24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call

As we enter into the SHABBAT CALL tonight, we remember and lift up Ps Ioan and David to the Lord. We are all so critically aware of being engaged in a heightened level of spiritual warfare over our lives, families, and nation. Many, if not most of us, haven’t been in such a battle before…but we showed up tonight, ready, willing, and able to stand and having done all else, stand for our nation and the values upon which it was founded. President John F. Kennedy once said: “There are risks and costs to action. But they are far less than the long-range risks of comfortable inaction.” We pray that as we stand, that we will be “light, salt and witnesses” to our fellow citizens who are unaware of the seriousness of the hour, that they might open their eyes to see the TRUTH of what is taking place in our nation and make a decision to stand with us. 

As we engage in the BATTLE OF THE BRIDE…A WARFARE OF LOVE on behalf of our beloved nation, we joyously receive the Ephesians 6 “armor of God.” We were led in that prayer by Sarah (GA).

“Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, 

and having done all, to stand.

 Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 

and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 

above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. 

And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; 

praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit.”

Ephesians 6:10-18

We prayed corporately, receiving all of God’s armor, asking that we wear it with the dignity it deserves!

Angela (MD) lifted up David Peia, asking that all obstacles to him coming HOME to the USA would be 

removed, so he can come here and be with his family and receive the care needed to fully recover

Anita (NJ) prayed for David and suggested a good nebulizer for him to have his lungs restored!

Prayerfully preparing for the DNC being held in Chicago next week, Carol (IL) sent this: 

“My friend and I prayed at and around the United Center where the DNC will be held next week. 

Couldn’t park but one stayed in the car with it running while the other 

planted four stakes total that were saturated in love and holy oil…

our assignment was to Glorify God and to Deposit Love! 

Timing was good…security is beefing up! 

Praise God for keeping us safe and making a way for us to fulfill what He told us to do! Hallelu Yah!”

We prayed and thanked God for intercessors who take responsibility to hear and act on what they are assigned by God to do!

We are praying for the American people to have wisdom and discernment as they go to the polls to vote this year. 

This recent map shows an “estimate” of the Electoral College votes for both Dems and Republicans and which states are anticipated to VOTE blue or red. May common sense and righteousness prevail! 

We prayed into this and will continue to do so…that there would be a blood-red covering over the nation. 

Let the SS numbers that were stolen be of no value to darkness! We bless our nation and her people!

Maureen shared about a blessing she had today in being able to help a black friend go to the library and get in on Early Voting. That experience changed her friend’s life…from fear to faith and from being filled with anger to walking in confidence! What a joy!

Jeff (TX) ***** BREAKING NEWS! SCOTUS just struck down the Biden-Harris administration’s rewrite of Title IX, allowing men in women’s sports, bathrooms, locker rooms, dorms, and compelled speech. It would have added “gender identity” to the list of protections from sex-based discrimination. THANK GOD FOR THE SUPREME COURT!!!

MaryAnne (AZ) AZ SCOTUS handed down a VICTORY decision for Kari Lake in her case against Hobbs

Maureen prayed for the city of Chicago, for the peace that only God can bring to cover the city so that no evil plans can be accomplished. Let there be no loss of life…limb or property! 

Mary Ellen (IL) they are sending all the pro-Hamas people to Ogden Park and McCormick Place, not too 

far from the DNC. There are supposed to be 100 K of them from hundreds of different groups! Let every knee bow and every tongue confess Jesus is Lord! Not one word of hate or violence. All their communication systems are scrambled with confusion!

Carol (IL) We say PEACE BE STILL over that whole area…Be glorified and let Your love permeate that atmosphere, and let Your Presence overwhelm them. We speak confusion into the camp of the enemy!

John (NJ) we expose any false flag attacks set up to cause sympathy for the Dem party, and chaos for 

those who try to set up the Republicans. We pray for disunity in their camp, no rest for the wicked, and protection over the city and the Convention. No more bloodshed. Why has there been so much bloodshed? ORGANIZED CRIME…that has power over the city…no more! We repent for any agreements made in darkness…and break them now. Let Chicago come into the light of the Gospel. 

Mary Ellen (IL) prayed for the police. In 2020, with the Antifa riots, we were short police, and since this mayor came in, it’s worse. She prayed for whoever will be brought in, that they be properly trained and protected. No dividing and conquering! No small gangs doing splinter violence, murder, or theft! 

Jeff (TX) bound the spirit that wants to murder in Chicago. Let the Jews there turn to God and vote for Trump!

Debbie (TX) Yesterday, I heard “REJOICE!” She was sued and was totally vindicated today! She now serves as TX State Director for United Sovereign Americans. It’s a personal rejoicing with His beloved. She shared Psalm 5:4-6, 11-12 “For You are not a God who takes pleasure in wickedness, Nor shall evil dwell with You. The boastful shall not stand in Your sight; You hate all workers of iniquity. You shall destroy those who speak falsehood; The Lord abhors the bloodthirsty and deceitful man. But let all those rejoice who put their trust in You; Let them ever shout for joy, because You defend them; Let those also who love Your name be joyful in You. For You, O Lord will bless the righteous; With favor, You will surround him as with a shield.”

Tonight, we will highlight and pray into various excerpts from the discussion that took place between 

Donald Trump and Elon Musk on August 12th. 

Musk My apologies for the late start. We unfortunately had a massive distributed denial of service attack against our servers and saturated all of our data lines. As this massive attack illustrates, there’s a lot of opposition to people just hearing what President Trump has to say. I’m honored to have this conversation, which is really aimed at open-minded, independent voters trying to make up their minds. Let’s start off with the assassination attempt. I have to say that your actions after that attempt were inspiring. Instead of shying away from things, instead of ducking down, you were pumping your fist in the air and saying: Fight, fight, fight. The president of the United States represents America. And that is America…strength under fire. That was just incredibly inspiring…a big part of why I was excited to endorse you as President. 

Trump It’s a surreal situation. The bigger miracle was that I was looking in the exact direction of the shooter so it hit me at an angle that was far less destructive than any other. That was the miracle. For those people who don’t believe in God, I think we gotta all start thinking about that. You know, I’m a believer…now I’m more of a believer…it was amazing that I “happened” to be turned just at that perfect angle. 

Pray. 

Bobby (WI) thanked God for that pronouncement President Trump made and for Elon honoring him. 

Diane (MT) thanked God for how close Elon is to knowing Him! 

Trump My first question was how many people were killed because we had a massive crowd of thousands of people. I have to give the Secret Service sharpshooter credit, he’s an extraordinary shot, one bullet from very far away, about 400 yards. He saw the smoke and the flame from the gun, immediately recognized it, and immediately took a shot. If he didn’t do that, a lot of people could have been badly hurt and killed. 

Musk He was very competent, but there were some pretty significant failings elsewhere in the system. How on earth does a shooter get on a roof 130 yards away? Most people are wondering how such a thing could happen. People wandering by…pointing out there’s a guy on the roof with a gun…seeing it, but somehow it’s not being addressed. 

Trump Well, they’re gonna learn from this. One of the miracles was that nobody ran. If a gun goes off in a stadium at a soccer match, everybody flees…they stampede, like cattle, and a lot of people get killed. We had so many people and nobody left. The grandstand was full; they didn’t leave. They saw that I was hurt. They saw a lot of blood, and they saw that I went down, and it was almost like they wanted to be with me. Out front, you had tens of thousands of people, as far as the eye could see, you didn’t have anybody flee. I want to meet some of those people. 

Pray. 

Debbie (TX) It’s so amazing that he gets shot and his first question was about who was killed? Thank You 

for that! 

Mary Ellen (IL) Thank You for those who were spared, and with things coming out, let all the questions be 

answered…no more stonewalling. Let the truth come to light. Let more protection be provided for him! 

Musk Looking at the aerial views…if you were to pick a favorite spot from which to assassinate, that building would be the number one spot. 

Trump It was a miracle. If I hadn’t turned my head, I would not be talking to you right now. It was a terrible experience; it didn’t get coordinated. That was the problem.

Musk Your actions in the heat of fire, I find admirable. You can’t fake bravery under such circumstances. The courage is instinctual… or it is not. It’s not a rehearsed action. I think a lot of people admire your courage under fire there. 

Trump I just wanted to get up. I knew I was hit in the ear, but I wasn’t hit anywhere else. I said: Let me get up. The crowd didn’t know what to think. They were confused and I wanted to let them know I was okay… that I was alive! When I stood up and put the fist up, they were just relieved and happy and thrilled. And the place went crazy. It was pretty amazing.

Musk It was a terrible thing, but it was incredibly moving.

