bombs and bullets are still deadly, but code and Cash are just as lethal. Israel‘s campaign demonstrates that you can weaken a regime, turn its people against it and dismantle its lifelines, all without deploying a single soldier.” (from Sandy – TX)
We receive the Ephesians 6 “armor of God,” so that we are enabled to fulfill our assignment to engage in the BATTLE OF THE BRIDE…A WARFARE OF LOVE on behalf of our President and nation! Rosanna (ME) led us in this prayer.
“Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints.“
Ephesians 6:10-18
We prayed, asking that we would wear this armor with the grace and dignity it truly deserves!

Audra (FL), who has just returned today from Israel, has been there during the entire war with Iran. We are grateful for her safe return, and continue to pray for Debbie and Daniel who still remain in the Land. Audra (who was in Finland for a conference prior to entering the Land), shared about praying with a government official there who told her that Finland stands with Israel. Her heart was grateful for their support for Israel! Then she went into Israel, accompanied by her son Jordan and his wife, Karis, and had the privilege of being admitted to places in the OLD CITY that tourists never see. Their guide also took them to the border with Gaza and they prayed over the region…declaring Welcome to the King of Glory! The Lord will also roar out of Zion and said that the Lion of Judah is roaring through us as we are interceding.
Before she left on the trip, God told her that He trusted her…because she trusted Him…and she would need to trust Him in the coming days. She noted that this is the 77th year of Israel being a nation…(* the number 7 is completion) and she felt as if God was saying that He wanted them to complete 2 conflicts this year! She said that she stayed in Israel with a Jewish family, and were safe there. Every time the alarm goes off, they took shelter, but were strong in believing that they needed to defeat their enemies, and even let their children go out in between alerts! They are resilient and keep going every day. Their hostess had been looking for a church to take them to on Sunday, but with the alarms going off, Audra gratefully said that they were OK and could pray there.
She believes that God is stretching us at this hour, and we must be committed to pray more…for the people in Israel and those in harm’s way! As they left Israel, the family they were staying with drove them to the border of Jordan, and then declared Psalm 24 over the country of Jordan. Then they transferred to the car of an authorized driver. When an alarm went off, they were in an Arab town, and the Jewish driver said it wasn’t safe to stop in that town…so they just kept driving. When a 2nd alarm went off, they had to get out of the car and lie in a ditch as rockets flew overhead! (She looked up and took pictures!) Later, they got back in the car and drove the rest of the way to the airport and were able to fly home through Dubai this afternoon!
She exhorted us to be the warriors we are for we are being so effective. We must trust him and obey His commands…she said the rocket that hit the hospital was overhead at the same time…and could well have been one of the ones they saw!
She noted her family involvement with Israel: It started with her grandfather went to Israel in 1967, and her parents went, then she went in 2018 and took her children. It was her daughter in law, who had insisted they go at this time…for God told her that He would meet her there. (on the way home, she said she’d go back tomorrow!) It delights her heart that her children loved Israel and will continue the family tradition of being involved in the land.
We prayed corporately for Israel then took individual prayers.
Tesi (FL) feels that Audra’s experience is common to so many who go to Israel…they feel that they are at
home and would return in a heartbeat! She also prayed for Debbie and Daniel to return safely.
Cindy (SC) Thanked God for the testimony of Audra and her excitement about Israel.
Rosanna (ME) prayed for the Jewish couple Audra stayed with and that they would come to know Messiah.
Fifi (SC) the Jewish people are so grateful for the Christians that pray for them.
Tesi (FL) recently, she was speaking to a Jewish girl who has become Messianic, because she sees the love that Christians have for them, and stand with them.
Audrey (CA) 2 Kings 13:23 “But the Lord was gracious to them, had compassion on them, and regarded them, because of His covenant with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and would not yet destroy them or cast them from His Presence.” We bless Israel, for they are doing what they are doing for the rest of the world! Open eyes to stand with Israel. A notion of 10 M is standing up for the whole globe. Be grateful to them and proud of them.
Bev (MT) Audra was a manifestation of God’s love. Bev shared a poem that said: “Let the love of my God shine through me…”
Desiree (NY) sang Psalm 125:2 “As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so the Lord surrounds His people from this time forth and forever.”
