As we began our call on this, Day 54 of the first 100 days of the Trump Administration, Elon’s ship is about to take off to retrieve the astronauts that were abandoned by the Biden administration. We pray for a safe launch, trip, and return. Thank You, Lord! We stand with President Trump, VP Vance and those of this administration, asking that You protect and inspire them as they serve Your purposes for our nation and people!
We prayed together to receive the Ephesians 6 “armor of God” led by Troy (CA).
“Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.
Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers,
against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day,
and having done all, to stand.
Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth,
having put on the breastplate of righteousness,
and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.
And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God;
praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit.”

PURIM
March 13th-14th, 2025
The Jewish holiday of Purim is celebrated every year on the 14th of the Hebrew month of Adar (late winter / early spring). Purim 2025 began yesterday evening, March 13, and continues through tonight, Shabbat, March 14 (extending through Sunday in Jerusalem). It commemorates the Divinely orchestrated salvation of the Jewish people in the ancient Persian empire from Haman’s plot “to destroy, kill and annihilate all the Jews, young and old, infants and women, in a single day.” It literally means “lots” in the ancient Persian language. Purim was named as Haman had thrown lots to determine when he would carry out his diabolical scheme, as recorded in the Megillah (book of Esther).
What is the Purim story? The Persian Empire of the 4th century BCE extended over 127 lands, and all the Jews were its subjects. When King Ahasuerus had his wife, Queen Vashti, deposed for failing to follow his orders, he arranged a beauty pageant to find a new queen. A Jewish girl, Hadassah (Esther), found favor in his eyes and became the new queen, though she refused to divulge her nationality. Meanwhile, the Jew-hating Haman was appointed prime minister of the empire. Mordechai, the leader of the Jews (and Esther’s cousin), defied the king’s orders and refused to bow to Haman, who became incensed, and convinced the king to issue a decree ordering the extermination of all the Jews on the 13th of Adar, a date chosen by a lottery Haman made.
Mordechai galvanized all the Jews, convincing them to repent, fast and pray to G‑d. Meanwhile, Esther asked the king and Haman to join her for a feast. At a subsequent feast, Esther revealed to the king her Jewish identity. Haman was hanged, Mordechai was appointed prime minister in his stead, and a new decree was issued, granting the Jews the right to defend themselves against their enemies.
On the 13th of Adar, the Jews mobilized and killed many of their enemies. On the 14th of Adar, they rested and celebrated. In the capital city of Shushan, they took one more day to finish the job.
What are Purim observances?
Reading the Book of Esther (the Megillah), which recounts the story of the Purim miracle. (This is done once on the eve of Purim and then again on the following day.)
Giving money gifts to at least two poor people.
Sending gifts of two kinds of food to at least one person.
A festive Purim feast, which often includes wine or other intoxicating beverages.
We prayed corporately and then took individual prayers:
Carol (NY) though Your Name was not mentioned in the Book of Esther, You received GLORY as Your
people were empowered to stand and protect themselves and defeat the enemy!
Maureen said there is a parallel with what is taking place as President Trump, unlike the Biden administration, has extended his protection to Israel!
Bev (MT) when Esther was told to go before the king, she waited until he held out the scepter. We too wait for You, Lord, to expend the scepter to us and to Your people Israel!
Albert (CA) spoke of what has taken place at the city gates…and how what has been done there will not return void.
Maureen reminded us that Esther played such a prominent role as we started the 24/7 NSPC over 8 years ago…and is still playing out and being resolved today…through DJT’s election. Ps Ioan noted that in Esther 8:8 the king told Esther and Mordacai: “You yourselves write a decree concerning the Jews, as you please, in the king’s name, and seal it with the king’s signet ring; for whatever is written in the king’s name and sealed with the king’s signet ring no one can revoke.” There is a parallel to what is now taking place here in the USA!