Trump The incredible thing is that I used that chart less than 20% of the time. Think of the odds normally I wouldn’t use it…and it would have been a very different story. I say it’s an act of God…a miracle that it happened…and I’m honored by it. We’re going back to Butler. And I think I’ll probably start by saying, “as I was saying, prior to being so horribly interrupted.” 

Pray. 

Carol (IL) I remember that picture with his arm up and he was wide open! But God used it and it affected 

so many people! It touched the hearts of Elon and so many others. He will not be defeated! Never give up! 

Audrey (CA) He just released the flow…his character, and strength were evident… we trust the Spirit! 

Trump We had the best illegal immigration numbers,..at the lowest and I was very proud of those numbers. Kamala and Joe just let it go. I had “remain in Mexico,” “catch and release” in Mexico, not in the United States. And if people had a contagious disease, we wouldn’t allow them into the country. 

Musk You’re supportive of legal immigration, but we obviously need to shut down illegal immigration and especially unvetted illegal immigration. That’s not the same as saying that everyone who’s an illegal immigrant is bad. In fact, I think most people who are illegal immigrants are actually good, but you can’t tell the difference unless there’s a solid vetting of who comes across the border. Is that your position?

Trump I say it very simply. They have to come in legally. They have to be checked. Kamala was the border czar. Now she’s denying it. She’s saying she was strong on the border. She doesn’t have to say it; she could close it up right now. All of a sudden she’s making a speech and saying there will be no tax on tips. I said that months ago. By the way, they had just the opposite. Not only tax on tips, but they hired 88,000 IRS agents, assigned to go get waitresses and caddies on tips. They had a policy of really going after and harassing people horribly. All of a sudden for politics, she says, you know, she comes out with what I said. These people are fake. Now they’re also saying they did a good job on the border. There’s never been a country in history that has had a catastrophe like this. I believe it’s over 20 million people that have come into our country. You have millions of people coming in and she gets up and she tries to pretend like she’s gonna do something. She had three and a half years. And by the way, they have another five months that they can do something, but they won’t do anything. It’s all talk. 

Pray. 

Ydia (FL) people are coming in and many have fake documents…if any! There are 30K Chinese men in the US now. They couldn’t afford that…they want to destroy this country! THEY DO NOT CARE! I CARE!

We paused just before 9 PM, as we do nightly, to pray for the J6ers. 

We prayed corporately and lifted up all who were accused, tried, and imprisoned unjustly…

and those with pending cases, such as President Trump, and others being persecuted!

Then, in solidarity with the J6ers, we sang the National Anthem.

Having prayed on-site for them in DC, we continue to stand with them and their families,

praying that they would be set free, return to their lives and loved ones, 

and be compensated for the injustice they have suffered!

 Let them be comforted and at peace in their cells tonight, knowing that God is near!

Musk I think it is essential to have a secure border. You’re really not a country unless you have a secure border. We can’t function as a country and our central services are being overwhelmed in a lot of cities. We must have a legal immigration process that is smooth and efficient and done well, and I’m speaking as someone who is a legal immigrant. One way to think of it is who do you want on your team…Team America? Great contributors to our society and to our economy. We have an adverse selection process, and we’re such a target-rich environment that in a lot of places if you try to stop the person who’s robbing you, you’ll be arrested; it’s not fair.

Trump This is migrant crime. Kamala was in charge of it and now she’s trying to say she had nothing to do with it. She’s such a liar because she was called the border czar the first day. People can’t allow them to get away with their disinformation campaign. 

Musk Whether it’s a question of intention or competence, either way, we don’t have a secure border and we have people streaming over like it looks like a zombie apocalypse at times. I went to the border at Eagle Pass and I saw for myself in Texas. People streamed across the border, and the people that I saw did not look friendly. I think this is a fundamental existential issue for the United States. If we have another four more years of open borders, it’s gonna be even worse, and I’m not sure we’ve got a country. It’s just not possible for the United States to absorb everyone from Earth or even a few percent of the rest of Earth. It’s just not possible.

Trump Well, we’re gonna have the largest deportation in the history of this country; we have no choice. 

Pray.

Carol (NY) prayed for strategies for this deportation and for no retaliation. I pray against the Chinese, 

Muslim cell and SA Gangs that have been brought here. Bringing confusion into those camps. Make a 

seamless plan for that, and give us peaceful elections. All strategies of the enemy will fail! Let those who 

come with malintent go back. 

Desiree (NY) Let there be a peaceful transition and let those with us be more than those against us. 

Lois (NY) prayed that the Trump strategy for deportation be fully effective

Trump Biden failed in the debate miserably. This was a coup of the president of the United States. He didn’t want to leave. With me, the Israeli attack would have never happened. Russia would never have attacked Ukraine and we’d have no inflation. And we wouldn’t have had the Afghanistan mess. Take a few of those events away and we have a different world.

Musk You’re making an excellent point here…when other countries are thinking about invading or doing bad things, they’re thinking what will the American president do? Do they fear the American president or is he someone they do not respect? Look at the footage of the assassination. President Trump is like “Don’t mess with me.” Whereas people obviously have not been at all intimidated by Biden. And they certainly will not be intimidated by Kamala. You have to really think about it in the context of global security. If the American president is someone that evil dictators are scared of, that makes a huge difference to the security of the world. I think it’s just worth emphasizing to listeners the immense importance of whether the United States president is intimidating or not and how much that matters to global security. Because there are some really tough characters out there. And if they don’t think the American president is tough, they will do what they want…and that puts the whole world in danger.

Trump I know Putin, President Xi, and Kim Jong-un. They’re at the top of their game. They’re tough, smart, vicious, and they’re gonna protect their country. When they see a Kamala or a Biden, they can’t even believe it. 

Musk It’s because people like Kim Jong-un only respond to strength, not weakness.

Joan (AZ) prayed that more people would come to understand how important strength is to a nation. Make 

it clear, and plain, and let us have a strong President and others like him in the future who will stand up to those who try to destroy this nation!

Debbie (TX) thanked God for Elon and his endorsement and admiration. He will reach people most of the rest of us can not! Use him to soften the hearts of never-Trumpers!

Joan (AZ) let those watching him follow him. What humility. Let him be a spokesman for Jesus!

Theresa (LA) Moses was meek above all men! 

Trump I always say that we have enemies on the outside and we have enemies on the inside. We have some really bad people in our government – people that are more dangerous than Russia and China If you’re a history student, the first thing you learn is you cannot let Russia and China align. We have a modern-day axis of evil….powerful countries, and very heavy nuclear, which is the biggest threat. The biggest threat is not global warming where the ocean’s gonna rise one-eighth of an inch over the next 400 years. The biggest threat is nuclear warming because we have five countries now that have significant nuclear power. We have numerous places that could end up in World War III starting right now for no reason whatsoever.

Musk I think you’re right. People underrate the risk of World War III. And when looking at the risk of global thermonuclear warfare, it’s game over for humanity. After the end of the Cold War, people have become complacent…actually forgotten that there are currently a lot of nuclear missiles that have targeting parameters for the United States and other countries.

Trump And one of the things we’re gonna do is build an Iron Dome over us…the best Iron Dome in the world. We need it. And we’re gonna make it all in the United States, but we’re gonna have protection because it just takes one maniac to start something.

Jeff (TX) thanked God for these two men working together in these things…let there be a spiritual dome as 

well over our nation! RE: Monkeypox, quell that fear. 

Marsha (CA) as CA loses SPACEX to TX, we ask that You use Elon to get our 2 astronauts back to 

Earth. Let him sense that You are giving him wisdom as to how to do that! Let Musk and Trump stand 

together against the evil!

Trump The election’s coming up and people want to hear about the economy. They don’t have enough money to buy groceries. The inflation has killed them. Food prices are up 50, 60, or even 100% in some cases. The thing that really is making them angry is what Kamala and Biden have allowed to happen to the economy. It’s a disaster. It doesn’t matter what you make…inflation has eaten you alive. Four years ago, people were saving a lot of money. Today, they’re using all their money and borrowing just to live. It’s a horrible thing.

Musk A lot of people just don’t understand where inflation comes from. Inflation comes from government overspending because the checks never bounce when it’s written by the government. So if the government spends far more than it brings in, that increases the money supply. And if the money supply increases faster than the rate of goods and services, that’s inflation. So really, we need to reduce our government spending and have a government efficiency commission to say “Where are we spending money that’s sensible, where is it not sensible?” And we need to live within our means. We’re currently adding a trillion dollars to the deficit every hundred days. And the interest payments on the national debt have now exceeded the defense budget, on the order of a trillion dollars.