Special Prayer request: Lucy (FL) asked us to pray with her for her 12-year-old grandson’s brain aneurysm, tests for a serious medical problem with their 14 year-old granddaughter. That God would give her strength and peace as she and her husband move forward with God‘s grace through it all. She prayed that their faith not fail, and that this will only make us all stronger in the Lord. We lifted her and her family members.

Trump administration boosts monitoring of possible Iran-backed cells in US, as President Trump weighs strikes in Iran As President Trump is contemplating potential U.S. strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities, law enforcement officials have stepped up surveillance of Iran-backed operatives in the United States. FBI Director Kash Patel has increased efforts to monitor possible domestic sleeper cells linked to Hezbollah — a US-designated foreign terrorist organization backed by Iran — since Israel’s Operation Rising Lion offensive began earlier this month
We prayed corporately against any terrorist activity here in the United States, then offered individual prayers!
Carolann (NY) prayed that events and conferences scheduled throughout the summer will be protected and not cancelled because of threats of the enemy! Give them all supernatural protection and shield them from the enemy!
Ps Ioan asked us to pray and ask the Holy Spirit to expose any activity in our own areas!
Cindy (LA) protect our law enforcement officers as they scope out all the evildoers and apprehend them before they can act against us. “Deliver me in Your righteousness, and cause me to escape;
Incline Your ear to me, and save me. Be my strong refuge,To which I may resort continually; You have given the commandment to save me,For You are my rock and my fortress. Deliver me, O my God, out of the hand of the wicked, out of the hand of the unrighteous and cruel man.” Psalm 71:2-4
Audrey (CA) lives in the midst of an area that has been flooded with Muslims and mosques, where the government caters to them in so many ways. Multiple families live in the same house, and their children dominate in the schools. It’s a little Mecca. Let us be watchful and expose any cells near us!
Desiree (NY) they are right under our noses, and we are still asleep and unaware! “The sons of Issachar who had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do, their chiefs were two hundred; and all their brethren were at their command.” 1 Chronicles 12;32
Mary Ellen (IL) just had a vision of ripping the covers off of someone’s head…EXPOSURE! “Come, my people, enter your chambers, and shut your doors behind you; hide yourself, as it were, for a little moment, until the indignation is past. For behold, the Lord comes out of His place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity;the earth will also disclose her blood, and will no more cover her slain.” Isaiah 26:20-21
Angela (CA) “Get up, sanctify the people, and say, ‘Sanctify yourselves for tomorrow, because thus says the Lord God of Israel: “There is an accursed thing in your midst, O Israel; you cannot stand before your enemies until you take away the accursed thing from among you.” Joshua 7:13 and “Thus says the Lord: ‘Do not learn the way of the Gentiles; Do not be dismayed at the signs of heaven, For the Gentiles are dismayed at them.” Jeremiah 10:2 and “The Lord brings the counsel of the nations to nothing; He makes the plans of the peoples of no effect.” Psalm 33:10 Thank You for delivering Your Church from false religion…and of being tolerant of things that offend You, Lord. Uproot these false religions; they are no longer welcome in the USA. Their teachings are no longer welcome in our school systems. These idol worshipers will become so uncomfortable here that they will no longer be able to operate here. You will not worship them in peace here.
Ps Ioan said that at an Isacchar conference he attended, the speaker said every mosque is a power station. As they go to those places, they submit to the demonic there. They need to inhabit humans, so that they can carry them into places in the world! He asked if we believe that the Lord knows where every single terrorist cell is located? ASK Him to reveal and show them to us!
Audra said God trusts us…and Ps Ioan heard that (we have it in our early 24/7 notes!) Maureen also was given a word about trust…early in her adult walk with the Lord! He prayed that we receive the alert He is giving us tonight…so we will hear His voice and do what we must to stop the attack on our nation! Maureen shared a song the Lord gave her years ago, to strengthen her trust in Him…”I have not trusted You the way You want me to, I now intend to do that, O Lord…to do what You’ve called me to! “ and then she invited us to pause and ask the Lord to give us the grace to trust HIm the way He wants us to, so that He can trust us! We paused to reflect, and deal with the Lord individually. Then Ps Ioan closed this with prayer, saying HINENI! Here we are, Lord!
