We will not tolerate any demonic interference on the 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call. 

We are taking measures to protect and defend our 24/7 family and this call. At the top of every hour, 

the facilitator, in agreement with those on the line, will bind all forces of evil and cast them down into the abyss, then pray a shield of protection over the call and our 24/7 family!

*The key assignment for the 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call is to intercede hourly 

for the safety and security of our President Donald John Trump 

and to pray for that which pertains to our nation!

We pray for our President’s protection and we cover him with the Blood of Jesus. 

We bless our First Lady, Melania, their son Barron and each of their family members.

We cover our Vice President Mike Pence, his wife Karen and their family 

and all those serving in this Administration.

We also bless the members of the Federal Reserve Board along with those who are part of our nation’s banking system which impacts our economy! May Jerome H. Powell, Richard H. Clarida, 

Randal K. Quarles, Michelle W. Bowman, and Lael Brainard serve with integrity and honor!

The 24/7 NSPC is calling the Body of Christ nationwide to pray for the 2020 National Elections,

mobilizing intercessors and positioning ourselves in prayer before the Lord 

on behalf of our President and nation! 

COUNTDOWN: 558 days until the election! 

Let us pray into this verse:

Strategic Focus for Friday 

WELCOME THE KING OF GLORY INTO THE UNITED STATES 

Persecution of Christians…At Home and Abroad

“Nebuchadnezzar, in rage and fury, gave the command to bring Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego. So they brought these men before the king. Nebuchadnezzar spoke, saying to them, ‘Is it true, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego, that you do not serve my gods or worship the gold image which I have set up? 

Now if you are ready at the time you hear the sound of the horn, flute, harp, lyre, and psaltery, in symphony with all kinds of music, and you fall down and worship the image which I have made, good! But if you do not worship, you shall be cast immediately into the midst of a burning fiery furnace. And who is the God who will deliver you from my hands?’ 

Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego answered and said to the king, 

‘O Nebuchadnezzar, we have no need to answer you in this matter. If that is the case, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and He will deliver us from your hand, o king. 

But if not, let it be known to you, o king, that we do not serve your gods, 

nor will we worship the gold image which you have set up.’ ”

Daniel 3:13-18

Three young men, companions of Daniel during the Babylonian exile, were threatened, tormented and persecuted for their faith. They made their positions clear, took their stand and trusted in God to defend them. At this moment in history, many of us believers here at home, who stand in alignment as “companions” with President Trump, are being attacked for our firm stands and adherence to our faith! 

Our President has taken strong positions on behalf of LIFE, the protection of our NATIONAL BORDERS and the WAR ON DRUGS! Those around him who hold Godly values and those who stand in support of him and these initiatives to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN are receiving our “share of the fallout”, as did Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego. Vice President Mike Pence is at the forefront of this onslaught, suffering attacks, persecution and maligning from those who are enemies of this nation, and who are really at war with God! 

As Daniel’s friends, who were thrown into the fiery furnace said: “…our God…is able to deliver us…but if not, we do not serve your gods! We agree…and call on GOD as did the young men of Daniel’s time to move mightily in our VP’s defense! Here is just one situation he is being faced with. Let us read and pray into it now.

When Taylor University, a Christian college in Indiana, announced that Vice President Mike Pence would be the commencement speaker next month, a “media firestorm” ensued. 3,300 people signed a change.org petition to get Pence’s invitation to the mid-May commencement ceremony rescinded, claiming the ‘Trump-Pence Administration’s policies’ are ‘not consistent with the Christian ethic of love we hold dear.’ One Taylor grad said the school, “should be ashamed…I am physically shaking…I feel personally attacked,” but not all alumni agree. Taylor officials said they are standing by their decision. Taylor University spokesman, James Garringer, said: ”Since making the announcement of Vice President Mike Pence’s upcoming commencement speech, we have received feedback from people on either side of the issue. Taylor University is an intentional Christian community that strives to encourage positive, respectful and meaningful dialogue, We look forward to hosting the Vice President next month.’”

We pray:

• That those who come against the people of God will recognize that God is with those they are reviling and persecuting…and turn, as the King did, from their wickedness to accept, revere and honor the Lord!
• That Mike Pence will walk fully in the grace, authority and power God has given him, and overcome! 

“…I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire; and they are not hurt, 

and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God…Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego, who sent His Angel and delivered His servants who trusted in Him, and they have frustrated the king’s word, and yielded their bodies, that they should not serve nor worship any god except their own God! 

