In heavenly armor we’ll enter the land. The battle belongs to the Lord!
No weapon that’s fashioned against us shall stand. The battle belongs to the Lord!
We sing glory, honor, power and strength to the Lord!
We sing glory, honor, power and strength to the Lord!
When the power of darkness comes in like a flood. The battle belongs to the Lord!
He’s raised up a standard, the power of His blood. The battle belongs to the Lord!
We sing glory, honor, power and strength to the Lord!
We sing glory, honor, power and strength to the Lord!
When your enemy presses in hard do not fear. The battle belongs to the Lord!
Take courage my friend, your redemption is near. The battle belongs to the Lord!

For us to receive and put on the Ephesians 6 “full armor of God” as we begin each hour,
that we might be protected as we continue to “stand in the gap” for our beloved country!
Pray.
The key assignment for the 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call is to intercede hourly
for the safety and security of our duly (and now re-elected) President, Donald John Trump,
and to pray for that which pertains to our nation!
We pray for his protection, as he prepares to be inaugurated as our 47th President.
May he be led by the Holy Spirit
so that he will discern truth and act for the good of the nation.
We bless our First Lady, Melania, their marriage and family, and cover them all with the Blood of Jesus.
Pray.
For those leaders that God has anointed, appointed, and elected,
as they take their places in the governments of each state and in our nation’s Capitol!
May they work together to clean up corruption in our government, and restore our electoral system.
Pray.
We will now spend the next 10 minutes praying for President Trump.
During the final 70 days before the Inauguration, we are standing
in FAITH AND HOPE AND OBEDIENCE TO OUR CALLING…
praying that he will be alive to be inaugurated as our 47th President on January 20th, 2025!
Pray.

The Righteous Return of President Trump to the White House! – Part 803
“Remember this and stand firm, recall it to mind, you transgressors, remember the former things of old;
for I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like Me,
declaring the end from the beginning and from ancient times things not yet done,
saying, ‘My counsel shall stand, and I will accomplish all My purposes,’

As we prepare our hearts and tables for the celebration of Thanksgiving tomorrow, let us take a personal inventory of all that we are thankful for…and taking heart, be encouraged, for God’s faithfulness, along with His mercy, endures forever! HalleluYah! Bobby (WI) sent the following which she said contains “a few interesting details of how the holiday began” which can be shared with those you love tomorrow! Enjoy!
History of Thanksgiving in the US
Early Feasts and Traditions The earliest roots of Thanksgiving in North America can be traced to harvest festivals held by Indigenous peoples long before European settlers arrived. These festivals were celebrations giving thanks for the abundance of food and good harvests. The most famous event associated with Thanksgiving is the 1621 feast at Plymouth, Massachusetts, where English Pilgrims and the Wampanoag people came together to celebrate a successful harvest. While this event is often referred to as the “First Thanksgiving,” it was not initially called that. The feast lasted three days and included food such as wild fowl, venison, seafood, corn, beans, and squash. However, it wasn’t an annual celebration at the time. After the Plymouth feast, the idea of giving thanks to God for good harvests spread throughout the colonies. Early settlers in other parts of America also held days of thanksgiving, but they were sporadic and often tied to particular events, such as military victories or bountiful harvests. These days of thanksgiving were not standardized and were sometimes proclaimed by local leaders. Pray.
George Washington and the First National Day of Thanksgiving (1789) The first national call for a day of thanksgiving came from President George Washington in 1789. He issued a proclamation for a national day of thanksgiving, calling on Americans to give thanks to God for the successful creation of the new government. Washington’s proclamation didn’t specify a date, but it set a precedent for such observances. Pray.
Sarah Josepha Hale and the Push for a National Holiday In the 19th century, the idea of a national Thanksgiving holiday gained traction, largely due to the efforts of Sarah Josepha Hale, the author of “Mary Had a Little Lamb.” Hale campaigned for years to make Thanksgiving an official national holiday, writing letters to presidents and publishing editorials in magazines. Her persistent lobbying ultimately led to President Abraham Lincoln declaring a national day of Thanksgiving in 1863 during the Civil War, when he issued a proclamation calling for a national day of Thanksgiving on the last Thursday of November. He asked Americans to give thanks for their blessings, despite the hardships of the war. Lincoln’s proclamation sought to foster a sense of unity and national healing during a time of division. Pray.
The Modern Holiday: Franklin D. Roosevelt and the Date Change For decades after Lincoln, Thanksgiving was celebrated on the last Thursday of November, as Lincoln had proclaimed. However, in 1939, President Franklin D. Roosevelt moved the holiday up by one week, to the third Thursday in November, in an effort to lengthen the holiday shopping season and boost the economy during the Great Depression. This change was controversial and met with resistance, leading to confusion about the official date. After two years of debate and public pressure, Congress officially fixed the holiday to the fourth Thursday in November, where it remains today.
The Tradition of Thanksgiving Today In modern times, Thanksgiving is celebrated with family gatherings, feasts, and various traditions such as parades, football games, and volunteer work. It has become a day to reflect on what people are thankful for, but it is also a time for enjoying food—particularly turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and pumpkin pie. It is also the start of the holiday season in the US, leading into Christmas and the New Year. Some may find gratitude challenging during difficult seasons or current struggles. We don’t mean to minimize these hardships; they are real and can be challenging. Yet, when we submit them to God (envision a large holiday platter on which, instead of a large golden brown turkey and delicious stuffing, you’ve placed all your cares and lifted the platter heaven-ward to God), and thank Him for His goodness, grace, and promises, our gratitude transcends both the difficulties and the festivities before us. “The attitude of gratitude brings latitude.” Thankfulness to God transforms us from the “stuff” of the old Adam to the “stuff” of the “new man,” Christ in us, the hope of glory. Pray.
We pray:
As we prepare our hearts and homes to celebrate this Thanksgiving, may we be filled with gratitude that causes us to look heavenward and thank God for His goodness and mercy to our nation. Pray.
For all those who may be celebrating alone, we pray that the fellowship of the Holy Spirit will be with them, comforting and inspiring them and reminding them about all that He has done. Pray.
That the people of our nation will stand alongside President Trump, and remain engaged in this BATTLE TO SAVE AMERICA until VICTORY is won! Pray.
Protect and strengthen our 24/7 family and bring in new intercessors who are called to this assignment with us, to pray for our President and our beloved nation! Prepare us for our NEXT STEPS in this Battle to Save America! Pray.
