We begin the hour today by praising and giving thanks to God!

“Fear God and keep His commandments, for this is man’s all.

For God will bring every work into judgment, including every secret thing, whether good or evil.”

Ecclesiastes 12:13-14

We sing:

We gather together to ask the Lord’s blessing; He chastens and hastens His will to make known;
The wicked oppressing now cease from distressing; Sing praises to His Name; He forgets not His own.

Beside us to guide us, our God with us joining, Ordaining, maintaining His kingdom divine;
So from the beginning the fight we were winning; Thou, Lord, were at our side, all glory be Thine!

We all do extol Thee, Thou Leader triumphant, And pray that Thou still our Defender will be;
Let Thy congregation escape tribulation; Thy Name be ever praised! O Lord, make us free!

  The key assignment for the 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call is to intercede hourly for the safety and security of our President, Donald John Trump, and to pray for that which pertains to our nation!

We pray for our President’s protection and cover him with the Blood of Jesus, 

asking that he will respond to every situation by the leading of the Holy Spirit.

We refer those to You who are plotting and planning the demise of our beloved President! 

We say “No!” to them and ask that You expose and foil all their plans! Thank You, Lord! 

We bless our First Lady, Melania, their marriage, their son Barron and all their family members.

We bless our Vice President Mike Pence, his wife Karen and their family

and all those serving in this Administration. 

We bless the Federal Reserve Board members.  

May they serve with integrity and honor, doing what’s right for our nation’s economy! Tomorrow,  following a two-day Federal Open Market Committee meeting, FED Chair Jerome Powell will speak. 

We ask that he will announce another rate cut, to further boost our economy!

The 24/7 NSPC is praying for the 2020 National Elections, 

positioning ourselves in intercession before the Lord on behalf of our President and nation!  

COUNTDOWN: 372 days until the election! 

Let us pray into this verse:

“The righteous and the wise and their works are in the hand of God.”

Ecclesiastes 9:1

We pray for the state of California and the fires that are consuming much of the land and causing millions to be without power there!  With over 200,000 evacuations already having taken place, people are anxious and afraid, and are looking for shelter and fresh air!  Lord, have mercy on the people of California. Protect their lives, their families and their property. Cause the winds to die down and the fires to be extinguished.  Let the people of God awaken to the reality of the evil governing authorities there and rise up to remove them in the coming elections! Lord, have mercy on this, the Golden State! AMEN!

WELCOME THE KING OF GLORY INTO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

A CALL FOR A NATIONAL DAY OF REPENTANCE – Part 30

“Truly the hearts of the sons of men are full of evil; madness is in their hearts while they live, and after that, they go to the dead. But for him who is joined to all the living there is hope…For the living know that they will die; but the dead know nothing, and they have no more reward, for the memory of them is forgotten. Also their love, their hatred, and their envy have now perished; nevermore will they have a share in anything done under the sun.’

Ecclesiastes 9:3-6

What an indictment for the wicked! These words of Ecclesiastes reflect the fate of those who refuse to acknowledge the truth and follow darkness, step by step, willingly entering into the depths of depravity, from which there is no return! 

We’ve all heard the phrases “step by step” (meaning “a series of steps or stages, marked by successive degrees 

of movement”) and “one day at a time” (meaning “coping with each day’s issues as they come”).  These apply to what took place this past weekend, as literally weeks of planning and preparation came to a head and one of our nation’s worst enemies was sought out, found and brought down!

On Sunday morning, October 27th, the nation awoke to the news that the United States had brought the leader of ISIS to justice. Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the leader of ISIS, was dead! In his announcement, President Trump said:   

“Last night, the United States brought the world’s number one terrorist leader to justice. Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi is dead.  He was the founder and leader of ISIS, the most ruthless and violent terror organization in the World.  The United States has been searching for Baghdadi for many years.  Capturing or killing Baghdadi has been the top national security priority of my Administration.  US Special Operations forces executed a dangerous and daring nighttime raid into Northwestern Syria to accomplish this mission.”  

• President Trump announced a successful United States operation which finally brought down Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, whom the United States has been searching for and who has been a top national security priority of the President.
• Baghdadi and the “cowards” around him were responsible for horrific violence, including the deaths of Americans James Foley, Steven Sotloff, Peter Kassig, and Kayla Mueller. 
• ISIS publicly beheaded more than 300 people under Baghdadi, burned others alive in cages, committed genocidal killings of the Yazidi population, and killed thousands of captured prisoners of war.
• This operation is a win for the United States and the world… and a reminder that we will continue to pursue all ISIS terrorists until we have eliminated them completely!