A GOVERNMENT SHUTDOWN HAS NOW BEEN AVERTED. The Senate on Friday narrowly averted a government shutdown at midnight, passing a GOP-written stopgap spending measure. The final vote on the measure, which funds the government through September 30, 2025, was 54 to 46, nearly along party lines. The key vote came earlier, when after days of Democratic agonizing, Senator Chuck Schumer of New York, the minority leader, and nine other Democrats joined Republicans in allowing it to advance, effectively thwarting a potential filibuster by their own party in a bid to prevent a shutdown.

We prayed corporately in thanksgiving for all that the Lord is doing in the hearts and minds of the members of Congress. We offered individual prayer:
Bernadette (NY) asked that God touch Zelenskyy’s heart so he will give the troops permission to surrender so they will live!
Velvon (OK) prayed into the Schumer decision to vote so the filibuster was broken and the bill passed! He prayed for President Trump to continue to put the Dems in “traps” that they must cooperate with his agenda.
Annette (NY) offered a sacrifice of praise for all He is doing…and for the coming harvest that will bring true Revival!

Selema (NC) read Matthew 5:44 I am rejoicing at what is taking place now with President Trump. She is praying for his enemies…for misguided people believing the lies about DJT! Have mercy on those who are misled, and show them the TRUTH!

Tonight, we have a special Murray Bauer, is a Federal Government employee, working as the Deputy Agent in charge of NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) in the fisheries department. He deals with 5 continents from his office in HI, and is married to Suzanne (ME), who will introduce him to us tonight.. He will share with us what he is going through as a government employee and we will pray for him!
“A government employee’s view of the spiritual and physical war in the American Government
• President Trump and Elon Musk’s shock and awe blitz on the federal government have placed government agencies in complete disarray.
• After President Trump’s first term, where the bureaucracy and deep state acted against him his entire time in office, and following the attacks on him over the past four years, this cleaning out is not only needed, but required.
• However, they are moving so quickly that their efforts appear unorganized and lack any agreed strategic agenda, with conflicting ideas/initiatives occurring simultaneously, leading to massive confusion.
There are political incentives to show quick wins on reductions in government spending and size, leading to proposed changes that gut pay, medical and retirement benefits. People are creatures of behavior and fear change until the fear of things staying the same become greater than the fear of change. The uncertainty and distrust with all the proposals and actions reinforces the fear of change and is keeping many in place, whom may otherwise consider leaving. Conversely others are leaving immediately, leaving gaps, which flows into the next issue.
• Leeches do not let go of their host until there is nothing left, or until they are forcibly removed. The result is that many of the unproductive people being targeted by DOGE are the ones who are riding it out until they are fired, forced out, or given a taxpayer payout to retire.
• How I view this situation is akin the God’s command to the Israelites, in the Old Testament, to remove the people when entering the Promised Land. This was to prevent intermingling and their pagan cultures from corrupting them and leading them away from the Lord.
• Likewise, President Trump needs to cleanse government agencies from bloat, deep state and the globalists that act against him, the American people and constitution. Yet, he does not know exactly who these people are, but for ensuring public support by showing quick action, has acted indiscriminately against the entire federal workforce, purposefully demeaning and discouraging employees in their messaging to federal employees, in order to get them to leave.
o While it is somewhat effective, many leaders have verbally declared President Trump and Elon the enemy and are digging in to fight and I have seen more productive employees leaving rather than the unproductive, who have dug in deeper and are trying to hang on.
o Yet the ones who appropriated all the waste and abuse are those in Congress and political appointees, who are not yet the targets of efforts. Rather, lower-level government employees have faced the greatest impacts of efforts to date. This exasperates the feeling and cries of injustice and turns government employees against the administration.
• Conversely, God and President Trump need to retain righteous individuals in government service whom God has commissioned to bring in righteous governance.
o Those that supported and voted for Trump, now see uncertainty in their finances and job security and are beginning to regret their support and turn against the administration.
o The lie being used by Satan is that God is not going to clearly communicate or spare them and we will end up in a situation facing negative impacts so they should flee now while they can. This may be to another agency that one thinks may provide greater safety (i.e. immigration enforcement despite that is not where called God them to be) or leaving the government altogether.