Trump We have to bring energy prices down. Not only gasoline; the cost of heating your house and cooling your house has to come down. It’s gone up 100%, 150, and 200%. And we’re gonna drill, baby, drill. They’re gonna go to an energy policy that’s not sustainable. I know you’re a big fan of AI, but AI requires twice the energy that the country already produces for everything. We have to build a lot of energy if our country is to be competitive with China, our primary competitor for AI…almost double what we produce now for the whole country.

Lois (NY) They seemed to really enjoy this interview, and we pray that the spending will be brought under 

control. Protect Elon’s resources.

Peggy (CA) thanked God for this prayer call and for their conversation. As they talked, we got such a good feel for them both. This was so much more powerful than the media events. REFRESHING! We bless them both and ask that those Elon can reach will come in and join President Trump. Bring in those who have influence. Elon bought TWITTER and made it X. 

Musk Going back to basics, people try to make inflation sound complicated, but it’s not. It’s caused by government overspending. Would you agree that we need to take a look at government spending and have a government efficiency commission that tries to have sensible spending so that the country lives within its means as a person does?

Trump The waste is incredible, and nobody negotiates prices. You used to have a lot of people making jets, and you end up with two companies, and they’ll probably try and merge at some point. The price of Air Force One, was $5.7 billion… for two planes. That deal’s no good. I got the price reduced by $1.6 billion and you can multiply that out times thousands of other items.

Musk It would be great to just have a government efficiency commission that takes a look at these things and just ensures that the taxpayers’ hard-earned money is spent in a good way. And I’d be happy to help out on such a commission if it were formed.

Trump Well, you’re the greatest cutter. Look at what you do…walk in and say, “You want to quit?” They go on strike and you say, “That’s okay. You’re all gone.” You are the greatest. You would be very good. 

Musk Well, I’d be happy to help out. it’s just from government overspending and not just not spending taxpayer money effectively…having so many departments, you can’t even name them all. Argentina used to be one of the most prosperous countries in the world and because of bad government policy, it ruined the country. Venezuela should be incredibly prosperous; they have phenomenal reserves of everything. But the government’s impoverished the people. We should not be complacent in the United States, taking our prosperity for granted, because with bad government policy, we can run the country into the ground. That’s just something people should bear in mind. Don’t take prosperity for granted.

Pray.

Angela (CA) thanked God for the GIFT OF WISDOM in these two men…and for putting people into 

positions of power with that gift. We do not take the prosperity You have given us for granted. President Trump wants to see all doing well. Haggai 2:8 “The latter glory of this house shall be greater than the former glory!” A shift is coming, with the favor of God on those in positions of power and authority! 

Trump Think of education. We’re ranked at the bottom of every list of the top 40. Yet we spend more per pupil than any other country in the world. I wanna close up the Department of Education, and move education back to the States. Of the 50, I would bet that 35 would do great; they’ll actually be forced to do better. And what it’ll cost? Less than half what it is in Washington!

Musk If each state has to compete against other states, people will naturally move to states where it’s better.

Trump Cut your cost by 50 or 60% and have a little monitor to make sure they’re teaching English!

Roman (UT) education is so important. I have a 5th-grade education, and pray that President Trump will 

continue with logical thinking. 

Theresa (LA) two girls from a frontier family were abducted by Indians and had read an entire Bible at the age 

5½ – I pray we do not dumb down our children’s education. They are capable of learning so much!

Musk Some of these governors are doing so badly…so many people moving out of their states, and they should get the U-Haul Salesman of the Year Award.

Trump Isn’t it amazing to you as a businessman that they can even survive? You left California and moved to Texas. How do these states survive when they lose so many businesses? Their taxes are already among the highest. In many cases, governors don’t do a good job; they’re crime-ridden places. You wonder how do they continue to just go on. It’s not a good situation.

Musk I think that’s gonna force some of these states to change if they risk bankruptcy and they’re not getting bailed out by the federal government. That’s the only thing that’s gonna get them changed.

Debbie (TX) Whoever runs a state into the ground should be personally responsible, and President Trump 

will institute and uphold common sense again!

Joanne (MO) bring Your Holy Spirit into our consciences let us humble ourselves as a nation, and 

acknowledge our sin, especially regarding: abortion. We have an Advocate and no matter how much they 

threaten and do evil, there will be a day of reckoning. Our cisterns hold no water…we are broken! God 

must help us see this, to be convicted and repent! We need the whole counsel of God! Mercy, Lord!

Musk A lot of people are concerned about the economy…about inflation. Inflation is effectively a tax on people who save money and are working day to day. It’s just a form of taxation. If we can solve the government spending problem, we’ll solve the inflation problem, which means people will have a better standard of living. And that’s a really big deal.

Trump The people that got hurt the worst are the people that saved money and then got no interest on their money, and inflation destroyed them. We’ve got to get the prices down. Bacon’s costing five times more than a few years ago, food products and groceries, people can’t believe it. They used to be able to buy a whole cart and today, people just don’t have the money. They can’t buy anything. They call it sticker shock!

Musk It just comes down to two things: solve government overspending/solve inflation, which improves living standards of the average person. Then deregulate, because a lot of the regulations are nonsensical and cause the cost to be extreme for no reason. There’s an opportunity to make radical progress with sensible regulation. If you do those two things, they are big deals.

Trump We did more deregulation and more restrictions on different businesses than any other president. Remember, I had the rule for everyone we put in, you have to get rid of at 10 or 12…and we did radical cuts on things that weren’t necessary. We were all set…had the best economy ever …then COVID came in and we had to focus on that. I got good marks on the economy, and good marks on the military. We knocked out ISIS. We did so many different things…rebuilt…but I never got the credit that we really deserved on what we did with COVID. Had COVID not happened, we were set to start reducing debt. We were gonna drill and make so much money supplying Europe with oil. I had stopped the Russian pipeline and we were gonna supply them with oil and gas.

We were gonna make a fortune. COVID came in and we had to divert. We kept a lot of businesses alive. If I didn’t do what we did, we would have had a 1929-type depression. The best years we’ve ever had in business were during the Trump years. For African-Americans, Hispanic-Americans Asian-Americans, women, men, and young people were doing better and everybody was happy.

When Biden came in, they spent trillions and trillions of dollars. They shouldn’t have; we wouldn’t be having inflation right now, which is killing our country.

Musk I should probably say something about my views on climate change and oil and gas. I’m probably different from what most people would assume because my views are actually pretty moderate in this regard. I don’t think we should vilify the oil and gas industry and the people who have worked very hard in those industries to provide the necessary energy to support the economy. If we were to stop using oil and gas right now, we would all be starving and the economy would collapse. The world has a certain demand for oil and gas and it’s probably better if the United States provides that than some other countries. Over time we want to move to a sustainable energy economy because eventually, you do run out of oil and gas. We still have quite a bit of time, we don’t need to rush and we don’t need to stop farmers from farming or prevent people from having steaks or basic stuff like that. Leave the farmers alone.

Trump I agree. How crazy is it to have farmers who are not allowed to farm anymore and have to get rid of their cattle? The whole world is a little crazy, but it’s largely taken its lead from us. I’ve heard that even to create your electric car and the electricity needed for it, fossil fuel is what really creates that at the generating plants.

You can’t get away from it. Someday you might be able to, but I hear we have anywhere from 100 to 500 years left. You know, much of it hasn’t even been found yet, but there are tremendous reserves, like ANWR. The first thing Biden did was to get rid of it. He ended it. What a disgrace! ANWR could be bigger than Saudi Arabia, but they went in and terminated it. I’ll get it going very quickly because it means economic development for the US. 

Musk My view is that 50 to 100 years from now, we’re mostly sustainable. I think that’ll probably be okay. It’s not like the house is on fire immediately, but I think it is something we need to move towards. It’s probably better to move there faster than slower. But as I said, without vilifying the oil and gas industry and without causing hardship in the short term, I think they can still drive gasoline cars. I don’t think we should vilify people, but I think we should just generally lean in the direction of sustainability, and solar is gonna be a majority of Earth’s energy generation in the future. So you get the solar power to charge the electric cars and you have a long-term sustainable solution. That’s what Tesla is trying to move things towards. We don’t believe that caring about the environment should mean that you have to suffer. Let’s have an inspiring future and work toward that…without demonizing people.

Trump You use the word global warming and they use the word climate change because not every place is warming. Some places are going in the opposite direction. One thing that I don’t understand is that people talk about global warming or they talk about climate change, but they never talk about nuclear warming. And for me, that’s an immediate problem because five countries have major nuclear and probably some others are getting there and that’s very dangerous. That’s where you need a strong American president because you just, don’t want to have this proliferation. Russia and us are number one and we’re sort of tied; China is far behind, but they’re developing very fast. They’ll end up catching up, maybe even surpassing. To me, the biggest problem is not climate change. it’s nuclear power. The power of nuclear is so great. When I talk about, I’ll prevent World War III, I will, but the truth is that this is a level of destruction and power that nobody’s ever seen before.