We pray:

• In gratitude for the safe completion of this operation, the end of one of the vilest people in history, and that none of our US military forces were killed in this process. 
• For a reverential fear to strike the hearts of those who still cling to the hope of ISIS rising again. May they realize that they are on the wrong path, and be convicted to leave this effort and return to their nations and families to live in peace.

This daring operation (in which no American forces were lost) was launched at President Trump’s direction and was the result of a team effort by the military and our partners from across the counterterrorism community. The President said:

“The reach of America is long.  As you know, last month we announced that we recently killed Hamza Bin Laden, the very violent son of Osama Bin Laden, who was…the heir apparent to Al Qaeda. Terrorists who oppress and murder innocent people should never sleep soundly, knowing that we will completely destroy them. These savage monsters will not escape their fate – and they will not escape the final judgement of God.”

• Throughout the operation, President Trump and members of his national security team monitored developments in the Situation Room.   
• The President took steps to ensure that this operation would not be leaked and our troops put in danger.

In order to protect the safety of our troops, other countries with forces in the region were notified that American forces would be moving through the area.

• At 7:15 pm Eastern Daylight Time on October 26th, the Special Operations force commander on the ground reported that Baghdadi had been killed.
• A combination of visual evidence and DNA tests at the scene confirmed Baghdadi’s identity.
• No American personnel were lost in the operation. Five enemy combatants were killed inside the compound and additional enemies were killed in the immediate vicinity.
• An American military canine was wounded during the operation, and two United States military members who were slightly wounded have already returned to duty.

We pray:

• In gratitude for the wisdom exercised by our President in keeping this effort ‘close to the vest”…limiting those who were aware of it to only critical participants! With the leaks that take place all too frequently from the House Democrats, the mission could have been jeopardized. Instead, it came off without a hitch! 

The United States and our coalition partners have completely destroyed ISIS’  territorial “caliphate” and continue to bring the remainder of these terrorists to justice. President Trump said:

“The forced religious conversions, the orange suits prior to many beheadings, all of which were openly displayed for the world – this was all Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi’s work.  He was vicious and violent, and he died in a vicious and violent way, as a coward, running and crying.  This raid was impeccable, and could only have taken place with the acknowledgement and help of certain other nations and people.”

• When he took office, President Trump empowered our commanders on the ground, “untying their hands” (that had been tied by the Obama administration policies) to ensure that we could take the fight to ISIS.
• The United States and our coalition partners successfully destroyed ISIS’ so-called “caliphate”.
• President Trump has made clear that the United States remains committed to the Coalition and is confident that we will ensure a lasting defeat of ISIS.  We will continue to pursue the remaining ISIS terrorists until they are brought to justice. We are committed to ensuring the remnants of ISIS are destroyed and that it can never regain its so-called “caliphate”.

 We pray:

• For continued solidarity with the members of the Coalition, in an ongoing effort to stamp out the last embers of ISIS, and prevent it from ever arising again! 

Following the President’s announcement, Franklin Graham wrote: 

“Thank you, President Donald J. Trump, for keeping your promise to relentlessly pursue these enemies of our country who have taken so many lives. This is an important reminder that we need to pray every day for our military who bravely put their lives on the line to protect us and other countries. I am very thankful to God for all those involved in this raid and that none of our troops were killed.”

We agree with the Reverend Graham and we also agree with our President who said: 

“Last night was a great night for the United States and for the World. 

A brutal killer, one who has caused so much hardship and death, was violently eliminated – he will never again harm another innocent man, woman or child.  He died like a dog.  He died like a coward.  

The world is now a much safer place.”

We pray: 

• That our President would be wise and discerning in every decision he makes. 
• That wherever and whenever he needs or seeks counsel, only those who offer him the counsel that aligns with God’s Word will be heard! 
• That Godly men and women would physically surround him, pray for him and speak into his life about things that he may be unaware of, things that could open doors that would allow evil influences access, that could cause him and our nation trouble! Protect and preserve him and us, Lord, through WISE COUNSEL!
