Friday, October 18, 2019 – The 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call

We begin the hour today by praising and giving thanks to God!

“Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God!” 

1 John 3:1

  The key assignment for the 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call is to intercede hourly for the safety and security of our President, Donald John Trump, and to pray for that which pertains to our nation!

We pray for our President’s protection and cover him with the Blood of Jesus, 

asking that he will respond to every situation by the leading of the Holy Spirit.

We refer those to You who are plotting and planning the demise of our beloved President! 

We say “No!” to them and ask that You expose and foil all their plans! Thank You, Lord! 

We bless our First Lady, Melania, their marriage, their son Barron and all their family members.

We bless our Vice President Mike Pence, his wife Karen and their family

and all those serving in this Administration. 

We bless the Federal Reserve Board members.  

May they serve with integrity and honor, doing what’s right for our nation’s economy! 

The 24/7 NSPC is praying for the 2020 National Elections, 

positioning ourselves in intercession before the Lord on behalf of our President and nation!  

COUNTDOWN: 383 days until the election!

Strategic Focus for Friday 

WELCOME THE KING OF GLORY INTO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

A CALL FOR A NATIONAL DAY OF REPENTANCE – Part 19

“Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God”. 

Matthew 5:9

President Trump is “a man of peace”, willing to go the extra mile, extending himself to meet with and negotiate with some unsavory world leaders in order to pursue peace! During his Presidential campaign in 2016, he promised to bring out troops home and to refrain from engaging in needless foreign wars. 

We pray:

• We thank You, Lord, for a President who speaks truth and keeps his word. His are “promises made, promises kept” and for that we are ever so grateful!

Just look at this timeline… and rejoice with us at how God is moving! 

1 – Last week, after Turkey invaded Syria, President Trump made a phone call on Monday to his Turkish counterpart, President Erdogan. He told Erdogan to “stop the invasion” of Syria,  enact an immediate ceasefire and to begin negotiations with Kurdish forces in Syria.”  The United States immediately slapped sanctions on Turkey and demanded an end to its deadly incursion against Syrian Kurdish fighters. The President accused Turkey – one of our NATO partners – of putting civilians at risk and allowing Islamic State extremists who were prisoners to be released in that area. 

We pray:

• Father, protect and guide this man of peace, giving him discerning of spirits and a holy boldness to do what he hears from You, despite those who resist him. Let not his enemies triumph over him! 

2 – On Tuesday morning, Pastor Andrew Brunson, who had faced his own challenges in Turkeyas a political prisoner for more than two years, delivered the opening prayer for the US Senate…exactly one year after being released from that Turkish prison. He prayed:

“Our Heavenly Father. May Your holy name be honored. May your name be held in high regard in this Senate. We give thanks to You for You are good…and Your steadfast love endures forever. You have watched over this nation in various times of peace, prosperity, turmoil, and war. May we continue to look to You and be a people who seek Your face.  Father God, I ask now for an impartation of Your Holy Spirit, may the fullness of the Spirit of Jesus rest upon President Trump, that he be anointed with wisdom and understanding, with Your counsel and might, with knowledge and fear of the Lord…and with a supernatural discernment to know who is trustworthy and who is not. Bring into the light all deception and intrigue, expose and reverse the plans of those who would harm President Trump and this nation. In the name of Jesus, I break off all voices and influences that do not come from You, Father. God, You have raised President Trump to govern at a time when there is a resurgence of oppression. Only You, Lord Jesus Christ, can anoint him to have victories over strongholds and to establish justice for the needy. Give him strength and courage to persevere in the constant battle that surrounds him …and refresh him.”

We pray:

• In agreement with Pastor Brunson, that every word that he spoke over President Trump will come to pass. 

