We opened the evening’s celebration with a prayer of gratitude for what God has done in the past few weeks, in and through our new Administration in the United States. We asked for God’s continued blessings as we move through the process of setting into place the members of the Cabinet, SCOTUS and the numerous appointments that will be made by President Trump and his team of executive branch officials.
Pastor Ioan gave us a report on what is taking place in Romania right now!
· He expressed the awareness of the SHALOM which was covering the crowds in Romania where he was standing in University Square in Bucharest in PRESENCE INTERCESSION, in the midst of 150,000 people who are experiencing tremendous civil unrest as the leftist socialists try to take their country back into the darkness and bondage of Communism.
· He told us of how they went to pray in the crowd and how there was so much shouting and chaos lurking to be unleashed. He had his shofar with which he blew three blasts, and watched as great peace descended on the crowds. They did this several times when the fever pitch began to mount, and each time, the crowds calmed down! What power there is in PRESENCE INTERCESSION!
· He shared how people showed true love, even gave the police flowers and blessed them, rather than
to fight them. This was God’s love made visible…and it astounded many!
· Pastor Peia then prayed that the love of God would come to touch us, as it did them, right now, in our homes and families all across the United States.
We entered into a time of prayer for Romania, “paying it forward” for all the prayers that were offered for the United States and her people in DC by our brothers and sisters from the nations around the world!
· We asked that God would root out all unrighteousness and corruption from their government (and all governments of the world), so that righteousness and peace might meet and rule over all the peoples!
· We discussed how Communism and Socialism are demonic and destroy the hope of the people.
o These systems cause great suffering in the masses, removing God from the public arena.
We need to know that HISTORY DOES INDEED BELONG TO THE INTERCESSORS!
· We entered into a discussion of who we are in Christ and understanding of the anointing He has placed upon us a WATCHMEN on the wall of our nation.
· We stand as intercessors between two worlds, heaven and earth, with the power and authority of heaven moving through us into the earth realm.
· We are a representation of the heavenly manifestation of Who Christ is!
· The battle is ongoing, the case against creation has been brought before the courts of heaven, and we are His witnesses.
Dallas reminded us that the strategic target for today was “determining the days”…and we must determine and set into place those orders He has for us each day…operating in the authority and confidence that God has already laid it out for us, if we will accept His will and way and walk in it, and understand that to be effective!
Nga felt we needed to change course and enter further into SHABBAT (with worship) so to preserve the unity of the group, we moved from this discussion into song. These are some of the songs that came forth:
o Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty
o We are standing on Holy Ground
o The Hymn of Promise…and more…
o When we sang: I stand, I stand, in awe of YOU!…the Spirit of the Lord rested on each of us…
As we moved deeper into the Lord, we engaged in the Warfare of Love, the Battle of the Bride! ALLELUIA!
Pastor Peia shared that he had “received an understanding that the gates of heaven are open for us…we are welcome in the Presence of God…and that He is coming into our universe.” We are in His PRESENCE!
· Three things happen when we come into this type of relationship with our Creator:
o The sanctification of a PLACE… He takes ownership of the space, the physical realm, in which we are worshipping…wherever we are – our rooms, our homes, our communities. I declare that in my house, my room, there is no place for the evil one!
o The sanctification of TIME…we do not live in the past or the future. We live in the now, in the present moment; we exist and are alive, able to rejoice because He is giving us life right now!
o The sanctification of UNITY…we come together – with our brothers and sisters- into His Presence…we accept one another and ask that He would bind us together, with one heart, one mind, one spirit.
· We prayed in the Spirit together, singing and releasing ourselves with joy before Him!
As we took Communion, we sang the blessing over the bread, then offered it to the Lord, knowing we become what we eat! After singing the blessing over the cup, we took and drank, receiving the power of cleansing of His Precious Blood over our whole beings! We prayed for the United States and Romania and declared “Blessed be the ties that bind”, in word and song!
A definition of SHALOM: that which destroys the authority which brings chaos…and leaves peace!
Several thoughts were put forth at this moment:
· A vision of “dead bones” being raised was described by one of the intercessors.
· God is going to make everything new!
· God uses the foolish things of this world to confound the wise!
· We go from victory to victory in the SHALOM of God!