o This attack has been effective and prompted me and many others to prepare to leave (retirement), despite God giving both my wife and I dreams and prophetic words of at least two more missions in the government sphere. Satan wants those that God commissioned in this sphere to leave and not fulfil their calling.
There are two attacks going on, one by the administration to quickly and significantly reduce government staffing, but this has been done indiscriminately by dehumanizing and demeaning employees at large which has pushed out more good than bad, but maybe reducing numbers which is a goal in and of itself.
Whereas, Satan wants to push out the righteous that God and President Trump need to remain in and reform government agencies to fulfill God’s command and principles of a righteous government. His attacks are causing those called to question their future and the Lord’s call on their life.
• I have consistently raised issues I feel are unjust and immoral, including facing a panel of senior leaders and agency attorneys for refusing to enforce a priority mission that I felt was simply an attack on the American people. Though I won that battle and others, it has cost me financially and professionally. In addition to refusing the COVID vaccine under a religious exemption, which our names were added to a noncompliance list, standing for biblical values and righteousness got me kicked out of DC at the end of President Trump’s first term, and I was replaced by outsiders with no knowledge or experience in our mission and who just do what they are told, negatively impacting and moving us backwards by years, if not decades.
• We know our Heavenly Father sent me to my current position, using the Holy Spirit’s words from a half dozen prophetic individuals, miraculous events, and dreams to me and my wife. I have been in Hawaii for a year and three months, as a geographic bachelor, doubling my living expenses with no increase in pay, while I have two kids in college. Additionally, what it costs me to be here is equivalent to the reduced income I would have received if I just retired, so I am essentially working for free. Yet, I had consulting offers in which I could make $100K a year, in addition to my retirement income, so in following the Lord’s prompting, I earn less while living alone 5,200 miles away from my wife, son, home and possessions; losing the last 6 months with my daughter before she moved out on her own, and the last couple years with my son before he goes out on his own. Furthermore, to stay and not retire, under current proposals in Congressional bills, I risk losing financially in decreased benefits over the next decade. In return for these negative financial risks, I spend most of my time managing chaos and not being able to do what I feel I was sent to accomplish because of the current dysfunction.
• We are in a Gideon moment in which my staffing and resources are reduced to a level that I am not able to accomplish the mission, despite that I was finally raised into a position to implement what I spent nearly 15 years advocating for. There is no way to accomplish what I need to do without our Heavenly Father’s direct intervention and action. So why stay? Yet, He has not given either me or Suzanne any new words or dreams to change course, and we are doing what he last told us to do, until he gives us new instructions.
• I am not the only one in this position, though the impacts to others and their situations span along a continuum.
• I have hung on prophetic words (Elijah streams/list) and Give Him 15 that God is moving His people forward and going before them so that they can step into prominent places and that they will not struggle like before. (though don’t recall if this was the word or my interpretation of the word) These words seem deceptive right now in the natural, at least for many of us, as I am embattled in more warfare than ever before and I am not seeing accomplishments in my mission. Though, God may have cleared paths in the spiritual realms, rather than advancing, I am in the middle of collapse and destruction going on all around me. Though, at times, in order to rebuild, things have to fall / be torn down first. So while the spiritual path may be cleared, it has not followed yet in the physical realm for many of us.
Satan uses this to question and attack our trust of the prophetic words. The accusation is that we are now worse off than ever before. The only reason I have not already retired and am still here is because of prophetic words and dreams of me stepping into a new position to bring reformation and restoration to my area of calling in government. However, those words are not clear on what that door is, where it is, what it looks like, let alone the path to get there or timing of when that door opens.
So, is my path here critical to stay on in order to get to that door?
Can I jump ship now, secure my retirement benefits and then come back in later to fulfil that calling?
