The key assignment for the 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call is to intercede hourly for the safety and security of our President, Donald John Trump, and to pray for that which pertains to our nation!
We pray for our President’s protection and cover him with the Blood of Jesus,
asking that he will respond to every situation by the leading of the Holy Spirit!
We refer those to You who are plotting and planning the demise of our beloved President!
We say “No!” to them and ask that You expose and foil all their plans! Thank You, Lord!
We bless our First Lady, Melania, their marriage, their son Barron and all their family members.
We bless our Vice President Mike Pence, his wife Karen and their family
and all those serving in this Administration.
We speak wisdom and courage to the Federal Reserve Board members.
May they serve with integrity and honor, doing what’s right for our nation’s economy!
Let them lower the discount rate again, so that our economy will continue to thrive, despite all odds!
The 24/7 NSPC is praying for the 2020 National Elections,
positioning ourselves in prayer before the Lordon behalf of our President and nation!
COUNTDOWN: 422 days until the election!

Strategic Focus for Monday
WELCOME THE KING OF GLORY INTO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
Remembering “9-11” – Part 1
“The memory of the righteous is blessed, but the name of the wicked will rot.”
Proverbs 10:7
President Trump surprised the nation on Saturday when he announced the cancellation of a secret meeting scheduled for Sunday at Camp David with Taliban leaders. He wrote:
“Unbeknownst to almost everyone, the major Taliban leaders and, separately, the President of Afghanistan, were going to secretly meet with me at Camp David on Sunday. They were coming to the United States tonight. Unfortunately, in order to build false leverage, they admitted to an attack in Kabul that killed one of our great-great soldiers, and 11 other people. I immediately canceled the meeting and called off peace negotiations. What kind of people would kill so many in order to seemingly strengthen their bargaining position? They didn’t, they only made it worse! If they cannot agree to a ceasefire during these very important peace talks, and would even kill 12 innocent people, then they probably don’t have the power to negotiate a meaningful agreement anyway. How many more decades are they willing to fight?”
That was a timely reminder of what we have been dealing with for years now, as we approach our 18th national observance of “9-11”. It was an appropriate and well-reasoned response to those with whom he was to be in negotiations, who were unable to exercise control over other members of their radical group.
We pray:
- Wisdom and holy boldness for our President, in every step of negotiations, as he deals with those from around the world that threaten the peace and prosperity of our nation and the nations of the world!
This week, we pause to remember the events of September 11, 2001… commonly called “9-11”. On that day, four (4) skyjacked planes became “guided weapons of destruction” under the control of 19 Muslim terrorists associated with the Islamic extremist group “al-Qaida”. The first two planes were flown into the North and South Twin Towers of the landmark World Trade Center in New York City, and a third crashed into the Pentagon in Washington, DC. The fourth, which was headed toward the Capitol, was diverted by patriotic passengers who stormed the attackers on board and sacrificed their lives when the plane crashed into a field in Shanksville, Pennsylvania. A total of 2,996 people were killed in the “9-11” attacks, including the 19 terrorist hijackers aboard the four airplanes. Citizens of 78 countries died in New York, Washington, DC and Pennsylvania.
We pray:
- That Americans will never forget what took place that day of “9-11”, and never allow our country to be “cowed” by terrorists…to be brought under the control of the false god of Islam or the godless demonic system of socialism! We will continue to stand for God, and for “truth, justice and the American way!”
After 9-11, a September 11 Victim Compensation Fund was set up, and benefits were scheduled to be dispersed through 2092. Over the last 18 years, however, administrators had cut benefits by up to 70% as the $7.4 billion fund became depleted. President Trump stepped in “to make things right”, and on July 29th of this year, he signed a law authorizing support for the victims, their families and the first responders who worked at the scene.
We pray:
- In gratitude for the heart of our President, who heard the cries of those who had given so much on “9-11” and were now suffering and in need of financial aid and support.
- We bless all those first responders who came to the rescue of fellow citizens at the risk of their own lives! We speak “PEACE” into their lives and to their families, who bear these burdens with them!
On December 18, 2001, Congress approved the naming of September 11 as “Patriot Day” to commemorate the anniversary of the 9-11 attacks. In 2009, Congress named September 11th a National Day of Service and Remembrance. This year, President Trump proclaimed three National Days of Prayer and Remembrance, September 6th, 7th and 8th. As we read his proclamation and pray into it, let us ask God to protect our nation and people, and prevent anything like this from ever happening on our soil again.

Presidential Proclamation on National Days of Prayer and Remembrance,
“During these National Days of Prayer and Remembrance, we come together to honor the memory of the nearly 3,000 men, women, and children who perished in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. The passage of time will never diminish the magnitude of the loss or the courage, compassion, strength, and unity displayed during one of our darkest hours.”
The horrific events of that September morning shook our Nation to its core as we watched in disbelief as the chaos unfolded. Yet in the midst of loss and destruction, a renewed pride, patriotism, and appreciation for the precious blessings of life and liberty filled our soul. We pause, therefore, to remember not merely our pain and sorrow from that day but also our will, our fortitude, and our reinvigorated unity and love for our fellow Americans.
Pray into this portion.
Since the founding of our Republic, we have proclaimed reliance on Almighty God. Prayer has sustained and guided the leaders and citizens of this great Nation in times of peace and prosperity and in times of conflict and disaster. Thus, it is fitting that we again turn to our Creator for wisdom, comfort, and peace on this somber occasion, praying for those who lost loved ones at the World Trade Center, at the Pentagon, and in Shanksville, Pennsylvania, and for all who bear the wounds, seen and unseen, of these tragedies. We also pray for our first responders who risk their own lives to rescue others in peril, and continue to do so day in and day out, as well as for our men and women in the military who protect our homeland, serving a cause greater than themselves.
Pray into this portion.
The United States has endured many trials, yet few events have challenged our resolve as the events of September 11, 2001. On that fateful day, our faith was challenged, but never lost; our Nation wept, but could not be defeated. Through the devastation, we emerged stronger. During these commemorative days, may we unite in prayer and remembrance and do our part to ensure that future generations never forget this immeasurable tragedy or ever doubt this Nation’s extraordinary resilience.
Pray into this portion.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, do hereby proclaim Friday, September 6, through Sunday, September 8, 2019, as National Days of Prayer and Remembrance. I ask that the people of the United States mark these National Days of Prayer and Remembrance with prayer, contemplation, memorial services, the visiting of memorials, the ringing of bells, and evening candlelight remembrance vigils. I invite all people around the world to share in these Days of Prayer and Remembrance.
Pray into this portion.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this fifth day of September, in the year of our Lord two thousand nineteen, and of the Independence of the United States of America the two hundred and forty-fourth.
DONALD J. TRUMP

Ceremonies to observe “9-11” are scheduled at the 9/11 Memorial and Museum at the World Trade Center site and in communities and schools across the country. Remember to take time in these next few days to share about “9-11” with your family, especially children who may not have a memory of it! We must never forget!

Specific Prayer Topic for Today
Praying for the Mass Media in our Nation
The mass media has “neglected” to mention the wonderful report about the number of migrants coming to the Mexico-US border having dropped by 56% over the past three months. The President seems pleased by Mexican efforts, and told reporters: “I want to thank Mexico, the Mexican government, their great President of Mexico, for helping us.” (He has noted that Mexico is actually doing more than Congress to resolve the border issues!)
We pray:
- That the media will fairly cover the “good news” about what is taking place at the Border.
- That our Congress will start to move on resolving the immigration issues as outlined by the President and establish laws that will protect our citizens and offer merit-based immigration to replace chain migration!