Musk Actually, there’s the bad side of nuclear, which is a nuclear war. But there’s also nuclear electricity generation which is underrated. People have this fear of nuclear electricity generation, but it’s actually one of the safest forms of electricity generation. It’s just a huge misunderstanding. Compare any kind of mining operation to nuclear, nuclear is actually way better. So it’s underrated as an electricity source. It’s something that’s worth reconsidering, but there’s so much regulation that people can’t get it done.

Trump Maybe they’ll have to change the name. We’ll have to rebrand it…give it a good name. What happened in Japan, they say you won’t be able to go on the land for about 3,000 years. Did you ever see that? And in Russia, where they had the problem, where they, you know, there’s a lot of bad things happened. They have a problem. And they say that in 2,000 years, people will start to occupy the land again.

Musk No, that’s not true. It’s actually not that bad. After Fukushima happened in Japan, people asked me if we were worried about a nuclear cloud coming from Japan. No, that’s crazy. It’s not even dangerous in Fukushima. I actually flew there and ate locally grown vegetables on TV to prove it. And I donated a solar-powered system for a water treatment plant. Hiroshima and Nagasaki were bombed, but now they’re like full cities again.

It happens in banana republics and third-world countries, but it’s never happened here. The incredible thing is it actually drove my numbers up. You fight for election integrity and you end up getting indicted. When the day comes that you can’t fight for election integrity, you don’t have a country anymore.

Trump Biden’s close to the vegetable stage, in my opinion. It looks so bad and it’s ridiculous. You don’t have a president. And she’s gonna be worse than him. She is a San Francisco liberal who destroyed San Francisco, then as attorney general, she destroyed California. You know better than I do. You just left California for a lot of those reasons. And what she’s done with crime, with cashless bail, where you kill somebody and they let you out right away. Then they never find the people unless they kill again. And then they let them out again. Our country is becoming a very dangerous place. She wants to release all the prisoners that are in detention. And some of these guys are really bad. She doesn’t want to build the wall even though the walls work. I built hundreds of miles of wall and I was gonna add 200 miles.…finished it up in three weeks…and they sold it for 5 cents on the dollar. I said, wow, that means that they actually do want to have open borders. She wants to have open borders. And now she’s saying she’s tough on the border. It’s such a lie. And everybody knows it’s not true. It’s a disgrace.

Musk Obviously, what’s happening overnight is they’re rewriting history and making Kamala sound like a moderate when in fact she is far left, like far, far left.

Trump Worse than …more liberal by far… than Bernie Sanders. She’s a radical left lunatic. And if she’s president, you’re not gonna have a country anymore. She’ll go back to all of the things that she believes in. like a no fracking, zero. Now all of a sudden she’s saying, I really want to see fracking. The day she gets in, she’ll end fracking.

Elon Netanyahu came to talk to the joint Senate and House, and I was there and Kamala stood him up. You know, what does that say?

Trump I think it’s highly disrespectful. And I say, if you’re a Jewish person or if you believe in Israel if you’re a person that is very pro-Israel, if you vote for her, you ought to have your head examined. As we’re doing this, I’m seeing reports coming that they expect an attack tonight or tomorrow from hundreds and maybe thousands of rockets. You know, the Iron Dome, their shield that they built, can be swamped by shooting enough missiles. They can’t defend themselves. It will just obliterate the whole place. That’s what some people think they’re looking to do. We have no leadership. There’s no respect for the United States of America with these people. And I’m telling you, she’ll be worse than him because she’s a believer in being radical left and he wasn’t.

Musk You’re right. It’s important for those that may be listening to this to look at Kamala’s track record before the last month and say, is that a track record you agree with? If you’re an independent moderate, you definitely would not agree with it because it is, her behavior has been far left. We’re seeing an overnight propaganda attempt to rewrite history and make it sound like Kamala’s moderate when she in fact is not moderate.

Trump Well, her running mate approved and signed into legislation. Tampons in boys’ bathrooms, okay? Now that’s all I have to hear. And that means she believes in that too. She picked this guy because he was the closest to her. She picked an anti-Israel radical left person, but she is far worse. If we have her, a Democrat as president, I don’t think our country can survive.

Musk I think we’re in massive trouble, frankly, with the Kamala administration, and that’s my honest opinion. It’s essential that you win for the good of the country! I got a letter from the EU Commission saying to not have disinformation during this discussion that we’re having. There are a lot of attempts to do censorship and to force censorship even on Americans from other countries. And what do you think about that?

Trump I know the European Union very well. They take great advantage of the United States in trade, as you know. Through a different forum, NATO, we protect them. Yet, if you build a car in the United States, you can’t sell it in Europe. It’s impossible. The same thing with our farmers who find it very difficult to do business. You know, we have a deficit with the EU of $250 billion, which people don’t know. It sounds so nice, the European Union, but let me tell you, they’re not as tough as China, but they’re bad. And I let them know it. And that’s probably why they notified you. They don’t treat our country well. We’re in for $250 billion, and they’re in for about $71 billion. If you add up the European nations in terms of an economy, it’s about the same size as us. And they’re in much greater risk; they’re right there. We have an ocean separating us from the enemy, Russia. I say, why aren’t they paying what we’re paying? And they’re in much more, danger because of the fact that they’re right near there…in that location.

MuskI think a lot of the public isn’t aware of the fact that the United States pays a disproportionate share of the NATO expenses. I mean, the point of NATO is defending Europe and why is the United States paying disproportionately more to defend Europe than Europe? That doesn’t make sense, that’s unfair and an appropriate thing to address.

Trump When you talk about cost-cutting and savings, there’s nobody who feels worse about the Ukraine situation than I do… because I know it would have never happened. I know Zelensky. He was very honorable to me when they went with the Russia hoax and I had a phone call with him. He said it was a perfect phone call. He could have grandstanded and said, oh, he was very threatening. He said, “No, it was a very nice phone call.” I called him up to congratulate him on his win and end up getting impeached. These people are lunatics. You know, I was talking about the difference between the people within and the enemies on the outside. In many cases, the people from within are more dangerous for our country than Russia’s and China’s.

Musk It’s obvious that you’re an advocate of free speech! During your first time as president, you were attacked relentlessly every day, often very unfairly with false attacks. And you didn’t try to shut down the media. You didn’t try to inhibit their freedom of speech. And I think that says a lot.

Trump Well, the good thing is that you and I can get the word out. Sometimes it’s hard because they don’t want to print it. We’re having a great conversation right now. Kamala wouldn’t have this conversation. She can’t because she’s not smart. And Biden, we don’t even have to talk about it. He would have given up on the first half of a question, walked out, and said, where am I? Not a lot of people would have this conversation, but you know, we cover a lot of territory. But the beauty is that you, you know, we can have a conversation and I’m able to get it out.

Musk This is a really big point. You can actually have a conversation. You can’t have a conversation with Biden or Kamala. It’s not possible. 

Trump Think of it. We need a man or a person who’s unbelievably sharp in order to stop all the nuclear danger and all the dangers that I’m talking about. Really smart people who have an ability to lead. And she doesn’t have that ability. Can you imagine her and him negotiating, or even standing together? It is, the whole concept is ridiculous.

Musk People in America wanna feel excited and inspired about the future…that it is gonna be better than the past… that we’ll do things greater than we’ve done in the past, and reach new heights that make you proud to be an American and excited about the future. They want the American dream back.

Trump They want the American dream back, more important than anything else. It’s like, you don’t have that today because the people see incompetent people running things. And when I debated him, I was like, is this for real?

Musk Yeah, it was just absurd. I think there are some grand projects that we could do; we could build a base on the moon. We could send American astronauts to Mars. We could build high-speed connections that are more advanced than anything else in the world between our cities. So people have fast transport.

You know, it’s possible to solve traffic with tunnels. We’ve, you know, already made great progress in Vegas doing that. And, you know, and just do things that are exciting and inspiring and make the future feel like it’s better than the past.

Trump Well, I saw what you did in Vegas and I’ll tell you, it was amazing. And you could do that all over. It’s deep. You don’t even need much structure, you know, assuming you’re in the right area.

Musk No, it’s straightforward.

Trump It’s amazing.