During the Biden administration and its COVID mandates. Many took the shot standing on the verse from Isaiah 54:17 No weapon formed against you shall prosper (NKJ) or the story in Acts chapter 28 of Paul not being harmed by the poisonous snake bite. While this may have been true for some that he called to travel to foreign nations or enter the military, as it was required to fulfill that calling, for others it was simply an excuse to avoid standing firm and thus they succumbed to the enemies’ will.
***This now plays out again, with whether to leave government service now to protect one’s own earned benefits versus what we feel is a calling and commission to bring reform, though it appears to come with significant negative costs, in the same manner that COVID mandates did.
• Until things settle out, I counsel multiple individuals every day in an environment that is very emotionally and physiologically stressing for the staff, with many feeling physically ill, not sleeping, etc.
• When we open ourselves to these questions, it is an area where Satan attempts to intervene to impact our decisions? This is why people, like King Saul, seeks mediums and witchcraft trying to get answers, because they at least get something, despite that it may lead to their destruction. I have staff that don’t care which way (employment) goes, they just want an answer, whatever it may be and they will accept anything offered. Yet God at times makes us wait and trust Him to act at the exact Kairos moment
Those of us called and commissioned in government have to hold onto the mindset that God would not have taken us this far to abandon us and let harm befall us now. He is for us and will guide us at the exact right time.
Being joyful in persecution, I recognize the war we are in and that God placed President Trump and Elon here to restore the nation and He is behind them. However, It was one thing to be persecuted by the enemy, that is understandable. I have continually been in conflict with my own agency because they followed the will of the enemy, but could see that battle was a spiritual one. But now, with God’s chosen people to come in, fix things, also take actions that present significant threats to me (and my staff), done in disparaging ways that are often viewed, or whispered by Satan in our ears, as worse than what occurred under the Biden administration. Despite recognizing the larger battle, the spiritual attack on those called to this mountain is that the administration’s actions are a betrayal for those who have been fighting for the same cause, leaving us to be individuals with no home. We are being treated as the enemy by all sides in this charged environment. Leaders know we not with them, as I was pushed out of DC and replaced, yet the Trump administration’s attack on the federal workplace is indiscriminate and is affecting all employees equally. This leads to the lie being used by satan that God has abandoned us, especially those whose faith is not as deep as others, yet were called by Him to the government sphere.
The challenge is that the righteous in government need to conquer and understand how Jesus and His disciples held onto joy and did not take on an enemy persona against those attacking them. As well as how to stay focused on God’s ultimate goal and plan, when their own security is threatened.
Bigger issues God prompted me to prepare a 20 page document that I interpreted should be written to his Ecclesia. It lays out the strategies and activities of the deep state, globalists, mafias, organized crime syndicates and the Peoples Republic of China, using lawfare and those aligned with globalists ideologies in the executive, legislative and judicial branches, which has in turn damaged U.S. industry, communities and our economic and food security. The U.S. is one of the world’s top markets that funds nefarious organizations and purposes, including horrendous atrocities across the globe, furthering cycles of poverty in the poorest nations on earth. (He spoke of the island nations where he now serves counting on the fish to stabilize their economy!) He spoke of the sexual atrocities that take place aboard ships re the fishermen. He’s been fighting this battle for 15 years, and is now basically shut down. (Short staffed and no budget, loss of faith and trust in the administration!)
Yet as I prepared to release the document to a major ministry, God warned me in a dream not to do so. The next night, he gave me another dream in which I handed it directly to President Trump, though I took this to mean his administration, not necessarily him personally.
This leads to my whistleblower complaint…I sent this document to the House DOGE Caucasus. The document has gone up two different paths, but I have yet to receive any response, even that of an acknowledgement of receipt. Though, it is a complex issue, which does not lead to quick wins that can be portrayed by DOGE, as it requires major reorganization inside the government and reformation both domestically in legislation and with international instruments in order to bring restoration.
This document and any future engagements needs to be covered in prayer to ensure it gets into the right hands that will act and move it forward into action.”