3 – Then, on our “Call to the Wall” conference call on Tuesday evening, we prayed that the President would have the mind of Christ, as he made critical decisions regarding Turkey’s incursion into Syria and Kurdish territory!  We asked that he be filled with the Holy Spirit,  receive the guidance of the Spirit, and submit his mind to be renewed by the Spirit.  As we finished that prayer, Pastor Ioan exclaimed:  “THIS IS A WONDERFUL PRAYER!” He continued: “For the almost three years that the 24/7 NSPC has been in existence, we’ve prayed that, as intercessors, we would hear the VOICE OF GOD, discern His thoughts, and speak His word back to Him…but as we prayed tonight, for our President, our focus was on him hearing  the VOICE OF GOD.” Something had shifted, and we sensed it! It was a totally unselfish prayer…not for ourselves, but for our nation’s leader to hear God’s VOICE!”   We then prayed that our President, our Vice President, all those working with them, along with other leaders across this nation, and us on the call, would  “HEAR!   “SHEMA!” …and that we would HEAR THE ONE VOICE OF THE SPIRIT…together!”   

We pray:

• In thanksgiving that our GLORIOUS GOD loves us, and wants us to hear… together…as He speaks to His people! This is the real ONE VOICE PRAYER MOVEMENT!  

4 – President Trump sent Vice President Mike Pence and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo to Turkey on Wednesday evening, to pursue a ceasefire and affect a negotiated settlement!  Thursday, a ceasefire was reached with Turkey.. The US delegation, led by Pence and Pompeo, met with Turkish President Erdogan and his advisors for over 5 hours. They came forth with an agreement for a 120-hour cease-fire, that will allow Kurdish forces to withdraw from the roughly 20-mile-wide “safe zone” on the Turkish-Syrian border. Under the terms of the deal, all Turkish military operations under the recent offensive known as Operation Peace Spring will pause during that 5 day period, and the operation will come to an end entirely upon the completion of the Kurdish withdrawal.

Although he had lots of resistance from Congress, and push back from his generals for  his decisions regarding that region, President Trump pressed on (KADIMA!)… and said that he had operated with an “unconventional tough love approach!”

We pray: 

• In gratitude for successful negotiations conducted by Vice President Pence and SOS Pompeo, which have resulted in a 5-day ceasefire and ultimately,  the settlement of the issues between Turkey and the Kurdish forces in Syria. We thank You, Lord, for lives saved and peace made! 

5 – This was submitted by Pastor Ramin Parsa, who wrote: 

“Here is President Trump’s unbelievable and genius move in Syria! By pulling the troops out of Syria:

• Turkey invaded Syria and assaulted the Kurds, 
• Russians sent an envoy to Damascus to make a deal between the Kurds and the Syrian government to unite them against Turkey. 
• Iran is not happy the Turks are in Syria and brought their troops to the border of Turkey, 
• Germany hits Turkey with sanctions. 

Do you see what a “chess player” President Trump is? As long as the US was there, those forces were united against the US.  He is pitting these former allies against each other and they neutralize each other and it didn’t cost US anything. Formerly Turkey, Iran, Russia and Syria were united against the US. Europeans were not involved and were enjoying US protecting their interest,  but now they are busy fighting for their interests. 

This is good for Israel, because Iran has to defend Syria against Turkey,  instead of focusing on harming Israel. Three enemies of Israel, (Iran, Turkey and Syria) are facing off against each other. This invasion is going to cost Turkey a lot! So it brought unity between Syria and Kurds, and division between Russia, Turkey and Iran. This is just unbelievable what President Trump is doing! He is a genius.”

We pray:

• Father, we are in awe of Your mercy and goodness to our nation, and thank You for allowing us to be led in this season by such a man as this! 
• We ask that You will continue to guard and guide, protect and defend him, every moment of every day of his life! 
• Let him “live long and prosper”…and move forward steadily, leading our nation into its DIVINE DESTINY, where our people, who are prospering in spirit, soul and body, will serve Your purposes in the lead many to You!

Praying for the Congress of the United States: Senate and House of Representatives

US Representative Elijah Cummings (D-MD), Chairman of the House Oversight Committee, one of the key committees involved in the impeachment inquiry of President Trump, is dead at 68. The longtime Democrat congressman died of “complications concerning long standing health challenges.” 

We pray:

• That God will comfort those who mourn for him.
• That he will not become larger in death than he was in life, and be “glorified” by the left!
• That others who are resisting the will of God and undermining this nation’s best interests will take note, and either be moved to turn from their ways, or also be removed!