Musk I think we could do some things like that. China’s got incredible high-speed rail between its cities. But I think it’s actually possible with tunnels. If it was deregulation with an ability to actually do the tunnels, you could have high-speed tunnels that are actually better than anything else in the world for high-speed transport between cities. And that would be something that, you know, Americans can say, wow, okay, we’ve got something that’s cooler than anyone else in the world. That’s the kind of thing that makes you proud to be an American.

Trump And much safer than surface trains where there is a danger with crazy people. It’s much safer, much better. I find it fascinating. I’ve seen the systems and how they work and the bullet trains, they call them, And they go unbelievably fast, unbelievably comfortable with no problems. And we don’t have anything like that in this country, not even close. And it doesn’t make sense that we don’t.

Musk I’m kind of hopping on the excess regulation, but I think something that I think people can generally understand is that what happens with laws and regulations is that they just, there’s more and more of them every year. Unless there’s a process to clean them up, eventually everything becomes illegal. And that actually, it slows down the development of new technologies. There’s room for some reform at the FDA for improving the speed with which we approve drugs that could help save lives and improve people’s lives.

Trump I worked very hard on that. I got things approved in the FDA at numbers that they wouldn’t believe.

And, you know, it’s a very bureaucratic group. I got to know a lot of them, but I was pushing them really hard for so many different things that were really pretty amazing. The FDA takes too long. It’s 12 years to get a product approved. I got it down to four, and I got some things done very quickly, but it’s really something that is gonna have to be worked on because it takes too long.

Musk And you end up with the approval, but it takes years instead of something that could potentially take months that improve people’s lives. There has to be an active process for reducing rules and regulations because otherwise they just keep building up every year and you get like hardening of the arteries, and eventually everything’s illegal or takes forever. And then we just ossify as a society we just, we can’t make any progress.

Trump Getting back to the FDA for one second. I got something done called “Right to Try”. This is where you can go in, and if you’re terminally ill, you can use a space-age medicine or whatever it may be. People would go to other countries because they couldn’t use these products, even if they thought it worked because it’s going through the FDA. I got it approved. The doctors didn’t want it because of the liability. The country didn’t want it, our country, because they didn’t want to get sued. The insurance companies didn’t want it. And the pharmaceutical companies didn’t want it. I got everybody into a room and we came up with an agreement that you won’t get sued. If somebody’s terminally ill and they die after taking a drug, they don’t want that on their record. So we set a second, a separate list. So it wouldn’t count as a negative, okay? And as you know, we got it done. We have saved right to try and we’re saving tens of thousands of lives. 

Musk Well, if a drug is approved in Europe, which has a crazy amount of regulations, it should obviously be approved in the US. I mean, they have more regulations than we do. So why would a drug be approved in Europe and not in the US? That’s crazy.

Trump Well, we did it. They’ve been trying to do it for 50 years and they just couldn’t get it done. And I got it done. Some people go to Europe because a drug isn’t approved here, but it’s approved in Europe. And it’s a drug that generally speaking would work. It’s pretty crazy.

Musk And I think as long as people are properly informed of the pros and cons and like, these are the risks, this is the risk. You make your own decision. That makes sense.

Trump I just wanna congratulate you. You’ve done an amazing job. You have definitely got a fertile mind. You know, we can talk, you and I can talk about rockets about tunnels and electric cars, so many things. And now you’re into the AI and that’s gonna be another beauty, I’ll say. So it’s an amazing thing you’ve done, Elon.

It’s an amazing thing and I congratulate you.

Musk Thank you. And well, I mean, I just say, here’s to an exciting, inspiring future that people can look forward to and be optimistic and excited about what happens next. And that’s the kind of future that I think you will bring as president and that’s why I endorse you.

Musk If I could summarize it perhaps, you know, I think these are issues that I think most people in America would agree with, which is that we want safe and clean cities. We want secure borders. We want sensible government spending. We want to restore both the perception and the reality of respect in the judicial system, just, you know, stop the lawfare. And I think that’s like, and how are those even right-wing positions? I think those are just, that’s just common sense. Would you agree with that?

Trump A hundred percent. We’re gonna really turn things around fast. We have no choice, otherwise we’re not gonna have a country. This has been a lot of fun being with you. You’re an amazing guy. You’ve done an incredible job and a great inspiration to people, a great inspiration. And I hope you keep going and just continue to do well. We’re gonna have a big election coming up and I think November 5th will be the most important day in the history of our country. because if we don’t win, I just feel so sorry for everybody.

Musk No, I think we’re at a fork in the road of the destiny of civilization. And I think we need to take the right path. And I think you’re the right path. So I think that’s what it comes down to.

Musk My apologies for the late start. We unfortunately had a massive distributed denial of service attack against our servers and saturated all of our data lines. As this massive attack illustrates, there’s a lot of opposition to people just hearing what President Trump has to say. I’m honored to have this conversation, which is really aimed at open-minded, independent voters trying to make up their minds. Let’s start off with the assassination attempt. I have to say that your actions after that attempt were inspiring. Instead of shying away from things, instead of ducking down, you were pumping your fist in the air and saying: Fight, fight, fight. The president of the United States represents America. And that is America…strength under fire. That was just incredibly inspiring…a big part of why I was excited to endorse you as President. 

Trump It’s a surreal situation. The bigger miracle was that I was looking in the exact direction of the shooter so it hit me at an angle that was far less destructive than any other. That was the miracle. For those people who don’t believe in God, I think we gotta all start thinking about that. You know, I’m a believer…now I’m more of a believer…it was amazing that I “happened” to be turned just at that perfect angle.

Trump My first question was how many people were killed because we had a massive crowd of thousands of people. I have to give the Secret Service sharpshooter credit, he’s an extraordinary shot, one bullet from very far away, about 400 yards. He saw the smoke and the flame from the gun, immediately recognized it, and immediately took a shot. If he didn’t do that, a lot of people could have been badly hurt and killed. 

Musk He was very competent, but there were some pretty significant failings elsewhere in the system. How on earth does a shooter get on a roof 130 yards away? Most people are wondering how such a thing could happen. People wandering by…pointing out there’s a guy on the roof with a gun…seeing it, but somehow it’s not being addressed. 

Trump Well, they’re gonna learn from this. One of the miracles was that nobody ran. If a gun goes off in a stadium at a soccer match, everybody flees…they stampede, like cattle, and a lot of people get killed. We had so many people and nobody left. The grandstand was full; they didn’t leave. They saw that I was hurt. They saw a lot of blood, and they saw that I went down, and it was almost like they wanted to be with me. Out front, you had tens of thousands of people, as far as the eye could see, you didn’t have anybody flee. I want to meet some of those people.

Musk Looking at the aerial views…if you were to pick a favorite spot from which to assassinate, that building would be the number one spot. 

Trump It was a miracle. If I hadn’t turned my head, I would not be talking to you right now. It was a terrible experience; it didn’t get coordinated. That was the problem.

Musk Your actions in the heat of fire, I find admirable. You can’t fake bravery under such circumstances. The courage is instinctual… or it is not. It’s not a rehearsed action. I think a lot of people admire your courage under fire there. 

Trump I just wanted to get up. I knew I was hit in the ear, but I wasn’t hit anywhere else. I said: Let me get up. The crowd didn’t know what to think. They were confused and I wanted to let them know I was okay… that I was alive! When I stood up and put the fist up, they were just relieved and happy and thrilled. And the place went crazy. It was pretty amazing.

Musk It was a terrible thing, but it was incredibly moving.

Trump The incredible thing is that I used that chart less than 20% of the time. Think of the odds normally I wouldn’t use it…and it would have been a very different story. I say it’s an act of God…a miracle that it happened…and I’m honored by it. We’re going back to Butler. And I think I’ll probably start by saying, “as I was saying, prior to being so horribly interrupted.”

Carol (IL) I remember that picture with his arm up and he was wide open! But God used it and it affected 

so many people! It touched the hearts of Elon and so many others. He will not be defeated! Never give up! 

Audrey (CA) He just released the flow…his character, and strength were evident… we trust the Spirit! 

Trump We had the best illegal immigration numbers,..at the lowest and I was very proud of those numbers. Kamala and Joe just let it go. I had “remain in Mexico,” “catch and release” in Mexico, not in the United States. And if people had a contagious disease, we wouldn’t allow them into the country. 

Musk You’re supportive of legal immigration, but we obviously need to shut down illegal immigration and especially unvetted illegal immigration. That’s not the same as saying that everyone who’s an illegal immigrant is bad. In fact, I think most people who are illegal immigrants are actually good, but you can’t tell the difference unless there’s a solid vetting of who comes across the border. Is that your position?