~~~
Sahar Smith (VA) joined the call and gave us an update on her post campaign activity! She said that all that she had need of, the people of the CHURCH provided! What ever came up, they prayed and it worked out! They went over things that would have made their campaign better, such as follow up…but she honestly says she depended on HIm in every way, and BROUGHT GOD’s LIGHT TO THE CAMPAIGN…focusing on faith in God, love of family, and life. She had stayed in touch with the other candidates, and tonight, she just received a text from the man (Greg) who won the seat. He asked if she had any campaign debts, and offered to pay it off! We all were concerned when President Trump was denied the 2020 election, but now we see God’s purposes in that. I have more of an awareness of and have just gotten my feet wet, and probably will do this again! Melissa was a God-send and helped me get organized, did my website, sent out mailing, et al!
We prayed corporately for Sahar and the future God has for her! Then Desiree and Viviana greeted her, as the 3 of them had been together in DC 8½ years ago! (See them in red, white and blue with the 24/7 group below.) Sahar closed this portion of the call out in prayer and blessed the 24/7 family,
Sahar Smith (right center – in white) with the 24/7 team in DC, January 19, 2017
~~~
Just before 9 PM, we paused to remember all who were and still are J6 prisoners.
We continue to stand with them and their families until we see them free,
returned to their lives and loved ones, and compensated for the injustices they have suffered!
Viviana led us in singing the National Anthem from all across the nation.

Statements by President Trump
When a Federal Judge shot down Gavin Newsom’s suit against President Trump, the President was handed a Victory re: the National Guard troop deployment. This was our President’s response:
“BIG WIN in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals on the President’s core power to call in the National Guard!
The Judges obviously realized that Gavin “Newscum” is incompetent and ill prepared,
but this is much bigger than Gavin, because all over the United States,
if our Cities, and our people, need protection, we are the ones to give it to them
should State and Local Police be unable, for whatever reason, to get the job done.
This is a Great Decision for our Country,
and we will continue to protect and defend Law abiding Americans.
Congratulations to the Ninth Circuit, America is proud of you tonight!”
It is critical for the President to have full authority to deal with situations, as in CA! We prayed into it!
Desiree (NY) there will be no stepping over his authority!
John (NJ) thank You for the court’s recognition of President Trump’s lawful authority, and for his ability to
use force to protect the law enforcement officials from rocks, and other objects that would harm them!
Ps Ioan said that the Governor of CA and the Mayor of LA have blamed President Trump and then
lied to the people by saying these were “mostly peaceful protests!”
~~~
On Monday, Senator John Fetterman (PA) took to social media to criticize Democrats for prioritizing illegal aliens over federal immigration officials who enforce the law against those in the U.S. illegally, particularly those convicted of serious crimes. In an X post that contained photos of violence stemming from riots in Los Angeles that have rocked the city for days, the PA freshman senator stressed that he supported peaceful protests, not attacks on law enforcement and property destruction. “I unapologetically stand for free speech, peaceful demonstrations, and immigration—but this is not that. This is anarchy and true chaos. My party loses the moral high ground when we refuse to condemn setting cars on fire, destroying buildings, and assaulting law enforcement.”
Marsha (CA) we were all so concerned about him when he first came into office, with his recovering health issues, and now we rejoice in him! Our team going to PA was a big part of that. He is not afraid to be different…and he has shown a sense of righteousness that others do not! We do not know if he is a believer, but if not, we ask for his salvation, and that he would be made to feel welcome by believers, and those conservatives who can bring him into the right alignment! Let him be encouraged!
Lois (NY) let his be the first voice of many that will speak sense into the “non-sense” of the Democrats! Give the others courage to speak up!
Marsha (CA) he 100% supports Israel, and seems to have received from the stroke…and his being elected allowed Dr Oz to be part of the MAHA team!
Sharon (CA) asked for God’s mercy for total healing for him..and now, he has said he is a “liberal”. Whatever You’re mission for him is, let it be fulfilled. LEt him continue to speak out TRUTH…and more truth to come forth…and all that is good, pleasant, kind…let it come forth from him!
John (NJ) thanked God for his healing and complete 180 turn around from the divisiveness of the left. He is free of the left, lunatic policies, and we call him into the Kingdom, as the first of many who will come to the Kingdom!