Therefore I make a decree that any people, nation, or language which speaks anything amiss against the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego shall be cut in pieces, and their houses shall be made an ash heap; because there is no other God who can deliver like this.” 

Then the king promoted Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego in the province of Babylon.

We have been interceding for the Church in Sri Lanka, following the brutal attacks that took so many lives on Easter Sunday. This is an update from our dear brother, Leslie Keegel, a spiritual leader there! 

“Dear praying friends, please take time to intercede for Sri Lanka.

• The death toll has now been established at 253 persons, with over 500 injured. Attacks and attempts of attack are still in the air, and fear, anxiety, and hopelessness is high.
• For the government and rulers to be united and intentionally decisive to overcome enemy factions.
• It is discovered that ISIS is behind these attacks. They are looking for more opportunities to strike churches and Christians. 
• Shops, offices, schools are closed, and people who are dependent on daily wages are not finding work. 

Therefore, starvation and frustration is creeping in. 

• There is leadership failure, therefore, there is economic, social, and political instability in our nation, and public demonstrations against the government are threatened. 
• It is learned that our decision-makers do not see eye to eye with each other, therefore important decisions are not being made.
• The forces of darkness in high places are raging against the Church and her leadership. The Church must receive strength and comfort to battle against the powers of darkness. 
• Please pray that the support lines to ISIS would be cut and resources would stop flowing to their leadership here.

Thank you very much for your partnership in prayer.”

We pray:

• For Holy-Love – That the church would act with maturity, reflecting the holy-love of God: on the one hand, insisting that the authorities will carry out a thoroughgoing investigation and will punish the wrongdoers; and on the other hand, personally and corporately showing love to all, including our enemies. We cannot afford to let hatred blunt our witness. God will judge the wicked, and he will do that often through government institutions. Our belief in the doctrine of judgment takes away our bitterness over gross sinfulness like this. On our part, we do what we can do, and that is to love our enemies.
• For Faithfulness – That the church would faithfully carry out its calling to be an agent of healing in broken situations. Individually, we can get close to suffering people. I prayed with my Hindu neighbor this morning when he came home to tell me that his sister had died in the blast. We also can get involved in a more corporate way in bigger projects.

• For Healing – For the injured and for their speedy recovery, and pray for the medical services to do their work well. For the emotionally scarred and for their steady recovery. This is a time when we can be agents of the God of all comfort through our listening and ministering 
• For Comfort and Strength – For God’s comfort and strength to the many Christian and non-Christian people who have been devastated by the loss of their loved ones.
• Against Unrest – That extremist forces would not use these incidents to cause unrest in the country. Christians can act as moderating agents because, while we may be enraged by what happened, we are freed from bitterness as we know that a just God who controls history is greater than the problems.

We look at everything in life through the lens of our belief in a God who is holy love. We know that He judges the wicked, and so we are not bitter. We know that He loves the world and that we are called to be agents of that love. This drives us to action. But we don’t do so with a defeatist attitude. We know that God is building His kingdom, culminating in the return of Christ and that our actions are building blocks in this process. holy love must win in the end! Amen. Maranatha! Come, Lord Jesus

Special Prayer Request from John Robb (24/7 NSPC Advisor and brother in the Lord) for his precious wife Lori.

“The most serious ongoing concern is that my sweet and saintly wife, Lori, continues to battle her Crohn’s disease and has been unable to gain the weight back that she has lost due to a very limited diet and an apparent inability to absorb nutrients. Sometimes she experiences significant pain and other uncomfortable symptoms, so it looks like she will need another surgery unless there is a supernatural intervention between now and May 8th when she is scheduled to have part of her intestines removed in San Diego, CA. We are impressed with her specialist surgeon and the renowned Crohn’s disease doctor she has been consulting with there. Our plan is to be there from May 6 to 17 in order to have the post-op as well before flying back to Albuquerque. Your prayers would be very welcome that the surgery is a success and that my dear wife will be able to eat properly and without pain again. Part of her tissue will be donated to research to hopefully find a cure for this awful disease”

• That You will bless, comfort and completely heal Lori, whether miraculously or through the hands of a thoroughly competent physician. 
• That John’s heart and mind will be at ease as he stands with and supports his beloved throughout this physical challenge.
• That the meditations of their hearts and every work of their hands will glorify You for all of their days!

Lord, give us Congressional leaders who know You, honor You, and understand that they are accountable to You for the authority they have been given. Penetrate their decision-making processes with Your wisdom and guidance. Give them ears to hear You ~ and discernment, courage, integrity, and strength to carry out Your direction. We ask that You speak to those who do not know You. Change their hearts so they will serve You!