We responded to the call of the Lord, saying, “Henini! Here I am, Lord!” The example of Henini is in Genesis 22…and Pastor Piea shared from Genesis 22, about “the binding of Isaac” where in vs 2, God says to Abraham, “Take your son whom you love…” (Isaac was then 37 years old.)
Read Gen 22:1-2 After a period of time, God decided to put Abraham to the test. Eternal One: Abraham! Abraham: I am right here. (HENINI!) Eternal One: 2 Take your son, your only son Isaac whom I know you love deeply, and go to the land of Moriah. When you get there, I want you to offer Isaac to Me as a burnt offering on one of the mountains. I will show you which one.
In this chapter, we see:
· A father that loved his son so much that God bore witness to it!
· A son, 37, who obeyed his father and accepted his father binding him and placing him on the altar
· The KEY: Submission in love – the son did the father’s will, as Jesus would for our salvation
· The Holy Spirit (in Hebrews 11) tells us: 17 By faith Abraham, when he endured God’s testing, offered his beloved son Isaac as a sacrifice. The one who had received God’s promise was willing to offer his only son; 18 God had told him, “It is through Isaac that your descendants will bear your name,” 19 and he concluded that God was capable of raising him from the dead, which, figuratively, is indeed what happened.
Gen 22:3-4 Abraham did as he was told. Early in the morning he got up, saddled his donkey, and taking two of his trusted servants with him and his son Isaac, he cut the wood for the burnt offering and traveled to the place God had told him about. 4 On the third day of the journey, Abraham looked up and saw the place far in the distance. Abraham (to his servants): 5 Stay here with the donkey. The boy and I will go over there. We will worship, and then we will come back to meet you here. 6 Abraham took the wood for the burnt offering and set it on the shoulders of his son Isaac to carry. Abraham himself carried the fire and the knife. The two of them walked on together. Isaac (to Abraham): 7 Father! Abraham: I am right here, Son. (HENINI!) Isaac: Look, we have the fire and the wood, but where is the lamb for the burnt offering? Abraham: 8 God will provide the lamb for the burnt offering, my son. The two of them continued to walk on together. 9 When they finally arrived at the place God had shown him, Abraham took some stones and built an altar there and arranged the wood carefully on top of it. Then he bound up his son Isaac with rope and laid him on the altar on top of the stack of wood. 10 Just as Abraham reached over to grab the knife that would kill his son, 11 the special messenger of the Eternal One called his name from heaven. Special Messenger: Abraham! Abraham! Abraham: I am right here! (HENINI!) Special Messenger: 12 Don’t lay your hand on the boy or do anything to harm him. I know now that you respect the one True God and will be loyal to Him and follow His commands, because you were willing to give up your son, your only son, to Me.13 Abraham glanced up and saw a ram behind him with its horns caught in the thicket. He went over, dislodged the ram, and offered it up as a burnt offering in the place of his son. 14 From that day forward, Abraham called that place, “The Eternal One will provide.” Because of this, people still today say, “On the Mount of the Eternal, all will be provided.” 15 The special messenger of the Eternal One called out to Abraham yet a second time from heaven. Special Messenger: 16 Listen to the solemn vow the Eternal One has spoken: “Because you have done what I asked and were willing to give up your son, your only son, 17 I will reaffirm My covenant of blessing to you and your family. I will make sure your descendants are as many as the stars of the heavens and the grains of sand on the shores. I reaffirm My earlier promises that your descendants will possess the lands and sit in the gates of their enemies, 18 and from your descendants all the peoples of the earth will discover true blessing. All this is because you have obeyed My voice. 19 Then Abraham returned to the place where he left his trusted servants. They traveled together—Abraham, Isaac, and his servants—back to Beersheba where Abraham lived on for some time.
John 8:56 Your father Abraham anticipated the time when I would come, and he celebrated My coming. Jews: 57 You aren’t even 50 years old, yet You have seen and talked with Abraham? Jesus: 58 I tell you the truth; before Abraham came to be, I AM. We learned that when he looked up, Abraham saw Jesus between himself and the RAM…the Eternal Sacrifice! What great reason for hope!
As we closed out this three hour SHABBAT celebration, Pastor Ioan shared that his heart is so happy for what is happening in our nation right now! We are in an ongoing process of restoration, and all the battles are for good! The enemy cannot prevail! We agreed…and prayed that Romania would receive the same blessings!
Until next Friday…Grace! Grace! to all of us!