Barb (WI) He was a Democrat, and when he returned from the hospital and was recovering from the stroke, he started to change…and God got his heart!
Tom Homan, BORDER CZAR: “When they double down, we triple down! So, the Men and Women of ICE are going to keep standing up, they’re going to keep doing the job. They’re working for the Greatest President in my Lifetime…His Success on the Border — We’ve got the Most Secure Border in the History of the Nation today. Criminal Threats, Illegal Alien Criminal Threats, arrested and deported, are at a Record High, much higher than Joe Biden! I really, truly believe President Trump is doing the right thing for the American People…THE BIG BEAUTIFUL BILL, we need the Senate to get off their butts, and pass this Bill. More money means we can do more — We can arrest more Public Safety threats, we can arrest more National Security threats, so Congress needs to pass that Bill, and give ICE and Border Patrol the tools and resources they need to GET THIS JOB DONE!”
~~~
Statement from the National Border Patrol Council: “In May of 2024, the Biden Administration released 62,000 illegal aliens into the United States. One year later, and only five months under the extraordinary leadership of President Trump, there were ZERO illegal aliens released into the interior of the United States. THANK YOU PRESIDENT TRUMP FOR THE STRONG SUPPORT AND FOR ALWAYS PUTTING AMERICA FIRST!!!”
The Border is a BIG ISSUE, and we give thanks to the Lord for the deportations of those who entered illegally and have done so much harm to our people!

During our last half hour of the SHABBAT CALL, Ps Ioan shared about how, when we visited the site of Wm Penn’s gravesite in England, in the prayer room, we waited (Quaker style) to hear the voice of the Lord and then shared what we heard. He also shared that he was in another Quaker house of worship In Talbot MD, and received a word about friendship! As he has studied it out, these are the notes he shared with us, hoping to help people come to a place of friendship with the Lord! In Athens, when they met Ian Watkins (UK), Ps Ioan heard the Lord say: “THANK YOU FOR COMING!” He told us that the most common phrase used between friends is “Thank you!” He was excited to think that the Lord considered us to be His friends. When we were in Mt Shasta (in May 2024) for an assignment, the Lord said the same thing: “Thank you for coming.”
He shared his study notes with us below! It’s all about FAITH…and the struggle to obey all the commandments of Moses, then reduced by David, then Isaiah, then Micah, then Isaiah again…until we come to Habakkuk 2:4, who says “the righteous shall live by faith!” As you look to the notes below, you will see all the places Paul described the faith of Jesus, as “the Author and Perfector / Finisher of faith!” He declared that when someone believes in Jesus and gives their life to Him, receiving Him as Savior and Lord, he is saved and becomes a child of God!
When Ps Ioan read John 15: 1-17, the words of vs 13-15 jumped off the pages for him:
“Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends.
You are My friends if you do whatever I command you.
No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing;
but I have called you friends, for all things that I heard from My Father I have made known to you.”
When we put our faith in Him and accept His sacrifice, we are considered as His friends. As a friend, we listen and then share from our hearts, and we expect that our friends will do the same! Jesus is the same…and He says: ASK ME FOR WHAT YOU NEED! He is our Friend and encourages us to ask Him for whatever we need! We also are willing to listen to Him and do whatever He asks of us, what we need to do in order to be in the right relationship with Him! ALL FOR JESUS.

The Just Shall Live by Faith
v’tzaddik be’emunato yich’yeh
“But the just shall live by his faith.” (Habakkuk 2:4)
THE TALMUD (Makkot 23b-24a) says,
“Moses gave Israel 613 commandments;
David reduced them to eleven (Psalm 15)
1 Lord, who may abide in Your tabernacle? Who may dwell in Your holy hill?
2 He who walks uprightly, and works righteousness, and speaks the truth in his heart;
3 He who does not backbite with his tongue, nor does evil to his neighbor, nor does he take up a reproach against his friend;
4 In whose eyes a vile person is despised, but he honors those who fear the Lord;
He who swears to his own hurt and does not change;
5 He who does not put out his money at usury, nor does he take a bribe against the innocent. He who does these things shall never be moved.
Isaiah reduced them to six (Isaiah 33: 14-16)
The sinners in Zion are afraid; fearfulness has seized the hypocrites:
“Who among us shall dwell with the devouring fire? Who among us shall dwell with everlasting burnings?”