Trump I say it very simply. They have to come in legally. They have to be checked. Kamala was the border czar. Now she’s denying it. She’s saying she was strong on the border. She doesn’t have to say it; she could close it up right now. All of a sudden she’s making a speech and saying there will be no tax on tips. I said that months ago. By the way, they had just the opposite. Not only tax on tips, but they hired 88,000 IRS agents, assigned to go get waitresses and caddies on tips. They had a policy of really going after and harassing people horribly. All of a sudden for politics, she says, you know, she comes out with what I said. These people are fake. Now they’re also saying they did a good job on the border. There’s never been a country in history that has had a catastrophe like this. I believe it’s over 20 million people that have come into our country. You have millions of people coming in and she gets up and she tries to pretend like she’s gonna do something. She had three and a half years. And by the way, they have another five months that they can do something, but they won’t do anything. It’s all talk.

Ydia (FL) people are coming in and many have fake documents…if any! There are 30K Chinese men in the US now. They couldn’t afford that…they want to destroy this country! THEY DO NOT CARE! I CARE!

Musk I think it is essential to have a secure border. You’re really not a country unless you have a secure border. We can’t function as a country and our central services are being overwhelmed in a lot of cities. We must have a legal immigration process that is smooth and efficient and done well, and I’m speaking as someone who is a legal immigrant. One way to think of it is who do you want on your team…Team America? Great contributors to our society and to our economy. We have an adverse selection process, and we’re such a target-rich environment that in a lot of places if you try to stop the person who’s robbing you, you’ll be arrested; it’s not fair.

Trump This is migrant crime. Kamala was in charge of it and now she’s trying to say she had nothing to do with it. She’s such a liar because she was called the border czar the first day. People can’t allow them to get away with their disinformation campaign. 

Musk Whether it’s a question of intention or competence, either way, we don’t have a secure border and we have people streaming over like it looks like a zombie apocalypse at times. I went to the border at Eagle Pass and I saw for myself in Texas. People streamed across the border, and the people that I saw did not look friendly. I think this is a fundamental existential issue for the United States. If we have another four more years of open borders, it’s gonna be even worse, and I’m not sure we’ve got a country. It’s just not possible for the United States to absorb everyone from Earth or even a few percent of the rest of Earth. It’s just not possible.

Trump Well, we’re gonna have the largest deportation in the history of this country; we have no choice.

Trump Biden failed in the debate miserably. This was a coup of the president of the United States. He didn’t want to leave. With me, the Israeli attack would have never happened. Russia would never have attacked Ukraine and we’d have no inflation. And we wouldn’t have had the Afghanistan mess. Take a few of those events away and we have a different world.

Musk You’re making an excellent point here…when other countries are thinking about invading or doing bad things, they’re thinking what will the American president do? Do they fear the American president or is he someone they do not respect? Look at the footage of the assassination. President Trump is like “Don’t mess with me.” Whereas people obviously have not been at all intimidated by Biden. And they certainly will not be intimidated by Kamala. You have to really think about it in the context of global security. If the American president is someone that evil dictators are scared of, that makes a huge difference to the security of the world. I think it’s just worth emphasizing to listeners the immense importance of whether the United States president is intimidating or not and how much that matters to global security. Because there are some really tough characters out there. And if they don’t think the American president is tough, they will do what they want…and that puts the whole world in danger.

Trump I know Putin, President Xi, and Kim Jong-un. They’re at the top of their game. They’re tough, smart, vicious, and they’re gonna protect their country. When they see a Kamala or a Biden, they can’t even believe it. 

Musk It’s because people like Kim Jong-un only respond to strength, not weakness.

Trump I always say that we have enemies on the outside and we have enemies on the inside. We have some really bad people in our government – people that are more dangerous than Russia and China If you’re a history student, the first thing you learn is you cannot let Russia and China align. We have a modern-day axis of evil….powerful countries, and very heavy nuclear, which is the biggest threat. The biggest threat is not global warming where the ocean’s gonna rise one-eighth of an inch over the next 400 years. The biggest threat is nuclear warming because we have five countries now that have significant nuclear power. We have numerous places that could end up in World War III starting right now for no reason whatsoever.

Musk I think you’re right. People underrate the risk of World War III. And when looking at the risk of global thermonuclear warfare, it’s game over for humanity. After the end of the Cold War, people have become complacent…actually forgotten that there are currently a lot of nuclear missiles that have targeting parameters for the United States and other countries.

Trump And one of the things we’re gonna do is build an Iron Dome over us…the best Iron Dome in the world. We need it. And we’re gonna make it all in the United States, but we’re gonna have protection because it just takes one maniac to start something.

Trump The election’s coming up and people want to hear about the economy. They don’t have enough money to buy groceries. The inflation has killed them. Food prices are up 50, 60, or even 100% in some cases. The thing that really is making them angry is what Kamala and Biden have allowed to happen to the economy. It’s a disaster. It doesn’t matter what you make…inflation has eaten you alive. Four years ago, people were saving a lot of money. Today, they’re using all their money and borrowing just to live. It’s a horrible thing.

Musk A lot of people just don’t understand where inflation comes from. Inflation comes from government overspending because the checks never bounce when it’s written by the government. So if the government spends far more than it brings in, that increases the money supply. And if the money supply increases faster than the rate of goods and services, that’s inflation. So really, we need to reduce our government spending and have a government efficiency commission to say “Where are we spending money that’s sensible, where is it not sensible?” And we need to live within our means. We’re currently adding a trillion dollars to the deficit every hundred days. And the interest payments on the national debt have now exceeded the defense budget, on the order of a trillion dollars.

Trump We have to bring energy prices down. Not only gasoline; the cost of heating your house and cooling your house has to come down. It’s gone up 100%, 150, and 200%. And we’re gonna drill, baby, drill. They’re gonna go to an energy policy that’s not sustainable. I know you’re a big fan of AI, but AI requires twice the energy that the country already produces for everything. We have to build a lot of energy if our country is to be competitive with China, our primary competitor for AI…almost double what we produce now for the whole country.

We bless them both and ask that those Elon can reach will come in and join President Trump. Bring in those who have influence. Elon bought TWITTER and made it X. 

Musk Going back to basics, people try to make inflation sound complicated, but it’s not. It’s caused by government overspending. Would you agree that we need to take a look at government spending and have a government efficiency commission that tries to have sensible spending so that the country lives within its means as a person does?

Trump The waste is incredible, and nobody negotiates prices. You used to have a lot of people making jets, and you end up with two companies, and they’ll probably try and merge at some point. The price of Air Force One, was $5.7 billion… for two planes. That deal’s no good. I got the price reduced by $1.6 billion and you can multiply that out times thousands of other items.

Musk It would be great to just have a government efficiency commission that takes a look at these things and just ensures that the taxpayers’ hard-earned money is spent in a good way. And I’d be happy to help out on such a commission if it were formed.

Trump Well, you’re the greatest cutter. Look at what you do…walk in and say, “You want to quit?” They go on strike and you say, “That’s okay. You’re all gone.” You are the greatest. You would be very good. 

Musk Well, I’d be happy to help out. it’s just from government overspending and not just not spending taxpayer money effectively…having so many departments, you can’t even name them all. Argentina used to be one of the most prosperous countries in the world and because of bad government policy, it ruined the country. Venezuela should be incredibly prosperous; they have phenomenal reserves of everything. But the government’s impoverished the people. We should not be complacent in the United States, taking our prosperity for granted, because with bad government policy, we can run the country into the ground. That’s just something people should bear in mind. Don’t take prosperity for granted.

Haggai 2:8 “The latter glory of this house shall be greater than the former glory!” A shift is coming, with the favor of God on those in positions of power and authority! 

Trump Think of education. We’re ranked at the bottom of every list of the top 40. Yet we spend more per pupil than any other country in the world. I wanna close up the Department of Education, and move education back to the States. Of the 50, I would bet that 35 would do great; they’ll actually be forced to do better. And what it’ll cost? Less than half what it is in Washington!

Musk If each state has to compete against other states, people will naturally move to states where it’s better.

Trump Cut your cost by 50 or 60% and have a little monitor to make sure they’re teaching English!

Musk Some of these governors are doing so badly…so many people moving out of their states, and they should get the U-Haul Salesman of the Year Award.

Trump Isn’t it amazing to you as a businessman that they can even survive? You left California and moved to Texas. How do these states survive when they lose so many businesses? Their taxes are already among the highest. In many cases, governors don’t do a good job; they’re crime-ridden places. You wonder how do they continue to just go on. It’s not a good situation.

Musk I think that’s gonna force some of these states to change if they risk bankruptcy and they’re not getting bailed out by the federal government. That’s the only thing that’s gonna get them changed.