We heard Murray’s heart as he shared with us, and we know that many (both those who have good and positive intent and those who have negative intent) may be suffering from what is taking place as these cuts are taking place in the government. However, we also believe that God is working to refine the ways in which the excisions are taking place!

Just before 9 PM, we paused once more to pray for the J6 prisoners…
for those who are still in prison, or have been released and then rearrested.
We continue to stand with them and their families until we see then all set free,
returned to their lives and loved ones, and compensated for the injustices they have suffered!
We then joined in singing the National Anthem from all across the nation.

We then turned to prayer, trusting that God is working to refine the ways in which the excisions are taking place!
We prayed for Murray and the family, first, then for all that Murray has so earnestly shared with us. We asked that he would have access to President Trump…and that when he does, that he would be heard. This is his mission and burden…and we prayed for the pressures on him to be relieved!
We prayed corporately into this and then offered individual prayers.
Audrey (CA) told them that she was praying for them not to be distraught, as she knows other sin the govt in similar circumstances. She spoke of the wheat and tares and that the time of harvesting is here, and that the good wheat can be harvested!
Melissa (VA) lifted up Murray and Suzanne and thanked God for keeping them, bringing provision for their everyday needs, and for their hope and peace in the midst of these trials! Take them deeper in You, and let them learn to live by faith as the mountains are moved…”For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. Mark 11:23 Let them see miracles, signs and wonders done on their behalf!
Annette (NY) in the midst of the storm, You make Yourself real! Part the sea and show them Your mighty hand at work. No fear…take charge and dismantle every plot of the enemy! Do not allow them to give up! Let them see and believe it!
Janis (MA) thank You, Lord, for this perspective we have received from Murray. There can be so much harm done; many feel betrayed after working hard and being faithful! Let the communications be clear that affirms the good and assures the continued employment of those who want to MAGA! Open the doors for this document to get to Elon and President Trump! We all want those good people to remain and serve!
Bernadette (NY) suggested that Murray send letters to DJT, to ELON, to Lee Zeldin (EPA).
Ps Ioan said “DON’T GIVE UP!” and he shared a memory of meeting their son, Micah, in PA last year, and recalled how he pushed Joan (AZ) in her wheelchair in such a kind way! (Joan prayed that they would be blessed and have answers to their prayers soon!)
Murray gave us permission to share this information and then he prayed from HI for all of the 24/7 NSPC family. He asked that God would continue to give us discernment as to how we are to pray to retake this country, and then he was dropped and Suzanne picked up on the prayer, and asked that God strengthen believers in govn’t and that they would be encouraged and HANG ON during the sifting and pulling up of tares!
Maureen asked that we pray corporately for all those in government jobs who are committed public servants, and are feeling similar pressures. We lifted them up and thanked God for them holding on until He brings the needed relief, resolution and restoration!

At 9:42 PM, Ps Ioan shared a report that said Russia’s Putin had agreed with President Trump’s ceasefire proposal to stop the shooting for 30 days, in preparation for a peace treaty to be made! Melissa said: “Dayenu” (Hebrew for “it would have been enough!”) as we have been praying for an end to the war between Ukraine and Russia. Unfortunately, we later learned that Putin had not (yet) agreed to a ceasefire. We will continue to pray for peace… and for President Trump, who is valiantly trying to broker it!

We prayed that those who betrayed this nation must be identified, exposed and held responsible!
“When my people come up, Will [Scharf] and Steve [Miller], they say: Sir, this is an executive order, they explain it to me, and 90% of the time, I sign it. 99% of the time, I say, do it. ..But, you don’t use autopen. Number one, it’s disrespectful to the office. Number two, maybe it’s not even valid because, you know, who’s getting him to sign? He had no idea what the he** he was doing. If he did, all of these bad things wouldn’t be happening.”
We can see how President Trump is setting the stage for those illegitimate orders that were signed by autopen to be revoked and rescinded!

Maureen asked us to remember that each of us is called to uphold the integrity of the 24/7 call
by following the protocols, one of which is to keep our prayers and responses to 30-60 seconds in length.
Participants are encouraged to support our facilitators when they remind someone about that.
Those who are not willing to abide by this protocol may be muted or dropped from the call!

We need those who are willing to step up and stand in the gap for the 24/7 NSPC!