15 He who walks righteously and speaks uprightly, He who despises the gain of oppressions,
Who gestures with his hands, refusing bribes, Who stops his ears from hearing of bloodshed,
And shuts his eyes from seeing evil:
16 He will dwell on high; His place of defense will be the fortress of rocks; Bread will be given him,
Micah reduced them to three (Micah 6: 8)
He has shown you, O man, what is good; And what does the Lord require of you
But to do justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?
Isaiah reduced them again to two (Isaiah 56:1)
“Keep justice, and do righteousness, for My salvation is about to come,
And My righteousness to be revealed.
but it was Habakkuk 2:4 who gave the one essential commandment: v’tzaddik be’emunato yich’yeh, literally, “the righteous, by his faithfulness – shall live.”
In the New Testament, the apostle Paul had earlier distilled the various commandments of the Torah to this same principle of faith:
Romans 1: 17-17
16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for there is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.
17 For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “The just shall live by faith.”
Galatians 3:11
10 For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse; for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who does not continue in all things which are written in the book of the law, to do them.” 11 But that no one is [d]justified by the law in the sight of God is evident, for “the just shall live by faith.”
Hebrews 10:35-39
35 Therefore do not cast away your confidence, which has great reward. 36 For you have need of endurance, so that after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise:
37 “For yet a little while, and He who is coming will come and will not tarry.
38 Now the just shall live by faith; But if anyone draws back, My soul has no pleasure in him.”
39 But we are not of those who draw back to [o]perdition, but of those who believe to the saving of the soul.
This small phrase, consisting of only three Hebrew words, is perhaps the pivotal axis upon
which our salvation turns, since it distills the requirement that we are justified by our faith in
God, and not by “works of righteousness which we have done”
Titus 3:4-7
4 But when the kindness and the love of God our Savior toward man appeared,
5 not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit,
6 whom He poured out on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior,
7 that having been justified by His grace we should become heirs according to the hope of eternal life.
The Hebrew word translated as “faith” (emunah, derived from the Hebrew root ‘aman, meaning
to nourish, to make firm and strong), is perhaps better translated as “faithfulness” or “loyalty,”. Emunah suggests perseverance, fidelity, and steadfastness — notwithstanding appearances or circumstances that might tempt us to waver or hesitate in our commitment.
Our behavior will reveal what we really believe; and what we really believe will become manifest in our behavior.
Just as we were declared tzaddik – “righteous” – by trusting in the finished work of Jesus as our Sin Bearer before the Father, so we are to live (chai) in the same way – by means of trusting in God’s daily provision. We were freely justified when we first came to the Lord in our brokenness, and we are freely sanctified by continuing to trust that God will sustain us throughout our lives.
God is called El Emunah – “the Faithful God,” and the tzaddik shall live by putting his or her trust in the faithfulness and righteousness of the Lord Jesus Christ, “whom God made our wisdom and our righteousness and sanctification and redemption.”
1 Corinthians 1:27-31
27 But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty;
28 and the [m]base things of the world and the things which are despised God has chosen, and the things which are not, to bring to nothing the things that are,
29 that no flesh should glory in His presence.
30 But of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who became for us wisdom from God—and righteousness and sanctification and redemption—
31 that, as it is written, “He who glories, let him glory in the Lord.”
Jesus is the Author and Finisher of our faith
Hebrews 12:1-2
1 Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us,
2 looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Galatians 2:16

Philippians 3:9
And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith. (KJV)
Ephesians 2:4-9
4 But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us,
5 even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved),
6 and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,
7 that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.
8 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God,
9 not of works, lest anyone should boast.
A sinner has no perception of the Kingdom of God
John 3
1 There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews:
2 The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him.
3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother’s womb, and be born?
5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.
εἴδω / eidō
I’-do
properly to see (literally or figuratively); to know: – be aware, behold, perceive, see, be sure, understand
A sinner, a person who is not born again, can not understand or perceive the Kingdom of God with any of his/her cognitive faculties. The sin creates a wall of separation between the sinner and God.
The first spiritual sense that is restored by God Himself is the hearing.