Musk A lot of people are concerned about the economy…about inflation. Inflation is effectively a tax on people who save money and are working day to day. It’s just a form of taxation. If we can solve the government spending problem, we’ll solve the inflation problem, which means people will have a better standard of living. And that’s a really big deal.

Trump The people that got hurt the worst are the people that saved money and then got no interest on their money, and inflation destroyed them. We’ve got to get the prices down. Bacon’s costing five times more than a few years ago, food products and groceries, people can’t believe it. They used to be able to buy a whole cart and today, people just don’t have the money. They can’t buy anything. They call it sticker shock!

Musk It just comes down to two things: solve government overspending/solve inflation, which improves living standards of the average person. Then deregulate, because a lot of the regulations are nonsensical and cause the cost to be extreme for no reason. There’s an opportunity to make radical progress with sensible regulation. If you do those two things, they are big deals.

Trump We did more deregulation and more restrictions on different businesses than any other president. Remember, I had the rule for everyone we put in, you have to get rid of at 10 or 12…and we did radical cuts on things that weren’t necessary. We were all set…had the best economy ever …then COVID came in and we had to focus on that. I got good marks on the economy, and good marks on the military. We knocked out ISIS. We did so many different things…rebuilt…but I never got the credit that we really deserved on what we did with COVID. Had COVID not happened, we were set to start reducing debt. We were gonna drill and make so much money supplying Europe with oil. I had stopped the Russian pipeline and we were gonna supply them with oil and gas.

We were gonna make a fortune. COVID came in and we had to divert. We kept a lot of businesses alive. If I didn’t do what we did, we would have had a 1929-type depression. The best years we’ve ever had in business were during the Trump years. For African-Americans, Hispanic-Americans Asian-Americans, women, men, and young people were doing better and everybody was happy.

When Biden came in, they spent trillions and trillions of dollars. They shouldn’t have; we wouldn’t be having inflation right now, which is killing our country.

Musk I should probably say something about my views on climate change and oil and gas. I’m probably different from what most people would assume because my views are actually pretty moderate in this regard. I don’t think we should vilify the oil and gas industry and the people who have worked very hard in those industries to provide the necessary energy to support the economy. If we were to stop using oil and gas right now, we would all be starving and the economy would collapse. The world has a certain demand for oil and gas and it’s probably better if the United States provides that than some other countries. Over time we want to move to a sustainable energy economy because eventually, you do run out of oil and gas. We still have quite a bit of time, we don’t need to rush and we don’t need to stop farmers from farming or prevent people from having steaks or basic stuff like that. Leave the farmers alone.

Trump I agree. How crazy is it to have farmers who are not allowed to farm anymore and have to get rid of their cattle? The whole world is a little crazy, but it’s largely taken its lead from us. I’ve heard that even to create your electric car and the electricity needed for it, fossil fuel is what really creates that at the generating plants.

You can’t get away from it. Someday you might be able to, but I hear we have anywhere from 100 to 500 years left. You know, much of it hasn’t even been found yet, but there are tremendous reserves, like ANWR. The first thing Biden did was to get rid of it. He ended it. What a disgrace! ANWR could be bigger than Saudi Arabia, but they went in and terminated it. I’ll get it going very quickly because it means economic development for the US. 

Musk My view is that 50 to 100 years from now, we’re mostly sustainable. I think that’ll probably be okay. It’s not like the house is on fire immediately, but I think it is something we need to move towards. It’s probably better to move there faster than slower. But as I said, without vilifying the oil and gas industry and without causing hardship in the short term, I think they can still drive gasoline cars. I don’t think we should vilify people, but I think we should just generally lean in the direction of sustainability, and solar is gonna be a majority of Earth’s energy generation in the future. So you get the solar power to charge the electric cars and you have a long-term sustainable solution. That’s what Tesla is trying to move things towards. We don’t believe that caring about the environment should mean that you have to suffer. Let’s have an inspiring future and work toward that…without demonizing people.

Trump You use the word global warming and they use the word climate change because not every place is warming. Some places are going in the opposite direction. One thing that I don’t understand is that people talk about global warming or they talk about climate change, but they never talk about nuclear warming. And for me, that’s an immediate problem because five countries have major nuclear and probably some others are getting there and that’s very dangerous. That’s where you need a strong American president because you just, don’t want to have this proliferation. Russia and us are number one and we’re sort of tied; China is far behind, but they’re developing very fast. They’ll end up catching up, maybe even surpassing. To me, the biggest problem is not climate change. it’s nuclear power. The power of nuclear is so great. When I talk about, I’ll prevent World War III, I will, but the truth is that this is a level of destruction and power that nobody’s ever seen before.

Musk Actually, there’s the bad side of nuclear, which is a nuclear war. But there’s also nuclear electricity generation which is underrated. People have this fear of nuclear electricity generation, but it’s actually one of the safest forms of electricity generation. It’s just a huge misunderstanding. Compare any kind of mining operation to nuclear, nuclear is actually way better. So it’s underrated as an electricity source. It’s something that’s worth reconsidering, but there’s so much regulation that people can’t get it done.

Trump Maybe they’ll have to change the name. We’ll have to rebrand it…give it a good name. What happened in Japan, they say you won’t be able to go on the land for about 3,000 years. Did you ever see that? And in Russia, where they had the problem, where they, you know, there’s a lot of bad things happened. They have a problem. And they say that in 2,000 years, people will start to occupy the land again.

Musk No, that’s not true. It’s actually not that bad. After Fukushima happened in Japan, people asked me if we were worried about a nuclear cloud coming from Japan. No, that’s crazy. It’s not even dangerous in Fukushima. I actually flew there and ate locally grown vegetables on TV to prove it. And I donated a solar-powered system for a water treatment plant. Hiroshima and Nagasaki were bombed, but now they’re like full cities again.

It happens in banana republics and third-world countries, but it’s never happened here. The incredible thing is it actually drove my numbers up. You fight for election integrity and you end up getting indicted. When the day comes that you can’t fight for election integrity, you don’t have a country anymore.

Trump Biden’s close to the vegetable stage, in my opinion. It looks so bad and it’s ridiculous. You don’t have a president. And she’s gonna be worse than him. She is a San Francisco liberal who destroyed San Francisco, then as attorney general, she destroyed California. You know better than I do. You just left California for a lot of those reasons. And what she’s done with crime, with cashless bail, where you kill somebody and they let you out right away. Then they never find the people unless they kill again. And then they let them out again. Our country is becoming a very dangerous place. She wants to release all the prisoners that are in detention. And some of these guys are really bad. She doesn’t want to build the wall even though the walls work. I built hundreds of miles of wall and I was gonna add 200 miles.…finished it up in three weeks…and they sold it for 5 cents on the dollar. I said, wow, that means that they actually do want to have open borders. She wants to have open borders. And now she’s saying she’s tough on the border. It’s such a lie. And everybody knows it’s not true. It’s a disgrace.

Musk Obviously, what’s happening overnight is they’re rewriting history and making Kamala sound like a moderate when in fact she is far left, like far, far left.

Trump Worse than …more liberal by far… than Bernie Sanders. She’s a radical left lunatic. And if she’s president, you’re not gonna have a country anymore. She’ll go back to all of the things that she believes in. like a no fracking, zero. Now all of a sudden she’s saying, I really want to see fracking. The day she gets in, she’ll end fracking.

Elon Netanyahu came to talk to the joint Senate and House, and I was there and Kamala stood him up. You know, what does that say?

Trump I think it’s highly disrespectful. And I say, if you’re a Jewish person or if you believe in Israel if you’re a person that is very pro-Israel, if you vote for her, you ought to have your head examined. As we’re doing this, I’m seeing reports coming that they expect an attack tonight or tomorrow from hundreds and maybe thousands of rockets. You know, the Iron Dome, their shield that they built, can be swamped by shooting enough missiles. They can’t defend themselves. It will just obliterate the whole place. That’s what some people think they’re looking to do. We have no leadership. There’s no respect for the United States of America with these people. And I’m telling you, she’ll be worse than him because she’s a believer in being radical left and he wasn’t.

Musk You’re right. It’s important for those that may be listening to this to look at Kamala’s track record before the last month and say, is that a track record you agree with? If you’re an independent moderate, you definitely would not agree with it because it is, her behavior has been far left. We’re seeing an overnight propaganda attempt to rewrite history and make it sound like Kamala’s moderate when she in fact is not moderate.

Trump Well, her running mate approved and signed into legislation. Tampons in boys’ bathrooms, okay? Now that’s all I have to hear. And that means she believes in that too. She picked this guy because he was the closest to her. She picked an anti-Israel radical left person, but she is far worse. If we have her, a Democrat as president, I don’t think our country can survive.