John 3
8 The wind – Spirit /pneuma bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound – voice thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.
9 Nicodemus answered and said unto him, How can these things be?
10 Jesus answered and said unto him, Art thou the master – teacher of Israel, and knowest not these things?
Romans 10
16 But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report – hearing?
17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word – rhematos of God.
αρα η πιστις εξ ακοης η δε ακοη δια ρηματος θεου
We live only in the present time. For this reason, we can hear the voice of the Lord by the Holy Spirit only NOW! It is called rhema – the utterance of Lord Jesus, of the living word.
The Message of Salvation to All
Romans 10
5 For Moses describeth the righteousness which is of the law, That the man which doeth those things shall live by them.
6 But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down from above:)
7 Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.)
8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word – rhema of faith – pisteos, which we preach;
9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
12 For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Summary
Jesus Christ is the Author and Perfecter of Faith.
Through His Faith, Jesus Christ has once and for all acquired righteousness / justice for all people in all times.
Anyone who believes in the Lord Jesus Christ and calls on His name is saved.
By believing in the heart righteousness is obtained and by confessing with the mouth salvation is reached.
The faith which leads to salvation is born when a sinner receives in his heart the word / rhema of faith and believes the testimony of the Lord Jesus Christ given by the Holy Spirit.
When a sinful man believes in the Lord Jesus and receives Him in his heart as Lord and Savior, he is born again by the Holy Spirit and becomes a child of God.
All the work of our salvation is by Grace, by Faith. Amen! Amen!

The Friends of our Lord Jesus Christ
No One Ever Cared for Me Like Jesus
By Charles F. Weigle
I would love to tell you what I think of Jesus, since I found in Him a friend so strong and true;
I would tell you how He changed my life completely, He did something that no other friend could do.
Refrain:
No one ever cared for me like Jesus, there’s no other friend so kind as He;
No one else could take the sin and darkness from me, O how much He cared for me.
All my life was full of sin when Jesus found me, all my heart was full of misery and woe;
Jesus placed His strong and loving arms about me, and He led me in the way I ought to go.
Ev’ry day He comes to me with new assurance. More and more I understand His words of love;
But I’ll never know just why He came to save me, ‘til some day I see His blessed face above.

What a Friend we have in Jesus
1 What a Friend we have in Jesus, all our sins and griefs to bear!
What a privilege to carry everything to God in prayer!
O what peace we often forfeit, O what needless pain we bear,
all because we do not carry everything to God in prayer!
2 Have we trials and temptations? Is there trouble anywhere?
We should never be discouraged; take it to the Lord in prayer!
Can we find a friend so faithful who will all our sorrows share?
Jesus knows our every weakness; take it to the Lord in prayer!
3 Are we weak and heavy laden, cumbered with a load of care?
Precious Savior, still our refuge– take it to the Lord in prayer!
Do your friends despise, forsake you? Take it to the Lord in prayer!
In his arms he’ll take and shield you; you will find a solace there.
John 15: 1-17
1 “I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser.
2 Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit.
3 You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you.
4 Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me.
5 “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.
6 If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned.
7 If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.
8 By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples.
9 “As the Father loved Me, I also have loved you; abide in My love.
10 If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love.
11 “These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full.
12 This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.
13 Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends.
14 You are My friends if you do whatever I command you.
15 No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I heard from My Father I have made known to you.
16 You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you.
17 These things I command you, that you love one another.
When a sinner believes in his heart that Jesus died on the cross for him and confesses with his mouth that Jesus is his Lord, he proclaims that Jesus loves him with the greatest love and that Jesus considers him His friend.
Believing the Word of God and the testimony of the Holy Spirit we become friends with Jesus not by deeds but by faith.
After we realize the reality of friendship with Jesus, we want to do only what is pleasing Him. We want to hear His voice continually and fulfill His desires. That means to maintain the relationship of friendship with Him. Listening and doing what our Good Friend is asking us, proves that we care and want to increase our friendship with Him. Doing whatever He commands us if normal in a friendship. He encourages us to ask Him all the time what we need, in prayers and supplications.
As we individually are friends with Jesus, we must be friends with one and other.
When we experience His incredible love, which materialized in His sacrifice for us,
we receive Him as our Savior! We understand instantly…He loves me and that I am His friend!