Musk I think we’re in massive trouble, frankly, with the Kamala administration, and that’s my honest opinion. It’s essential that you win for the good of the country! I got a letter from the EU Commission saying to not have disinformation during this discussion that we’re having. There are a lot of attempts to do censorship and to force censorship even on Americans from other countries. And what do you think about that?

Trump I know the European Union very well. They take great advantage of the United States in trade, as you know. Through a different forum, NATO, we protect them. Yet, if you build a car in the United States, you can’t sell it in Europe. It’s impossible. The same thing with our farmers who find it very difficult to do business. You know, we have a deficit with the EU of $250 billion, which people don’t know. It sounds so nice, the European Union, but let me tell you, they’re not as tough as China, but they’re bad. And I let them know it. And that’s probably why they notified you. They don’t treat our country well. We’re in for $250 billion, and they’re in for about $71 billion. If you add up the European nations in terms of an economy, it’s about the same size as us. And they’re in much greater risk; they’re right there. We have an ocean separating us from the enemy, Russia. I say, why aren’t they paying what we’re paying? And they’re in much more, danger because of the fact that they’re right near there…in that location.

MuskI think a lot of the public isn’t aware of the fact that the United States pays a disproportionate share of the NATO expenses. I mean, the point of NATO is defending Europe and why is the United States paying disproportionately more to defend Europe than Europe? That doesn’t make sense, that’s unfair and an appropriate thing to address.

Trump When you talk about cost-cutting and savings, there’s nobody who feels worse about the Ukraine situation than I do… because I know it would have never happened. I know Zelensky. He was very honorable to me when they went with the Russia hoax and I had a phone call with him. He said it was a perfect phone call. He could have grandstanded and said, oh, he was very threatening. He said, “No, it was a very nice phone call.” I called him up to congratulate him on his win and end up getting impeached. These people are lunatics. You know, I was talking about the difference between the people within and the enemies on the outside. In many cases, the people from within are more dangerous for our country than Russia’s and China’s.

Musk It’s obvious that you’re an advocate of free speech! During your first time as president, you were attacked relentlessly every day, often very unfairly with false attacks. And you didn’t try to shut down the media. You didn’t try to inhibit their freedom of speech. And I think that says a lot.

Trump Well, the good thing is that you and I can get the word out. Sometimes it’s hard because they don’t want to print it. We’re having a great conversation right now. Kamala wouldn’t have this conversation. She can’t because she’s not smart. And Biden, we don’t even have to talk about it. He would have given up on the first half of a question, walked out, and said, where am I? Not a lot of people would have this conversation, but you know, we cover a lot of territory. But the beauty is that you, you know, we can have a conversation and I’m able to get it out.

Musk This is a really big point. You can actually have a conversation. You can’t have a conversation with Biden or Kamala. It’s not possible. 

Trump Think of it. We need a man or a person who’s unbelievably sharp in order to stop all the nuclear danger and all the dangers that I’m talking about. Really smart people who have an ability to lead. And she doesn’t have that ability. Can you imagine her and him negotiating, or even standing together? It is, the whole concept is ridiculous.

Musk People in America wanna feel excited and inspired about the future…that it is gonna be better than the past… that we’ll do things greater than we’ve done in the past, and reach new heights that make you proud to be an American and excited about the future. They want the American dream back.

Trump They want the American dream back, more important than anything else. It’s like, you don’t have that today because the people see incompetent people running things. And when I debated him, I was like, is this for real?

Musk Yeah, it was just absurd. I think there are some grand projects that we could do; we could build a base on the moon. We could send American astronauts to Mars. We could build high-speed connections that are more advanced than anything else in the world between our cities. So people have fast transport.

You know, it’s possible to solve traffic with tunnels. We’ve, you know, already made great progress in Vegas doing that. And, you know, and just do things that are exciting and inspiring and make the future feel like it’s better than the past.

Trump Well, I saw what you did in Vegas and I’ll tell you, it was amazing. And you could do that all over. It’s deep. You don’t even need much structure, you know, assuming you’re in the right area.

Musk No, it’s straightforward.

Trump It’s amazing.

Musk I think we could do some things like that. China’s got incredible high-speed rail between its cities. But I think it’s actually possible with tunnels. If it was deregulation with an ability to actually do the tunnels, you could have high-speed tunnels that are actually better than anything else in the world for high-speed transport between cities. And that would be something that, you know, Americans can say, wow, okay, we’ve got something that’s cooler than anyone else in the world. That’s the kind of thing that makes you proud to be an American.

Trump And much safer than surface trains where there is a danger with crazy people. It’s much safer, much better. I find it fascinating. I’ve seen the systems and how they work and the bullet trains, they call them, And they go unbelievably fast, unbelievably comfortable with no problems. And we don’t have anything like that in this country, not even close. And it doesn’t make sense that we don’t.

Musk I’m kind of hopping on the excess regulation, but I think something that I think people can generally understand is that what happens with laws and regulations is that they just, there’s more and more of them every year. Unless there’s a process to clean them up, eventually everything becomes illegal. And that actually, it slows down the development of new technologies. There’s room for some reform at the FDA for improving the speed with which we approve drugs that could help save lives and improve people’s lives.

Trump I worked very hard on that. I got things approved in the FDA at numbers that they wouldn’t believe.

And, you know, it’s a very bureaucratic group. I got to know a lot of them, but I was pushing them really hard for so many different things that were really pretty amazing. The FDA takes too long. It’s 12 years to get a product approved. I got it down to four, and I got some things done very quickly, but it’s really something that is gonna have to be worked on because it takes too long.

Musk And you end up with the approval, but it takes years instead of something that could potentially take months that improve people’s lives. There has to be an active process for reducing rules and regulations because otherwise they just keep building up every year and you get like hardening of the arteries, and eventually everything’s illegal or takes forever. And then we just ossify as a society we just, we can’t make any progress.

Trump Getting back to the FDA for one second. I got something done called “Right to Try”. This is where you can go in, and if you’re terminally ill, you can use a space-age medicine or whatever it may be. People would go to other countries because they couldn’t use these products, even if they thought it worked because it’s going through the FDA. I got it approved. The doctors didn’t want it because of the liability. The country didn’t want it, our country, because they didn’t want to get sued. The insurance companies didn’t want it. And the pharmaceutical companies didn’t want it. I got everybody into a room and we came up with an agreement that you won’t get sued. If somebody’s terminally ill and they die after taking a drug, they don’t want that on their record. So we set a second, a separate list. So it wouldn’t count as a negative, okay? And as you know, we got it done. We have saved right to try and we’re saving tens of thousands of lives. 

Musk Well, if a drug is approved in Europe, which has a crazy amount of regulations, it should obviously be approved in the US. I mean, they have more regulations than we do. So why would a drug be approved in Europe and not in the US? That’s crazy.

Trump Well, we did it. They’ve been trying to do it for 50 years and they just couldn’t get it done. And I got it done. Some people go to Europe because a drug isn’t approved here, but it’s approved in Europe. And it’s a drug that generally speaking would work. It’s pretty crazy.

Musk And I think as long as people are properly informed of the pros and cons and like, these are the risks, this is the risk. You make your own decision. That makes sense.

Trump I just wanna congratulate you. You’ve done an amazing job. You have definitely got a fertile mind. You know, we can talk, you and I can talk about rockets about tunnels and electric cars, so many things. And now you’re into the AI and that’s gonna be another beauty, I’ll say. So it’s an amazing thing you’ve done, Elon.

It’s an amazing thing and I congratulate you.

Musk Thank you. And well, I mean, I just say, here’s to an exciting, inspiring future that people can look forward to and be optimistic and excited about what happens next. And that’s the kind of future that I think you will bring as president and that’s why I endorse you.

Musk If I could summarize it perhaps, you know, I think these are issues that I think most people in America would agree with, which is that we want safe and clean cities. We want secure borders. We want sensible government spending. We want to restore both the perception and the reality of respect in the judicial system, just, you know, stop the lawfare. And I think that’s like, and how are those even right-wing positions? I think those are just, that’s just common sense. Would you agree with that?

Trump A hundred percent. We’re gonna really turn things around fast. We have no choice, otherwise we’re not gonna have a country. This has been a lot of fun being with you. You’re an amazing guy. You’ve done an incredible job and a great inspiration to people, a great inspiration. And I hope you keep going and just continue to do well. We’re gonna have a big election coming up and I think November 5th will be the most important day in the history of our country. because if we don’t win, I just feel so sorry for everybody.

Musk No, I think we’re at a fork in the road of the destiny of civilization. And I think we need to take the right path. And I think you’re the right path. So I think that’s what it comes down to.
